unnecessary deduction

This is to complaint you that you have activated several services like GPRS/NOP/VAS/Airtel live) without my knowledge/concern/authority. for which you have debited/deducted more than Rs. 390/= from 30/01/2008. which please note. I have very much disappointed by this, I am very old prepaid customer using this Mobile card since 3 years. Following are the details of deduction & my several complaints to you Via phone to 121 customer executive.br...

Dear Team,

Iam Thankful to the services provided by Airtel.India operations!

I have raised several complaints regarding the GoodWill Customer Delight for the waiver off for Rs.25 and Rs.50..altogether for the sum of Rs.75/-

Please check the same with my mobile number[protected] for do the needful by reverting the mentioned amount in to my account .

I am tired of calling the Customer Care guys as they are hanging the call and then ending the call without responding to my query. The floor managers also said that the revert will be done but iam not satisfied with the voice guys.

Please do the needful and solve my query at the earliest

    sir i am using Airtel connnection from past 4years there is no network here,pls see over it immediately
    sir, iam using inernet post paid, last month some tech problem, technician came and retifed the temp only he says modem problem, we cant replace the modem for indul partys. it will replased only for companys. i think company only paying money others not paying money we are using free of cost? ir ur not replase the repaired moderm iwill quit ur service.i will go to some other network.

      On 26th eve I got message from yr services,that Rs 30/- hv been deducted for hallow tunes.
      immediately I contacted customer care wing & informed (to Mr Krishna)that,why & how Airtel can can deduct money without taking willingness from the customer ?
      meanwhile I got sms to launche the complaint thr.sms.
      I sent the sms.
      Even after 48 hrs I did not get reply.
      I again contected yr Customer Care wing (Mr.Lal)
      I hv expressed my deep concern about the problem & asked the same question to him that how Airtel can deduct for any services without permission of customer ?
      There was no satisfactory answer.
      I would take the apportunity here to inform airtel that,
      I have taken yr services for my own intrest & not in the intrest of the various schemes from Airtel.
      1)PL do not deduct any amount towarrds any other services without my concern in written.
      2)Pl do not send any sms on any new schemes & disturb me during business time.
      3)Pl arrange to REFUND the amount which is an Illegal deduction.
      Failing this I will be forced to go to the Consumer Court.
      Pl avoid this activity with any other customer too.

      I dint made any recharge.

      How to find that who had made this transaction.

      I am A.Nagarajan, running a retail outlet in steel plant, salem. Distributors are suppose to give incentive for every airtel activation. But I didnot receive any incentive so far. This happens from the month of september when it was under ULTRA COMMUNICATIONS. From the month of december dated[protected] it has been taken by SHAHATH COMMUNICATIONS. Approximately 112 activations has to be given incentives from september 2007 - march 2008, it was taken to the knowledge of TSM. Mr. KUMAR,[protected] he told that he would look in to that.       Air tel - lifetime prepaid — enquiry about my deduction in balance

      My mobile no. is [protected] I had activated the GPRS on 7th june 2008 and on the next date i had deactivated that GPRS service during that period my balance had been deducted by Rs.15/- i know that is the GPRS charges, but even after deactivation my balance had been deducted by Rs.15/. I had made an enquiry about my problem in customer care ie. in 121 but they didn't reply me at all they just avoiding my problem.

      I just want to know why my balance had been deducted and for what reason.
      i am waiting for you response.

      Airtel — Subscriptions without concern

      I never subscribed for Y zone, esher or any other package but still
      Airtel is renewing the subscription and charging money.I have wasted arround Rs 500 because of this.

      this is balmukund singh thakur from bhopal (businessman) i used my prepaid connection and my no is 91+[protected] i used also 2 other no of bsnl and reliance, i have a balance in my mobile and i cant used just hello tunes, and any types of functions but without my information my balance were in minus my sister is also in tata indicom as a post of manager so i 9 very well all the rules and regulation, i have so many friends of airtel and only the network reason i used airtel services but last 3-4 days my balance were be in minus so my extremely request to the higher authority i want fully explanation of my balance and who is the responsible, i do not want my any excuse with in 3 days, otherwise i will help towards the court or human act department, and the main problem is that in night shift some executives not give proper response, and they used very worst language, and threatening towards consumer.

      I m prepaid customer and my number is [protected].On 7th Nov 08 Rs.30 has been deducted from my balance. I never subscribed of Mitti ke rang.I got message from Airtel "Your subscription to Mitti ke Rang has been renewed and you have been charged Rs.30". Same thing happened before three months.
      Could you tell me why this is happening with me. I have been
      requesting you since long time please don't do like that.
      Still nobody listening me. I have to move towards comsumer court if you want avoid this activity.Plz refund my deducted money.       I m retailer selling all cards, recharging and access, i have complaint regarding dist.service on20.11.08 i have did wrong recharge of rs.440- in mobile no [protected], immediatly i lodged a complaint from u r side it is cancelled but still i haven't got refund even i have made complaint to u r sr but in vain, secndly u r dist. have given me the card in diwali time with 150 A2A balance i sold the card but customer got no balance when i asked to dist he said scheme is over i cant understand then why they r selling such cards hope i will get reply soon

      Airtel Prepaid Connection — wrong deduction against wap service

      I am a prepaid custumer of airtel, my cellno is [protected]. I have mistankly connected to
      the WAP service and rs10/ are being deducted daily from my a/c.I have compained to the
      wap service via net, via sms and personally to the prepaid office at sangrur.but still the
      deduction Rs 10/ is continue.So it is requested to stop this or I will have to proceed to

      Airtel Prepaid — Where did my money go?

      As an airtel subscriber for a pretty long time now I have no hesitation in saying that it is probably the worst cellular service provider in the country. It is impossible to get across to the customer care representative ( funny that[protected]...the number does not exist !!!).On reaching the number you get an order to send airtel as an sms to 121. You just cant put your complaint across. This i have been enduring for the past year or so. Nevermind the cusomer disregard that seems to be the motto of this company. Today's tryst of mine with this company seemed to be heading courtward.I got a Rs.240/- topup done today at 10:12 pm and this is what I get as a message ...Recharge successful on[protected] at 10:13 PM.Talktime Rs 0.00.MRP Rs.240.00.Trans ID[protected].Dial *12*#( toll free) blah blah and the regular airtel nonsense.

      Now sirs, kindly let me know as to what i should do to set it straight one last time !!!

      Airtel Prepaid — Activation of service without my concern

      I am a prepaid customer of airtel till now I have never activated any service value added service but still I get sms saying that I have expired some audio cinema service and If I want to stop then send stop sms to 1201 but so many time I tried it gives options and when I send options it says no reponse for 5 mins please send request again....
      This is actually looting of customers and I dont know what the nodal officers are doing about this(I think even they are not interested in solving our problems) RIGHT...

      Airtel Prepaid Connection — Deduction of cash for Airtel Friendz Chat without my consent

      I have an AirTel prepaid cellular connection (number [protected]) .

      Since last 2 months, they are deducting Rs.15/- per month, for a service viz., Airtel Friendz Chats, without my consent. Since then, I am constantly trying to contact them through their customer care number to stop this useless service. Unfortunately, this customer care service is not providing any facilities to hear my problem and nobody is there to hear me.

      Kindly do the needful to stop Airtel Friendz Chat service from my cellular number and get refund of my deducted money.

      Airtel Prepaid Connection — connectivity suspended from 20th february evening onwards

      To the airtel customer care service. My mobile no is [protected]. Availed the said connection on 20th Novemebr 2009 against submitting copy of my Indian passport as proof of my identity as my previous mobile ([protected]) was lost along with the hand set while travelling.
      I have been using the new sim without any problem. Two times service was suspeneded I unknowingly ignored the alert message but soon resumed after calling the service providers. On the 20th February 2010, the connectivity was suspended and the it was shown that sim registration failed. I have given this number to my friends and relatives and to my office also. As a result I lost contact with my pesonal, official and social circle. I have contacted the dealer, customer care centre at Ernakulam, and Kannur but of no use till this time. After gone through latest plan change offer from One rupee to per second offer recharged twenty one rupees and two more rupees charged for life time incoming free offer ten days back through airtel authorised shop . Message received from airtel saying that amount charged successfully .
      After paying the plan change charges, call rate was doubled from the previous one . Next day problem was communicated to Airtel customer care centre chennai . They informed me within 24 Hrs your call rate problem will be resolved .       My complaint is that Many times Airtel mobile service provider are activating the Services for which we havenot registered or requested for &automatically the Amount is deducted from Our MObile balance.I have registered the complaint many times to customercare but it continues even they made assurance that it will not repeat & my amount is getting deducted everytime.       Airtel is CHOR Company, same happend with me. Illegal deduction from many days, now my balance is MINUS. If Airtel will not refund my money will also go to consumer court and change my service provider.

      I have got a new airtel connexion bearing number, [protected],two months ago. When activated, I had been awarded rs.20.50 INR, as initial balance.
      I am using the sim in my xperia x10 from the beginning.My only purpose is to enjoy the gprs services in the set.so that I have activated rs.98 gprs plan
      Suddenly I notice rs.1.00 is left in the main balance.when searched, I got the following message,-
      Viacom18 subscribe karne ke liye shukria! Dial 56882 at Re1 per min, aapse liye gaye hain 1Rs 1dino ke liye.Seva band karne ke liye dial karein 56882000 free.
      So I speculated, each day Rs.1.00 had been deducted from my gsm account.but I never subscribed to the claimed service.
      Therefore,i am asking for the complete refund of my balance.the same kind of criminal offences had been experienced by me on my other no,[protected].
      I will be glad if the forum authority takes suitable action against this service provider for their continuous nonsense.

      The same incident has happened to me too.When I googled to see what is this viacom service, I happen to see this article.
      As it is 1Rs, it dint come to my notice till now but because even I havent subscribed to for any such service, I dont understand why is this happening.

      Anyways when I called to Airtel customer care (198), they say that it has been activated since 17 Feb and I have been charged since then.It has now being deactivated.
      Also before this I had got some Hellotune activated without my knowledge but anyways I was refunded the whole amount later.

      But I request the Airtel services to please take care of such issues.

      Airtel Prepaid Connection — Deduction of balance without subscription of any service except GPRS

      Dear sir,

      I have complain against a Airtel service. Without any sub scription every day my mobile balance is deducting since last week. Please see the last week transaction and confirm on my mail id and also return back my balance as soon as possible.
      Before 2 days i have done complain and the reference number is CBDCC[protected], and customer care people told me that 9-Mar-11 be the last day and till that day complain will resolve but still today not resolve.

      I have complain also on customer care which put our call on hold more than 2 min so that your Airtel company will get .5RS from our side. Another thing is there when i call on care number 121 then all the instruction i followed nd finally i got reply from your end call to 198 and when call on 198 then finally i got reply to call 121. Are we free person? have i no work?

      If eventhough this my problem not resolve then i have to go to CONSUMER COURT and case against Airtel Prepaid mobile connection.

      Airtel kept deducting money from my account for 4 months for some cricket pack which I never asked for......... neither I got any score updates at my mobile in this duration...... but money was deducted from my account....... when I complained, they deactivated that pack and later said "we cant take care of your complain as your special pack has been deactivated. Complaints are taken only when packs are active." But problem is that I said them to refund the money that they have deducted and didn't asked to stop that service pack.
      I am fed up of them...... what worse...... later I came to know that there were 2 other services were active on my number when I never asked for them. They keep activating packs on their own. And no message is sent from them saying that amount is being deducted or it is about to be deducted.
      And poor response and reasons when I complained. They are not ready to do anything about my complaints.

      I have been an Airtel Customer for the past four years, but the last one year im using gprs on my mob . My Number is [protected]. since everymonth some message is coming saying that im dowloaded some java games of gclub and as a result of which Rs.30 is being deducted from my

      I have been making calls to the customer service everytime to deactivate the
      service and I am being told that the service is being deactivated and that I
      would also be refunded the amount as I was wrongly charged even after making a
      request to disable the service.
      now the last three months it is again repeating and the amount is not refunding. even my number is blocked for customer care complaint. im not able to get the option to talk to customer care exucutive from 198.

      Yes, I do have received talktime of Rs 100 from airtel. But was it just a compensation? There were 3 service packs active on my mobile number since December, 2010. Rs. 3 per cricket match has been deducted from my balance since then. Then there were two other service packs active on my mobile, I don't know since when, and Re 1 deducted per day. After paying so much I don't know how to react to your Rs100 bonus. Should I feel something better than nothing?

      Airtel is Too Much Bad, Poor, Fraud, Liar, Unfaithful, Unbelievable, cheater & 3rd Class Mobile Service Provider.
      I have a pre-paid mobile connection No. [protected]. I got a top up of Rs. 444/- on the 5th of this month. the balance however showed a balance of 404/- only.

      Now suddenly after a week, the phone is not showing any connection. When the above no. is dialled, it says the no. does not exist!

      Have been trying to lodge a complaint telephonically but after being connected to the executive there is no response. The phone is on hold for a long time and then disconnects.
      I am an airtel prepaid customer since 2005.My no. is [protected]. I am fed up of airtel unnecessary schemes activated on my number without my consent. Few months back they activated job alert on my number on their own and charged me Rs 1 everyday, I called the customer care and after arguing with them for 3 days they deactivated it. Now, they have come up with another scheme, they have activated property alert on my number and again they are charging Rs 1 per day. I am facing problem as I am on roaming. I want you to deactivate the alert or I will have to use number portability system. Please stop activating these kind of schemes on your own.

      I am often being charged by activating unwanted services without my knowledge which is very bad.
      I tried to get it solved twice and was able to get back the deducted money. I had seriously shared my problems to one of the Senior Executive of Airtel Customer Care, but i don't remember the name now.
      Now I am fed up of this as I cant keep an eye on this all the time.
      It seems this is done as a part of the business strategy to make money as much from users.

      I am almost kind of decided to change the service provider.

        In the Jan of 2007 I moved to Kolkata from Delhi. I brought along my Delhi Airtel No. on roaming and after getting a local AIRTEL No. I asked for my Delhi No to be disconnected. After a few months AIRTEL called saying I had some money due. I paid. Now a year later they say I still have some money due. This is nothing short of corporate extortion.
        I agree with you!!
        They should be sued..
        Especially the collections ppl who call not just your friends and loved ones.. also irritate the hell outta them!!

        there is some problum in billing in may/ june. thn i pay all the outstanding till the last bill on a verval assurance of mr. niramal agarwal (airtel retentaion, ajmer) tht ur connection will be restart within 3days. but it almost takes over 90days and there is not any positive response for him and mr.abhimanue (zonal cluster manager) airtel, ajmer. several times i had to call them but the result was siffer. i want to now that is there any chance to get back my connection or not. please confirm me soon.

          Dear Sir,

          This is in refernce to the mobile number which I have recvd from Airtel on 30th Jan'2008 and still not got activated which forced me to finally write this mail to you as I have already spoken to the customer care deptt n number of times and failing to get the resolution

          1.we got a call from Airtel at the start of January month to opt for an offer of 9717 series in which we will get the mirror number
          2.As we already have one number (in the name of my Husband)from last 3years ,we were been offered for this mirror number
          3.Also we got a password from Airtel thru SMS and we were asked to go to any of the nearest airtel outlet to get the number activated to a max of 24-48 hrs
          4.Finally on 30th Jan we went to the nearest outlet of Airtel in faridabad(Grace N Tel) and paid Rs800 for the sim (SEF form attached)
          5.Till date we are fighting with the customer care to get the number activated however now we have been told a different story that this is a price tag number and wrongly given to us

          I hereby request you to please look into the matter and get the same activated as the offer was made by Airtel only and they only contacted us for the same .Also when we have already paid for the same than still why such harrassment is been done

            I have a airtel 1 year valid connection.For the first few months i was not deducted 1 rupee every day and i had a 100 free Sms every month.but for the last two months airtel has started deducting 1 rupee/day saying that i have chosen the tariff.but i didnt chose an tariffs upto my knowledge

                in december i took a tarrif of Rs399 which had a validity of 6 months.
                on 12th februaryat 3.43pm IST i was in roaming zone, i had recharged my number [protected] for rupees 35, but the shopkeeper recharged it for Rs34 which was actually a tarrif plan. so what i face now is a situation in which my proir tarrif has ben cancelled without verification,and i m now active with that Rs34 tarrif plan. i feel robbed. pls with all due respect i want to request you to restore my Rs399 tarrif plan and Rs34 as soon as possible.

                    I would like to bring to your kind notice the below issue.
                    I was using a GSM mobile connection from Airtel with the number[protected]. I surrendered the sim card on 15th of December in one of the Airtel outlet at GR communication jeevenbhimanagar, Bangalore. The simcard were accepted and the full and final bill was cleared by cash as I was leaving India.
                    As my mobile bills were attached to Citibank for ECS bill payments, Airtel has been deducting as usual the minimum amount irrespective of many mails and reminders. I did even send the scanned copies of my sim card acceptance from GR Communications from abroad. It is been two months now they have been debiting from account. Airtel is dragging the isusse with diffrent reference numbers and diffrent customer care executives asking us to narrate the whole story every time. Kindly look into my complaint with at most urgent and get the money rolled back to my account.

                    Airtel is a maha chor company. They have no conscience. They are only after people's money.

                    Issue instructions to your bank (by e-mail and later by confirmatory signed letter) to cancel ECS transfer to this fraudulent disservice provider. Send mail to Airtel Registered office at New Delhi warning them they are on a legal collision course with you. Get somebody from the Press to cover your story.

                    Airtel is a stubborn leech. I know from experience. I have filed a Rs 50 Lakh compensation claim in the State Consumer Forum in Bombay.

                    Good Luck. Warn all in your zone of influence to steer clear from Airtel services and products.

The scheme was never activated but after few days my sim was showing invalid. In Airtel Gallery, your Exe. said its been converted to PostPaid. Now today after 4 days my sim is still not activated.                         I am using AIRTEL prepaid connection for atleast 4 yrs.I recharged my Card yesterday for Rs.250( Lifetime Incoming) and a Booster Pack for Rs.69. I got this Booster Pack only after confirming with AIRTEL Customer care Representative and only to have my MSGS free, but it went the Other way. Now all my MSGS is costing me 50 paise which I really do not wanted to be...
                        Kindly, change my plan to SMS Free or atleast to the old one (5 paise per SMS). I request to do the needful on a High Priority Basis.My Reference No.[protected].

                        Im Karthikeyan, working as Territory Sales Manager. Recently i had choosen Airtel broadband. I was guided by One of their executive Mr. Kalai. He was pushing me & made me opt for a plan - which i later found was misleading. When asking for response - i was shocked by the attitude of the people & their answer. I was in agony & expected a solution, which i was not given. Im surprised, if this happens to one who is in the same field of sales, wat would happen to laymen.

                        I want my plan to be changed immediatly & make sure no such mislead happen in future.

                        I, Jitendra kr Sharma, using an Airtel mobile connection, have been facing a lot of problems with bill payment.I have visited four to five times the airtel gallery to update my payment details.In the month of june2008 the mobile bill payment for Airtel was paid through internet banking and my bill amount was Rs 1035 .This has already been debited from my icici bank account, and somehow this transaction has not been updated in their system.
                        After visiting airtel galleries for the fourth time, I got a phone call from Airtel regarding the harassment I was going through and they apologised and said that all my payment is done and this kind of mistake will not happen again.

                        Still after three days(15th sept 2008) my sim card is giving error (simcard registration failed), because of my payment is not shown which i have already duly paid.

                          I called Airtel call centre on 4th Jan 2008 for cancelleing my Line No:[protected] one Ms.Nirmala Devi attaneded the call and she asked for the extention or gift the line to somebody,after i said no then she accepted my cancellation request and she also informed that"Your line will get cancelled from today,but you can use your line till 22nd Jan then line will get permanently cancelled.She confirmed that there will not be any rental charges from Jan 4th, if any usage is there in that time i should pay the usage fee only.After this discusion i when to thier egmore office to surrender the instruments i shocked that they were telling your line still active you need to pay rental everything,even after i wrote a letter stating everything and gave in egmore office, i got the bill for whole amount.I sent numerous mails they are not ready to listen.So far i sent nearly 4 mail to nodel officer too there is no response,i dont know whether nodel officers are recieving my mails or not.Now they were telling that i have to give a written cancellation then only they accept it should be informed to me when i asked for cancellation on 4th jan to Ms.Nirmala Devi.Because of thier executive not aware of the procedures why should the customer to be penalised.I dont know whether Airtel is wantedly doing this,customer who is cancelling has to be penalised???.Now also i am saying i am ready to pay what ever i got as a bill after listening the conversation i had with Ms.Niramala Devi.,If Airtel wants to prove they are right, let them prove i am ready to pay after that.

                            I am Airtel prepaid customer from pune.It is ironical to state that I made complaints several times to customer care 121 about the wrongful deduction of amount from my airtel connection mob n.-[protected] but all my requests fell to a deaf ear and the concerned authorities are not serious at all at my grievances.Here are the details of illegal deductions :
                            Rs 15/day daily is deducting frm 18 feb frm my phone everyday even after sending messageto stop the service GPRS.
                            It is mentionworthy here that whenever a complain is lodged with Customer care, they say that "It is due to System hav internal Problem or remote called problem" . I am at a loss after all and the amount had been deducted without using service n make them to stop service which shows at large the deficiency in services from Airtel counterparts.
                            You are therefore, requested to look into the matter and give suitable instructions to the authorities concerned and add the above mentioned ( wrongfully debitted) amount to my balance at your earliest failing which I shall have to knock the door of Consumer Forum.Awaiting your response.

                            Airtel Prepaid Card — Illegal deduction for Hello Tunes

                            My mobile number is [protected]. Its a life time prepaid card.On 20th March 2009 I applied for the Hello tune, I got a message from Airtel (6782) saying that You have been charged Rs.15 for the song.your caller will now hear Genda Phool as your Hello tune.
                            But, no hello tune has been loaded on my phone and money is deducted.
                            I called the customer care for the problem, they assured me to solve the problem within 24 hours.
                            On 26th March 2009, again I got a mail that, you have been un subscribed from Airtel Hello tunes service.
                            Again I contacted customer care on 26th March 2009, they again assured me to solve the problem within 24 hours.
                            Again I received a message on 26th March from 6781, stating that " Thank you for subscribing to Hello Tunes service. you have been charged rs 30 for 30Days.
                            But, again no hello tune has been activated, and the amount deducted.
                            Once again I contacted the customer care, again I was assured to solve the problem within 24 hours, complaint ref . no.[protected].But nothing works.
                            Today on 02nd April 2009, again I contacted the customer, he assured me to solve the problem,
                            My hello tunes were activated, but again I was charged Rs 30 for the Hello Tunes.

                            Please don't harras the customers like me and arrange to refund the monet illigelly deducted as soon as possible.

                            It is being noticed that on every recharge some amount is deducted for friends chat eventhough the service is not chosen by me. This has been brought to the notice of customer care several times and it has been requested repeatedly to discontinue the friends chat. The request made is not implemented even after making complaints to customer care. Please stop this unnecessary deduction for friends chat on recharge.

                              Hello :) Am Akshaya from chennai ! Recently i applied airtel GPRS pack...after it got activated Rs 5 got debited from my account. Things were going smooth till today afternoon..after 3 : 00 pm even though i had activated my internet scheme ..Rs 30 got debited from my account ! this is the 2nd time ! I even called the customer care and informed them about this..but they took no care of this issue ! I would be happy if some authority checks this issue and credit Rs 30 into my account and also activate my GPRS pack .

                                I applied for a broadband connection in the month of November. The form was filled and the cheque of Rs. 850 favouring Airtel taken which was leter debited from my account. I was not given any recept for the same and the guy told me that he will give me the receipt later. After 10 days the guy went untraceble and his mobile is not valid. Called up Airtel customer service and they ask for the receipt number that was not given to me. I later heard that other people too faced similar problem from Airtel. This is nothing but cheating. Untrustworthy brand. Or rather thieves in white collar. Now I am going for some other service provider and want my money back.

He asked for my address to check the feasiblity in my area as I resided in sholinganalur, Chennai. After an hour I got a call back from him stating me that it is possible for Airtel broadband connection at my home. He requested me to pay a sum of 500Rs to the marketing guy named Magesh. His mobile no. is [protected]. He got my photograph, 570 Rs from me and promised i will get the connection in 4 days time. Then 5th day I called him. He told me to talk with a guy named Krishnakumar who is also an employee of Agarwal info. His mobile no. is [protected]. He didnt respond properly. Every day I used to call him. He was jeep on dragging day by day. Then after 3 weeks time he told me to talk with his manager named Baskar. His mobile no. is [protected]. This guy checked with other team and told me that my house is 95M away from the dp box and it is not possible for them to give connection.
                                I asked him why the hell they checked for the feasiblity and got 570 Rs from me. He apologised and told that i can be moved to cancelation and I will be getting my money back in 10 days. Yesterday, suddenly Airtel people came to my home for installation. I called baskar why he told that it was not possible previiously. He again apologised and told that his team has achieved the target for the previous month. So, moved my application to next month. So, whatever these people said was not true. They are very big frauds. If you want to get a Airtel broadband connection please go to Airtel showroom direcly rather than going to franshise like Agarwal Info. Because of Agarwal Info., Airtel's name is getting spoiled though they provide good service. Now I go with TATA INDICOM.
                                Those people are not ready to cancel my connection too. Now my moeny is in vain. Could you please help me in getting the money back. In this world of recession 570 bugs is really a big money for me.

                                Airtel Broadband — Not doing any thing on my request

                                On 1st of Aug 2009, I put a request to shift my broadband connection from Dwarka (New Delhi) to Gurgaon. Since then I have made numerous call to get the status of the request. Every time I call, they say that we need another 24 hrs to find the status.                                 We requested for broad band connection. A guy came at our door took the documents, PAN card photo copy, house rental agreement and took three months bill in advance. He assured to get connection by 4-7 working days. He collected it 3 weeks back. After a week we didn't hear anything, then...I called him but he is not even picking the call.

                                AIRTEL BROADBAND SERVICE — CONNECTION NOT PROVIDED

                                I enrolled on 27th Sep 2010 for Airtel broadband connection throug Airtel Marketing Executive. My enrollment No. is 2405292. I given Rs 500 to executive. When document procedure completed, then one airtel technical team person came to my house to provide the connection & told me that as all ports are chocked, so he can't give me connection.
                                I discussed with there marketing manager Mr. Arvind Pal regarding there promise to provide connection in two days. He promised me to give him two more days to fix the issue.
                                After a week I call him up, he again ask for two more days. Then aften two days I called him he didn't pick my phone.
                                I called to customer care, but they also told that on my concern they are working.
                                Now after two weeks itself conncection is not provided & even no body tried to contact me.
                                I am feeling cheated with airtel by both money as well as time.

                                Airtel Broadband — Being cheated by AirTel executives

                                I am using AirTel Broadband since July 2009. My AirTel Land-line number is [protected] .I had a false image about AirTel that when its comes to customer services ,they are the best. But now I have realized their true color.

                                For the past more than one month,I am being tortured by AirTel like anything.I don't know who is going to pay for the losses caused by non-availability of internet at my premises due to false promises made by AirTel every-time.

                                This is how my story goes.....

                                02-April-2011:

                                · I raised a shifting request of my Broadband connection with a reference number #189019 to my new premises in the same locality.

                                · I was told that maximum time taken for shifting will be 6 days.

                                18-April-2011:

                                · I didn’t receive any call from anyone in this regard till this date.

                                · I lodged a complaint with a reference number: #45337284 to customers care.

                                · As promised by customer care, I got a call within 4 hours of complaint.

                                · I was told by the executive that in my area, junction box is full and hence I need to wait for 2 more weeks.

                                · I was not ready to wait more than 3 days due to some personal constraints.

                                · I got a reply that before two weeks, this is not possible at all.

                                · I raised a request for the cancellation with a reference number: # 592114 and was told that my request will be entertained in 7 working days.

                                20-April-2011:

                                · I got a call from an executive, and to my surprise he was asking me to wait for 1 month.

                                · I told him everything and also made it clear that it has become really impossible for me to wait even for a week.

                                · He told me, he cannot help me in this regard.

                                · I applied for a BSNL broadband connection.

                                · BSNL people surveyed my house and promised me to give the connection in 4 working days.

                                23-April-2011:

                                · I got a call from another AirTel executive; he paid a visit to my premises, fixed the cables and promised me to give the connection by 24-Mar-2011.

                                · I called to BSNL, and cancelled my request for the new connection.

                                24-April-2011:

                                · I didn’t get any call from anyone.

                                26-April-2011:

                                · I lodged a complaint with reference number: #45637500.

                                · I was shocked to know that, it is written in the record: “Customer is agreed to wait for one month”.

                                27-April-2011:

                                · I got a call from AirTel and was asked whether I have spoken to any executive regarding the waiting for one month. I told yes but I was not ready to wait even for 3 days then how can I be agree to wait for 1 month. After this, he said: “OK” sir and disconnected the call.

                                They requested me like anything for the same. I asked them to give an exact date before which I can get my connection.

                                I can say only one thing now : Enough is Enough!!!!!!

                                I can't wait even for a day .. Going to get a Tata Photon +.

                                I have had raised 3 cancellation request in the past,and every time I got a reply that it will be entertained within 7 working dates.

                                Airtel Broadband — Incorrect information provided by Airtel guy and now he is not responding

                                Hi Team,

                                We always had out broadband connection from airtel since almost 5 years and recently we moved house.
                                ON submitting request for house change, Vinay contacted me who said he works in Sec12 Airtel office - Faridabad.
                                Since he was good friend of one of my known person he visited me home and advised that shifting the plan might take month and if i want he can get me new connection on cheaper rate and fairly quickly.
                                I was obviously happy about it and he updated me that i will have to only pay 899 for my existing plan for which i was paying 999 up till previously.
                                So i got my number changed which had just once digit adjusted in landline number but he said in order to change the plan changed to 899 i will have to contact him after 2 days and when i called him 2 days later he has been disconnecting my call.
                                Obviously he got his sale for the day by giving me new number but i really don't understand that how can airtel hire such cheap guys who in order to achieve their sales projection make fools out of honest customer.
                                I want some actions to be taken against this guy for his actions and for this i have even mentioned his name and mobile number.

                                650+100. That guy who come for collect the money get 100 extra, for address

                                I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 21.11.2012. The Airtel people promised me to arrange for the connection within a day, but until now its not connected. I have already paid for the connection in cash on 21.11.2012 to him with a receipt.

                                I have been contacting several persons regarding this issue, but they are not attending the call. When I contacted the Airtel Customer Care, they told me that the connection was not feasible in our area. Then how can you collect cash from me without checking the connection feasibility. The marketing executive Velan specifically said that there is connection nearby, now how can they take back the statement when i checked with customer care.

                                I am very UNHAPPY with your service and the way your airtel people respond to my service calls.

                                I would never choose or recommend any airtel service to any one, i feel very much CHEATED. I have been used by your executive to reach their monthly sales target, If there is no feasibility why should your executive give me false promise.

                                I would appreciate if you can address the same.

                                I am not sure if this is a fault of airtel or fault of representatives involved in this particular case. Inspite of this complaint, i am ready to take the connection even now. I have been using 3 other connections from Airtel and I am happy about airtel except the above mentioned complaint.
                                I have applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 06/06/13. The Airtel people promised me to arrange for the connection within a day, but until now its not connected. I have already paid for the connection in cash on 06/06/13 to him (His Mob# [protected]).

                                I have been contacting several persons regarding this issue to Mr. Gopi as a technician from the Airtel franchee ((His Mob# [protected])), but he is not giving any valuble reason why they are taking more time to serve. I would never choose or recommend any airtel service to any one, i feel very much cheated. I have been used by your executive to reach their monthly target. I request you to kindly look into this issue..
