I have recharged my number today through Google UPI ( 3rd oct 2020) and money has been also deducted from my account. But there isn't reflecting any recharge or balance on my number. Whereas in Google pay my transaction is showing successful. I have tried so many costumer care number but i didn't get any response. I am using airtel from many but today i am disappointed that i have decided to change my network. Please i request you kindly see into this matter

Is there any chance that my money will be refunded or anything.

    I am using airtel money a/c with [protected], but i forgot my Mpin now my a/c is blocked i tried to call 400 and do as per call but i am getting message "MPIN Reset window is closed." i am not able to reset my Mpin and i have approx rs 300 in my a/c. would you please do the needfull.
    but still i didn't received any message from airtel.

          I have used my sim and recently have done transaciton getting messages from it 3 days back

          I am using the number since many years and all my Bank and other details are with this number

          yesterday the phone shows invalid sim and sim registration failed

          If you need my number please let me kow

          Every month the mobile is being re-charged

          I need your help

            I had applied for a new broad band connection, submitted the document and payment completed successfully on 29th Sep 2020 and received the eCAF number ([protected]). as per executive they will send their engineer next day, Once the payment processed, last four days there was no response except got a SMS that we are upgrading the connection in your area and to wait for 72hrs, last time when i called the reply was " engineer will call prior they come to site". later that when i call and text executive there is no replay neither call nor text response from that executive. And no where i can found the application status tracking in airtel website.

            Regarding the above issue, today after more then 50 calls with continues redial, got the executive in line and final reply was service not available in our location ; How Airtel is collecting the payment without checking their service availability in location; Only executive is so hurry to collect documents and receive payment; after receive payment no response. now as per executive they need the ecaf number once again to recheck the service availability; if no luck. They said it will be refunded. no idea wheather am going to get the executive once again back on line. how many days it is going to take, how much time am going to waste calling this executive. And i cannot go for next carrier without getting their final reply.

            adding in the above complaint, i didn't receive my payment refund until today in my bank account .While booking service support team didn't checked the service availability in my area but sales team forced to do the payment to start the process which to be completed in a day as per sales team; I had done the payment and submitted my documents on the same day. Now i didn't get service for their service unavailability in my area and my payment is almost more than 15 days with no response for refund

              One Mr.Dhaval Prajapti's oofice approached me for the Airtel connection, i gave consent that i would like to port my existing number to Airtel.
              Then this chap came to me and we requested for my 2 Vodafone connections for the port out, he took 1498 as one year prepaid charges and Rs 650 for the 3 months prepaid charges for the other sim
              after 4 day when my port out happened, i came to know that he has cheated me and not paid my prepaid money to the airtel.
              when i called his he said, ho jayenga?
              after rigorous followup he managed for 399 recharge and paid me 800 back for the first sim that too short by 300 . and height is he refused to recharge my other sim, and stating that thats the charges for the recharge .
              i expect you all to look and arrange my short fall oe else i need to go to the consumer court

                I'm using my airtel no [protected] from last 1 years now also its working but unable to recharge it as airtel show we don't have any record of this number

                While im3 daily getting messages of promotion & recharges from airtel itself
                In Airtel Thanks app i can check my details

                I'm receiving call/ msg everything but this faci6 will be stop in 1 days

                How airtel could do this its very important number to me ive share at multiple place

                Now i want my number to be working for always i don't know how

                  Today i recharged my airtel number from the bharti Airtel website. The amount was rs 49. The payment was done but the recharge failed. The transaction id is - Txn ID:[protected]. I would like a refund since i had to do another recharge for the same amount. Please look into this matter. Yes the amount is not so large.. but for me it is important. Thank you.

                    I recharged with the 449rs pack but I haven't got any confirmation and the amount has been deducted. Please look into this and reflect the recharge into my account soon.

                        I had been using Airtel number ([protected]) for last 15 years, one fine day suddenly my outgoing was blocked without informing me. when i started calling them they said that the verification documents to be submitted. I was surprised if someone can disconnect without informing the consumer.
                        After a lot of escalation through the customer care, next day got an SMS that as per the govt guidelines, i need to submit the docs in the Airtel store in next 2 days.

                        I am in self home quarantine due to covid contact suspect, and the nearest sore is around 75 km, so i requested them to hold the service until at least the 15 days quarantine period is over, or pls accept the docs online, but they do not want to restore the service at all. each of their representative only utter one sentence that i need to go to the store, but no one think of the alternate given the complex situation.

                        Is it ethical to block a number without at least 15 days prior info? I could have been alone somewhere where i have no other phone ? I have been paying the bills on time.

                        I want to put a consumer case on Airtel for this. pls suggest your opinion.

                        it was a real pain and i had to go from pillar to post. i understood how bad the support was, every time they write different things in the email and tell different thing on the phone. so far they have been telling me to go to any nearest store in India, and once i reached to the store they denied taking the docs as it was not the home circle.finally i had to send some one in Karnataka circle. dealing the Airtel customer care is a real pain now.

                        As this was being written, the incoming calls were also blocked. Finally i sent someone to the Airtel store around 75km from my native in Rajasthan, with all the required documents, but the customer executive there did not accept the document stating that the number belongs to Karnataka circle and that they can not accept the document in Rajasthan. this is really strange that one has to visit to Bangalore from Rajasthan to activate his phone number for no reason. Really pathetic.

                          I made my Airtel recharge on their app via my sbi online banking yesterday morning but still there is no recharge reflected but amount got debited. I have registered my mail id in the app but whenever sending a mail to [protected]@in.airtel.com with my issue, it's replying that my mail id is not registered & asking me to call121 to register but I can't do it there at all. Please resolve the issue.

                            Sir.my id is [protected].i have raised complaint on 29.9.20.since b001 error shown in tv.i have another connection Airtel hd connection and it was running smoothly.so weather was not problem.so i raised service request.my pin code 606001.virudhachalam, cuddalore district.tamilnadu.
                            Dont take it wrongly sir.but i am saying the truth.Service person have no adequate knowledge since the same person visited many times.he simply said adapter problem. And suggested to buy new adapter.but since we had second airtel connection. I used that adapter.but then also it was not working.so i said adapter was mistake.so find the problem from setop box.he said u change the setopbox by paying 200rs.they gave service setop box.there was no problem for past 1 day.but once again video signal was not proper and not able to watch tv. when i tried to use my airtel setop box from my next room. The setop box was working fine without any issues.
                            So unnecessarily i paid 350rs (200rs for service box and 150rs for service person visit) kindly do customer friendly service.if setopbox was issue.give me new setop box.dont give service box which was also failure move by the service persons. I request to exchange and give new setopbox.to same id.since i have recharged for 6 month plan and i have 1228rs.balance.in that id.

                              Airtel charges Rs.5 for international messaging charge. The number is[protected]. Don’t know why his happens, but when you try to complaint to Airtel( so called the best smartphone network in India ) no justification as to why this is charged is given by the customer care representative. Hope they look into this matter.

                                Dear Sir,

                                This is to bring to your attention that we have been wrongly billed for the last one year for our broadband connection[protected]. This connection belongs to my father who is a senior citizen.

                                Your team activated the 999 plan which offers a speed of 200mbps for him last year in October. He has been constantly facing an issue with very low internet speed which hovers between 10-25 mbps. Couple of months ago, he was approached by your executive who recommended upgrading the plan to 1499 promising him an internet speed of 300mbps. My father shared with him the issue he is currently facing with the internet speed, and was assured that this plan is a high speed plan and would resolve the speed issue. The executive activated the plan. After a month of observing, my father approached your helpline and was told that the person who upgraded his bill plan has wrongfully done so, as airtel doesnt have the infrastructure in his location to provide an internet speed of more than 25mbps. Therefore, she reduced the bill plan to 499, teling him that the bill plan of 999 which was activated in October 2019 also was also much higher and not applicable to his location due to the lack of infrastructure to support the same. Pls. note that the activated bill plan of 499 also also offers an internet speed of 40mbps.

                                We have been with airtel for almost 20 years now with several mobile and internet connections, and it hurts to be wronged like this. We have been requesting airtel to rectify and refund the excess charged to him for the entire period as mentioned above (since October 2019) due to wrong commitment and activation of bill plan and charges not being in accordance with the service being provided. I have written to Airtel nodal officer, and appellate authority, however they have failed to provide a fair resolution on the matter.

                                You are requested to intervene as an adjustment and refund due to mis-selling and wrong billing needs tome made for a full year since October 2019.

We reported the lapse on Twitter but the social media team lacks the basic ethos of customer service and are more focused on closing the conversation without any solution. In case they have not been empowered to make decisions, what exactly is the point in having that team in place, a bot would do the same.

                                Dear Sir,

                                Despite having spoken with more than 10 people from Airtel, along with an exchange of several emails, the issue is not being resolved by Airtel. While the executives from Airtel call and agree that there has been a mistake at Airtel's end for activating a higher bill plan with a promised speed of 200mbps without checking the feasability, and lack of infrastructure in our area to support the said plan, and thus overcharging us. The executives confirmed that the infra currently can only support upto 25 mbps internet speed in our area, and not more. When they try to get an approval on the refund for the excess amount charged to us, the same is being denied by senior authorities. The executives then come back and take a u-turn on the statements made earlier, and arrogantly argue, trying to justify the excess charges and higher plan. This has happened several times, and is quite a harassing experience. Despite having directly escalating the matter to the CSD head, Mr. Jaswinder Chaudhary, the refund has not been processed.

                                  Applied for Airtel Broadband on 27 September 2020 and subscribed for Monthly Rental ₹499 (40Mbps) plan. The Airtel personnel asked us to pay Rs.1768 online for installation & plan, which we did (Airtel product payment taxation ID:[protected]. He told us that Airtel would do installation of broadband by 2 pm of 27 September 2020, however, no installation was done that day.

                                  I contacted the Airtel personnel several times after that since I had an urgent requirement of broadband but they even stopped picking up the calls. Thereafter, I was told that connection and installation would be done within 72 hrs. Now more than 72 hours have passed and they are again saying that they need 3 more days due to some technical issue in area.

                                  I feel exhausted by such a poor response towards customer by Airtel. I no longer want Airtel broadband to be installed and want my Rs.1768 to be refunded.

                                  Please help.

                                    I am writing this email to express my utmost disappointment in using the services of airtel. My name is Harish and I am a customer of airtel since almost a year. I had recharged my account for Rs. 249/- ( 1.5 GB per day pack ) on the date of 04/09/20. I didn't get my recharge and I had got a message back then saying 'recharge unsuccessful' in spite of money being debited from my bank account. I had to recharge my number again for the same pack and money got debited for that too. I was expecting a refund for the unsuccessful recharge within 7 working days ( as per your policy ) and I didn't received any. I then approached a nearby Airtel store and expressed my concern to a customer representative. He got my details and raised a ticket and committed to me that I would get a refund within a couple of days. Nothing happened. I then approached the same store and asked for the details and the rep made the same fake commitment that I would get a refund within 2 days. I then called him and asked what was going on and to which he didn't respond properly and said he would recheck. It has been almost a month and I didn't get any sort of refund from Airtel. I request your team to escalate this issue and initiate refund for my number immediately. I have attached all my details for your reference. If I don't hear from your team within 2 days, I am going to file a complaint on consumer court!

                                      I added money into airtel thanks app for mobile recharge on 28 sep 2020 by amazon upi but money did not load in thanks app and money transferred into this upi [protected]@icici and my recharge did not done and refund of my money is getting very far
                                      And ICICIB has informed me that my transactions is failed but they did not refund my money so kindly help me...

                                        I've added money 2 times once from phone pe amount 580 and once from gpay amount is 580 both transaction ia successful showing that money reached to vender but my Wallet is not showing that money my mobile number is [protected] and Airtel is not providing customer support it really bad there no option to complaint directly
