      There has been a huge misunderstanding due to the unfortunate situation and havoc caused by covid-19. It is to be noted that we had opted to shift the connection to a new location on 14th march and the same was executed on 15th march successfully. After which, one of our colleagues was diagnosed with corona-virus and we were soon asked by the local authorities to self-quarantine.in the midst of all this, lock-down was announced and we never got the chance to rejoin the office. However, sometime in may (Can't recall the exact date), we opened our office when it was allowed by the govt. Unfortunately, we again had a case, in the neighbour this time and our office location was declared as the containment zone due to which we had to again shut our office. You can substantiate it by checking our data usage.

      I request you to kindly amend the bill as per our usage during this period.

      Our account has been inactive since 6th may and yet we are being billed till date. Request you to stop billing till our account is reactivated and waive-off the charges been levied post bill generation, if any.in our calculation, the net payable amount comes out to be ₹1300.63. We assure to pay the charges within 24 hours of such adjustment and reactivation of services. We are opening our office on monday i. E. 15th june so, you can activate our account immediately.

        1 week back airtel received advance payment for new airtel xtream connection for 3 months and the executive promised to provide services within 24 hours
        But in turn all the airtel executives have been ignoring our calls and all the executives call and ask for the caf number but no response

        It has been a week since airtel is wasting my time if you can not provide services please initiate my refund i would rather go to other networks and i will close all the other lines i have and shift to jio telecom

        I believe what jio did to these telecom companies is correct
        You guys deserve this

        Airtel only does fake promises
        And just fake advertisements

        I would like to file a complaint in the consumer court against airtel no matter of the expenses incurred, i feel airtel should realise it’s weakness

          Hi, i am really very sorry to lodge this complaint against airtel as the services is really very satisfactory regarding the calls (Quality) & also the data quality & services. However despite having total dnd services i am receiving unnecessary promotional sms as well as daily flash promotional messages from the company which is extremely irritating. On checking my dnd status i found that my dnd has been cancelled by them somehow & therefore i again lodged a full dnd activation service on 17.06.2020 to stop all promotional messages & the irritating flash promotional messages that i am constantly receiving. On calling the 1909 customer support & requesting them to stop the promotional messages & the flash messages they called me back from the number [protected] around 12.28 pm on 22.06.2020 and said that the full dnd will soon be activated & all promotional & flash messages will be stopped from their end as soon as the full dnd service is activated. However they called me around 3.53 pm on the same date from the same number and said that they will not be able to stop the flash messages & i have to stop it from my phone message settings when i have already stopped the flash messages settings for airtel from my phone sim toolkit. They are refusing to stop sending the flash promotional messages from their end & are asking me to block it from my phone settings or to take my phone to the customer care to get the settings done. Please help as they have cancelled my full dnd services which was activated by me when i started this connection and despite requesting another full dnd they are refusing to stop sending the promotional flash messages from their end and are asking me to stop it from my phone settings though i have total dnd as well as stopped the flash messages from my phone sim toolkit settings. Please help stop all promotional sms as well as flash promotional messages that i am receiving from airtel.

                  I am an airtel user from 2015 and i have not defaulted in my payment to you till date. It is astonishing to note the you have levied rs.100.00 (Rupees one hundred only) as late fee for delayed payment of my previous bill no. Ft2133i[protected] dt.[protected].in spite of we paying the bills promptly. This bill no. Ft2133i[protected] is paid on[protected] vide transaction id[protected] during this pandemic period. Usually the payment date is 25th of every month, taking that into account i have promptly paid for the bill no. Ft2133i[protected], phone no. [protected].

                  I have made payment for this month bill no. Ft2133i[protected], also for rs. 765.82 vide transaction id.[protected] dated 22-06-20 which includes rs. 100.00 as late fee.

                  I being prompt paying and loyal customer i request you reverse the entry and give credit of rs.100.00 (Rupees one hundred only) in the next billing cycle which would be[protected].

                    I recharged my prepaid mobile by rs. 100 thru sbi netbank on 21/6/2020 and same is not credited in my account though amount is debited from my bank.

                    This has happend to my another phone on the same day with a recharge of rs. 49 which in the name of my wife.

                    To my surprise when i called the nodal officer kolkata number ([protected] given in airtel official website) it says the number is invalid.

                    We are at serious trouble. No way to communicate. Please help

                      I had paid advance rental of rs. 2828 to get airtel broadband connection on june 13, 2020. I was told that the connection will be given on that itself. 9 days have been over. I have not received the connection. I have been calling the customer care to get my entire money of rs. 2828 back, but to no effect. All i want is a complete refund of my paid amount.

                            Whenever you face any problem the airtel stores and customercare ask us to get the simcard replaced frequently for a charge everytime. I was with vodafone and never went for replacement of the sim in 13 years then why airtel asks us to change the simcard? I feel this is a cheating policy to make money to make good their loss.

                              Absolutely disgusting service, past 2-3 months facing constant disconnection and im left without internet for x number of days. Im paying literally 1400 for a plat vip service and its just horrible. No one responds during this lockdown and its affecting my job which is the only source of income for my family.

                                    Sir/mam,
                                    I am jayadaarini, a loyal long time customer of airtel. I have been using airtel fixed line service for the past eight months. I am a regular payer of bills. I paid the bills for the months of april and may which were rs.596 and rs.1066 respectively. I was persistently informed through sms to the registered mobile that i have not paid the bills of those two months. I mailed to [protected]@airtel.com and [protected]@in. Airtel.com regarding the issue for about 15 times. As a reply, i received a call from airtel and they just confirmed whether i have complained and that person informed me that they will look into it within two days. But, there was no follow up after that. After some more mails that i sent, there was a reply to my mail that they would look into it within four days. again, there was no follow up. Due to lock down, the airtel customer care 198 did not respond. Once the lock down was relaxed, i contacted the nearby airtel office which is situated in perambur, chennai. I provided them a photo of my bank pass book which contained the details of my payment.
                                    I requested a name transfer of my fixed line account in the month of february after my payment for that month from my mother's name to my father's name for the convenience of payment. The name transfer was done so smoothly without any issues for which i i felt proud of being an airtel customer. But, when i contacted the airtel office for the above said payment issue, i was informed that there would be a change in the airtel fixed line account number after the name transfer. While i pay my bill in the airtel website, i need to enter only my registered mobile number or my landline number which did not undergo any change after the name transfer. Also, i was not given a new fixed line account number from airtel after the name transfer. It was completely out of my knowledge that there would be a change in the account number after the name transfer.
                                    i was said by an airtel official that due to the change in the account number after the name transfer, there was a problem in the payment. They confessed that the problem was completely on their side. The issue was caused internally in their system.
                                    As i provided a photo of my passbook, they said that the issue will be met as soon as possible. After four days, they called me again saying that the photo is not clear and that they need a pdf of the bank statement. I took all efforts to download sbi yono app and to get a pdf of my bank statement. Since, it contained my bank balance and other details, i edited the pdf by hiding those details and i sent them the edited pdf. After two days, they said they want an unedited pdf. My father was unwilling to provide. So, they gave me an email id to escalate the issue to the nodel officer. I mailed the nodel officer with all the necessary details and documents. I received a seemingly auto generated mail asking my complaint id. Again i mailed them with the complaint id that my airtel issue attender in the airtel office provided me. Again, i received the same seemingly auto generated mail asking my complaint id. Whatever message i sent them, i received the same reply repetitively. Again, i contacted my issue attender. He said that they could not do anything more unless i send my unedited bank statement and my debit card details. My father did not accept to take the risk of sending the card details and the bank balance details. as a result, my fixed line connection was disconnected by airtel.
                                    Will anybody accept to reveal their private bank details to a private network company? I guess nobody would accept.in spite of having paid my bills, i was made to wander from pillar to post. This issue has taken two full months. My ample time was uselessly wasted. Still, my issue is not resolved after so much tedious efforts. I am now suffering and struggling without proper internet source to attend my online classes. My father being an airtel customer for nearly 15 years, i and my family as loyal customers do not deserve such a worse treatment from airtel. i request you to take up my complaint on airtel and i would want to resume my fixed line connection immediately. I would also want airtel to accept my previous payments and clear my issue to pay my bill of this month
