I forget my mpin kindly help me to change my mpin my phone no. Is [protected].
I port my number 1 week ago and then try to register airtel payment bank but the mpin is not taken by me and then i try to change my mpin by using forget mpin feature but there was another problem they doesn't approve my details and said your detail is wrong.
I didn't know any other options to change my mpin so i come here to complaint.
Could you help me in this matter

I am writing this email regarding airtel digital TV . We r unable to receive channels always it says no signal. Whenever we raise a complaint they charge us and again after 2days we get same signal issue. Please resolve this issue.

    I m complaing to airtel from past 4 years that i m facing network issue but no solutions will be progided then i started complainig to there nodal officers bur no solutions instwlead of justifications and complain passing and passing still they dont have any solutins they only make a call to do recharge.. Why they r not providing any solutions. They peoples r just passing pasing compalin when ever u called to them they replied that will be share ur concern to network team and they will solve it. But solutions they have.

      This is in reference to my 4g airtel hotspot with no [protected]. There has been disturbances with internet access and it is really slow. I have complained in the month of august and last week when i called up the customer service they said that complaint is on hold and they are escalating it. At times the internet speed is so slow that it doesn't gets connected; i wrote a mail to appellate authority. Funnily for whichever connection and whenever you reach out to them, they just say there is a requirement of tower in your area and with my 5 years experience with airtel that's the only response i have received but actually no solution. They think all is a joke and want to send engineers to customers' place for wasting time without actually doing any effective work. I live in the third floor with no skyscrapers around and airtel engineers have confirmed that network shouldn't be an issue at my place. It's just that airtel sells million devices but can't provide the services but they never fail to take the payment. High time, an action needs to be taken.

      Airtel deducting balance even I've activated free call and data pack. I renew this pack every month.
      I've contacted to airtel for this issue, their operator said they only refund 10 to 20 rs even they deducted 60 rs from airtel account.
      I need my airtel landline[protected] number call history for the past 3 months from August to September 2019.

        My phone number [protected] is from Airtel. It is the poorest ever network. I have complained a number of times of low signal strength, non-connectivity, call drop. No internet or low internet. No resolution has taken place. Please don't use Airtel. They are only advertising and getting ur money. Jio is much much better.

          My internet is not working properly since[protected]. It is giving very low uploading and downloading speed. Sometimes it doesn't show any internet connection. It consistent since 15th oct and im not able to use any applicable and website. Sometime internet connection is come (3-5sec) after that it again not working and i am not able to use any application on my device

            I am highly disappointment as i am not able to convert my airtel postpaid connection into prepaid connection. While purchasing the postpaid connection the gallery person had assured me that the bill will not go beyond rs 500 but they bill rs 847, 300 got reducted which i paid in aadvance and the remaing amount is 547. Why looting people... Please help me.

              [protected] is calling and spreading annoying messages, defamatory messages are causing serious damage in social life and personal relations. We have files complaint with local police also. Will be a great help f you can block this number as when we are trying to call back him/her it is either switch off or out of coverage area. He is calling at regular interval and then goes offline immediately. This is happening since last one and half year now.

                I made a recharge of ₹399 and at the time of recharge on airtel thanks app it showed 1.4gb/ day data and an app exclusive offer of 400mb/day (Totalling to 1.8gb/day). But after recharging i only got 1.4gb/day. When i checkedwith airtel for this, they told me i am getting all the benefits promised to me. Well when i checked other recharging platforms, they also offered 1.4gb/day data then what was app exclusive here?
                Later, i went on to twitter to show my dissatisfaction about the service and after multiple tweets now i see they changed their plan to 1gb/day +400mb/day and they informed me there was a technical issue. Still i see other recharging platforms are offering1.4gb/day data. How can this be airtel app exclusive offer? These platforms are even offering cashback offers so why would someone recharge through airtel app?
                Also, if this was a technical issue from airtel's end, why am i supposed to pay for this? I want the benefits that i was promised of. Else i would have paid ₹50 more and made a recharge of ₹448 which gives 1.5gb/day +400mb/day.

                    I took a new airtel tv connection on 23 sept 2019 that had to last upto 22oct 2019. On 17 oct 2019 i received a call about subscription of miniplex Hd for #freedays .. but they debited the charges from account without my consent and my recharge got expired on 18oct before due date i.e.22oct 2019. I registered a complaint regarding the issue, they also assured to resolve within 24hrs but after then they failed to recharge and activate connection of remaining amount

                    I am facing issue with Airtel number very poor service it is ... Incoming calls are not coming on my phine.
                    Please let me know the solution earliest... Please resolve this issue on priority basis ... It is very critical outgoing service is going good.

                        While recharging through the airtel app, it was showing 1.4 gb data plus 400 mb extra per day.
                        But after recharge i am getting only 1.4 gb per day data.

                        The customer care are telling aapko jo karna hai app kar sakte ho.

                          I am living in govt provided accomodation for three years, i am using airtel sim that time.in begining network for voice calling and internet surffing and also i am glad to inform you that in this area only airtel was working efficiently. All was running smoothly regarding network but 4 month ago airtel tower was removed and shifted near 100 meter away. From that time network strengh for voice calling and internet were going worst. After sometime tower was [censored]ed other place permanently. All users of airtel are crying and very frustated. I want to inform you that one another airtel tower is installed allready hardly 700 away from our residence but problem is that network from that place not properly and continuous is not coming towards our area. According to my opinion existing tower's frequency is very week.

                          I am unable to connect to BSNL STD Landline at all from Airtel postpaid connection. I daily try 20-30 times but never get connected. It seems it is a deliberate act done by Airtel.

                            I want to draw your attention toward loot of telecommunication companies. They provide 28 days validity and 100 mb data on compulsory recharge of rs. 35.00. But they are not providing data and most interesting is they send reminder massages before 5-6 days of validity expiration. When we recharge before expiration of validity they start fresh counting of validity of 28 days from date of recharge and if we dont recharges before expiration they deduct amount from balance automatically in midnight.in this practice we never get validity of 28 days.

                              Every alternative days, either internet or voice communication break out. When i call customer service executive, they ask me to switch off and switch on and some time pass trick, which eventually don't work.

                              For last 2 month, i am facing this error. When asked to find solution they just register complain and convince me that they are forwarding request to upper level.

                              Till date, i have registered 6 complaint and everything they ask me to lodge new one. None of them yet solved.

                              I want my 2 month unlimited pack money refund.
                              If not, i am going to file a legal complaint in judiciary soon.

                                Service request via ref no.[protected] for your airtel 4g voice and data service issue raised on 13 oct 19 is not being resolved by the customer care. Despite multiple (Atleast 4 to 5) complaints to airtel they are giving false assurance that service is being improved. No visit by airtel engineer for check as promised by cust care. Please help.

                                  I am getting an error 536 when try to dial *121#. I recently ported my prepaid docomo sim to airtel postpaid (Forcefully done by airtel store executive) and after 1 month change it to airtel prepaid. This is extremely frustrating for me. It seems like they are very careless with the customers who change postpaid to prepaid. The airtel store executives are not at all help full. They are always there to make you feel uncomfortable with post paid bills. I have a horrible experience with airtel.
