I have done a recharge on[protected] of Rs. 379/- and outgoing services (Benefit: Unlimited Local, STD and National roaming calls, 6 GB data and 300 SMS) were valid until[protected]i.e. 84 days from the day of recharge, On 10th Oct 2020 morning i was not able to make call as IVR message was "your airtel no. is currently inactive, to reactivate the services recharge your no." I did recharge (10-Oct-2020) of Rs.100/- thought might be balance should not be zero but services were not activated. After that i did recharge (10-Oct-2020) of Rs.149/- and situation was same.

Issue: When service should be allowed till 26th OCT 2020 then why i was blocked with all type of incoming/outgoing services.

I called customer care 3-4 times on 121/198 but call was not getting connected to Operator, while selecting the option to check expiry and balance it was told over IVR that expiry was in June and all the services were barred because no recharge done to keep activate the services.

I sent mails to Nodal officer/121 email support and appellate cenntal Airtel email id and recieved response from Appellate Central Airtel team that all the above mentioned recharge was done on these dates and follow xyz steps to start with the mobile number and issue will get fixed. I followed the same but nothing is resolved.

For what kind of support / service AIRTEL is charging to the people of India. Its kind of loot from the Indian's pocket.

I want all short of benefits and compensation for not getting the service from last 3 days.

    I ordered a prepaid sim card. After I ordered it, they notified that I will have to pay extra Rs. 100 just for the deliver charges. This made me frustrated, things like this should be mentioned early on. I would gladly go the Airtel Centre instead for a Sim. I'm a former Airtel user who wants to continue and this go this way.

    I hope this gets dealed soon and my order is cancelled.

      I applied for Airtel Broadband connection on 03-Oct-2020 and made payment of Rs. 2828/-. Now they are saying they do not have necessary infrastructure to provide connection. They said will initiate refund but i have not received any sms or email or any sort of confirmation. Not able to reach Airtel executive over phone. How should i get the refund processed? They do not have any specific email address for broadband customer support

        Hi,

        I want to convert my airtel physical sim to esim, while sending sms esim emailid to 121 i got reply that my email id is not registered.
        I have registered my email id in airtel app and also verified it.
        Please let me know if i have to do anything else to register my email id against my mobile number to get esim.

          Hlo I am Rashi Gupta
          Yesterday I recharge my phone no. [protected] through airtel thanks app via debit card
          The amount got deducted from my card but recharge has not done.
          Airtel sent a message which says
          " payment of rupees 399 done via airtel thanks app through debit card has been processed Order Id 672110************* You will recieve the order confirmation within 4hrs"
          It's been more than 12 hrs and I haven't recieved any confirmation regarding my recharge
          Kindly refund my money or confirm recharge

            I've done recharge on 11th October on my phone no through Airtel Thanks app
            I recieved the msg that "payment of 399 is done Order Id 6721************** you will receive order confirmation within 4 hrs"
            Since then I haven't receive any message regarding confirmation also my Money from debit card deducted without crediting recharge
            I want my money back or recharge my data pack

                I am a senior citizen, aged 72 years. I am using postpaid Airtel Mobile number [protected] Airtel Relationship Number is [protected]

                While paying mobile bill on-line on 26th August 2020 as against the bill amount of Rs. 352.46 (Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty Two and Paise Forty Six), the payment has been made as Rs. 35, 246 (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand Two Hundred and Forty Six) due to missing the decimal inadvertently. Bank Transaction Reference CUBBP[protected]; Airtel E-Receipt Number[protected]

                In spite of making repeated complaints with Airtel Customer Service and also raising the complaint to the Appellate Authority, Airtel is behaving as a third rate company by denying refund of the excess amount paid against their bill.

                I request the intervention of your good offices to instruct Airtel to make the refund with immediate effect with penal interest @ 18% per month,

                  Number hacked

                  I am using Airtel number [protected].
                  As it is corporate number, it is used for promotion and available on sites.

                  I found something strange since 9 th Oct. Someone did shopping from my Ajio wallet for Rs. 6000 . I even did not received any confirmation SMS .
                  This person hacked my Airtel account and logged in my Ajio account through OTP which he is using since 9 th October. He is accessing SMS services of my number....

                  I have an Airtel phone number 954001**** As this number is used for corporate promotion. So it's available on sites as well.
                  Since 9 th October, I found something strange.. someone hacked my Ajio app account . Used my wallet amount of Rs. 6000 for shopping. Then I have checked and notice since 9 th October, I have not received even single message on my phone.

                  This person hacked my number and any OTP and any other confirmation, I never get and he get all the sms of my number.
                  I found he added his address in my Ajio account and ordered articles for Rs 6000, which I have in my wallet.
                  As I was not getting any OTP and SMS for order confirmation, he easily did shopping from my number.
                  You are requested to take legal action against him as he is fraud. I have taken screen shot of address he mentioned for delivery of items.He also mentioned one number. Kindly take strict action against him. So that he never do this to any other person.

                  Also kindly airtel please do needful. I am not receiving single messages since 9 th Oct..

                        I paid amount yesterday(10/10/2020) on airtel but that got debited from the bank but recharge not done. Now the problem is airtel doesn't have a good customer care service and they are not responding. I just would like to get my refund back.

                          Due to some reason connection could not be established at my home.

                                I use Airtel Dongle for Wifi. Every month I pay my dues on time. Airtel time to time stops working or slows down speed and now the Airtel app is not working... I have complained numerous times and sent emails. Just got some stupid calls but no resolution... this way my payment date has arrived but I cannot pay the bill. These cheats in Airtel will charge late fee and once I pay the higher amount they fix the app after so much of pain. This is a story of every a few months. Why cannot appropriate authorities take note of this and make sure Airtel is not able to cheat us poor customers who have no place to go for resolution???

                                  Sir, it has been 5 months since I've not been able to browse or use internet . I've register about 5 complaints since May 2020. Everytime I contact to customer care service of airtel they some date and ask me to wait for 7 days 10 days but problem is still going on. I've to attend online lectures and I've not been able to do that . In my village there isn't any service of broadband so I don't have any other options but to stick with the mobile data. I've to go out of the village just for attending lecture in open farms . It's so frustrating . Recently I've register a complaint on 6th of October and they asked me to wait for 2 days it's 10th October now but problem is still there. Apart from this my sim card suddenly stop working and I'd to pay 100₹ instead of 30₹ which is normal charge if in case of sim stops working.
                                  Sir I hope you solve the problem and many people around here having the same problem.
                                  And about calling it gets disconnect suddenely and sometimes the person with whom I'm talking unable to hear my voice even if he and me was in network.

                                    So the Rs.598 pack started today so I should have got 3 gb of data . But when I checked right after midnight it shows I have 0 mb of data left. How ? And I had 4 1gb data coupon to use. I used 3 then how is it showing that I used all of them ? Compensate me for the loss of data

                                      Though air-tel makes a lot of fraudulent ads about solving the complaints of its consumers but in fact they are the biggest cheats in whatever endeavor they are engaged in !

                                      Recently I deposited Rs 558 +558 via UPA for which they acknowledged the receipt with UPA reference number, but not credited the amount to my wallet, as someone at theirs has embezzled the amount and they are trying to cover up the fraud at their end by not crediting my wallet and causing me financial loss and trauma!

                                      They are so shameless that I have tweeted about this fraud at their twitter handle but despite making false promises too look into the matter nothing has been done so far!.

                                      I have tweeted to their CEO Sunil bharti Mittal but he too is sleeping over It!

                                      I fail to understand that UPA is a very transparent system and reference no too is visible to them but still they are trying to embezzle my money.
                                      I am enclosing the screen shots of messages received from my bank for ready reference as well as messages and acknowledgements received from them I have deliberately not shown my phone number to avoid fraudulent jamtara like calls
