i've registered by paying 500 rs. on march/27/08.Sales Officer Mr.Satish kumar from guindy office informed me that i will get the connection within 3 days.on 3rd day from day of registration some guy came to provide cabling but overhead not underground cabling, he promised me that i will get broadband connection on 31st march when the guy came for installation.Days passed by nobody provided me neither connection for phone or broadband connection.i enquired the call center and they simply place on hold then they disconnects the phone.this is what airtel customer center does.i'm frustated that i paid 500 rs without proper service at the time of installation.no proper information from ur customer care center or neither people wont inform.still i dont have connection, whenever i call the sales officer, he will not respond.my bill # / customer account #is 688985 dtd 27/03/08.
I think this complaint details will resolve the problem and take necessary action for the people who dont know how to talk with call center. my mob# [protected], [protected].
I had a good opinion abt airtel, unfortunately i've to tell all my collegues and friends that it is very poor service even at the begginging of service.

I fully supplement your views. In fact I am right now undergoing a similar situation too and do not know as to whom I should approach for getting y problem resolved. I am reproducing the mail sent to Airtel Nodal Officer - South yesterday but till now have not even got an acknowledgement mail for the same.

All the more annoying is the same Airtel website mentions in one link that the Nodal Officer would get back with a resolution in 48 hours and another link giving the contact information of Nodal officers, states that they need to given time of atleast 10 days on anmy complaint. Does Airtel really and sincerely mean and understand CUSTOMER SERVICE??????

I would like to introduce myself as Ganesh, a resident of Nanganallur, Chennai.

I had been using a Broadband connection at my home, through BSNL for over the last couple of years. Quite recently, I started running into frequent problems with the same and on enquiries from the market, got very promising feedbacks regarding the services and connectivity of Airtel Broadband. Becoming quite ambitious, I wanted to explore the possibility of getting an Airtel Broadband connection at home.

After lots of initial exploration, I landed up at one of your centres through telephone and on giving my initial details and interests, they took a couple of days of their sweet time in understanding the feasibility of this installation. I was given to understand that formal applications are entertained only after this feasibility study. To my fortune or rather I would like to term it as misfortune for now, they confirmed feasibility and one of the Sales Representatives came into contact.

The Sales representative's name is Mr. Elamurugan[protected].

He came home and got my application filled up on 30th March 2008 vide your Application / Bill No. 699713 and also gave me a receipt for the Rs.500 cash taken towards registration charges vide receipt number ZA 15273. Though the formalities got completed on 30th March, since it commenced with his previous visit on 29th March, these documents are dated 29th March 2008.

When he left after completing his documentation formalities, he assured that he would get the connection installed ASAP - max. 3 days and even committed out of the usual Salesman's anxiety level that he would go all out for getting it installed even before Monday 31st March evening. Nothing actually happened over the last week. Having already paid the money and looking eager to go online, I started following up from last friday. Even last friday evening, when I spoke to Elamurugan, I was assured that latest by the weekend, he would get it installed.

The weekend passed and Monday morning, I spoke to him and again got evasive responses. In a bid to escalate and really understand as to what exactly is going on, I tried reaching your Customer care number. Spoke to a pleasing gentleman by name Mr. Venkat, who registered a complaint on this vide reference 5417324 with an assurance that the installation would happen either on 7th April itself by evening or latest by 10 AM on 8th April. Had to keep waiting because I had no other options.

As usual, nothing happened on 7th / 8th April and finally on the evening of 8th April, I tried reaching Customer care referring to this complain for following up. I spoke to someone whose name I forgot and he was again giving round about replies without any clear commitments. Infact he mentioned that for any complaint lodged, the redressal time was 48 hours for closure and the Technical Team starts actually working on complaints only when the deadline of 48 hours is being approached. PATHETIC WAY OF HANDLING CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS - all the more mysterious was when the service level committed is clear being 48 hours, how did the first gentleman go ahead and promise me that this would be looked into within 24 hours - AS A CUSTOMER, WHEN WE REACH AIRTEL CUSTOMER CARE NUMBER, ALL WE TRUST AND BELIEVE IS THAT WE ARE SPEAKING TO PEOPLE WHO ARE VESTED WITH THE RESPONSIBILITY O[censored]NDERSTANDING AIRTEL's PROCEDURES THOROUGHLY AND BALANCE THE SAME TO THE CUSTOMER NEEDS SO THAT EVEN IN THE EVENTUALITY OF A GRIEVANCE, TEH CUSTOMER IS NOT TOTALLY IN THE DARK - seems all these Customer Satisfaction theories are myths with Airtel.

I wanted to really understand the situation and basically speak to some responsible official from Airtel, who could also understand my plight as a customer. The second gentleman was neither giving me an understanding response nor was he cooperating with my request for putting me across to the concerned person. Yet another excellent advantage of a Call center because the Customer never has the option of talking to the same officer again and the Customer will also not be able to get the phone numbers of responsible and senior officials for any escalation to resolve pending issues. ONLY THE ALMIGHTY KNOWS HOW YOUR INTERNAL METRICS ON TEAM PERFORMANCE REALLY WORKS AND HOW SATISFIED YOUR CUSTOMER BASE IS, IN TERMS OF REALITY.

After a long resistance from my side to be put across to someone else, I was put across to Mr. Bhoopathy, who introduced himself as the Floor Supervisor and as being a responsible person. When I explained him my plight, he again gave me an assurance stating that the complain would certainly be closed by 9th April 2008. But even after these calls, no one from Airtel has even bothered to give me a call back or visit my house for going ahead with the installation proceedings.

Your Sales representative is no more interested in talking to me because he is done with his job of bringing in one application along with the registration fees, basically adding up to the Company revenues and also his incentives.

I am no more interested in speaking to your Customer Care because I feel that no better than me going and wasting my time simply even to get through to someone who will really talk sense corresponding to the reality of the scenario.

One last hope I still carry is that I might get some attention by this mail being addressed to an esteemed Nodal Officer, but do not take me wrong, I am not sure as to what sort of response I will really get from you. Whether this mail gets your attention or just gets into your trash or junk. But without jumping into any conclusions, I am making this last attempt to see if someone in Airtel really cares about a Customer.

All along over the last 10 days, I had been hearing different concoctions / stories / imaginations from various members in the Airtel Team - your Sales guy told me that since from the nearest junction box, my home connection will require laying of 100+ metres of cable and it would be better if I could do some active marketing within my apartment complex to have someone also subscribe for an Airtel connection - I would have lost face with my neighbours too had I really gone into some stupid activities based on this. Without getting a responsible answer from Airtel, I would also have ended up squeezed to provide a reply to my neighbour who would have got into this proposal based on my advise. I THANK THE ALMIGHTY FOR SAVING ME FROM THIS.

One day the Sales guy says 100+ metres cable laying needs to happen - but the other day, he comes up and says that he is waiting for approval from ICICI Bank or the apartment behind ICICI Bank but in reality my apartment is road facing and is just on the other side of a 40ft road which houses both ICICI Bank and my apartment. NOT SURE IF HE HIMSELF FINDS ANY SENSE IN SUCH MISLEADING STATEMENTS TO A CUSTOMER, JUST FOR THE HECK OF SAVING HIS SKIN FOR AN UNJUSTIFIED DELAY IN INSTALATTION OF A NEW CONNECTION.

Can I look forward to any responsible person jumping into the fray to address my plight????????

Hi,

I have applied for new broadband connection on 1st week of Feb 08.
the person who came to me for collecting cash and documents told that your connection will be ready by 7 days.
there is no response from them yet (till 25 Apr.08).

When I call the person who came to me for documents he replied that the system shows your connection as faulty and your will get refund very soon. and I am still waiting.
I am reall bery satisfied wit the kind of service Airtel has provided. I called their customer care for a new broadband connection and the very next day, person came to collect money...but after that ...horrible experience...almost 5 days ...everyday they tell me today it will be installed...I am losing lot of money because I dont have internet connection...they dont understand...I want to goto consumer court now ...

I receiveed a call from Airtell executive for broadband conenction though I was using Sify at that time . Being Airtell a brand i thought to try it, Since, then it has been mental harrasment. An executive visited my place, he took Rs 1100 from me and i was promised to have a connection in 3 days. My form number is DL1572850 that was on 14th March, Since then there is no response from them, the worst part is this is a 3rd party Airtell franchisse named "Vandana Communication". Once they took money they don't respond. Sometimes they don't even pick the phone too. I want to alarm all those who wants to use airtell make sure you enquire about these things because i was not told by them that this is a 3rd party franchissee and spoilling name of a Brand. What was more frustrating is now when I call airtell Customer care they apologize to me and promise that i will have connection in 2 days and then there is no response from there side too. I feel like loosing this battle and want my money back. I will surely advice by friends to think 2wice before going for this connection.

They took documents and said its fine later they fool around by saying doc. are incomplete.. I told representaitve when he came to my place take money only when you are sure about document...It has been like sheer mental torture. I have decided not to take connection even if they provide for free. Let's see if this form can resolve my issue ...

reciently i gave a request to disconnect my broadband connection on 4th of November and i had a followup on 6th of November regarding that request and some one from airtel backend team convences me to keep the line and they will give some chearper plan and i strongly denied it. then the very next day i got a conformation call from airtel stating my plan will be changed in 3 business days and i said i did not give any request to change the plan. Finally i escalated and spoke to Thulsi a lady from escalations team and she didnot want to listen to me at any cost and she was very rude and hungup on me. immediately i called and spoke to another supervisor and said i did not give any request for plan change and he said he will send a technitian to my home to fix the problem that i have for the last 2 months for which i decided to disconnect. the tech came to my home as promised and he did some thing and no help. still same issue. later when i called cust care for help they told me that my plan was changed and things should be ok for me surprised and trying to escalate but no proper response need help. My plan was changed without my knowledge and now i am ignored thouth I OWN THIS CONNECTION FROM THE YEAR OF 2007. THIS IS THE STEP THEY TAKE TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS. AIRTEL SUPPORT SUCKS

I have applied for broadband connection on 27th march-2010, through customer care Gurgaon.
Accordingly i have received a request no 8017214.Subsequently i have received a SMS on 30th march-2010 saying : Airtel sales executive
will meeting me within 48 hrs.
Sales person named Kasim came on 1st april, has duly filled the form and took a cheque of Rs 1000 in name of
Bharti Airtel. Cheque details are as bellow:
Payto: Bharti Airtel
Payee: Abhinav bhardwaj
Amount: Rs1000/-
Cheque no:772017
Payee account Details: [protected], Citi Bank, New Delhi.

Person named kasim has collected the duly filled form and cheque, on 1stApril-2010.
This person is not picking the call. the mobile no given by him is:[protected]
Also, every time i call the customer care, they have only one answer: Their system is down and they can't fetch the data.
There was an attempt for a bribe by the Airtel ppl, I have received calls telling me , that They can't provide a connection inorder to have a connection under "special provision" which required extra charges!! which are unaccounted.

Please look into this matter urgently

      Sharda Nand here with your prepaid mobile connection No. [protected]

      It has been observed some of the local as well as to other states, messages are not being sent by my connection. The problem has been started since 21st of March 2008.
      In some numbers messages are delivered on the other hand in some numbers it shows either pending or not sent to.

      The messages which shows pending, later on shows as not sending in due course. The reason is not understandable.

      It is therefore requested that the problem may please be looked upon and short out the same immediately.

      An early action is solicited.

        Dear Sir,

        I have been facing the unnecessary charges as “64611030DWN_PRM”. AS per my knowledge I am facing this problem from past 6 months and still this is continuing still. When were I gave a call they have refunded my amount. I have several time walk down to the airtel outlet and wasted the whole day, mainly times I gave the mobile to check and confirm that I do not have any of the setting related to the Masala or WAP enabled services.

        Please do the needful ASAP.

          I am using a Nokia phone with Airtel phone number [protected].It is a prepaid phone.I have been observing that for the last so many months Airtel has been unauthorisedly deducting an amount of Rs 30 per month towards background music which I came to know only from them.For information, I have never subscribed for background music.When I met one Ms Pooja Kakkar of Airtel centre at Borivli-west some months back, I was told that I would not receive such message or deduction in future.However next day itself an amount of Rs 30 was deducted from the prepaid amount from my phone..I was told that they had deactivated the background music facility. I thought next time it would be deducted.However after some days, to my surprise
          again there was a message thanking me for renewal of background music and that the charges will be deducted from me.Immediately i.e on[protected] I went to the Borivli-west Airtel Centre to complaint about the matter.The man at the counter was very non-cooperative and he told me that background music is a promotional kind of thing and it will appear every month and if I am not interested, I have to deactivate by using the number 543214 given by them.Immedetiately I got my phone deactivated for background music.In the process I lost an amount of Rs 10. Now TODAY, i.e[protected] when I checked the balance I found an amount of Rs 30 has been deducted .I have received a message thanking me for using Airtel service!
          The points which I want to bring forth are.
          1.Without obtaining the consumer's consent the background service activated and if the customer is silent or unaware, Airtel will cooly deducted the amount.
          2.It is an unsolicited service fro discontinuation of which it is cast upon the consumer to approach Airtel to deactive by spending his own money.
          3.Inspite of deactivating the background music which I never enjoyed, an amount of Rs 30 was deducted.
          4.I happened to observe similar complaints from various affected people who are very gullible to such injustice.
          5.The happening such events erode the credibility of company besides loosing the customers.

          I would therefore request your good office to take up my case and resolve the matter.

          Since last 2-3 weeks I am getting VAS messages even after I have not activated then. I have been getting messages from 290603.My service is Airtel Lifetime prepaid. The same issue with my another Airtel Lifetime prepaid. Please stop this service and pay back my money for both the mobiles nos.

            I am an airtel prepaid subscriber with no.[protected]. on 20 march 2008 AIRTEL placed a hello tune on my no. without asking and informing me also charged few pennys for it . till then i am calling to customer care and asking them to refund my money but they r conveying false information to me like " server is down". I had lodged a complain also, with complain id or no.[protected]. these people are not giving me status details for my complain nor refunding my money.

            I am an AirTel Kerala subscriber [protected].
            Lot of time I faced cheating from AirTel (CheTel).
            Three or more times they refunded back. Once Hello tune automaticaly activated. Again they billed two called for 59sec. Actually AirTel charged for ZERO call duration. These all are come under 392 IPC.
            Now I requested for MMS service on 12-9-08. Again an again contact customer care. Today is 22Sep. They not activated MMS on my number. More than 10times contact vth customer care. Very bad response. Govt departments are much better than AirTel. So all pls aware silent cheating and robbery of mobile service providers.

            Sir I use Airtel Prepaid Card from Nov 2005.Every time some calls are coming from AIRTEL for promotional offer like hello tune and other services.
            On 26 April 2011 one call received from [protected] at 2.51 PM.This call for Hello Tune when I disconnect the line msg come from 543211 that "Thanks you for using HT service.Now listen to the Fulltrack of Do Lafzon Ki." and deduct my Rs 15/- from my current balance.
            But sir I am not interest any types of Tello tune.Why they activate this service in my mobile (+91 [protected]). Please deactivate the same and credit my Rs. 15/- and obliged

              HELLO,
              THIS IS GAUTAM FRM KANPUR I M USING THIS AIRTEL CONNECTION FROM THE LAST 8 MONTHS, BUT DURING THIS 8 MONTHS I FACED MANY PROBLEMS IN THIS CONNECTION . AS PER THE COMPANIES ADD IS CONCERN THEY USED TO TELL THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST NETWORK, BUT LET ME TELL U THIS IS ONE OF THE WORST CONNECTION THAT I EVER USED, EACH TIME NOASSURITY OF THE NETWORK, CALL GETS DISCONNECTED EVERY NOW N THEN AND ABOVE ALL WHEN I CALLED THERE CUSTOMER CARE THERE RESPONSES WERE NOT AT ALL SATISFACTORY THEY DIDNT BOTHER ABOUT THE COMPLAIN .
              NO ONE GIVING ME THE CORRECT INFORMATION AND THEY ALSO USED TO DISCONNECT THE CALL IN BETWEEN .

THEN I AGAIN RECHARGED THE TRIFF BOUCHER OF RS.51 ON 28/03/2008 THROUGH A CARD, BUT THEN ALSO I GOT THE SAME ANSWER FROM CUSTOMER CARE, THAT I RECHARGED A TRIFF OF RS.39 INSTEAD OF RS.51 .

              THEN ATLAST ON 31/03/2008 MY COMPLAIN WAS FILED BY MR. SURENDRA ( CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE) AT 4:00 WITH A COMPLAIN NUMBER OF "CBDPA[protected]"
              AND HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT FROM 26/03/2008 TO 31/03/2008 RS. 650 IS DEDUCTED FROM MY MAIN AMOUNT WITHOUT ANY REASON, AND THE COMPANY IS BOUND TO REFUND THIS MONEY WITHIN NEXT 24 HR. BUT STILL NOW NO MONEY IS BEING ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT AND STILL MY CALL RATES FOR THE STD CALL IS RS. 5 /MIN AND FOR LOCAL CALL RS. 6/MIN

                I got calls and messages from unknown numbers so many times.I got piece off.So I want to know the detail information of that guy.I already called your customer care, but they can't provide me and they gave me this website.So would you be able to provide me an information of that guy if i give you tha number?
                My pre-paid mobile [protected] was blocked for incoming and outgoing calls on Monday. No prior information was ever given to me. I have tried to get accross to your Customer Care at [protected]. It has a long a winding process and at the end I hardly get any information. With great difficulty I managed to talk when I was told that I need to submit documents.
                I am using this number for the last 9+ years. Any way I gave the documents to your Malviya Nagar office day before. Telephone is still blocked. I was told it takes 72 hours for documents to reach head office in Delhi from Malviya Nagar.
                It is unthinkable in this era of technology and instant communication.
                What I have lost in terms of work and communication in this period cannot be explained.

                I have taken Airtel corporate plan for Dell – Pune. Under this plan I have taken 2 numbers on my name, with the same address.

                But for 1st number outgoing is not working, from last 7 days, because of verification issue. If I have bought 2 numbers under the same plan, with the same address, and on the same day both the numbers got activated, then why outgoing is bared for 1 number because of verification issue.                 It is very funny. I am facing discomfort and irritated because the reply which I get from Airtel executives. These executives are from Wegacentre Pune office.

                Absolutely agree, have a worse experience wherein I was not able to make STD calls to Pune and suffered as I had an important patent issue going and you know how the attorney's are. Had applied for disconnection on 26/5/08 and it seems they have woken up only on 19/5/08 after i had sent a cc to nodal officer and appelate authority, though they have agreed to take back the bills sent to me after 26/3/08 and have asked me to ignore the same, it does point at apathy towards consumers by AIRTEL. Airtelk owes me an explanation for the STD issue but has calmly choosen to ignore it. They have conveyed that the connection is disconnected from 19/5/08 and technically this means that they will charge me rental at prorated basis.                 Contrary to the complaints, I have had exceptionally good experience with Airtel. Their network is the best in the country as on date and their customer care department is responsive and provides quick solutions. I had a complaint with the billing and within a few days they refunded me over Rs. 900/-. Undoubtably they would deserve the praises.
                I took a post paid connection [protected] before three monts, the plan was as 222 plan in which i am supposed to get 222 mins free talk time. in mean time i requested for an added value service of std package, and i confirmed thrice from customer care service that weather by using this added value service will there be any problem in getting free 222 mins talk time, i have been confirmed as there is no connection between added value service and bill plan, but when i receive my 1st bill I could see that i was not given discount on free talk time, but as it was my first bill I could not clearly make out what was the problem, the same was continued in the 2nd month bill, so when i asked custumer care they said that i am not authorised for free talk time because iam availing added value service, after a lot of argument instead of a discount of arround 550 rs i have been given a discount of 220 rs only. i dont think so i am on fault at any side.Airtel being such a big concern giving various clarifications from customer care service is not at all accepted, and even i have forwareded 2 compliants regarding network problem, which has not been sorted out till date. Even i could see that I am not given my free talktime in my present month bill even after deactivating added value service. i hope i ll get a good reply very soon.

                I have been scammed by Airtel landline - they activated 'helo tune' without my consent and now are charging me Rs. 30/month for it. They are not allowing me to disable it - It seems I have to call a number at Rs. 3/min to disable it.

                i have bought a new airtel friends prepaid card and so want to join in a group of three, as given by the network the group password is not valid, though there are three sim cards that are in the same group and very much working . i have called the customer care several times but they have no given me the right solution what so ever.
                AIRTEL is a BULL .

Then i call customer care they told me the Rs. 99 tarrif is converted into Rs. 97 tarrif and Rs. 99 tarrif for the life time recharge which i don't want .all this is happened due to the lack of information by the retailer and now he is not commiting his mistake.So please help me and transfer this life time recharge into std tarrif for 3 months validity with Rs 1/min call rate.oterwise can't tolerate all these anymore and definitely i'll drop my connection.Sir please help me

                Airtel — STD call was charged Rs.550 per minute

                I have received last month bill (dated from 20/10/2010 to 19/11/2010). In that one of my outgoing STD call was charged Rs.550 per minute. That number is also an Airtel number and also my mobile does not have international outgoing during that period of time. Same I was complained to customer care but the response was not good. They were saying the bill was generated and you have to pay.

                I have received a message from Airtel on 15/11/10 saying your total usage till 14/11/2010 is Rs.5968, which is nearing your credit limit of Rs. 6800. From that day I was mentaliy upset.

                    I am a regular mobile user and due to my nature of work I need to be in constant touch with my client. I have just now relocated to Kolkata and I must say the network of Airtel is worse here in Rajarhat area. That too didnt bothered me much and I subscribed to Airtel's missed call alerts. Upto my surprise, the money was deducted but no alerts were forwarded to me. When I contacted customer care, they were just fooling around.

                    Its been more than 15days and still no concrete step has been taken for my complaint. Please look into the matter and do the needful. As for me, I am going to ban Airtel connection in my office.

                        I am working in Andheri east. I knw there is some network proplem in Airtel but for hw long we will suffer from this since we are facing this problem only in Andheri area because I can called my other friends those are out of Andheri and having airtel connection, but I can't receive or made any call from my mobile to any number.                         I have purchased a New Airtel sim ([protected]) and charged a life time prepaid on[protected], the same was activated on the day itself.
                        From the time of activate I am unable to receive the calls from other mobiles which are having sim card of Vodaphone & Aircel with the reply of "NUMBER WRONG, PLEASE CHECK THE NUMBER"

                          Solution : You have to check your balance very often if you are prepaid customer. As soon as you notice it, send email to Airtel then they will revert your balance.

                            I am practicing anaesthetist at Hisar (Haryana). I got a postpaid connection activated some 15 days back. After 2 days of activation my services were barred due to negative verification report by your executive, who probably did not at all visited my place as it is located at a very prominent place and the address was correctly written on the form. After my visit to custmer care office at Hisar (Haryana) my connecation was reactivated with the assurance that this would never happen in future.
                            Here I am sorry to mention that my connection has again been barred since yesterday night with no prior information and the reasons not known to even your custmer care executives situated at Mohali.
                            Kindly expedite my reactivation to avoid further losses to me or I may discountinue your services.
                            This has resulted in professional as well as monitory losses which is still on going. I am really upset with this services provided to me.

                              Im ready to furnish all details and take course to legal procedure against an AIRTEL customer relationship centre at Nagpur, Laxmi Nagar namely, R C Cellular.
                              As far as my case goes, according to their scheme i had opted to changing over from prepaid to postpaid service.
                              But, after 7 days an altogether new number has been alloted to me and my original number has been suspended as they say.
                              The 'executives' there used unparliamentary language and their tone was everything but humble and apologetic.
                              The people there are not worth being called as customer relation executives. It speaks bounds of AIRTEL's commitment towards customer satisfaction...Just shahrukh in your ads wont do!
                              Il make sure they bear the brunt.

                                  I am compelled to bring to your notice that the billing address of my Luckow broadband/landline number[protected] has changed. This is because I shifted my residence from 3/334, Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow 226010 to 2/156 Vishal Khand Gomti Nagar, Lucxknow, 226010 over 17 months ago.
                                  The phone connection was shifted by your staff to my present address.
                                  Despite this, my monthly telephone bills were being sent to my earlier address. However, in the last two months I have stopped getting them at that address too.
                                  Last month (July 2008) I requested you to send me my Monthly bill on my yahoomail account which you did and I could pay the bill on time.
                                  This month I am aware that my bill due (Rs. 1065) date is August 16, 2008 and your customer care staff promised to come over and pick up the cheque from my residence (2/156, Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lcuknow 226010) but no one has turned up as of 7 p.m., August 16, 2008.
                                  As a result I am yet to pay my latest bill and request you to do the needful at the earliest. I also wish to add that I will now be forced to pay late fees for no fault of mine . Treat this as urgent and make the necessary address change and solve my bill delivery/payment problems.

I am your old broad band user from long years, applied for a changing of Airtel postpaid plan in Oct 2008(required Rs.999 plan for increased my speed of internet ). but i am very sory to say that there is no responsible person for this. Till date connection could not be provided by the airtel so i wanted to closed your services immediately.

                                  Kindly look into this matter and reply as sson as possible.

                                  I bought two prepaid connections from Airtel three years ago. I paid for lifetime i.e., Rs. 999. Last year I was asked to resubmit my verification papers which I did. I used my phone again during the month of March 2008 and when I came back from USA in early December 2008 my phone was completely vanished from Airtel sreen with no intimation. No one could tell me the real reason. My telephone numbers were[protected] and[protected]. Since I live in USA and visit India for a month every year I paid for the lifetime. I also own property in India, I still have money left in these two phone numbers. It has given me too much of inconvenience by the cancellation of my phones by Airtel. I would like some one higher up to look into it and advise me as most of the Airtel I visited had no answer as my phone will not appear on their screen. Just a small comment on verification - why good people are always targeted not the people who should be? Another comment I wish to address my complaint to the relevant ministry and also the higher ups in Airtel.

                                  I want the current broadband and phone (no[protected] connection to be disconnected @ D-1/73, Sector-F, Jankipuram, Lucknow, as I have moved to Gurgaon and have got a connection here.
                                  Please do it at the earliest possible otherwise I will have to pay for the connection.
                                  Ealier also I had called at customer care (complaint no[protected], which has not been dealt with seriousness.
                                  Please do the needful.

                                  i m ishtiyaq ahmad, 529 k/1260, khurram nagar garden, lko. I applied for a Airtel broadband connection on 2nd july 2010.But the connection could not be provided by the airtel so they said my money would be refunded but ur employee Mr. sandeep and ravindra never gave me any reply from their side .oftenly, when i make a call to them they don't pick up their phones and when i gave 10 or 12 call then they used to reply tht ur money will be refund in 2 or 3 days and till yet no money is refunded and neither any information is provided by the Airtel about my refund.i got exhausted after this .i want a satisfactory reply n my money to br refunded.Plz take any strict action to ur both of employees they are maligning ur company's name.

I applied for a Airtel Broadband connection through Mr. Naveen Tiwari, Sr. officer- Retail sales on 7th Aug 2010.But the connection could not be provided by the airtel so they said my money would be refunded but ur employee Mr. Naveen Tiwari never gave me any reply from their side .oftenly, when i make a call to them they don't pick up their phones and when i gave 10 or 12 call then they used to reply. So first i want to cancel my booking & refund my money. Please take any strict action to ur employee for cheating me.My mob n0. is [protected]

                                  dear sir, i m suman mishra Amethi C.s.m nagar u.p.I have a purchase a new airtel pre paid sim no.[protected] in 2009 August .i have submitted all necessory document . .from till at late 29 january2012we have not found any problem from that sim .during this time the company has not argue any document .but with-out any prior notice they have rejecected my sim .my all bussiness is depends on that no.i m suffering a great mentally disturbance .so please sir .i heartly request you please think about my problem .other wise i will go Consumer forum .

                                    Airtel has discunnected my service after 4 years with out giving proper deadline to resubmit documents, Though I submitted documents again and again still my service is showing temporarily disconnected.
                                    I called/emailed many times to customer care execative but their reponse is same like their service, they suddenly disconnect the call when they don't answer.
                                    There asnwer is go to airtel relationship center and submit documents once again.

                                    And when you submit the documents at airtel relationship center they are not agree to give any recipt of submission.
                                    i want to receiving bills from january 2005 to january 2009

                                      i was assured of 64 kbps speed of connectivity but it hardly provides 8 to 9 kbps speed. for the last one month i am trying to get my telephone disconnected. each time i was reminded for bill payment, i requested them to disconnect my phone. they told me that i should send written request to thair local office at hazratganj. to my great surprise my letter is not being received in that office at any cost. i have unplugged the airtel phone and broadband connection. i request the top brass of airtel to intervene in the matter to get the telephone number[protected] disconnected immediately. dated march 31, 2008.
