I have made a payment for electricity bill of 886 rs from airtel app amount got deducted successfully but the payment is not reflected as paid and electricity person is enquiring for the payment not done even am not able take the help or support from the app as the service is not available from the app.
Kindly check and resolve asap.

    My airtel number is [protected] and i am prepaid subscriber. I had data balance of around 900md till 9pm. I gone thru airtel app for some time which i am doing for the past 3 months. When i came back to home page, i noticed there is 0 mb data balance. I do not understand how my data has gone.

    I am requesting airtel customer care to look into this incident. I have been airtel customer from 2004.

      I am working in telemarketing field few days before i joined so i called to customers with my private number until i am getting number officially from my company... But i don't know it may register like spam and it may cause to block. And also i am using only one sim with me... And this sim is my private for all bank and everything. I am so far from my family i have some health issues also if any emergency i can't able to call my parents, relatives and friends. Here after i won't use this sim for my office use. Now also i am traveling to my home but i can't reach them. Please unblock my number this time i promise you it will not happen again.

      Now i am having some personal issues. I want to reach my parents soon. So please understand my situation and please solve my issue as soon as possible.

        Sir i have get 4 g speed 1.5 kb/s in my home area... I am feel so irritate for airtel internet poor service.. Plz resolve it early.. I recharge with 558 rs for better internet services but now so disturb for low internet speed.. Pease improve yor internet speed.. Airtel internet speed so bad quality... This is type a mantely harassment.. So please improve your internet speed soon.

          My father 70 year old is trying to get his sim swapped from airtel bangalore store (100ft) from four days. All his attempts are not successfully completed. Today when asked why its not done, the store manager has told the problem is with my dad side with alternate number. He asked what needs to be done from his side and can airtel help since he doent know who put the alternate number, the replies are arrogant and the manager even told go to ceo i dont care. Is this the way airtel management works. Harrasment for customers and total waste of time. My dad is really sick and tired of airtel

            I have ported my number to airtel {biggest mistake :- (} on 13th october since the activation i was facing poor coverage and quality issue only one network bar showing in my phone and most of the time it shows no network (Zero bar) if i change my position then again it shows h network or 3g network but again no data and voice services are getting through with that networks it was issue identified at my home.
            Now coming to my office network coverage part which is a well known and posh area in pune here also facing the same issue please refer to the attached airtel open network coverage report.

            For home poor coverage issue i have logged the complaint on 13th oct same day after the sim activation as per customer care issue will be resolved in 4 business days again i tried to contact them they raise another ticket without solving the first ticket and it is more than 15 days now i am facing the same issue each time whenever i called to airtel cc they said our network team is working on your issue it will take some time to resolve, i am the airtel postpaid customer will they wave off the charges till the issue got resolved???

            It was the biggest mistake i port my number to airtel, will never ever suggest anyone choose airtel pathetic service.

              Ref : my blackberry mobile phone / airtel no. [protected] (Airtel relationship no. [protected])

              As per my request, airtel had deactivated my blackberry bb ul 299 plan wef 27/10/2019, adnd continued with the airtel family 299 corp plan

              To my disappointment and in spite of making several requests thru email, my blackberry mobile phone does not have access/signal of airtel internet an due to which i am unable to send or receive any emails.

              On emergency basis, i have to use my blackberry phone for emails only thru a wifi, whereas i should have been able to use the airtel internet directly.

              I have requested airtel to please resolve the issue at earliest or else i have to discontinue with their services completely and also withhold their future monthly bills from payment.

                Dear sir, while recharging a jio number [protected] through pay tm, the transaction was wrongly sent to airtel vide [protected] .

                The message from paytm was :• airtel has confirmed the success of your order [protected] for the recharge of mobile number [protected] • we're sorry but we'll not be able to reverse the transaction as the top-up/balance/recharge benefits have already been delivered • if you still want to cancel, please reach out to airtel's customer support directly, mentioning: 1. Operator reference number: [protected] 2. Mobile number: [protected]
                Eventhough airtel has received the funds, now their customer care cell tells me they cant refund the money.. Nor they are giving me the credits.

                  And i have one more complaint that with in 2 hours they are deducting my 2 gb data what was that please this way we cant afford plz notice that aor else if we ask then show the usage with history i beleieve that i have used my 2 gb data

                      There is a mismatch between dob in my number and proof. I contacted airtel service center to resolve this issue and they are saying it costs rs. 500 to change. The mistake is on the part of airtel and they are asking me to pay for this. Before some days i linked my mobile number with aadhar. And during that time they didn't find out thar that there was mismatch and now they are charging me for this.. Worst customer service by airtel.

                      I have applied for port my sim from Idea in to Airtel on 16th October. My old connection was goes out. But I didn't get the signal of Airtel connection yet. I tried to call to 59059 many times. Unfortunately I couldn't. Is there any alternatives ? Shall I recharge ?

                        Please be informed that i have been complaining (Thru emails) regularly to airtel for the past 15 days and yet my broadband/ wifi internet signal remains disrupted most of the time.
                        My airtel broadband/wifi id is [protected]_dsl.
                        My contact mobile numbers are [protected], [protected]

                        Airtel office had recently advisedme thru sms that they would convert the above connection to fibre for trouble free service and also that their engineer would be visiting my address to check the status, but no one has visited till now.

                        Please note that in case the issue is not completely taken care of within 4 days from today (30/10/2019) then i will no other option but to discontinue with airtel services without further reference, and i shall also not be liable for any disputes in payment of their future bill/s.

                        During the call, The call is not able to hear and in 10 to 20 sec automatically connects and some time not. I have verified even with the same thing with My friends they are also telling the same issue.
                        Resolve for best service asap
                        When I try call nos starting with 1860 it says incorrect no please check the no and try again.
                        I tried calling airtel customer service via 121 and 198 but they just said that there is no problem with them.

                          I have 399rs in my airtel payments bank.
                          I want to pay with that money but every time i try to pay with airtel money or airtel onlins debit card transaction is declined and appears getaway error at wallet.

                            The broadband connection got disconnected 4 times in the last 30 days. The restoration period was 1 to 5 days.
                            My broad band connection[protected]_mh (Dsl) getting disconnected frequently, almost alternate day and restoration takes long time.
                            It seems that the problem is beyond control of airtel tech team.
                            Due to unreliable service, i want to discontinue the airtel broadband connection.
                            I have paid 6 month charges in advance.

                            I have been facing dismal network quality in my Airtel SIM. The network is highly inconsistent and doesn't even give internet speed close enough to 4g.                               I am using the number [protected] since past 8 years and now since i had to be abroad for some time and i had no good reception there, i did not use it for 4 months and now when i tried to reactivate it, the customer care said that my number has been reassigned to someone else. It's unfair to treat a customer this way regardless of what the rules say. I want my number back since i have linked all my banking accounts to it. Strangely enough, there was not a single call from the customer care or any warnings via texts. Please help

                                  Suddenly my sim card got corrupted and hence, i need to get a new sim card. They told it may take 4 to 6 hours to get activated. Even after 6 hours, it was not activated. Again i went to shop and they told that from their side they have done all progressing and asked me wait for 2 more hours. But it was not activated till next day and till now.

                                  My job is completely dependent on my mobile number. I am helpless and clue less now. I have expressed this to the airtel showroom person. No proper response.

                                    But i and all the other airtel customers not getting even a 2g coverage also. I had enquired the reason sir. And the company admitted that your getting coverage from manakunnam triipunitura.5km away from my home. My nearest tower is mulanthuruthy (500mtrs) but airtel giving coverage from 5km distance. I had mentioned several times to airtel authorities. But they nothing done for solving the problem. I had recharged 199rs pack. My money eated by airtel. Kindly help me sir. I beg you sir

                                      I am using 4 airtel numbers, [protected] is primary number and[protected], [protected] and [protected]
                                      There is no Signal at my apartment Flat No A1, Rama Radha Residency, Eenadu colony, Vivekananda Nagar, Kukatpally 500072.

                                      Problems: 1] No Signal Many complaints from my office that my number is not reachable.
                                      2] All the family members are facing issue, we have to go out and make calls. Even then calls are disconnected in between.
                                      3] 4G or Internet is not working at all inside apartment.
                                      4] Unable to call family members at home when I am outside.

                                      Complaints not resolved after 9 months - Many calls made to 121, but it seems no one is ready to resolve, or give any update

                                      It's been more than 9 months no resolution, infact signal is degraded recently and situation is pathetic.Connection is extremely bad,
                                      No one came to my house and saying optimization done is absurd. as informed to network team also in call it is very bad compared to February.
                                      If you cant fix the issue I want you revert back all the bills back from February till the issue is resolved.Last but not least let me know if I have to change to some other vendor?
