I am working as branch manager in the new india assurance co. Ltd., at shoranur: 679 121 (Kerala). For the past two weeks, customers, agents, friends & relatives are complaining that they are not able to contact me over phone. Most of the time, they will hear that my phone is out of coverage area.
What is the reason? But my mobile phone indicates full tower location in office. If the problem continues, i will port my number to idea/vodofone or geo very soon.
Please note that there are 3 airtel prepaid connections in my family:

2.[protected] (Preeja. M - wife)
3.[protected] (Sanoop lal. S - son)
All the 3 connections are using with unlimited plans.
We request you to urgently look into the matter and arrange to resolve the issue immediately.
