Im from sikkim. For the past 5 days my airtel 4g internet is working extremely slow. It's so frustrating since i ve to wait so long even a webpage to load. If you cant provide 4g speed net why do you charge for so much amount from customer. Airtel is cheating its customers. Disappointed in indias fastest network fraudulent company, airtel....

There is no signals of airtel in our area. I complaint 100 times but no response and on airtel app it still showing in progress after 25 days. I posted about it on twitter where airtel stas that they noted my area for future references then no reply again. My area pin code is 249408 and i want good connectivity as soon as possible as i have board exam in near future and need good connection of internet to study online....

This is about 14 days, airtel mobile network is not available after amphan. Where as otehr service providers are servicing still airtel is not availble. Currently, it is mandatory for having minimum recharge for make connection active, i recharged but no network available. I can;t use it. So what will happen after 28 days. Do airtel give extension on that recharge?

Amount of rupees three hundred ninenty nine was recharged on line for my prepaid mobile।but the amount deducted from bank not reflected in mobile balance...

Complained many times on regular basis for my 4 landlines but even after 13 days the services have not been restored. We are charged for that period in our bills inspite of the fact that we can’t even work. This is height of everything that we are handicapped and no efforts are made by the company. Earlier fir around 8 days we didn’t have mobile connections as well but those got rectified only 4 days back.

I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through credit card for rs. 598.00 on 28/04/2020 and received an sms with transaction reference id:[protected]. Credit card transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited...

With due respect, i am writing this letter to inform you that our internet connection was poor from many days we are facing trouble as we are having exams and online classes our most of the work is done online and for that, we need a proper internet connection.

I have already made a complaint but no one...

First of all, please for god's sake train your uneducated employees.
I went to set up a broadband near pralhadnagar, gujarat, india; and all the employees in the store didn't even know how to even initiate the process. After 3 visits we finally got to select a plan and paid for the whole year in advance. The uneducated employee promised us to set up a connection in 48 hours. Nothing like this happened and after calling her 10 times...

I am using airtel post paid since 2 years. I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 5010/- has been debited from my account on 01.06.2020 time 12:29:51 not executed by me and without use my debit card.

I didn't receive any amount to my airtel wallet....

I am dr. Swathi, a customer of airtel prepaid service for the past 15 years. I do recharge my mobile online through google pay or debit card. My mobile number is [protected]. I recharged to a wrong number today morning via google pay to my mother's number as i was in an emergency case and didn't concentrate on the mobile number. Hi, i had recharged 1day earlier before my current data pack ends. At midnight i saw that 69rs was deducted from my account for data usage. Upon checking my new data pack was activated, but still there was deduction.

I need refund for the amount deducted immediately...

My dth connection is not working for last 12days. Service request 24345580 and customer i'd is [protected]. Several times i registered my complain. But no updates and no engineer has come yet.
Hopefully the greedy and slow company will repair and not charge rental from us.

I have requested broadband connection from airtel on 18 may 2020 and one of airtel executive. Came and collected documents and asked me to pay through online and i have paid same (Rs 2820) as requested by airtel executive. And airtel executive told us with in 48 hour installation will be done however it now 12 days there is no update from artel team....
