i priyanka sehdev, am holder of an airtel landline connection in new delhi.my no. is [protected].i ve never asked for a caller tune on my landline phone but it has been twice that i come to know from others that there is a song on the caller tunes and hence some charges are added on my next bill. so please stop duping your customer of forced charges and stop putting caller tunes .

I completely agree. Same thing happened with me and after 5-6 complaints they have not reversed the charges. This is purposely fleecing customers. Solution: Don't pay the tune charges - keep note of complaint number. If you have time, file a complaint with TRAI.

Airtel — excess charges on hello tune

yesterday i had sent an sms to airel for hello tuen. They have immediately deducted Rs.30/- for one month this is correct charges. However, just within seconds they have again deducted Rs.15/- stating charges deducted for change in hello tune which is not correct. There is no question of change since first time helo tune has been initiated.

My excess charges must be refunded immediately.

    Respected Authorities,

    Someone has placed an ad as "call girl service" & "escort service in hyderabad" and has given MY post paid cell phone number. My number has also been registered in this website by that same person. I don't know who did this. But whoever that is is a notorious criminal.

    Please treat this as important & urgent and kindly take action on it. I am receiving several calls since yesterday and I am gonna cancel that number with immediate effect.

      Am getting messages like "Hi Arasu you have a msg from Lavanya, sms RMSG 168 to 52255" If I send such msg, then my balance is reduced by Rs. 3/- Per sms. I don't want to get any such messages in my inbox, if anyone know the solution kindly intimate me please.. Thank you,

      I guess they might activated Airtel Messenger kind of service on your account. Check your bill properly airtle might also be charging Rs 50 per month as special message.

      airtel keeps charging wrongly .. you have to keep fighting with them to revert those charges.. all the best dude !!!

        No network coverage at all in Mumbai from morning 9:00am on Friday, 18th July 2008.
        Customer Care Services seem to be busy.

        Its so bugging. Corporate connections have also gone for a toss. Noone has any clue what is wrong and how long would it take to restore connectivity. Airtel is SLEEPING.
        Even my phone is down since morning.
        Confirmed with a few friends in office using airtel, same problem.
        And the customer service is simply cutting the call.
        The so called 'customer care' of Airtel has disconnected the service lines now.cant reach them thru landline. I can still receive calls but no outgoing.Dunno wats happening...
        ITS REALLY SO FRUSTATING.AND NO ONE KNOWS WHEN THIS PROBLEM WILL BE SOLVED.AT LEAST WE SHOULD KNOW THE TIME DURATION.

        Office building in central Mumbai catches fire

        MUMBAI, July 18 (Reuters) - A fire broke out in the basement of a building in central Mumbai on Friday due to a suspected electrical short circuit, fire service officials said.

        Smoke billowed from the basement of Peninsula Chambers, in Peninsula Corporate Park in Lower Parel.

        Three firemen said there were no injuries as nobody was present in the basement when the fire broke out in the early hours, before office workers began arriving.

        "The fire is under control, " said a fireman, who declined to give his name as he was not authorised to talk to the media.

        Police smashed glass windows and pumped in water to douse the fire while onlookers gathered on the sidewalks.

        I just had a talk with customer service. They intimate 3-4 hours more for the work to finish. According to the call center reps, its a hardware failure at the cellsite (tower) for north mumbai.. Will let you know more as soon as I know :)
        I am very disappointed for this inconvenient but at lest we should know the reason for this.
        this is simply redicullous ...i am unable to contact my loved once...what the hell people are doing in Bharti airtel...

        The service is so pathetic and they should atleast have some backup plans. How can they just not do anything about it?
        Damn wat the hell AIRTEL NETWORK down from the morning how da heck this suky company dont even have DRS for such a important mumbai network.
        I know atleast a dozen people in Mumbai who are facing the same probelm today. It seems that the fire has caused the breakdown. Even otherwise, Airtel service is terrible. My only concern is what are the alternatives - Vodafone? I had a horrid 20 days with a new Vodafone connection a few months ago - finally had to just give it up. And all have heard the horror stories of reliance, idea, dolphin, etc. I realized the Indian mobile consumer has been left to choose from a set of pathetic, poor-service companies. Hope this improves quickly
        They just don't care about customers. Any responsible company would put some info on their website. They are completely irresponsible. The network sucks as it is. A 5 minute call can see as many as 3 call drops. Ridiculous.

        since last 5 yrs i am using airtel and i am facing this problem for the first time.

        I think there should be some genuine reason. remeber it was only airtel that worked on 27 July and 11th July blasts
        Yes i also do believe that hardly Airtel Network is down. As i am also using Airtel from last 4 years and have never faced such problems.

        And we all Airtel Network user should really have little patience and wait for the Network to come up. Because of some genuine reason it is down and nobody is enjoying fun out of it.
        I checked on google in some news the Airtel PRO says that the services will be enabled in next 45 mins but still those 45 mins are not over it seems. Dont know how such a big network provider works without any backup.
        I too have been an airtel customer for the past 7-8 months. I have never faced any network problem earlier. it must be due to some major failure at their end and should be a lesson for the Airtel guys as such a big operator should definetly have a back up in place...Mr. sunil Mittal...aare you listening ??????
        Its really horrible when a well-known company does not have their backup plan, its almost 7hr+ they are not able to restores the system. Airtell should take this responsibility .
        Well, the only way the service providers will ever learn their lesson if there is number portability within India. That would serve the woes of millions and when anyone is dissatisfied, they could change their service provider.

        It's frustrating - especially when you cannot receive any business calls the whole day.

        DoT should do something to fastrack the number portability and make the consumers happy.
        Airtel services have been affected due to fire in Peninsula Business Park, Parel. Although the fire was in basement and first floor, all equipments of Airtel at level 2 were forced switched off and now have been damaged by water jets.

        There is no access to the premise and power there, which is a major establishment for Airtel. Wonder what kind of fire detection facilities have been installed at such upmarket commercial establishments ! Deputy Chief Fire Officer said that the basement's fire sprinkler system did not spring into action as the alternate electrical supply or the diesel generator in the systems was in manual mode.

        It is like Gujjars blocking railway line and we criticizing Rajdhani train services !

        AIRTEL has done it again...RITE NOW THE NETWORK IN PUNE IS DOWN...you can get connected to anybody using airtel services...Well done airtel, and again we are sure there will be no cortesy call or sorry message from Airtel...way to go...

          I suffered with rude Airtel customer service in chennai. I was an airtel customer in chennai under corporate CUG for almost 5 years ([protected]). In 2007, i moved to hyderabad. So i sent a mail to airtel, asking them to disconnect the service and send the outstanding amount to my email alias. They disconnected the service and sent me an acknowledgement for the same. Later, instead of sending the bill to my alias as mentioned in the disconnection mail, they started calling my friends, using the frequently called numbers in my bill. This is against customer privacy policy and they are not supposed to call anyone, using my list asking for me. For their negligence, other folks had to suffer their torture at odd timings. For one of my previous collegue, a lady from airtel customer care, called and spoke in foul language and irritating them as if she had relationship with me. This, she (airtel customer care from the following numbers - [protected], [protected]) has utilized as a way to reach me. All the days, when my friends were undergoing this trauma in chennai, i kept on mailing airtel mail ids (aes.[protected]@airtel.in, V.[protected]@airtel.in) informing them to send the outstanding amount to my mail id and not to irritate any of the folks on my bill, as i relocated to Hyderabad with no more contacts in chennai. There was no one to respond to my mails and the issues of getting foul language, bad words, vulgar words over phones to my friends (they have even called my friends holding hutch numbers also) regarding this bill payment. They didnot listen, even when my friends had told that i am in hyderabad. This gave a bad taste to me about airtel, boasting about so called customer care service. They are no better than rogues on the street. I am planning to file a case in consumer court with all the proofs of mails and transactions, along with recorded phone calls with the lady speaking foul language from their customer care. Please take necessary action against the concerned folks and against airtel for breaching the customer's privacy policies.

            WORST NETWORK AND WORST SERVICE

            BPL (Now Loop) mobile has alos the worst network in mumbai. Its customer care is totally "BAKWAS". You log a complain once twice or any number of times, you will never get the solution of the same.

            They even can't provide proper internet service. You call and they will say that our technical team will call you in next 4 hours. And those 4 hours will never end.

            BPL - Bhaisaab Ko Phaas Liya (We have trapped the guy) Ha Ha
            very very worst service from Bharti Airtel, very bad experience, my phone was barred even after paying my bills before time and still it is not been activated even after complaining them for several times.

              I am from chhatisgarh and has come to Mumbai for a trip. But today for about last 4 hours there is no network of Airtel. And even if I want to get access to other networks it's declined. What is all this? Is this why Airtel claims them as best and No.1. I ahve come here on a business trip and I am at a stand still because I opted to use Airtel. So, who is going to bear the loss I am incurring due to this really poor service of Airtel Mumbai.

              My airtel postpaid No is [protected] and showing no network since morning
              On Network Issue, I have complained at Airtel Gallery and Customer Care umpteen number of times.

              I stay in Borivali West, Mumbai - 103 at the Junction of IC & LIC Colony. There is barely network connectivity in my residence. If I leave my cell phone unattended, I have to place it in a particular direction (and always keep a check) if I want to receive a call or sms. Else I am always on "Emergency Calls only" or "No Access to Network". At different times during the day and night the position has to be adjusted from East, NorthEast, North, NorthWest or West and in each of my room the positioning is different. Even when calls get connected, the reception is extremely bad. Is this how a GSM phone connection has to be used by a customer?

              The proof how ignorant the customer care teams are - on all the occasions when I log a complaint, the customer care member diligently tries to contact me and they find me unreachable or phone switched off or says reception is not clear or call drops multiple times. This itself indicates I have a major problem. But the complaint is closed saying case resolved as customer is not contactable.

              The only question I have is when will Airtel Network expand in the suburbs ?

                I have not downloaded anything.
                This month i didn't receive detailed bill to my email.

                g) On 10th. Contacted the Customers service on 247 at 1823. once again Mr. Ravi was on the line, when I asked him about my bills he simply hung up.
                I am totally dismayed in the way the service are being rendered to a person who is keen in paying for the usage of the telephone service. Sending the amt. due by SMS is not acceptable and incorrect, when the Customer is entitled to receive the detailed bill. I therefore, request you to ensure that the bills are sent promptly and not to harass your clients.
                If the above is not possible I request you to disconnect my telephone service with immediate effect.

                  On[protected] I went to Navin Stores R H Road Mylapore chennai 4 to e rechage my mobile phone prepaid airtel [protected] . Time 8.00 pm.I ensured that the corerect number was entered in the mobile phone of the franchisee which was used for e recharge. I saw the confirmation message the the number is activated. I have kept the mobile ay my home at that time. when i came home, i saw that the amount is not charged to the number. I have made complaint to the franchisee. (His mobile number is [protected].) I contacted Airtel customer care but they told me to contact the shop and make a complaint thru him. The shop keeper said it is not his business to rectify AIRTEL mistakes and did not take any steps. Will this happen to others also? will AIRTEL take any steps?

                  Airtel prepaid mobile service — wrong debit atm

                  hello sir i have activared mobile office gprs service on my numbet [protected] and after using it for few days i disconnected it, but even throught i have deactivated that service i am being charged for it daily the rental of 15 rupess so i contacted the costimer care on 121 and they told that the service was active but it was a fault from thier side so we have deactivated the service, but its been 25 days now daily my 15 rupesss r debitated from my acount, so daily my balance is gone to negative, and daily i need to call daily they say the service was active so i have been debited and now they have deactivated but till today i havent seen any improvment, i have got fedup by calling 121 daily and tell them to refund, but its now a 4 day that i havnt recived a refund from airtel each time i call they say that sorry sir we have solved the problem, and u will get ur refund back within 2 hours 4 days have been passed but i havnt got my refund yet, and also how long will they charge me for the service that i dont use at all and once i even thought that if i am paying for the serivice then y not to use it, but then i came to know that my service was not active, and also when i was using the service i used to recive message that u have been debited 14.99 for your vas, but since i have deactivated the service i havnt reciveed any message it automatically get s deducted, plz tell me what to do coz i have fedup by callin 121 now, and even i am not able to talk with any of their head representative yet,

                  My no is [protected]... i had activated Mobile office at my Airtel no...it worked fine for 4 days suddenly it got disconnected ... i called to customer care and told complaint ..they told will credit my money in 24 hrs...but till today i did not get it ...when i tried to call 121 ...it says please sent ur message... i had sent lot of mess no response till now...i am fed up with their service...

                  airtel is cheat... cheap...

                    This is Manohar Reddy from Malakpet, Hyderabad. I have Airtel connection with bearing Cell No. [protected]. I have given complaint in Airtel Customer care and Airtel Malakpet office ‘N’ no. of times for poor Network coverage in Malakpet, Hyderabad. Still now issue is not resolved. Since from 2 years we are facing this network problem not only in indoor even in outdoor also till now no one is bothered to take action on this. Even I spoke to managers in Airtel Customer care and they promised me within 4 working days issue would going to be resolved but till now none of them cared to call back also. I can say this a ridiculous service providing by Airtel people. I don’t know why these people are cheating public by giving advertisements and attracting people to go for their service. Atleast if any customer raises complaint for network they should call back the customer or walkin to the customer and see that issue get resolved but none of them turned back. Since from 2 years I go on giving complaint to Airtel Customer care and after couple of days they will send me SMS saying your issue has been resolved and we have closed the complaint. By seeing this SMS if I call back Customer care they says there is no network problem in Malakpet and they say we tried to reach on your mobile but not reachable. This clearly says that there is a network problem. If there is a good network they would have reached me and I have given my alternate No.[protected] also. They never called me. This problem not only with me, many of them who are residing near to my place having this problem. If required I can give their numbers also. You can directly talk to them. I don’t understand why they are not cared for customer service. They are not providing free service. If we are paid for service we definitely look for good service. Please see that issue is going to be resolved as soon as possible and punish these kind of people not to cheat common people like me.

                    Airtel numbers are given below. I am very much
                    disterbed with their unwanted phone call & messages at the time of my working hours. Please

                    I get lot of message for upgrading the new sms service for colour and emotions. Please try to not sent me this message again .

                    Airtel. — AIRTEL FRAUD......FRAUD.....FRAUD.

                    MY MOBILE NO. [protected].
                    AS ON 10TH SEP'2009 I HAVE USED MY PREPAID SERVICE, THE BALANCE AT THAT TIME WAS RS.240/-. AFTER THAT I HAVE NOT USED IT FOR 4 MONTH'S. WHEN I STARTED MY MOBILE ONCE AGAIN ON 02.01.2010, BETWEEN THIS PERIOD THERE WAS NO OUTGOING & INCOMING CALLS, SO THERE SHOULD NOT BE ANY DEDUCTION IN MY BALANCE.

                    BUT I WAS SHOCKED, WHEN I SAW MY BALANCE HAS REDUCED TO RUPEES 125.20.

                    THIS IS A FRAUD, BECAUSE WHEN I CHECKED MY OUTGOING AND INCOMING CALLS, I FOUND THAT A CALLER TUNE HAS BEEN SUBSCRUIBED. THIS SERVICE IS NOT ON MY PERMISSION AND I HAVE NOT SUBSCRUIBED IT.

                    THEN ON 21.01.2010 I RECEIVED A MESSAGE FROM AIRTEL TO STOP HELLO TUNES. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING THAT THEY SUGGESTED (SMS - STOP AND SEND 121)
                    THEN I RECEIVED A CALL FROM AIRTEL AND THEY JUSTIFIED THAT YOUR UNNECESSARY CHARGE WILL BE COVERED SOON, BUT IT DOES NOT HAPPEN AND WE ALSO LOOSE 30/- Rs. FROM MY MAIN BALANCE.

                    WILL ANY ONE ANSWER...................................SO I HAVE SUBMITED THIS COMPLAIN IN CONSUMER COMPLAIN. I HOPE I WILL GET COMPENSATION ON THIS FRAUD.

                      some features of my sim menu is not responding or can say is not present, when i bought(month of december 9, 2007) this sim through your authoried dealer from durgapur, he said that all features will activate within 2 or 3 days but still now that featurs are not activated.

                        Respected authority, I am a customer of airtel and using the pre-paid connection of airtel since last 3 years. In these three years, I have changed 3 numbers, but all are from Airtel. And now I am having 3 Sims in my family. But now a day I feeling regret about Airtel.

                        I am facing a serious problem and airtel is not solving to my problem. My problem is,
                        On 2nd of July 08, I received SMS from airtel that on recharge of Rs. 110, you will get 1 year validity and Rs. 98 talk time and this will update in 72 hours. So I recharged with Rs. 110. but I yet I haven’t received 1 year validity nor talk time. I have called customer care 3 times. They always used to say like; “you will get that after next 48 hours” Now they are saying, “you are not eligible for that schema. Sorry.”

                        Now, I have decided to go for consumer court. If with in week, airtel not solved my problem, then I will defiantly go to consumer court.

                        If anybody could help me out, that would be great help for me and as well as to airtel.

                          i've taken a new postpaid of airtel with number([protected]).it was activated the day i have taken it(on 5/07/2008) and on (09/07/2008) it was disconnected with out any intimation to my alternative contact number ([protected]) or even my office phone number.
                          i've given all the required documents and even deposit of 300/-(three hundred) and 500/-(five hundred).
                          when i call the customer care people they say that the office address is showing negative.but the address is our corporate office address that will be along with our id card.
                          these people take it grant to disconnect the connection and when i ask for the same they say me that to migrate to prepaid and after three months again i need to migrate to postpaid.
                          these people never talk of the money i deposited and the money i paid for the number.
                          these people did not respond to me in a manner to convince.

                          Airtel — Very indifference towards conversion of prepaid to postpaid

                          I don’t know how to start, but I hope you will certainly look into matter.
                          How companies treat the customers? This is one of the saddest things regarding the telecom companies. I wouldn’t say for all, but this is particularly for AIRTEL.
                          On the name of converting the prepaid card to postpaid card by offering exciting offer, they change customers mind. On very next day or on same day they come to your door place to offer you simcard, so you need not to go anywhere. They will ask you money (hidden charges) for simcard at very last moment, when you won’t feel to deny the offer and you pay.
                          Real story of exploitation of mind I would say begins after that. They will come to verify your address on THEIR SUITABLE TIME. Even after verifying the address you wouldn’t get confirmation call and your sim will not be activated. We can’t lodge the complaint before customer care as they are totally unaware of this thing. Despite messaging and calling to person who ([protected], [protected]) deals with this behave arrogantly with you. After some days he/she will not even pick your call or will say I am in Hospital, call me later. What’s this? How can you rely on these persons? Is this the company wants to do with customers or his employees who own decide what to do and how to behave??????
                          I don’t know the name of respective persons. I have the mobile numbers of them. If you can do something it will be happiest thing for me and for other customers too. Later number is of Ms. Surekha.

                          Dear Sir,

                          I, Abhishake Garg (Mobile No. [protected]), is an customer of your services in your Punjab region for last more than 3 years.

                          But, due to some official reasons, I got shifted to NCR (Delhi region) last month.

                          Now, to continue the same old connection, I wanted to convert the same from Post-paid to Pre-paid.

                          But, in last one month, even after my several personal visits, no one is helping me.

                          Everytime, whenever, I go there, the behaviour of your Airtel office Manager (Situated in Hoshiarpur near Ghantaghar), is very very indifferent and rude. And, he even not listen the things regarding this context.

                          Also, everytime, he neglects the request by saying that no connection from Airtel this time and it can not be done today due to server blockages, documents not complete etc. etc.

                          And, when, I have send all the documents duly signed, then today he again refused to entertain by saying that documents are not legible.

                          Now, I would request you to please discontinue my connection with an immediate effect.

                          And, the pedning amount would be submitted to you within 24 Hrs of discontinuation.

                            For a wireless internet connection, Airtel sells wireless data cards.

                            i recently purchased an Airtel USB Wireless Data card device, worth 5000/-, which went bad and is not working properly, there is no service provided, and direct me to Onida customer service for fixing the device (absolutely rediculous). all my money is gone waste.

                            A broband landline customer just spends 500/- installation charges and has better service!
                            isnt this funny!
                            shout! cry! and scream! no body helps with this data cards!

                            I hope noone falls into the trap of buying the Airtel Data card where the billing is horrible even after you know the kind of your usage.

                            Even the speed is not that high as nthey demand

                            The customer care can do nothing to provide a solution of the billing problem.

                              Hello Team,

                              This is to inform you that my Airtel Prepaid Connection ([protected]), its in the name of Praveen my brother & it has been suspended due to some idiotic responsible of Airtel network.

                              I really shocked that what has been happened to Airtel foolish guys & their worst network.

                              I dont know what kind of work those guys are carrying out. Some ... thing has happened?????

                              The reason one of their executive has stated for the dis-connection is that the proof has not been submitted.

                              The details of the proof is as follows: LCS # 26, LCS date 21/06/08 - Chrompet Airtel Showroom (Reach Mobiles)

                              Also one of their executive (Umapathy) has confirmed on Saturday night (12/07/08), that this issue will be solved and he will make some kind of arrangements so that his TL / Manager will get in touch with me within 4 hours of time. But 4 days went i din get any call.

                              I need an immediate response.

                              Such a idiotic irresponsibility network.

                              Awaiting for your call asap.

                                I AM SURESH KUMAR NRI [protected]. I M USING THIS NUMBER JAN ONWARDS USING. WHEN I WAS IN INDIA I USE 2 CALL INTERNATIONAL CALLS EVEN THEY DONT ANSWER ALSO EVEN MISS CALL ALSO CHARGING I CHECKED EVERY WHERE EVEN I M IN KUWAIT NOW MY WIFE CALLS ALSO CHARGING RS 9/- (MISS CALL) I DONT HAVE ANY VOICE MAIL.

                                I CAN UNDERSTAND THIS IS NETWORK PROBLEM OR SOME OTHER PROBLEM WITH AIRTEL. WHEN I WAS IN INDIA THEY RETURN ME RS.36/- AFTER MADE SOMANY COMPLAINTS. STILL GOING SAME THING WHO WILL HAVE TIME TO NOTE EACH CALL TIME DATE MOBILE NO ETC. EVEN CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY ASK FULL HISTORY AFTER THAT THEY TELL OUR SERVER DOWN CALL AFTER SAT/SUN OR THEY TELL IT SHOWS U CALLED THIS NUMBER.

                                I CAN UNDERSTAND SUCH A BIG COMPANY CHEATING THEIR CUSTOMERS . THEY NEVER LISTEN CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROPERLY THEY TELL SOMETHING ELSE ON CUSTOMER HEAD.

                                hi i am karan i am using airtel prepaid connection i am facing a problem when ever i call international even they dont answer my balance is deduction for miss calls also they are cutting my balance i thought its problem in my cell then i change my handset even same problem i log my complaint so many times to airtel customer they just say they will look up but no any response same problem every time its cut Rs. 9.20. they are charging for miss calls also.

                                Airtel Line — my line is barren

                                i bought a new airtel sim card and loaded it with one thousand naira worth of air time and tried call my family but it says that the line has been barren from making outgoing calls. please help me un bar my line so i can make use of it asap

                                    Hi,

                                    I'm Chetan V and my concern is I have activated the Airtel Online service on my Mobile number +[protected] and I'm using Sony Ericsson W810i handset.

                                    I have activated this service on 15 July 08 at 02:36 AM and also got the confirmation saying the service is active. But I have not yet received the settings on my Mobile.
                                    I also contacted the Customer care and spoke to the folks over the call and they sais the Settings had been sent Manually but I'm not sure to what extent it is true because they said within couple of minutes the settings will be sent. I spoke with almost three folks and they said its already been sent and thereby I will be able to utilize the service.
                                    But till now I've not received the settings and not able to use the service.

                                    Is this the way the AIRTEL gives the service to its CUSTOMERS?????????????????
                                    If you people cannot give proper service then why do you introduce all these stupid services????????

                                    If you really care for the Customers then please don't cheat them by this way nor do the needful on time or refund the money back.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I m Nitin N. Haldankar having retail shop of mobiles as digital creation at sanqulim in Goa. I m selling a product of Airtell for last one year both simcards and vovchers. I also purchase a E-recharge from distributer and starts to transfer balance from my sim. My no is [protected] and sim sn no is[protected]. After using it for some days it gets blocked and my balance on dat sim is above Rs.1200/-. For last 4 months i m contacting Mr. Javed which is airtel marketing exective but he did nothing. He also stops my vovchers stocks from distributor. Then i contact Mr. Rayan from Airtell Head Office Goa. He is also neglecting me after calling so many times. I Called both of them more than 100 of times in last 4 monts. Now my business of airtell is totaly stopped because of not supply by distributor. Finaly today I wrote to you. So please do something and solve my problem and return my cash which gets blocked for last four months.

                                        My mobile No. of AIRTEL (PREPAID) IS [protected]. On 21st June, 200 vide Transaction ID No. [protected], at the Relationship Centre situated at Indiaranagar, Bangalore (Near BDA Complex), the connection was recharged after paying an amount of Rs.498/- for a validity of ONE YEAR period. After that immediately a confirmatory message came confirming the transaction. But, from that date, till now, ( i.e., 9.25 pm of 12th July, 2008) for three to four times a message came from a number 64611010 by which we have been thanked for using AIRTEL LIVE SERVICES and incidentally in all the occasions, we have not at all used that AIRTEL LIVE and no downloading has taken place. The last occasion is the one when the message was received on 12th July, 2008 at 8.53 pm and immediately, Rs.10/- has been deducted from the balance. When we have not at all downloaded or used that Airtel Live Services, What is the rationale in deducting the amounts from the balance. Money is not growing on trees. It is coming to me and many of the public by hard work. Do not indulge in robbing our money in this fashion.

                                        In the meanwhile, to avoid these headaches again and again, I had sent a message PLIVE CNCL to 222 on three to four occasions. Everytime a message is being sent, there will be a confirmatory that they will respond within 24 working hours. But, even though 5 to 6 days have been passed, that 24 working hours have not come to the Airtel persons. What age are we living in? I want a refund of all the funds that have been wrongfully deducted from the balance of mobile no. [protected]. Moreover, a mail may please be sent ([protected]@rediffmail.com) as to what is the procedure for cancelling the connection once for all.
