I accidently recharged a wrong number please kindly reverse the recharge and recharge the right one.

      I've recharged rs.597 to my airtel postpaid no on 23rd october. However it is not yet reflected in my account and also i've raised the case in airtel. But this case has been closed without my confirmation and amount is not yet refunded as well. Whenever i've asked my refund through customer care, there is no proper response from airtel customer care. Herewith i've attached rc receipt and case status for your reference.

        Suddenly after using Airtel for almost 3 years I got a shocking Unbilled amount of Rs3000 without any extra usage without ISD or IR usage. Even Data is also available and no VAS activated. Had my Credit Limit of 500Rs and still today I see my Unbilled Amount as Rs3000. Customer care has no response other than "pls wait for bill to generate".

        Why? Why would I wait for bill generation? If Airtel can't explain Unbilled Amount before bill generation then why they are showing to customers?

        If Credit Limit can't stop usage going above it then why Credit Limit is made in Airtel?

        If there is someone from Airtel who can resolve this issue then please reach me. It's not at all comfortable to see such huge amount o[censored]nbilled if you have not used anything extra other than plan benefits.

          Recharged a airtel three months pack of 2GB data/day, actually I am getting 1.5GB. Even customers care people doesn't solved my problem and in return each CCare person telling different stories. Even they don't know issue and solution for this. This is airtel customer care maintaining standards. I'm using my airtel sim from years, but I checked same way in other mobiles and found missing some data benefits. But now these great illiterate customer care staff certified that my mobile has some issue and some back ground apps consuming data that is invisible and some people said u r consuming full data but showing less in balance.
          I'm not understanding what are these different answers for same issue. Where these people got trained. This is the way airtel maintain services to customers. No proper response and no valid resolution. Some times they put in hold for hours..

            My Customer id [protected]. I have recharged for 200 Rupees on 20 oct 19 and I got mah from airtel dth your TV recharge is valid up to Nov 03, even my lots of amount has been deducted by airtel dth since many time as late renewal fees on my previous recharge. which is not fair. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel. The customer care is worse, need to be on the phone for minimum 10-15 minute every time we call. Suitable reply not given as requirement of the customer.

              Customer care not solve issue of my airtel digital tv

              I have recharge 355 but paid channel not seen on tv

              I have call to customer care but senior person after call transfer no any response and I ask him for give me mail id but not given

              Airtel d2h service is third class and customer care also third class

              I have try continue 4 days to contact call center for my issue .after 4 days I connect call to customer care

                On 26/10/2019 at 4: 30 pm i had paid 500rs for my mobile monthly bill to airtel store sandeepbhai he said you will receive message of bill payment after 2 to 3 hr due server is slow so i said ok but please don't forget because my due date was 27/10/19.

                But still not done any payment by airtel i visited 3 time but no result.
                Talked very rude.

                  Recharge done but I didn't got the successful transaction message. And money also deducted from my sbi debit card. In an emergency case I did the recharge but this [censored] wasted my time of waiting.
                  I paid for 3 months for airtel broadband on 26th Oct
                  They said that installation will be done on the same day.
                  But they have not installed afte 3 days.

                  I have called them multiple times but they are not coming for installation and not receiving the phone.

                  Please install ASAP or refund my money.

                    Airtel care sharing customers details to outer persons, some one called me as airtel customer care and said my failed transaction details and they mentioned that all my details frwd some msgs to me after i lost 10, 300 money from my account, someone one used my airtel app. I asked the customer care how they shared my recent details that means (I complained to customer care 198 regarding my recharge failure) to the third person
                    Now simply they it was not there fault and they are saying that make a complaint in police station

                    Once again I complained to airtel customer care 198 about the fraud person on 03/11/2019
                    Today(04/11/2019) i got call from unknown number once again asking that OTP by telling the details mentioned on 198 yesterday
                    Some of the airtel persons sharing my details or may be the fraud person is airtel customer service

                      Issue: tried recharge through various platforms (Paytm, google pay, airtel's app, retail shop) but all went unsuccessful. Always money is deducted from bank but recharge failed due to technical issue.
                      Recharge tried for 169, 199, 23..
                      Also im unable to get response/options after dialing *121*51#

                      Inspite of several complaints booked so far, im not being informed about the status.
                      Every time after a hectic process of getting connected to a customer care executive, all that i hear is complaint is escalated to the respective team.

                      Kindly look into the issue and provide a resolution asap. Its open for more than 3 weeks.

                        Radiation from the mobile tower getting causing diseases... I would like to lodge complaint on behalf of residing and self in the area near the address mentioned above against the installation and functioning of mobile phone towers installed on the said address and thereby putting the life of residents in vicinity in hazardous situation.. Because of heavy radiation... We are getting diseases from it.. There are two patient in the neighbour too.. I got skin disease from its radiation vibes coming from tower. As you know that, it is general rule that, the mobile tower has to be installation 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said mobile tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. Therefore, various building societies are refusing to install the said mobile tower on their building. Hence, the said mobile company choosing residential areas as they know that, few people are very greedy about the money and ignorant of their effect.. We are getting effected badly..
                        We are, therefore, request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above said address in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area. Thanking you. Yours faithfully

                          I've bought new airtel sim from retailers its get activated and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service.

                              not allowing to call 1860 numbers even though customer has balance

                              Airtel restricts/controls customers ability to make phone call. Airtel is not allowing to make "1860" number calling to any customer care of any consumer products. For example airtel doesnt allow to call acquaguard service centre water purfier ([protected]).

                              Regarding this context we have called the airtel customer care multiple times but it was never resolved.

                              To whomsoever it may concern

                              On 30/10/2019 i went to airtel office, patel chownk, pathankot, punjab and submitted my request for porting my number from vodafone to airtel. All the documents were submitted and the attendant said my request has been submitted. On 2/11/2019 i received a text message saying that my previous sim services would be discontinued at 11:30 pm and airtel sim will become active.

                              To my utter dismay, when i inserted the sim it showed "no network" and hence i am left with two non working sim cards.

                              Furthermore, they asked me authenticate the email address i sent a complaint through by send the otp on the number which is non functional (Thanks to them).

                              This is not only disappointing but catastrophically frustrating. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                Airtel poor signal in chennai saidapet area pincode-600015, lot of people facing the same issue in this area. Due to this some of them already port to another networks. Most of them given complaint to airtel customercare and still no improvement. Signal showing -113dbm, most of the time showing no service and emergency calls only. Airtel team not giving any proper schedule time to resolve this issue going on in our area past 5months.

                                    I got a call from [protected] talking about my sim recharge details which was recently complained to airtel customer care and he asked some details and i told everything after that he frwd a link for the confirmation process i entered every details after that he hacked my account and took amount 10, 300 through sbi upi

                                    How can hacker know that i was complained to airtel customer care because of airtel service they hacked

                                      For past 3 months if someone calls me it says as out of coverage. 90%of the people who calls me told this no matter wherever I am. I have full tower as well. Also I have recharged 399 pack and there is no internet connectivity at all. 4G is like 2G speed only and not losing at all. Waste of money and only I use 100MB per day due to this. Poor customer service and have decided to port out and switch to another network
