I came from canada to visit parents landed on 10 of oct 2019. I am using airtel postpaid connection from last 4 years the post paid number is - [protected].

I am facing the network connectivity issue from the service provider which is airtel. I have also raised many timed complaints on airtel customer care as well as their app this issue.

Airtel is showing no service for the past two days just after i have recharged it. This is the second time this has happened. I get no service signal after i recharge. Regarding my mobile number [protected].

Rs.446 recharge has been successful on oct 4th and transid is[protected], according to the plan i should get a free 75 mins outgoing calls to india from usa, but when every i call to india amount is deducting from balance not from free call. Please can you help me on this. I spoke with customer an there is no help from them...

I would like to inform you that Airtel Digital TV has stopped Channel Food Food from last few months. But other service providers like Dish Tv, Tata Sky etc are telecasting the same. I have logged complained in their customer care. They always reply that we will solve the issue as earliest. But till date issue has not been resolved.

So please arrange to do the needful as earliest.
