Issue: tried recharge through various platforms (Paytm, google pay, airtel's app, retail shop) but all went unsuccessful. Always money is deducted from bank but recharge failed due to technical issue.
Recharge tried for 169, 199, 23..
Also im unable to get response/options after dialing *121*51#
Inspite of several complaints booked so far, im not being informed about the status.
Every time after a hectic process of getting connected to a customer care executive, all that i hear is complaint is escalated to the respective team.
Kindly look into the issue and provide a resolution asap. Its open for more than 3 weeks.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have lodged complaint regarding network and internet from last September 2018 but still no response was given and last three days I am Not able to receive calls in my number
Why I should not complaint in TRAI and consumer court
