    Airtel — airtel is charging on postpaid bill 543212 not used or subscribed
    Airtel mob no. [protected] being used by my dad who is 80 yrs, he is on a postpaid tariff plan of rs. 399.
    My dad hardly makes 10 outgoing calls in a month, he is on a plan of rs. 399 supposed to be the lowest tariff plan, i had requested for a 199 plan few times, but i was told this is the least tariff plan, so except for receiving calls and making around max of 10 calls in a month he does not know or use any other service not even messaging service. For this i have been paying monthly around rs. 500 - 600 which itself is too much of an amount for the number of calls made.
    But this month airtel has charged an additional rs. 360 for using the services of 543212 (The service of which was never used or subscribed by my dad). So after adding the above rs. 360 (Suspicious) charges and other call charges this month's total payable bill amount is rs. 1036.
    Shocked on seeing the bill amount, i called airtel customer support 121 seeking clarification for rs. 360/-. The customer support executive told me, that the charges were for a voice call which was made to a helpline number 543212 for 1 hour, i told the executive it was not possible that it could have been used for 1 hr as my dad cannot hear properly and does not have patience to hold and talk on phone for 1 hr. After repeatedly trying to explain that it was not at all possible that the service was used or a call to that number made the executive bluntly said the amount was charged as it was used and hence the bill total of rs. 1036 must be paid on time, to avoid another rs. 100 late payment fee etc.
    This is a serious issue, we have been loyal airtel customers for over a decade now still, it is so disappointing to be charged for something that was never used and is not at all acceptable.
    I request through this letter, to consumer complaint forum that this issue be looked into and resolved in order for us to continue using the services of airtel and we be charged only for the services used and not otherwise. Any other details required to prove the case will provided if required.

      Dear team,
      My airtel dth client id is [protected]. My dth tv is showing error of "no signal due to bad weather", but the weather is clear and there is also no issue of wire connection. Dth customer care is saying that dish direction to be change and i am facing this problem second time. Company every year change the direction of its dish from backend and we will have to pay visiting charges every year for the movement of dish direction. Please look into the matter and help us to get the issue resolve.

        We have took airtel corporate connection (50 numbers) just two month back, & we received sim cards it was working fine at head office, but when we distributed to our site person, they all were facing lot of issues in using those cards, our site person unable to get any call, no internet, no rang at all. Airtel sale person committed to us that he has done serve on all sites and there are proper range all over. This was the falsehood, we were continuously followed to airtel team for the same; they had visited our site twice, their site visit report says that there is some connectivity problem on sarita vaibhav site as well as, at our md’s residences. They installed 4g device but no used of that, they don’t have any other option to resolve our problem.
        We hope you will understand our problems.

          I subscribed and utilised 1 day international roaming pack on 15th sep 2019 for rs.649. After that day, the pack got auto subscribed without any warning message and they charged 10000 as bill for the month, which is enormous. I never used even a second of the pack benefits after 15th september. Hence, it would be unjustifiable to charge such a huge amount, which will make customer losing trust on airtel.

          As per the terms and conditions, the charge should be started from the first usage. You are treating each day as a new pack and charging, then you should have considered the usage term in each day as well. Kindly remove such huge charges, which is unbearable for me to pay considering the genuinity of non usage.
          Pity thing is, 30 day pack will charge me 3500 and non usage for 13 days costed me 10000. Kindly resolve this.

            Hello... I ordered for new airtel broadband connection, selected 100mbps plan and paid installation fee. While installing they stated max speed is 24 mbps in our area which was a dealbreaker for me so i had to cancel the request. I was expecting a mail or text from them about confirmation but haven’t received any kind of that sort and i don’t know how to track my request.
            Please help in getting the refund

              Hi, i have been using airtel sim for more than 13 plus years. Since yesterday i'm unable to make or receive calls and messages although i have enough balance. My mobile number is [protected].

              Upon checking with the service team their answer was, as their are multiple numbers in use. They have blocked the running number and i have to forgo this number. As this is very absurd i asked them to check properly as this shouldn't be the case. They said that there is a document mismatch and i have to visit airtel store. Even though the issue is escalated to supervisor the answer is same.

              Why is the number blocked all of a sudden. Airtel team should atleast inform the customer before blocking sim for no proper reason. I'm not sure if i would get this number back again for their mistake. Airtel services seems to be a head ache now for me.

              Please activate my sim and let me know what all you actually need.

              Hi Team,

              Is there any update on the above?.
              I visited airtel store to submit documents today to get my number reactivated.

              I was told that number is not in active status and this can't be activated unless I convert my prepaid sim to postpaid.
              For reconversion I need to pay atleast rs.499 per month for 4 months and then I can convert to prepaid .

              I asked them why this is made inactive. They said that this number is not in use because of no recharge.
              This is absolutely ridiculous. My number was barred by airtel team on Oct 2, 2019 or on Oct 1 2019.And I had balance of 23 days left out of 84 days plan

              As this is airtel team's blunder . I think airtel should rectify and reactivate . I don't understand how airtel team is forcing for postpaid conversation. This is unfair to involve customer in unnecessary expenditure. If I have to convert my sim to postpaid I need to spend additional 1400 rs in total {for four months.}. Airtel should not cost a customer's time and money for their mistake.
              I request airtel team to reactivate my number as prepaid and refund my 23 days balance.

                I am highly distressed with the fact that i am using a very slow network called airtel. It is almost 3g or 2g certainly not 4g i guarantee. It's horrible i hate a company which only for it's name has millions o[censored]sers i am their representative. I promise if you not enhance the speed i will definitely crush your *horrible airtel sim* and throw in the dustbin. Hence improve the speed within 2 hours

                  I am an airtel user. From past few days my data is getting finished very soon even though i am not even using it to that extent. I get msg of 50% of data used even though i have just switched on the data just give minutes ago.
                  It was working very well before but from past few days it is creating a big problem.
                  Please try to fix the problem as soon as possible otherwise we are left with no option than to adopt some other services like jio

                    I am living in belathur, whitefield, bangalore near royal freshmart. I am continuously facing problem in connecting to anyone through airtel network. I have to come out of home, every time i need to call or talk to anyone on mobile. This is really a serious issue and not only me, others are also facing the same problem.                         I am living in kalka, distt. Panchkula haryana. During the ending days of august 3g network of airtel started causing problems in my area. I complained to the service centre about it and they say it will be solved in 2-3 days. But it didn't happen so i called them again. Than they said there is an exam going in haryana so therefore they have shut down the airtel internet services. And the funny thing here is 2g and 4g internet srvices are working fine and they only shut 3g services. They asked me to wait a week. I waited but no solution. After a week i called them, they first said me the same thing that will be solved in 2-3 days and after few minutes again that exam thing. It's almost 75-80 days and airtel is not able to solve the problem here related to 3g networks. Moreover their customer care always say one or another thing and it is making be believe that whatever they say is a lie.

                        The thing is when our recharge is getting over they will call us again and again and when it's done they don't even cure our problems.

                          On 21st sep2019, full amount of rs.5233 for airtel broadband installation s paid.
                          On 22nd sep 2019, technician came home, checked for connection and informed that broadband s not available in our locality.
                          Since 22nd sep 2019, behind those agents for refund. Till now it’s not refunded.
                          Attached is the agent s id card and payment confirmation that was sent by airtel.

                            Hi,
                            I have an unlimited data plan and i was charged by airtel. On calling the customer care, i was told that special numbers are chargeable. What is interesting is that on calling special numbers the call rate is thrice that of a normal call. My issue was left unresolved. Lately, it has become a trend with airtel to charge customers unnecessarily.

                              My no is [protected]. Internet is not working in area h. No.106, sector 21a chandigarh outdoor aswell. I faced similar problem in june 2019, and was resolved. Now again same issue. Airtel (121 as well. As appellate) are not even registering the complaint saying my complaint was resolved in june. I am constantly writting mails since 22.09.19 but stereotype response is being sent.. Matter being attended on top priority, but neither complaint no is communucated, nor time line
                              For resolution provided. No one has visited to check for redolution.. I may clarify, signal strenght is good and calling in volte is ok.

                                  I'm facing this problem for more than a month from airtel. Customer care support also no good. I'm getting very low data with low speed that also sometimes disconnected randomly. Very very rare to get data in 4g @ some places. My home & my working place also i'cm facing this problems.                                   I am using airtel from a very long time and i really like the service but i started facing a problem from few months. I use unlimited packs so i recharge once in 3 months. By the time the pack's validity is getting expired i'm getting texts saying (Recharge before the end date or else 23rs will be deducted). I dint not like this.. Why will you deduct if i dont recharge. For more clarification i contacted customer care.. They gave me a code.. To stop auto deduction but that is not working.

                                    I have recently ported to airtel from idea.
                                    Idea subscribers are not able to call me, they get a response saying the number you have called is incorrect. I have complained about this issue with airtel customer care no resolve still. Kindly resolve this issue.
                                    This is not happening with a particular idea number. All idea numbers are blocked from calling my number.
