Respected Sir,
I have given complient on 18 June 2008. So far i have 21 Reference Numbers, but so far i didnt find any solution for it. Whenever i call the customer care there is no proper reply from your side.I am really fed up o[censored]sing this network.I want to know when my complint will be solved, or shall i move to better network where they are ready to serve me better. Hope this mail will do the needful. or this may also go to the crush box.

    Dt. 1th July 2008 at 8:30 AM from VISHWAKARMA TELICOM, BUDH NAGAR, INDERPURI NEW DELHI, I purchased above coupon to recharge my Airtel but whem i recharged my paper coupan code i got that plase retry after 30 minutes due to your network problem i filled my code more than 3 times than than my pin no. is blocked when i asked about this to shopkeeper he said try after 24 hours when i tried after 24 hours i got that your 16 digits pin no is wrong but i am sure that my code no is not wrong so please tell what should i do

    dear sir,

    i recharged my andrapradesh airtel number while on roaming in kerala for 222 rupees. i got 2 rupees in my balance . when i came to roaming i got a message from airtel saying that if recharge for 222 then i ll get around 199.8 rupee. so i recharged. but i dint get the balance . i called 121 for several times an customer care officers were saying it ll be ok with in 6 hours. but now it is almost 3 days an i dint get my balnce. in this issue what can i do to get my balance

    My cell number [protected] was recharged 3 days ago. I have already paid Rs. 48 and availed the scheme of 50 or 60 paise per minute for std and locals. I had not done much telephone calls nor the duration of the talk was also not very long. To our great surprise, today evening, suddently the line went off and indication was that there is no charge available in the cell.     Hello Sir,

    I have recharged 500 rupees for my Airtel Dth connection[[protected]] through Net Banking, Soon when i recharged, 500 rupees from my account got debited, but when i check with the customer care officers, they said no recharge has been occured for my customer id. They were simply re-directing me to call to some other numbers and they were giving some Bull- explanation like asking me to verify whether i recharged to my number only or other number.

    Also few other customer care executives were simply dropping the call soon after asking my complaint. One of the worst customer care i have seen ever.

    I donno how to proceed furture to the higher officials, This is leading me to spend another 500 rupees for filing a case in consumer court.

    There is no recharge available in my residential place.When we ask for the reason why there is no recharge available it seems that they are only receiving too less amount of commission.This strike was going on for 1week and now the are collecting extra RS5 for per recharge.
    If this thing keep on going then u will be loosing too much of coustomer of airtel.Please kindly consider this matter before it get worst.

      New connection verification problems
      recently i buy a new airtel connection. After activating this connection working properly for 10 days. Past 5 days it is disconnected with a reason of negative address verficatiobn.

      I have sumbitted all the valid proofs. I called so many times to 121, and they have provided one number [protected]. I have been trying to reach this number for the last 4 days, but it is giving message 'It's not a valid number'.

      please considered that most urgently. I lost more because of the disconnnection.

      Even I am facing the same problem . [protected] just does not work and my connection has been disabled for reasons of negative address verification. Customer care is also of no use. Could some one tell me what needs to be done.

      He have the Address, ID & Signature Proof - Rental Agreement, Voter ID, Pass Port, ATM Card.

        We bought one prepaid Airtel mobile calling card NUMBER 97583664/[protected] for rs 500 from Airtouch connect(authorised dealer of airtel), nishant kunj pitampura, delhi on 2 july 2008 and returned it to them within one hour of the purchase the reason being it did not fulfil our requirment.We wanted to use it to make calls to Bangkok but this was the card which could not be used anywhere in India as it was the card with roaming facility around the world.We did scratch the card but it could not be activated as it was not valid in India.we complained about this to the dealer but he neither returned the money nor changed the card saying it was scratched
        Although he verified the card has not being activated
        As we have not used the money because the card can not be used in India, what difference does it make whether the card is scratched or not.The madam at the dealer's was well aware that i wanted such a card to make call to bangkok, even then they sold the card to me.
        I want my money back...

        I purchased two world calling cards of denomination 500/- each from international airport & when tring to connect not able to get through (It says card is not activated). Please tell how to activate as in card nowhere it is written how to activate it. It is written all where that it comes pre-activated.

        I purchased a long distance World calling card for Rs 500/- on 28 Sep 08 from N Delhi before leaving for Ireland, Dublin. the WCC was issued vide bill No 1132 dated 28 Sep 08 of BB Corporate Services Pvt Ltd, Dwarka,
        Delhi-75. My WCC sl no is 977630370000977630370004.(Date of packing-1/08/2008
        After reaching Dublin, when I tried using the card, I received an recorded error message saying that the card needs to be activated for use. this is in contravention with the assurance given by the salesman at Delhi Intl Airport stating that the card does not need any activation. The help line of the tecom service at Dublin also could not help except saying that the card needs to be taken back to the seller at Delhi.

        Airtel, Delhi is requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue so that I can make use of the card as per the conditions laid down for use .
        Dear Sir, I purchased an Airtel world calling card from Mumbai International Airport sometime in February 2009 and have not used it until now I just opened it on 21st May 2009 and before scratching the card I noticed that the validity of this card was already expired in July 2008. This is a total fraud and I am very surprised to see that such a big and reputed company is indulging it's staff to sell expired cards at famous venues like the International airports.

        I do hope that some action is taken and the responsible persons brought to justice. For your reference my card is Batch No./Tracking No. 97502333 / [protected].

        Hi,

        I bought a Airtel world calling card in chennai airport on Jan 4th. In the card its mentioned that first use within 9 months of the date of pkg and the date og pkg is 25/Oct/2008. When I tried to use it today 19/Jun/09, it says that it is expired. I didn't even use this card for a single minute to call. I need my minutes back. When I called the customer service of world calling card they said they can't do anything.
        My 500Rs gone. To whom should I contact to get my minutes back?. Please let me know.

          THERE IS A CONTINUOUS DEDUCTION OF RS. 25.00 PER MONTH (PAST 2 YRS) AGAINST AN OLD SCHEME WHICH TO ME WAS INFORMED THAT AS SOON AS I TAKE A NEW SCHEME OF THE SAME NATURE THE OLD SCHEME AUTOMATICALLY GETS TERMINATED. THE WORST IS NOW THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS BLOCKED MY NUMBER AND DO NOT ANSWER TO MY CALLS. THERE ARE VARIOUS OTHER CHARGES THAT THEY KEEP DEDCUTING BUT AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS THEY REFUDN THE SAME. BUT THE OLDEST PROBLEM WHICH IS PAST 2 YEARS IS STILL NOT TAKEN CARE-OFF.

            I wish to register this as a high level complaint and require your immediate and kind attention.

            I am an Airtel(prepaid) user from last 4years with the number [protected]. I had no concerns what so ever while it was a prepaid number. Recently I've converted the same number to postpaid and a storm of problem arrived.

            Airtel executive came to my office on 23/06 without any notification and called me up for the relevant details when I was on Leave. I still managed to reach office and provided him with all the relevant details on a day when I was on leave.
            Following day, my Airtel number was disconnection quoting "negative verification". I called up customer care department and was advised that there status states "verification not done because details not shown". I called up the Airtel executive on his mobile number who verified my details and he stated that the verification has already been completed however, we are unable to update the status because of server delay. I called Airtel again and was advised for the verification again. The executive on 121 arranged for another verification on the following day at my billing address but no one arrived. I had to call again for the third consecutive for the verification as had received another message of "negative verification". This time it was agreed that the executive will come to my place and I will show him my office ID proof. Following day engineer came to my office address, I repeat my office address and called up. He stated that he cannot come to billing address and the details had to be shown on the office address. I told him that I am on leave and cannot show him any details. He stated that he can meet any one of my friend who will just sign the document and verification will be completed. As advised by him I arranged for one of my friend to meet and sign the document. I had my line disconnected due to no fault of my own and had to call at least 15times and staying in queue for no reason. Meanwhile, I had my Outgoing Calls Barred for at least 20 hours when I prefer to make most of my calls from my mobile (as has no other number) which I was unable to. Next day of verification I called up Airtel Customer Care to check the verification status and I was advised that I had another number [protected] on my name which I used almost 18 months back and the outstanding for that number is Rs 5300/-(approx). I know nothing about the number and had no other number apart from the number I am currently using and also not sure how this enormous outstanding amount reflecting on my name.

            I joined HCL on Sep'06 I have given all my details to an Airtel Executive outside my office for a postpaid number with Advance Rental of Rs 699/- for 1 year which I never got because I was told after a week of document submission by that executive that the promotional plan is not active anymore and was offered a different plan. I cancelled the deal as not happy with the different plan and asked for the copies of the document I provided. Executive told me that the documents were torn away and hence cannot be mis-used.

            Please note that I had no other number apart from the number I am using from last 4years. I never received any bill for that above number and nor received any verification call and not even signed any document. I asked Airtel to provide me the details viz document signed by me before activation of the above mentioned number, recording of the conversation during verification before activation of the above mentioned number and most important the recording of outgoing calls to prove that I used the number.

            I had not received any proper response from Airtel.

                I am a airtel retailer. [protected] had been activeted on 12.04.2008 & rechareged with 148 on 14.4.2008 but the validity is yet 0. I have complained many times to easy helpline but the result is nothing.Plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

                    On 02 Jul 2008 to resolve the pending issue of addon connection on my existing mobile [protected], I tried to approach Ms Rupali the designated NODAL OFFICER at Indore Offic on Mob No [protected], which instead was responded by a gentleman ANKIT BARIYA who was not only a confused person but was not able to converse in simple english, he refused to forward my call to NODAL OFFICER Ms RUPALI & if such executives I shy to come on line, the web site of AIRTEL should not show their names & mobile numbers of such callous NODAL OFFICERS. Mr ANKIT inspite of my repeated requests refused to provide me the E-MAIL ID of the corporate office of AIRTEL MOBILE. It is matter of shame that a company with over 7 crores mobile subscriber, has such callous NODAL OFFICERS who refuse to listen to customer requirements and work in watertight compartments. If I am NOT responded by an EXECUTIVE of AIRTEL MOBILE in next 15 days, I will be constrained to break relationship with AIRTEL MOBILE

                    I agree with you, and am also fed up with airtel now.
                    Before coming to USA, when I approached an airtel office, i was promised that my international roaming will be activated within 48 hours([protected]).It has been 6 months now and the roaming on my number is not activated.Yes they are not promt, sincere or puntual in their services but you have to agree that they are very sincere about billing, i am still receiving bills for my phone which i am unable to use for last 6 months because there is no roaming activated yet.
                    I am trying to contact a senior airtel officer reagrding this.If doesnot get a response, i will have to throw away the sim, without paying a single penny to airtel and filing a complaint in consumer court.
                    I am having tougher times dealing with these call center jokers.
                    There's no NODAL Officer. All are thekedaars and Mr Sunil Bharti Mittalis just hving a ride of Customers Tail. No One Knows who the country head of customer service in airtle is (if there's one).

                    I am thinking to switch to Sarkari provider. They are better than these Pvt Sector thugs.
                    I am send a request for activating missed call alert for my airtel number([protected]), but still its not activated from last 6 months, i log many complaint for that but problem is still pending, they all are nt given me solution for that.what should i do for that?and cusomer care executive told me within 4 hour it will be activated but problem is same
                    I have taken post paid connection to a lot of hope that I will not have to run frequently for recharging. At the time of taking connection I had to submit a copy of the rent agreement, two photos and an Identity proof. Then I moved to another house and informed the same to Customer care. They changed my address and after a few days asked me to submit Address proof, Identity proof and two photographs in 48 hours. My house owner was away and so I produced address proof from the company where I work.
                    The airtel representative who visited my house had no idea about residence proof. He took the letter from my company, copy of my pan card and two photographs. After an intervel of 24 hours I received a message " SINCE WE COULD NOT MEET YOU DURING THE WELCOME VISIT YOUR OUT GOING CALLS WILL BE SUSPENDED IN 24 HOURS" Immediately I contacted customer care and very soon my outgoing calls were suspended. I visited the airtel relationship centre where I think I was treated as though I had been a terrorist. I demanded the return of the documents collected from me. They do not return the documents once they collected. I am afraid they will misuse my photographs.
                    i agree with it AIRTEL is providng a worst customer service . iam having a ladline problem for 15 days .i had even talked to the nodal officesrs but thereis no response frm their side
                    I had taken airtel prepaid connection on 3rd of april and given required documents . On 7th of april varification was done and line was activated on 11th of april . on 29th of april my service was deactivated for no reason and advised me to submit fresh documents . Regarding this i visited 3 to 4 times to your airtel galeries to know the reason . On 9th of april again my service was activated for 2 days .Again on 12th of april the service is deactivated. Now i am so fedup i am thinking to go legally with airtel for this small reason . Kindly answer me should i go legally or somebody will speak to me regarding this because i am fedup by contacting customer care and galeries they just know to say sorry sir thats all they think that customer is a fool where he will submit the documents 10 times if it is demanded. and there is no value for customers documents.

                    I am using Hutch from 2003 till date there is Not even a Single problem with in terms of Coverage, Tariffs, Customer Care is The BEST.
                    I will Personally Recommend All To Switch to VODAFONE Its Great.
                    yes, i too have a worst experience to share... since i got trasfered to another place i need to switch my mobil connection, i requested by email and written mail to discontinue the same after paying last bill. but since then no body has responded yet...and few days back i recieved a call from airtel that i need to pay 4500 buck to settle it down and they are calling to each and every no from my call list too. i mailed all this to nodal of the circle, lets see what happens. and see guys i made the same mistak by take again airtel connection at new place. now i am planning to switch it.

                    A Query Regarding a Pre- Paid Mobile Number [protected]. I am unable to make outgoing calls from my Mobile to Landline as well as Mobiles. Though I am receiving all the incoming calls. I have repeatedly made complaints regarding this problem to your concerned Department and Nodal Officers also but no such action has been taken so far in the above said matter. Since a week I am facing the problem of outgoing calls. Since this is my Business Number which has been circulated amongnst my Customers my business is getting affected badly as I cannot contact them. After making a call to your Service Centre 121 I am always assured that your problem would be resolved within 24 hrs from the call time but till date no action has been initiated on the said date.

                    Really brothers, Airtel is getting worse day by day, Their customer care executives are lacking behavioral skills, not to mention lack of common sense. Same thing to several executives, and outcome is -NULL !!                     I have been probably one of the first users of Airtel since it got into the business in Delhi. since then have bn a loyal customer and with every move hv used their services, which am disappointed to say has deteriorated infinitely.

                    1) My prepaid Bangalore no. [protected]. problems :-
                    (a) network Coverage is low at my residence on Palace Road (embassy habitat)
                    (b) inspite of complaints still get promotional calls & smses. which disturbs me during meetings etc.

                    2) My husband's Bangalore Post Paid no. [protected]
                    (a) ISD was not activated, for that had to go to their office.
                    (b) While out of station, he has not been recieving calls..on the other side there is no ring going through. (while other Airtel numbers are working in that area so its not a netwirk prob!!)

                    3) Our Hyderabad mob No. [protected]
                    (a) This has blackberry service for which we paid a full yr advance on the insistance of Airtel staff.
                    now that we have shifted to Bangalore and have taken a new Airtel connection in Bangalore - they are refusing to use the given advance to the new Bangalore no. By this its become cumbersome and expensive... using 2 phone handsets and paying Blackberry & phone charges on roaming. NEED THIS RESOLVED URGENTLY. PLEASE!

                    I feel we as their customers deserve better service and consideration. Even when new /cheaper providers like Uninor etc came we did not shift but Airtel is using this loyalty more like they have Majority of the Mkt.

                    REQUEST NODAL OFFICERS in HYDERABAD & BANGALORE to solve our above issues.

                    Look fwd to recieving call from Airtel sorting out. Like what Airtel used to be in the initial days. :)

                        I am receiving airtel promotional calls which frustrate me a lot. I think Airtel customer care does not have any other work other then switching on the record.                         Dear airtel service provider my self is rajesh i m using Idea, Smart and Airtel's service every one asking, Idea is The best do you know why? because of their policies and they think always for their coustermer and not for the promotion advertisements (To earn only). I am receiving your promotion call daily while Driving (Stop the bike and then cut call and then start the bike) i can not remember my friends mb. no. but i remember your promotion call no. some time this call comes while i m in important meeting and some time during my study. I call your coustremer care they promise me that you sms DND then promotion calls will be stoped. I did that immediately but it was not stopped then i recalled your CC they told me that it is ok you sms immediately but we will stop it after 45 days wow what the great service. thanks a lot for providing this type of great service.                             Please note that I have an Airtel cell no.[protected] even after paying my bill's air tel just disconnect the complete of my no's many times when i am on roaming this time also I am in Mumbai and even after giving the payment to Airtel collection boy in delhi he has taken 25000/- cash. but Air tel disconnect my cell .

                            Please if any one can help me in this regard as Airtel customer service is just not take call's .

                                I has have purchased airtel prepaid sim 5 days ago also submitted the related documents on the same day but the service is not yet activated.I needed this very urgently but am very disappointed by such delayed behavior from airtel.Please take related actions as soon as possible
                                I am working as an executive in a nationalized bank, so I had given my identification proof from my bank. I was allotted a connection [protected] in Feb 09 in
                                Mumbai.But the same was not actived for want of address proof as alleged by your office . It is strange to say the least. Even after a lapse of more than 5 months and many calls and reminders, my mobile no is not activated . Do I get it activated or I surrender all our moble connections, please respond .

                                  Hi All

                                  This is to inform you that I was treated so rudely by customer care team that I had to literally abuse teh lady agent. Basically I wanted to activate GPRS on my mobile and I called up Care team for that but three agent told me that they wud have to keep the call on hold to seek inforamtion and they simply disconencted the call, I got very frustrated and I called teh dept. once again, this time a picked up the call ( Durga ) and refused to transfer the call to supervisor and said ( agar teko supervisor se baat karne ki hai to raat me 10 baje ke baad phone kar ) this is the way she was speaking to me, I there fore angrily abused her for the rude behavior, she then went ahead adn disconnected the call saying ( tere number ke saath dekh kya karti ).

                                  After 15 minutes of the call my Missed Call Alert service was activate without any consent and Rs 15/- got deducted from my account, further to that hello tunes got activated for 365 days and teh tune was a piglet.

                                  I have made a complaint againxt this in custoemr care dept. on the same day and spoke to Mangesh ( Floor Supervisor ) he checked details and apologised for same adn promised teh refund fo the deducted amount also told that other service wud get deactivated within 24 hrs time.

                                  But I kept on receving call from one number which was from Vega Centre ( Pune ) who was actually activating the services and also had a big argument with me over the fone regarding the same. The person who was calling from Vega Centre was Ajay according to him. Now I am unalbe to use the service.

                                  Kindly do the needfull for above mentioned issue.

                                      i take a new airtel connection for the use mobile office where i can connect it to my laptop but the thing is i do not get the paper bill in my mailing address when i complain it on to airtel customer care they tell me will will send it with in 2 days but after 1 payment i don't recive the bill i face the problem to see the charges or other usaes after that i give my office address to send the bill in my office but that is also not possible for airtel one day some one calling on my number and tell me i am a airtel enploye i am on your office when i found the guys in my office no one is my office .
                                      i giving my mobile number to you if some one help me on the topic then help me

                                      we are one of the leading manufacturer of plywood industries in the state of Karnataka, we take airtel connections for the mobile for office and administrative sector. we have more than 12 connections with airtel and opt to take more connections. we use airtel mobiles in national aswel as international. we are one of the largest bill payer.

                                      we regret to state that since 4 months we did not get our mobile bills (itemwise), we have compliant it to the airtel customer care near A.B Shetty Circle, Mangalore they tell us their courier service has changed and they are not responsible for not delivering the bills. Although we go to airtel customber care and collect the amount of bills and paying the bills without fail.

                                      kindly take proper step to mail the bills to us else we will definitely go to other mobile connections.

                                        1. I M MAJOR ANUP THAPA A SERVING SOLDIER OF THE INDIDN ARMY PRESENTLY PERFORMING MY DUTIES AT KARGIL.
                                        2.RESPECTED AUTHORITY ON 28 JUNE 08 I WAS TRAVELLING FROM DELHI TO CHANDIGARH.ENROUTE MY BUS STOPPED AT A PLACE CALLED PIPLI.I MADE A CALL TO CHANDIGARH.THE CALL WAS LESS THAN 3 MINS, AND ANOTHER FOR 24 SECONDS.NOW I WAS HANDED OVER THE BILL OR RS 55.77 FOR THE FIRST AND RS8.20 FOR THE SECOND CALL.I ENQUIRED AB IT TO THE SHOPKEEPER HE TOLS ME THESE ARE THE AIRTELL CHARGES.IN THE BILL YOU WILL FIND A WRONG DATE THATS OF 19/6/2005.WELL SERVING AS A SOLDIER IT REALLY PAINS TO SEE THAT A RENOWED COMPANY LIKE AIRTELL DOING SUCH YOU ARE REQUESTED TO CLARIFY THE MATTER AT URGENT BASIS OR I HAVE TO KNOCK THE DOOR OF CONSUMERS COURT FOR THE OTHERS WHO ARE BEING CHEATED.THE SHOPKEEPER TOLD THAT THESE ARE THE STD RATES OF AIRTELL.ALSO THE SPEED OF THE PULSE WAS VERY FAST.HOWEVER I HAVE BEEN USING AIRTEL FACILITES FOR A LONG TIME NO SUCH INCIDENT HAS HAPPENED I M ALSO THINKING OF REPORTING THIS MATTER TO WHATEVER SOURCE I CAN TO ENLIGHTEN THEM ABOUT THE SAME.THE STD NO FROM WHERE I MADE MY CALL TO MY HOUSE AT CHANDIGARH IS [protected].PRESENTLY I AM ON VERY SHORT LEAVE AT CHANDIGARH.I WANT IF THE TAMPERING WITH THE STD MACHINE IS BEING DONE THE SHOPKEEPERS MUST PAY FOR IT AS THEY ARE SPOILING THE NAME OF AIRTEL.
