My sim got deactivated without prior info. My sim number [protected]. Its last recharge was august 25th 2019. Everymonth i am making recharge and sim was also in use. But with out any info they simply deactivated my sim. Customer care or the airtel store, no one is giving proper info or supporting us. Please help me in reactivating my sim. I upgraded to airtel internet tv set top box and paid 2249 for the same. Within one month the company launched xstream set top box at 2249. When i asked them to upgrade they are asking me to pay 2249 again to upgrade.
They intentionally sold me an old technology and now asking me to pay the same price again for upgrade within one month which is an absolute fraud with customers....

I recharged for international roaming pack on an airtel number for rs. 3599 for spain on 8/09/2019. But shockingly, there was no airtel network in spain. I called the customer care multiple times to know the issue as there was no use of the pack untill and unless, there is a network. After, trying every possible setting changes as instructed by the customer care representatives, they later told that the network would be named as "orange (Amena)"...

I have raised three priority based complaints for non-working of data services on my Airtel SIM, yet the problem is persisting.
I have tried everything possible, from changing handset to raising complaints, nothing worked out.
Fake commitments have been given by customer care team time and again....

I have been using airtel postpaid for more than 5 years with the corporate plan, i have faced many issues due to internet speeds and others but i was with airtel.

Recently i have seen data speeds have come down, at the same time pre-paid offers and data speeds were much better, so i have decided to move to prepaid.

I have visited airtel 4g store in brookfield and applied for porting 2 of my numbers...

I had requested to port my number to airtel on[protected] which was successfully ported on[protected] at 22:00. But i am unable to activate my sim through airtel activation number 59059. When contacted to customer care they replied it is a 7 working day activation process. Thus i have to wait next 2 days without any network as my previous provider has deactivated my sim....

One of your airtel employee has stolen our helmet from the bike parking and we have captured it in cctv footage. Please help by taking strict action against this act and provide us the compensation.

Such a bad network provided by airtel.
Is this called fastest network.
Can't open even 1 page. My money was waste. After this pack over i'm going change my network service for sure. Thank you airtel for your very cheap behavior. And thanks for wasting my money. Always showing 2g bar. There is no 4g just come and gone. I can't imagine you guys provide us such network in our area....

I did the recharge for 299 through airtel app but i didn't receive my prime subscription and airtel tv premium features.

Even the airtel tv app is not working on airtel network. Pathetic services....

Its to inform you that I have paid INR1449 for Airtel DTH installation through online on airtel DTH web site, but we didn't receive any service on the same nither refund.
