Airtel didnt active my new prepaid sim after 12 hours.Retailer Bhagabati Communication asked me to take another sim with my ID. And to return that sim. I was taken. But why both Retailer and Company harrashing customers. For extra profit retailer doing this job to sell swapped sim to another person which Activated by Other Person's ID.

    I have done recharge on another airtel number through the airtel app. And while the payment process was going on and suddenly it showed access denied. But the amount got deducted from my account. Still message of successful recharge done came on another number. My query is if the recharge was successful then why services are not active on that number. And if the recharge was unsuccessful but amount was deducted then where my money has gone!! I called in customer care but no proper guidance nor help was given from that side. They just said to dial 400. I mean what kind of [censored] is this!!
    Then I checked on last recharge details it was shown no such recharge was done. Then where my money has gone!!! Being a 4G service customer they provide this kind of service to the users.

      Dear Sir,
      With ref to Airtel tv Dth ID: [protected], I recharged my pack with Rs. 176 on 10.05.2019 and requested to hold it for month as I am out of station. Person from customer care centre promised to process the request of hold and send a confirmation for the same via sms. Today, again I received call from the customer care to recharge my pack. I was surprised to attend the call and got disappointed with the Airtel tv services. Again I requested to crosscheck the request of hold but lady denied to do so and cut the call.

        It's been a more month since we have opted for airtel DTH and the issue started on 27th May 2019. As per the IVR instructions we have followed and waited for the issue to resolve.

        First complaint registered at : june 1, 1:15 pm
        Complaint id : 89812677

        Complaint has been carried out without any result till june 2

        The assigned engineer did not reach out and had auto resolved the complaint without taking any action.

        The same continues till now i.e, no resolution for the issue

        second complaint ID registered by the customer care on call : 89847297

        New complaint ID registered by the customer care on call : 90214888

        The issue has been set to auto resolve and we got the calls regarding the feedback on the service when there is no service done.

        We have requested the customer care to cancel our subscription and take the setup box but even this was not done and once again delayed. The customer care has again requested a one day time for the past three days whenever on call and assured that the issue will be resolved.

        The issue has not been resolved and they are not processing the refund as well.

        we have requested for the refund for several times but they did not mention that in summarized messages sent by the customer care.

        I have recorded the recent call with the Airtel representative while talking about the refund issue. the assured that they would solve the issue by june 11, 2019 or refund the amount.

        the issue is not yet resolved and the refund was also not processed.

        Please help us in this regard.

          Hi, on Friday ( I.e.,[protected] I requested to change my postpaid to prepaid. They said it will be FRC, so asked me to recharge. I gave them 495 rupees to recharge. They said it will be converted in 24 hours. But it has not converted yet. I went on Saturday to ask they said it will be done in few hours but use. Now when I am calling them they picked and said will update in Few minutes. Now there Mobile is switched off. Please tell resolve my problem.

            misleading consumers by unlimited calling plans.

            Airtel is misleading by customers with their unlimited calling plans. I am not able to call any helpline numbers starting with '1860' with unliMited calling plan. For that I have to top up my number with extra money in order to call the helpline numbers. That too at very high cost of 2.40 rupees per minute. This is not fair. Other services like JIO includes these numbers starting with 1860 in their unlimited plans. If I am an airtel customer...

            I recharged my prepaid no, using internet banking.
            After entering OTP, the amount was deducted but then I was redirected to a recharge unsuccessful page, on airtel.in .

            The transaction reference ID is[protected].
            The transaction amount was Rs. 399 on 11 June 2019, between 11 - 11.30 am.

            Please look into the matter, and either credit my phone account or my bank account.

              I've been using Airtel on my [protected] number for over 2 years now and all this while Airtel has been dedicated in making its data services highly unreliable, inconsistent and persistently slow, extremely slow net.
              For two years I literally had to TOLERATE airtel. It's infuriating when you're paying the company in good amounts for the service they promise and then not only deny you that, but also denies any way by which you can get back at them. For the past 1 week, the internet in my area(specifically) is totally down. At zero! This has happened so many times in the past few years and I along with other Airtel users in my area have repeatedly complained (pls check records) in the past but to no avail. The situation has worsened as now Airtel doesn't even entertain complaints. It has employed number of tactics to avoid or discourage the customers from reaching out to them in an infuriating manner.
              The funny thing is that my house is just opposite the building on which is mounted the mighty tower of this [censored] company. Guess its just a sham. The tower is worthless, network in this area has loooong been [censored] but the company doesn't care.

              Airtel has dedicated themselves in allaying their customers who are facing problems by diverting their calls away from customer care numbers to more ads and offers, longer time on automated voice and making it difficult for them to maneuver through options available to reach customer care executive to discourage the customers from taking up to customer care for complaints. But this tactic also, though still in use is now old. Now they have resorted to blatantly hanging up your call right when you've gone through 15 mins of offer advertising on customer service number and the call is about to connect, it hangs up. EVERY SINGLE TIME(i tried even 5 mins ago). For 5 days now I've been trying to get in touch with them but in vain. You just cannot!! Unless you send PORT sms to 1900. Then you're inundated with 5-6 automated calls saying someone will reach you but never did.

              I'm done with Airtel and so are so many others in my locality. 5 have already chamged their providers to jio and it's time I leave this idiotic [censored] company in lurch like it has done to its customers.

                My Airtel DTH is have some problem due to which i am not able to view any channel, for which i have raised a complain (SR[protected] on 7th June 2019 but till date no one from airtel team has came to site to analyse the issue, not airtel bank end team has closed the issue stating it is resolved. No one worked on the issue neither the issue is resolved.

                  Why my plan validity is showing 2 less days than the actual period which was mentioned against the recharge amount even as I have recharged just now please get it cleared as soon as possible or cancel the recharge and I will just switch to some other network as this is robbery in all sense and even my Airtel app is a waste it isn't helping neither with recharge nor with support

                    I have recently converted my Postpaid number to prepaid, previously it was my Husband corporate account. On 10th May i converted to prepaid and 11th of May i made recharge of 399 pack. But after two days my sim got failure/error. so visited Airtel store and got new sim dated (18May2019), expected it will gets activate within 24hrs. But got frustrated with Airtel because since then i have visited many Airtel stores and got 4 new SIM's till date but everyone saying same story that its getting rejected.
                    Please tell me who is responsible for this issue? For past 20days i couldn't able to use my mobile and i'm struggling with banking works without my number. Atleast if anyone helps to change my network with the same number it will be more helpful. I'm done Airtel. Even we are planning to change the network for rest of my family's Airtel numbers to other good network because of your poor response. please provide me the solution.

                      I have done a payment by upi and my transaction is failed but my amount is not refunded yet 13 days are gone.and I was talking many times Airtel wecare but they don't solve this issue they told the amount is debited but Amazon told it is not credited that why transaction is failed (I have done reacharge on Amazon but it is failed and my amount was not refunded )

                        I had recently requested for new broadband connection from airtel website.
                        And after 2 days i got call from customer care that feasibility is there in my area and i was happy to take connection from airtel.
                        Next day i got call from person called Prasad(M: [protected]), he visited my place collected all documents photo, PAN. Before submitting documents i had asked him multiple times and he promised me that up-to 100mbps speed you will get.

                        So, i was happy i did online payment as advance for 3 months via online as per his request.
                        After i did online payment prasad promised me of connection next day, i waited for three days after that technician called and saying max speed i will get is 10 to 14 Mbps.

                        I called customer care number 5 times and asked them to cancel connection immediately. Every time they take all details but don't raise any request.

                        I want to cancel my broadband connection immediately and get refund of my payment.

                          To- nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@airtel.in I am writing mail to you after getting fed up from airtel service provider. I called airtel customer service to remove my number "[protected]" from family plan (I tried through airtel app, it didn't work), they asked me to visit store. I visited store on 1st June and asked them to place request for the removal of the above mentioned number and convert it to prepaid (ref:[protected]. They said it will take 24hrs to do so. Few days later, I got the message that the request has been closed. My number was still reflecting under family plan and was still postpaid. Hence I called customer service again, they said no such request was raised. I asked them to do the same and visited the store twice on 07th June.
                          Again waited for few days as requested. Since my billing cycle was near, I called up customer service to check the status of the req. on 10th June. To my astonishment even the request number was invalid[protected] which was given to me on 07th June. When checked with agent, he said that request was cancelled. I mean why and how? Without user confirmation why would you do that? I have been constantly chasing airtel for a simple service that took more than for 10 days. This has been a really ridiculous experience. Now my billing date is day after tomorrow, I don't want to pay bill for next cycle. I have already requested for number port now. I am afraid that this petty request will intervene in service provider change. Can you please assist here?

                            I had recharged my no for Rs.100 only talk time where in it was mentioned validity N/A bit after I recharged I get a SMS saying validity is for 28 days. I sent mail regarding this and they did call me but were not able to explain when it is N/A how can it be 28days validity and if it was mentioned I wouldn't have recharged. Whereas for all other packs it is mentioned. They agree yes it is N/A bit validity is 28days and they also say if I don't recharge after 28days they debit Rs.23/- from the balance and nothing of this is also mentioned. So I asked them to give me the complaint no to proceed further they are refusing to give me the no and when I persuaded they said we will not register a complaint. I have enclosed ask the screenshots.

                            They did contact me but the issue not resolved . They have mentioned as validity N/A butt they are not following the norms. They are stopping outgoing after 28days and incoming also then what is is the meaning validity N/A. They are cheating the public by giving wrong information which is not acceptable. When you click for pack details also nothing is mentioned but now they are saying you have recharge even for incoming . I am enclosing the screenshot of pack details
                            They don't deserve any rating as they have not answered my question at all. This is clear case of cheating public. Validity not applicable is a big lie. They simply make you recharge by telling validity not applicable but keep debiting your account till it is zero and then stop all icoming calls forcing us to recharge again

                              I had traveled to Vietnam for 8 days with family. My wife and daughter phone is part of family plan. My wife ([protected]) always have data roaming turned ON as the data does not work in other local cities. My daughter never had dataroaming turned on.
                              During overseas trip, both received msg about dataroaming, the msg was not clear to say that you will be charged. Misleading msg has statements like "roam freely without fear of bill shock", "i[censored]sage exceeds Rs.649 you will automatically get free 500mb data, free calls"..etc etc. it was just not precise to say that you will be charged Rs.649 on daily basis.
                              My daughter, when data roaming was off, still received this msg. What does airtel expect the customer to do ?, when this was not even requested.
                              My Wife, was also clue less looking at this msg, just read as something free everyday.
                              We just did not call or place a request to get data roaming, but data gets used without our knowledge by watsapp etc and we get to shocking bill of 14K after the trip.
                              1. Why Airtel sending data roaming details to [protected] when there was no request of any form made, and just started to charge.
                              2. Why Airtel did not get confirmation from the customer [protected] who always has data roaming turned ON un-intentionally all the time, by just sending and unclear msg and started to charge.
                              Why Airel, a huge company does not have a process to get customer confirmation on dataroaming, by asking customer to reply with "1 - agree", "2-disagree", "3-call me for clarification". What they did is taking undue advantage on people who travel and make tons of money from ignorant customers. This is just an illegal business model they have in place, not sure how legal system is allowing this model.
                              Customer service is not even taking this as complaint, took time to convince but eventually did not get complaint number back. Not sure if she even recorded a complaint for me.
                              Hope Airtel can sort my issue.

                                      I am in Germany. Today from afternoon I can receive all incoming calls but i am not able to make any outgoing calls. I have activated an international roaming pack of Rs 3997 Valid for 28 days on 25th May. The pack includes a talk time of 500 free minutes but I am unable to get any. Whenever I dial a number first a notification pops "airtel:outgoing calls barred" and then they tell me to contact customer care.

                                      I am still waiting for resolution. I received a call from Airtel exective on 13th Jun asking me to change some settings then my call was disconnected. They said I will get a call again to verify the status but no one called me.

                                      My trip is almost over and I have lost so many business calls because of this issue.
                                      Its been 10 days this complaint was raised and no resolution yet.
