I have been charged from last 8 months for airtel.in/pgsi.
What is this for. I have never applied for any app. But charges has been debited directly to my credit card. Why?
Please refund my all these charges lived on me without any notice.
My mobile no. Is [protected]. I would like also to know that these charges are for what services and without our acceptance why it has been charged

    I have activated international package of rs 3999 for 10 days to south africa. But there was no network and i couldn’t use this service after two days. I had called customer care and even lodged a complaint against it and tried my best to use the service but unfortunately no network
    Since i couldn’t used your service kindly waive off my amount of rs 3999 before you charge interest which is due today
    I had even called customer care they take 15 mins to transfer the call and later on the call gets disconnected
    I don’t understand why do you don’t want to get the solution or discuss bout it

      I am using airtel broadband from 2014. Currently using 6+2 months plan which should end in january 2020. But airtel send me a new bill in the month of november itself for rs.5699.81. When called to customer care, it is clearly told me that profile says it is 6+2, there may a mistake in bill generation and forwarded request to billing department. Billing department closed the request without solving and not even contacting me. One executive called me and raised disconnection request. It is totally frustrating and mental stress for me because of this.

        I have been trying to call[protected] which is a number to my medical insurance company. It never ever gets connected - courtesy airtel. There is an ivr that keeps saying its a chargeable number. Please visit www.airtel.in for the charges. When i visit the page, i don't see anything. When i call the airtel customer care, they give very lame response - "it may be a network problem. Restart your phone. The issue will be resolved in 4 days". Here is the complaint number i received - is[protected].

        Does airtel think we customers are fools that we buy into such weird responses? What's the problem with airtel? Why do they have to disconnect the call to this number? I have heard the ivr saying that it's chargeable which is acceptable to me coz i need to make an urgent call but then airtel decides who i should talk to - right?

        Can airtel please work in improving services rather creating a horrible experience for a loyal customer?

        And by the way, the customer care supervisors don't want to talk and find all the reasons to escape... Not expected from Airtel who has been a market player for a while now.

          I have brought the new airtel broadband connection with platinum plan.

          As per the terms i was suppose to get amazon prime for 1 year and zee5 premiums for 1 year as well.

          But after claiming within a month i got mail saying prime account is cancelled, when contacted customer care they are saying account is deactivated, which i didnt do.

          When further escalated to supervisor he is saying that we need to register amazon prime with new phone number and new emailid. Not sure if we buy new broadband we new buy new sim to activate the offer? Cant be used with existing phone and email id?

          Similar issue with zee5 got only for 1 month. Can this be resolved.

            We, about 150 people who have been the permanent users of airtel for the last 7 years and residing in the sarai kale khan area of delhi. We have been associated with airtel dth for the last 6-7 years and we are taking airtel 4g plan for almost 2 years.

            In this regard, we have to inform you that the services of airtel in our area are constantly deteriorating whether it is ‘airtel dth’ or ‘airtel 4g’.

            Since, neither your services are good nor any help is made by your customer care number, which takes about 7-10 minutes to talk to your customer care executives, many o[censored]s have switched to other dth service provider viz. Tata sky, etc.

            So, we hereby inform you that if you would not improve your 4g services in our area within 48 hours, then we will have to port our mobile numbers, well before the next date of recharge, to other service providers whose services are better in our area, like reliance jio, through ‘mobile number portability’.

              incoming calls not working

              Since last 2 weeks incoming call is not working. Raised several requests.Escalated to nodal officer.Went to customer care 3 times but to no avail.Please help me with this situation. Outgoing and mobile data working fine after they had given new 4g sim but no incoming and no one is able to help me.Also they are taking extra money and recharging but no avail....

              I have contacting costumer care of Airtel regarding frequent disconnection and slow speed of internet in my area. They act genuine and resolve the problem for 2-3 hours and then again the status is the same. It’s been going for 2-3 months now and I am fed up with Airtel in every way possible. Even their Mobile connections sucks. They cost me a very important mail because of their internet services. Airtel sucks in every way possible.

                Recently I purchased Airtel 4G Hotspot with a New Prepaid sim connection 1.5 B/Day data for the next 8 months will be credit within 48 hours but till now data is not credit and strange thing 121 or 198 executive doesn't know about this offer when it's clearly mentioned on Airtel website.

                  I work in eon free zone office in kharadi, pune. Though the network show as 4g but it is not getting connected, not loading any site or playing youtube videos.

                  Internet requirement is very necessary as i need to do quite a work from office only like bill payment or any kind of transfer. And if net does not work it is really quite disappointing

                  Please see i[censored] can help on this, as my 8-9 hrs went in office and without internet on phone it is really frustrating.

                    In our family we have three airtel connection for three handset. The mobile numbers are [protected], [protected] [protected]. It is really
                    Irritating that three days before the end
                    Of the validity period you start to send sms. We receive at least 10 to 15 sms
                    Per day. Even at the time of call a voice
                    Message is given. We are well aware that if we do not recharge within the due date we will not be able to call anyone and it is absolutely our concern
                    To run our connection smoothly.
                    So immediately stop sending company sms to the above mentioned numbers
                    And also stop voice message regarding the recharge. If you do not adhere to this request it will be handed in the legal forum.

                      Its was almost 5 months which i used my airtel hotspot. One day when i wanted to connect my mobile to airtel hotspot i coudnt find airtel in my mobile wifi list. Beside that it cannot be connected to computer. Also the signal is ok i mean it is green light.

                        I have ported my number recently from idea postpaid to Airtel prepaid, the sim got activated last night but after that I am unable to recharge new Airtel connection and also when I input the number on different payment/recharge platforms like paytm, Google pay, & Airtel app it still shows my number as idea postpaid up east (previous network and circle) and also unable to recharge, I am really disappointed with the services of Airtel, I regret switching to Airtel

                          After many many mails to the airtel team, no proper response. My main number is airtel, now i am lost i i don't have any mobile connectivity, i am not receiving bank messages, no calls, no banking similar to be like "just f — ked up!!!"

                          I am trying to recharge my airtel account, nothing is happening. I am also attaching screenshot please, kindly take a look.

                          Ticket number i raised last time, i heard that will be resolved in 70hrs, i dont know how many times i heard that from airtel customer care, i cannot count.

                              I have been a customer of airtel since last six years. I have two numbers operated under postpaid. One is 98922xxxxx which is my regular number. Another one is 8971xxxxx for which i had requested a disconnection in the month of july. The disconnection team insisted even after my initial denials, that we can convert the number to prepaid directly from here. So, i said ok. However, there was no update even after two three week. When i finally queried they say said that we cant do anything from here, you have to visit the airtel store. Why didn't they say this to me in the first instance itself. I had insisted the number to be disconnected and they kept on insisting that we will convert the number to prepaid from backend. First instance of cheating.
                              Next, as i am a working professional and hardly get any time. When i visited the airtel store in september, i received another surprise. The guy said that today we have some network outage so we cannot convert today. Again a case of fraud. I do-not get the time to visit the airtel customer centre on a daily basis.
                              I have been repeatedly calling airtel to disconnect my number and also stop billing the number. However, repeatedly bills are getting generated with late fees levied. Also, i have requested your executive to reverse the entire billing amount levied from the date of my disconnection request. I have not been using this number. Airtel is using cheap tricks just to keep billing customers.

                                I had channel 256, &flixhd as part of my kerala mega hd package and without informing the customer they removed it and added a few other news channels which i'm least bothered about. This is atrocious and i want to object such decisions taken by the dth providers without informing the customers. Now i will have to pay additional 19/month for a channel which was part of my package when i ordered it.

                                  I purchased multi dth connection of airtel which as their customer care was for 1100.00 something but when engineer actually installed the same charged 3300.00 and also made some damage to walls
                                  When i made the complaint to airtel customer care they said its a third party case and they charge higher. How come i know its third party when the engineer was sent from airtel office to me.
                                  New connection of airtel hd is not for 3300.00 and when company is installing just a second setup box and charging 3300.00 in name of wire, camera, recharge and setupbox is not justified.
                                  Companies are cheating people and their should be some law against this as if in a single house there are more than one tv than why consumer should pay for connection for each tv

                                    Rs 1699/- through airtel app on 11 nov 19 at 0930 hrs by internet banking. Immediately after recharge i received following messages in the sequence mentioned:-
                                    From precharge "thank you for recharging. Your new pack with unlimited call and data benefit will start from[protected]. Till then your current pack benefits will continue."

                                    From erecharge "recharge done on[protected]:24am, mrp:rs1, 699.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer, valid till:#, transid[protected]. To check your balance, validity, call tariff and best recharges, dial *121*51# or download my airtel app, click www.airtel.in/5/LBNV
                                    Truly unlimited calls to any network and 1.4gb data per day. Also, get 100 national sms per day. Validity 365 days. Download the airtel tv app. Click get. Airtel. Tv"

                                    From 56565 "important update! You will not be able to call and use data services as your sim card is damaged. To resume services change your sim free of cost from nearest airtel store or any retail outlet. Once you have the new sim just sms sim new sim number to 121."

                                    Immediately after these messages my sim stopped functioning because of which i am not able to communicate with anyone and led to a great inconvenience.

                                    I approached balaji airtel store, delhi road, rohtak, harayana. They asked me rs 30/- for the replacement of sim. When i told them about the message received from 56565 (Given above) they refused to take account of it and also refused to give bill for the charged amount. Then i called customer
                                    Care when junior executive were not able to resolve my issue they transferred my call to mr salman who claimed himself a senior team leader. He was very very rude and blamed that i have damaged the sim myself and i have to pay for new sim. I requested him that i don't want to continue with airtel and want my recharge amount refunded but he refused to refund the amount quoting policies of airtel. On the issue of providing bill for the amount charged by airtel for sim replacement, he advised the local employee at airtel store to provide bill which the employee has agreed.
                                    However, insted of giving me proper bill, airtel employee gave me torn peice of paper of approximately 2x3 inch size with "janta shoes" printed on it and scratch rs 25/- on it which was earlier told to be 30/-.
                                    When i objected to this she took that paper and thrown it in dustbin and specifically told she has done a great favour as even airtel doesn't provide any such bill books and now do what ever in front of at least 10 customers and the staff. This was embarrassing and not befitting a telecom giant like airtel.

                                      They have registered my name as 'bhaves' which is actually 'bhaven'. Now i am having problem with my sim card, i am unable to call, my incoming call is busy by default & they cannot give me another sim card. Neither can i port it into any other company nor do i get speed on internet. I ported my idea number to airtel for fast internet speed. Please solve the problem as i unable to use the servies.
                                      Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      From several days i am getting very slow speeds that even i cant browse on google please resolve this issue asap.
