My cell No. [protected] (pre-paid). I had given Rs.600 to one of your guy for a new scheme (50paise for any cell or landline & 50paise for sms & 1 Rs. for STD). The scheme was never activated but after few days my sim was showing invalid. In Airtel Gallery, your Exe. said its been converted to PostPaid. Now today after 4 days my sim is still not activated. Even i could not get your exec. on line in Customer care ie. 121/[protected]. Please take some action.

Hi Sir,
I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection for atleast 4 yrs.I recharged my Card yesterday for Rs.250( Lifetime Incoming) and a Booster Pack for Rs.69. I got this Booster Pack only after confirming with AIRTEL Customer care Representative and only to have my MSGS free, but it went the Other way. Now all my MSGS is costing me 50 paise which I really do not wanted to be...
Kindly, change my plan to SMS Free or atleast to the old one (5 paise per SMS). I request to do the needful on a High Priority Basis.My Reference No.[protected].
plz explain in full detail for booster pack in rs97, rs69, rs64 .

the executive delivered the two simcard
later he activated one but till now he didnt activate the other
then when we asked abt the other sim the cust care he told that other sim is prepaid
how it can b possible this is very wrong
its under creminal act this regards they should take any action abt the sim
the offer is from we can talk from one mobile to other is free
they delivered as postpaid but later how can they say prepaid

so take nessary action regarding it take severe action against it

Im Karthikeyan, working as Territory Sales Manager. Recently i had choosen Airtel broadband. I was guided by One of their executive Mr. Kalai. He was pushing me & made me opt for a plan - which i later found was misleading. When asking for response - i was shocked by the attitude of the people & their answer. I was in agony & expected a solution, which i was not given. Im surprised, if this happens to one who is in the same field of sales, wat would happen to laymen.

I want my plan to be changed immediatly & make sure no such mislead happen in future.

I had taken one sim card from Karnataka in 1st wk of May 2008, Sim card No- [protected]. This sim no was working for 2 weeks upto 3rd week of May 2008, after that it is not working and in the mobile it is shown as " Registration failure"
But why this is occurring.

I want to registration in Airtel to view the bill.
I, Jitendra kr Sharma, using an Airtel mobile connection, have been facing a lot of problems with bill payment.I have visited four to five times the airtel gallery to update my payment details.In the month of june2008 the mobile bill payment for Airtel was paid through internet banking and my bill amount was Rs 1035 .This has already been debited from my icici bank account, and somehow this transaction has not been updated in their system.
After visiting airtel galleries for the fourth time, I got a phone call from Airtel regarding the harassment I was going through and they apologised and said that all my payment is done and this kind of mistake will not happen again.

Still after three days(15th sept 2008) my sim card is giving error (simcard registration failed), because of my payment is not shown which i have already duly paid.

i have taken simcard of airtel 2 months before and submitted full document which is required. now ther is problem everytime message is comming ur sim card registration failed so please help me and step i have to follow regarding this problem.

    I called Airtel call centre on 4th Jan 2008 for cancelleing my Line No:[protected] one Ms.Nirmala Devi attaneded the call and she asked for the extention or gift the line to somebody,after i said no then she accepted my cancellation request and she also informed that"Your line will get cancelled from today,but you can use your line till 22nd Jan then line will get permanently cancelled.She confirmed that there will not be any rental charges from Jan 4th, if any usage is there in that time i should pay the usage fee only.After this discusion i when to thier egmore office to surrender the instruments i shocked that they were telling your line still active you need to pay rental everything,even after i wrote a letter stating everything and gave in egmore office, i got the bill for whole amount.I sent numerous mails they are not ready to listen.So far i sent nearly 4 mail to nodel officer too there is no response,i dont know whether nodel officers are recieving my mails or not.Now they were telling that i have to give a written cancellation then only they accept it should be informed to me when i asked for cancellation on 4th jan to Ms.Nirmala Devi.Because of thier executive not aware of the procedures why should the customer to be penalised.I dont know whether Airtel is wantedly doing this,customer who is cancelling has to be penalised???.Now also i am saying i am ready to pay what ever i got as a bill after listening the conversation i had with Ms.Niramala Devi.,If Airtel wants to prove they are right, let them prove i am ready to pay after that.

    They are telling you that you do not have to pay..YOU JUST IGNORE THEM..SINCE THEY IGNORED YOU...YOU HAVE MADE REQUEST RIGHT..THEN KEEP THE CALL DETAILS WITH YOU..THAT IS MORE THAN ENOUGH..

    let them go for leagal action againist it.( THEY CAN NOT DO..SINCE they very well know that THEY ARE DOING WRONG )..even if the court ordering you to pay the amount..it will notbe much the amount bank inerest..so LET AIRTEL TO STRUGGLE ON LEAGAL ISSUES ...

    I AM 100% SURE THAT THEY CAN NOT TAKE ANY ACTION ON THIS...DO NOT PAY..IGNORE AIRTEL...

      Dear sir,

      Hope you be fine.
      I am Airtel prepaid customer from pune.It is ironical to state that I made complaints several times to customer care 121 about the wrongful deduction of amount from my airtel connection mob n.-[protected] but all my requests fell to a deaf ear and the concerned authorities are not serious at all at my grievances.Here are the details of illegal deductions :
      Rs 15/day daily is deducting frm 18 feb frm my phone everyday even after sending messageto stop the service GPRS.
      It is mentionworthy here that whenever a complain is lodged with Customer care, they say that "It is due to System hav internal Problem or remote called problem" . I am at a loss after all and the amount had been deducted without using service n make them to stop service which shows at large the deficiency in services from Airtel counterparts.
      You are therefore, requested to look into the matter and give suitable instructions to the authorities concerned and add the above mentioned ( wrongfully debitted) amount to my balance at your earliest failing which I shall have to knock the door of Consumer Forum.Awaiting your response.

      Airtel Prepaid Card — Illegal deduction for Hello Tunes

      My mobile number is [protected]. Its a life time prepaid card.On 20th March 2009 I applied for the Hello tune, I got a message from Airtel (6782) saying that You have been charged Rs.15 for the song.your caller will now hear Genda Phool as your Hello tune.
      But, no hello tune has been loaded on my phone and money is deducted.
      I called the customer care for the problem, they assured me to solve the problem within 24 hours.
      On 26th March 2009, again I got a mail that, you have been un subscribed from Airtel Hello tunes service.
      Again I contacted customer care on 26th March 2009, they again assured me to solve the problem within 24 hours.
      Again I received a message on 26th March from 6781, stating that " Thank you for subscribing to Hello Tunes service. you have been charged rs 30 for 30Days.
      But, again no hello tune has been activated, and the amount deducted.
      Once again I contacted the customer care, again I was assured to solve the problem within 24 hours, complaint ref . no.[protected].But nothing works.
      Today on 02nd April 2009, again I contacted the customer, he assured me to solve the problem,
      My hello tunes were activated, but again I was charged Rs 30 for the Hello Tunes.

      Please don't harras the customers like me and arrange to refund the monet illigelly deducted as soon as possible.

      It is being noticed that on every recharge some amount is deducted for friends chat eventhough the service is not chosen by me. This has been brought to the notice of customer care several times and it has been requested repeatedly to discontinue the friends chat. The request made is not implemented even after making complaints to customer care. Please stop this unnecessary deduction for friends chat on recharge.

        1 . my balance loss atomatically in date 25 feb .
        2. without my calling my friends recieve my missed call , it is not problem of handset because i m check change handset.

        Hello :) Am Akshaya from chennai ! Recently i applied airtel GPRS pack...after it got activated Rs 5 got debited from my account. Things were going smooth till today afternoon..after 3 : 00 pm even though i had activated my internet scheme ..Rs 30 got debited from my account ! this is the 2nd time ! I even called the customer care and informed them about this..but they took no care of this issue ! I would be happy if some authority checks this issue and credit Rs 30 into my account and also activate my GPRS pack .

          I applied for a broadband connection in the month of November. The form was filled and the cheque of Rs. 850 favouring Airtel taken which was leter debited from my account. I was not given any recept for the same and the guy told me that he will give me the receipt later. After 10 days the guy went untraceble and his mobile is not valid. Called up Airtel customer service and they ask for the receipt number that was not given to me. I later heard that other people too faced similar problem from Airtel. This is nothing but cheating. Untrustworthy brand. Or rather thieves in white collar. Now I am going for some other service provider and want my money back.

          Broadband — recharge not updated in the server

          i am a tata indi com custmer i ahve purchased 1 month 128 kbps prepaid vochser . i am calling daily to custmer care but they are not responding

          as well as they are not soloving this issue from past 15 days onwords. service is very bad.

          I applied for braodband connection (500C) 1 month ago, but I didn't receive modem until now. BSNL agent told me that my request has been approved. I'm still waiting for the connection.

          I have applied for broadband connection 499/- plan on 25 May 2008 in Agra at my residence F-1038 Kamla Nagar agra.Connection is booked by executive Subhashish but now neither they are providing connectoin nor refunding money
          afterthat there is possibility of connection.I have also talked to Mr. Suprit, he told me several time I will come but he didnot come.I have last option to go to consumer court.

          One day I got an sms requesting me to contact Agarwal Info, Chennai if in case I need Airtel broadband connection. Guess it is a franchise of Airtel. The following were the nos mentioned in the sms:
          [protected], [protected]. I called one of these no. as I was in need of Braodband connection. One guy named Harish picked the call. He asked for my address to check the feasiblity in my area as I resided in sholinganalur, Chennai. After an hour I got a call back from him stating me that it is possible for Airtel broadband connection at my home. He requested me to pay a sum of 500Rs to the marketing guy named Magesh. His mobile no. is [protected]. He got my photograph, 570 Rs from me and promised i will get the connection in 4 days time. Then 5th day I called him. He told me to talk with a guy named Krishnakumar who is also an employee of Agarwal info. His mobile no. is [protected]. He didnt respond properly. Every day I used to call him. He was jeep on dragging day by day. Then after 3 weeks time he told me to talk with his manager named Baskar. His mobile no. is [protected]. This guy checked with other team and told me that my house is 95M away from the dp box and it is not possible for them to give connection.
          I asked him why the hell they checked for the feasiblity and got 570 Rs from me. He apologised and told that i can be moved to cancelation and I will be getting my money back in 10 days. Yesterday, suddenly Airtel people came to my home for installation. I called baskar why he told that it was not possible previiously. He again apologised and told that his team has achieved the target for the previous month. So, moved my application to next month. So, whatever these people said was not true. They are very big frauds. If you want to get a Airtel broadband connection please go to Airtel showroom direcly rather than going to franshise like Agarwal Info. Because of Agarwal Info., Airtel's name is getting spoiled though they provide good service. Now I go with TATA INDICOM.
          Those people are not ready to cancel my connection too. Now my moeny is in vain. Could you please help me in getting the money back. In this world of recession 570 bugs is really a big money for me.

          Sub: Regarding misappropriation of Rs.7990/- paid to you vide our Cheque No. 658493 dated 23.11.2008 drawn on State Bank of India, Ambala Cantt.



          I paid you the above mentioned cheque for Rs.7990/- for buying 24 months internet connection against purchase of new COMPAQ Pressario PC 3550IL. The connection was provided by providing new connection 4008669 but was disconnected by you without any reason. I have lost this money without any fault of mine. All me efforts and frequent visits to your office at Rattan Chowk, Ambala Cantt failed to bear any results.



          Please provide me the connection for which the money has been provided in advance immediately

          AIRTEL broadband agent RAJESH YADAV whose phone no. is [protected] has cheated me by not providing a connection and not returning the amount of rs.850. My written complaint to AIRTEL has been of no use. AIRTEL hires agents who are cheats this reflects the organizations standards.

          Airtel Broadband — Not doing any thing on my request

          On 1st of Aug 2009, I put a request to shift my broadband connection from Dwarka (New Delhi) to Gurgaon. Since then I have made numerous call to get the status of the request. Every time I call, they say that we need another 24 hrs to find the status. When I was putting request, they said status will be conveyed to me within two days and shifting will be done within 7 days. I have spent close to Rs 500 while making calls to AirTel customer care. I want to know from any one on this forum who can give me contact details of the right person. Or where can I approach to get this resolved. Ticket # was 252220.

          Airtel Broadband — not giving connection in time

          dear sir i had applied for airtel broadband connection on 4th aug 2010. your executive has taken Rs 1000/- as booking amount and assure me that within 5 working days it will activate but till 20th aug my connection has not started, even when i talk to customer care they are giving me dates. one of the line man came to me and provided the land line number [protected]. but now they are saying that they cant provide me connection.let me infom shall igo to consumer forum for providing me false commitment.

          Airtel Broadband — Not giving the connection

          Hi,

          We requested for broad band connection. A guy came at our door took the documents, PAN card photo copy, house rental agreement and took three months bill in advance. He assured to get connection by 4-7 working days. He collected it 3 weeks back. After a week we didn't hear anything, then...I called him but he is not even picking the call.
          Please help me regarding this.

          AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE — CONNECTION NOT PROVIDED

          I enrolled on 27th Sep 2010 for Airtel broadband connection throug Airtel Marketing Executive. My enrollment No. is 2405292. I given Rs 500 to executive. When document procedure completed, then one airtel technical team person came to my house to provide the connection & told me that as all ports are chocked, so he can't give me connection.
          I discussed with there marketing manager Mr. Arvind Pal regarding there promise to provide connection in two days. He promised me to give him two more days to fix the issue.
          After a week I call him up, he again ask for two more days. Then aften two days I called him he didn't pick my phone.
          I called to customer care, but they also told that on my concern they are working.
          Now after two weeks itself conncection is not provided & even no body tried to contact me.
          I am feeling cheated with airtel by both money as well as time.

          Airtel Broadband — Being cheated by AirTel executives

          I am using AirTel Broadband since July 2009. My AirTel Land-line number is [protected] .I had a false image about AirTel that when its comes to customer services ,they are the best. But now I have realized their true color.

          For the past more than one month,I am being tortured by AirTel like anything.I don't know who is going to pay for the losses caused by non-availability of internet at my premises due to false promises made by AirTel every-time.

          This is how my story goes.....

          02-April-2011:

          · I raised a shifting request of my Broadband connection with a reference number #189019 to my new premises in the same locality.

          · I was told that maximum time taken for shifting will be 6 days.

          18-April-2011:

          · I didn’t receive any call from anyone in this regard till this date.

          · I lodged a complaint with a reference number: #45337284 to customers care.

          · As promised by customer care, I got a call within 4 hours of complaint.

          · I was told by the executive that in my area, junction box is full and hence I need to wait for 2 more weeks.

          · I was not ready to wait more than 3 days due to some personal constraints.

          · I got a reply that before two weeks, this is not possible at all.

          · I raised a request for the cancellation with a reference number: # 592114 and was told that my request will be entertained in 7 working days.

          20-April-2011:

          · I got a call from an executive, and to my surprise he was asking me to wait for 1 month.

          · I told him everything and also made it clear that it has become really impossible for me to wait even for a week.

          · He told me, he cannot help me in this regard.

          · I applied for a BSNL broadband connection.

          · BSNL people surveyed my house and promised me to give the connection in 4 working days.

          23-April-2011:

          · I got a call from another AirTel executive; he paid a visit to my premises, fixed the cables and promised me to give the connection by 24-Mar-2011.

          · I called to BSNL, and cancelled my request for the new connection.

          24-April-2011:

          · I didn’t get any call from anyone.

          26-April-2011:

          · I lodged a complaint with reference number: #45637500.

          · I was shocked to know that, it is written in the record: “Customer is agreed to wait for one month”.

          27-April-2011:

          · I got a call from AirTel and was asked whether I have spoken to any executive regarding the waiting for one month. I told yes but I was not ready to wait even for 3 days then how can I be agree to wait for 1 month. After this, he said: “OK” sir and disconnected the call.

          I got a call from AirTel saying that I will get my connection within one week.I told them clearly that I can not wait for even 2 days.

          They requested me like anything for the same. I asked them to give an exact date before which I can get my connection.

          They said,my connection will be given at any cost by 04-May-2011.

          No one called me till date.

          I can say only one thing now : Enough is Enough!!!!!!

          I can't wait even for a day .. Going to get a Tata Photon +.

          I request you to please CANCEL MY CONNCETION.
          I have had raised 3 cancellation request in the past,and every time I got a reply that it will be entertained within 7 working dates.

          Airtel Broadband — Incorrect information provided by Airtel guy and now he is not responding

          Hi Team,

          We always had out broadband connection from airtel since almost 5 years and recently we moved house.
          ON submitting request for house change, Vinay contacted me who said he works in Sec12 Airtel office - Faridabad.
          Since he was good friend of one of my known person he visited me home and advised that shifting the plan might take month and if i want he can get me new connection on cheaper rate and fairly quickly.
          I was obviously happy about it and he updated me that i will have to only pay 899 for my existing plan for which i was paying 999 up till previously.
          So i got my number changed which had just once digit adjusted in landline number but he said in order to change the plan changed to 899 i will have to contact him after 2 days and when i called him 2 days later he has been disconnecting my call.
          Obviously he got his sale for the day by giving me new number but i really don't understand that how can airtel hire such cheap guys who in order to achieve their sales projection make fools out of honest customer.
          I want some actions to be taken against this guy for his actions and for this i have even mentioned his name and mobile number.

          650+100. That guy who come for collect the money get 100 extra, for address
          proof. He promised me to give back the Lawyer signed address proof. But still

When I contacted the Airtel Customer Care, they told me that the connection was not feasible in our area. Then how can you collect cash from me without checking the connection feasibility. The marketing executive Velan specifically said that there is connection nearby, now how can they take back the statement when i checked with customer care.

          I am very UNHAPPY with your service and the way your airtel people respond to my service calls.

          I would appreciate if you can address the same.

          I am not sure if this is a fault of airtel or fault of representatives involved in this particular case. Inspite of this complaint, i am ready to take the connection even now. I have been using 3 other connections from Airtel and I am happy about airtel except the above mentioned complaint.
          I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 06/06/13. The Airtel people promised me to arrange for the connection within a day, but until now its not connected. I have already paid for the connection in cash on 06/06/13 to him (His Mob# [protected]).

          I have been contacting several persons regarding this issue to Mr. Gopi as a technician from the Airtel franchee ((His Mob# [protected])), but he is not giving any valuble reason why they are taking more time to serve. I would never choose or recommend any airtel service to any one, i feel very much cheated. I have been used by your executive to reach their monthly target. I request you to kindly look into this issue..

              i use mobile office service..4m abt a yr..n i used 2 get fair service..but from ..last few weeks..i m facing prob..server is vvvvv down i m not able 2 get connected..n its taking lonnnnnnnng tym ..2 get connected..well ppl dont hav tht much of tym..tht thy will wait 4 an hr..
              n even though it gets connected..m not able to open any web page..

              though my problem is not exactly like yours, i agree to your situation.i have been using mobile office for 5 months and this time it has not been activated even after getting the recharge done.3 days have passed and the customer care says they dont have any record of this 498 recharge neither is the dealer willing to recharge it again.i received confirmation message after recharge and now they say it has not been recharged.i'm tired and frustrated and cant do my important work.instead i'm running from dfealer to airtel office but to no avail.

              I have a SIM card of Kolkata and No [protected] and I was using that while I was in Kolkata up to Dec. 2010. Now, for my work I came to Kolkata from Dec.2010 and I will be here up to Oct.2011. While, I am in Pune Maharastra, I have a fresh SIM card of Maharastra and I kept that Kolkata card alive by recharging the same with Rs.100/- about three months ago. I used that no once or twice in month for 30 sec to one mint. To keep it active and alive. I had about Rs.80/- in the first week of May 2011. On 1st June, 2011, when I wanted to used the make it active/alive. I found Zero Balance and expiry date mentioned 11th May 2011. I was surprised to see that and gone to many Airtel mobile shop Gallery to enquire about what happen to my above SIM no.
              I had been told to contact the customer care center of Kolkata and lodge a complaint and write to them. They will give the answer. Hence, I started calling the No [protected] and automatic teletalking machine asked to dial 1/2/1 etc and I did. Finally they asked to dial the password which was not known or told me and I hanged the telephone. In the meantime, today afternoon I got one MSG that recharge Rs 160/- and get TT of Rs.160/-. I am confused. What to do? PLEASE HELP.

              Now please help me the ways of keeping/retaining the no up to Oct.2011. And after that I will be using that no in Kolkata.

VOTER ID, RATION CARD ETC. THIS MOBILE CONNECTION HAS BEEN THE ONLY WAY FOR HER TO COMMUNICATE WITH HER TWO SONS, WHO WERE POSTED IN J & K AND RAJASTHAN. ALL RELATIVES WERE ALSO CONNECTED ON THIS MOBILE NUMBER.

              3. AFTER FIVE YEARS O[censored]SAGE OF THIS MOBILE CONNECTION, THE SERVICE PROVIDER (AIRTEL BENGAL AREA) HAS BLOCKED THE SIM CARD IN FIRST WEEK OF MAY 2011 WITHOUT ANY KNOWN REASON. THE NUMBER WAS LATEST RECHARGED ON 27-28 APR 2011 WITH RS 50/-. THEREAFTER, AFTER BLOCKAGE OF SIM CARD, FOR SEVEN DAYS MY MOTHER COULD NOT UNDERSTAND THE PROBLEM WITH THE CONNECTION. SHE COULD NOT CONNECT ANY ONE AS ALL INCOMING AND OUTGOING CALLS WERE STOPPED. BEING WORRIED, SHE VISITED RETAILERS FOR THE NEEDFUL. SHE AGAIN SUBMITTED THE ALL SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS TO A RETAILER FOR RE-INSTATEMENT OF THE CONNECTION. SHE WAS CONTINUED TO BE HARASSED BY VISITING RETAILER SHOPS IN THE HOT SUMMER DAYS AGAIN AND AGAIN.                       The Airtel (Dehradun) Ottrakhand called me over phone to hand over the cheque of post paid bill of Rs 745 for the previos month through their Representaive who was visiting my Office on 31Jan,2008.The Representative named Munish collected the Cheque in person .Afer a lapse of 15 days again a call from the Airtel cenre came that we are retiving the Cheque as misplaced ,kindly give one more cheque towards the payment of Rs745/-they did not even bothered to locate the same but asked me to come with the bank statements .If my cheque has been misplaced then why should I send the statements for the fault of Airtel. This has happended for many times.

                      They charged me clip charges
                      charged rent after cancelling the #
                      when i went to cancel the add on card, they said the o/s amount is 1491 and i paid, later they took the money from my credit card also. now they are not responding my complaints. if we pay late, they charge late charges. if they collect 2 times, are they going to pay us something like that?????

                            Am Yeshwanth staying in Tumkur and using Airtel Connection ([protected]) from more than 1yr. On monday (17th May 2010) i have recharged for Rs.98 to use GPRS for free. I didnt knew anything about MOBILE OFFICE and in the messages which i got from Airtel also there was no instruction on the same. After using for 2 days Rs.194 has been deducted from my account. When i called your customer care noone is responding for my call properly. I used GPRS through Airtel Live without proper information.

                              i had entered into airtel with more expectations and got postpaid sim on 12.01.08 and since now it has not been activated when i contacted the airtel they simply say my area pincode is not in our system.so we are unable to activate.

                                I Mr sandeep Honrao have been your customer since from one year .

                                I had purchased a LG Handset model KG 110 on 6/2/2007 from “ANAND SHOPEE” Anand nagar pune.

                                The details of handset are as follows.

                                The scheme was such that 2399 ka Handset with 2399 ka talktime free (Airtel to Airtel)

                                ONthat LG handset box it has been clearly mentioned that

                                LG ke Rang,Airtel ke sang

                                Buy LG KG 110 for Rs 2399 and get free outgoing calls worth Rs 2399* for two years.

                                Free incoming calls validity for 2 years,

                                Free prepaid connection,

                                I have purchased this mobile for KBC –3 and enjoyed the programme continuously up to 52 episodes and also seen your Airtel Advertise & the famous Airtel tune in between the programme I have no. of relatives and friends of Airtel connection. I am enjoying Airtel to Airtel free talktime since from 1 year.

                                I recharge my handset on12/2/2008 with 265 Rs talktime for other calls. But from 13/2/08 my mobile is showing 0 talktime for Airtel to Airtel before completing 2 years and you have deducted from my other balance without informing anything .

                                Why this has happened ?What went wrong?

                                My Mrs Archana Honrao visited Aanand shoppee & launched a complaint regarding this kind of cheating.The owner told her to go to vega centre near swargate.

                                Then she has visited to Airtel office in vega centre in pune and launched a complaint . The lady told her that you would have been removed the SIM card & tried in another handset .This is handset migration problem according to your system software.Is it True or cheating?

                                The handset is always in our home & nobody would try to remove the SIM .

                                Mrs Archana Honrao has her own handset of no [protected].I also have another handset of no [protected].

                                I would have removed the SIM in somewhere around march-07 & tried in another handset,but then i know that the scheme SIM card wont work in any other handset.

                                That was an old story.After that you have not deducted my A to A free talktime .

                                So please again give me my balance A to A free talktime upto the desired period.

                                Your office staff lady told to my Mrs that it would require another 15 days to find out why your A to A talktime has been cancelled .

                                I request you to please do the needful as earliest.

                                Is it possible to switchoff my mobile for 15 days ?can i tell this to at least 1000 peoples /

                                I am also working in UPS company as a customer support engineer in pune

                                I and my Airtel friends/relatives do not want to end the relation with airtel.

                                  THIS IS THE MOST FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER WRITING AFTER TRYING TO GET HELP FROM ALL POSSIBLE DIRECTIONS TO NO AVAIL. TODAY MORNING MY MOBILE CONNECTION WAS DISCONNECTED, DON'T KNOW THE REASON WHY???

                                  I MADE A PAYMENT TOWARDS MY MOBILE BILL USAGE OF INR 1808 ON 8TH OF FEB THROUGH A COLLECTIONS AGENT AND SAME WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT ON 12TH FEB (AS PER MY HDFC BANK STATEMENT). THEN ON 18TH OF FEB ANOTHER AMOUNT 3292.60 WAS CREDITED TO AIRTEL THROUGH MY ICICI CREDIT CARD THROUGH VISA BILLPAY SERVICE.

                                  TODAY AFTERNOON I SPOKE TO YOUR REPRESENTATIVE (SHALINI) WHO DIDN'T EVEN KNOW HOW TO TALK IN ENGLISH AND DID NOT HELP AT ALL (HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE). I REQUESTED TO BE TRANSFERRED TO THE MANAGER, AND SHE SIMPLED REFUSED MENTIONING 'MANAGER IS BUSY". SOMEHOW, I CONVINCED HER TO TRANSFER THE CALL.

                                  MANAGER MR. BHASKAR.O (FLOOR MANAGER)(REFERENCE NUMBER from his conversation:[protected]. TIME WAS AROUND 13.10, 19th of Feb, 08, HE TOLD ME THAT NOTHING HAS BEEN UPDATED IN MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT REGARDING BILL PAYMENT. I TRIED GIVING HIM ALL EVIDENCES INCLUDING CHEQUE CLEARING DATE AND TRANSACTION ID, BUT HE KEPT ON INSISTING ME TO SEND HIM MY BANK STATEMENT (HOW CAN SOME ASK FOR MY BANK STATEMENT). I ALSO READ THE MESSAGE I RECEIVED FROM ICICI VISA BILLPAY TO HIM ON AMOUNT OF 3292.60 DEBITED ON ME AND CREDITED TO AIRTEL ON 18TH OF FEB, STILL HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND AND TOLD ME THE HE CANNOT DO ANYTHING UNLESS MY AIRTEL ACCOUNT IS UPDATED (NOT SURE HOW IT WILL HAPPEN, IF THIS DID NOT HAPPEN TILL NOW).

                                  I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS MY FAULT THAT AIRTEL PEOPLE DISCONNECTED MY NUMBER???????????????????? I PAYED MORE THAT WHAT I OWE TO THEM. IF SOMEONE FROM THEIR TEAM IS NOT DOING THEIR DUTIES, THEN WHY SHOULD I PAY THE PRICE????

                                  ENTIRE DAY I COULD NOT DO MUCH IN OFFICE COZ O[censored]NAVAILABILITY OF MY MOBILE AND IT LEAD TO BIG REVENUE LOSS FOR ME AS WELL AS THE ORGANIZATION.

                                  I REQUEST FOR A STRICT ACTION ON THIS. I EVEN TRIED SPEAKING AT COPRORATE OFFICE IN MEHRAULI (NEW DELHI). THAT LADY TOLD ME TO BE ON HOLD FOR A MINUTE AND THEN DISCONNECTED THE CALL. I TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES, BUT NOW PHONE IS NOT GOING THROUGH.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    i am a customer of airtel gprs mobile office service from about last 4 months i i used serviced regular but from last week on 11/FEB/2008 till today i cannot able to use that service from my residence but about 100 mtr far from my residence i able to used that service i complaint daily from 11 FEB 2008 to today to airtel cro on no. 121/ 12140 everyday about 5 times but they cannot resolve my problembr...

                                    Airtel Data card was purchased on June 30, 2007. Since, then there are issues with it. Company has accepted the network issue at first but have not given any time frame to resolve it. IT has been 7 months now. Neither they are refunding back Rs 5000 for the data card. After informing about the consumer complaint still no action has been taken. After a month of the purchase of the data card, they said they can manage it to resale it to someone and will fetch only Rs 2500. Without using the data card, they have halfed the price. Then, they ask me to the pay bill also without use. Then, I receive collection calls. They are not calling for any resolution but for collecting the money only. They have tried all troubleshooting and are saying that the issue is a network issue. No relief only harrasement.

                                    Airtel mobile Internet not working since 4-5 days.Called the customer care for several times but they keep asking me change my mobile settings.Even after changing the settings for 10 times and after finally changing the handset, the net is down.Can anyone check what and where exactly the problem is?Can this be resolved by airtel guys? My airtel no. is [protected]and the data connection card expires on end of July.
