My Airtel Post paid plan phone number is[protected]
I have registered the number at Salem, Tamilnadu
I was paying the bills to Airtel till date without any hitch
I have been shifted to Tiruchirappalli on transfer on 10.04.2008
Since then I was paying my mobile post paid bills by cash to M/s Sri Vinayaga Associates, 9/100, Karur Bye Pass Road, TRICHY 620 018
To my surprise I received a call on 24.06.2008 from Customer Care, Chennai that I have not remitted my bills and a sum of Rs.425 is to be paid immediately, to continue my connection.
I give hereunder the details of the cash bills issued by Airtel franchisees, from which you may understand that there is no bill for Rs.425 on my mobile.
01.Receipt No.[protected] dt. 29.02.2008 for Rs.470.00 paid by cash to M/s B K Cell Comm., KR Square, 116, Omaloor Main Road, Salem.
02. Receipt No. 187 dt. 29.03.2008 for Rs.502.00 issued by M/s Prem Tel, 22C/7, Shiva Plaza, Saradha College Road, Salem 636 016.
03. Receipt No.[protected] dated 29.04.2008 for Rs.502.00 issued by M/s Sri Vinayaga Associates, 9/100, Karur Bye Pass Road, Trichy.
04. Receipt No.[protected] dated 02.05.2008 for Rs.210.00 issued by M/s Sri Vijayaga Associates, 9/100, Karur Bye Pass Road, Trichy
05. Receipt No.[protected] dated 28.05.2008 for Rs.670.00 issued by M/s Sri Vijanaya Associates, 9/100, Karur Bye Pass Road, Trichy.
Incidentally, I wish to state that when my son remitted Rs.712.00 on 29.04.2008 the dealer has issued a receipt for Rs.502.00 only. The mistake was found out on my return from my office and I asked my son to verify with the dealer. The dealer has informed my son that they will be verifying the payment and then do the needful. They have given a separate receipt for Rs.210.00 on 02.05.2008, as stated above.
On receiving the message from Customer Care, Chennai on 24.06.2008, I asked my son to verify the payment details with the dealer. On verification, the dealer informed my son that I have a balance of Rs.425.00 to be paid. When my son insisted for the account details, he was again told that the account will be checked and informed later.
On 25.06.2008 at 17.47.10 Hrs. I received a message from PymtCon of Airtel which reads as under :
We confirm the receipt o[censored]r payment for Rs.425.
Cheque payments are subject to realisation. For
payment details calll our toll free No. 12114.

From the above details, I clearly drive home the point that there is deficiency of service by Airtel through their franchisee M/s Sri Vinayaga Associates, 9/100, Karur Byepass Road, Trichy 620 018.
I am a Bank Manager and I was on an important customer meeting at 4.00 pm when I received a call from Customercare, Chennai detailed above. This has put me in an awkward position before my customers and I felt mentally tortured.
Kindly take up the matter with the concerned and find out the truth what is happening in Airtel billing system with the particular Franchisee or Airtel in general. Where the mistake has crept in ? Why I was forced to pay Rs.425.00 which is not at all a bill amount for my mobile phone ?
I shall be thankful for getting a redressal through your goodselves.

Thanks for sending last month bill breakups, this very serious issue dated 15/05 in Big bazaar I used only 202 for food purchase, I am not used for 623. this issue with Bigbaaz bill generating or City Bank
we don't know.
I also allready Requested last two months bill breakups but I got only one month bill, Please send last two months bills breakups mail soft copy asap.
Kindly take it as seriously & Verify on bill signature i am not used 15/05 [protected] BIG BAZAAR 623.00.that day i used 202 i singed only 202 one bill only.

Airtel - Prepaid connections — Promotion calls
I am receiving airtel promotional calls which frustrate me a lot. I think Airtel customer care does not have any other work other then switching on the record. Airtel has to address thsi issue on top priority. [protected] is the number used for the calls. Airtel kindly learn not to disturb your customer's like this.I have a airtel prepaid customer of madhya pradesh region and now staying in maharashtra .I have got two connections which numbers are [protected] & [protected]. It is very surprising to note that Rs 19/- deducted from my first mobile prepaid account though balance was zero. I have not dailed or rceived any call during the stay.
In another mobile Rs 10/- deducted for activating job alerts for which i have never requested.
From the above both the cases you can see the working of airtel services.
It is therefore requested to please credit the amount which are debited from pre paid account immedaitely and advise me accordingly.

my name is imran malik jhakowala i am useing aritel prepaid and my number ( [protected] ) from a year. my problem is that my balance is getting deducted unneccerey and when i am calling customer service number ( 121 ) they r not resoliving my problem and when i am calling them they are keeping my call on hold for 5 to 10 minuts and then they are hung up my call, and once they were rude on me the agentover there he was shouting on me. so plz do take this case very serouisley or ill do something to my self and write a complain for airtel i belive you people will take some serious action andget back to me as soon as posibale.

I'm getting calls from this no...it s very much irritating because if call the no pre recorded voice tells that it is not a valid no .from where do i get calls from Airtel ppl should ans this.Even I received call from same #, I think Airtel People dont have job to do and they keep call others for time pass.

Airtel Prepaid — Promotion call
Dear airtel service provider my self is rajesh i m using Idea, Smart and Airtel's service every one asking, Idea is The best do you know why? because of their policies and they think always for their coustermer and not for the promotion advertisements (To earn only). I am receiving your promotion call daily while Driving (Stop the bike and then cut call and then start the bike) i can not remember my friends mb. no. but i remember your promotion call no. some time this call comes while i m in important meeting and some time during my study. I call your coustremer care they promise me that you sms DND then promotion calls will be stoped. I did that immediately but it was not stopped then i recalled your CC they told me that it is ok you sms immediately but we will stop it after 45 days wow what the great service. thanks a lot for providing this type of great service. I was purchased priped connection or airtel new sim ([protected]) (Date =15-sep-2010) & submitted my id in three times to my airtel retailer ( Name - Deepak Sahu-[protected] ) & Main Retailor (Name - Anup-([protected])), but they both are not submitted my id in airtel office in spacific time duration & after few days my sim registration is failed so i have lost my balance of Rs 500.
So request you to take action aganiest both of as, & return my balance.
