PL provide me my airtel no-incoming call and outgoing call from 01/04/2019 to 15/06/2019 on my mail id satish.[protected]@gmail.com. I give this number to my friend for some time but I think he miss use my number so pl provide me call details. Pl it is very urgent for me. I think he is doing something wrong and use my number. That is the reason for call details

Airtel not supported your customers I have complaint on dt-18/6/19 but not give any response, I need my number call detail but they don't provide till, I am socked that I am a regular customer of Airtel last 7/8 year but they don't help me, I think why I am Airtel regular customer, if they don't provide details when we need.

    Hello sir .mai airtrl office gaya tha postpaid to prepaid krne jo bhi due amout bill tha sab pay kiya OTP ki process bhi hui.. unhone customer care ko call kiya aur bola ki bat kro aur batao ki kyu migrate kr rahe ho mene sab bataya aur wo satisfie ho gaye.. lekin 3 ghante bad mene call kiya kab tak hoga prepaid to bataya gya apki requrdt reject ho chuki hai.system mai dikha rahe apko postpaid mai rehna esa apne kaha.. sir jo call pe bat ki mene customer walo se wo phn cellphn airtel store walo ka tha..wo khud bol b raha han apne kaha tha muje prepaid krna hai.. sar muje ab fir jana hoga store mai new request dene ye sab customer ko pareshani hai plz koi dhyan de

      No indoor coverage
      On 11/6/19 morning I tried recharging my airtel prepaid number with 399 via Gpay but it dint happened due to technical issues, so recharged using Indpay app it accidentally happened twice, Kindly refund the amount as 399 twice for same number make no sense

        MY I'd no is [protected] and I have paid total Rs 888 to Airtel to avail DTH facility on my TV.But regretted to inform I am not able to see the channels on my TV. Except some free channels I am able to see and AIRTEL is not taking any step rather charges are regularly deducted from account.in this way AIRTEL is cheating me and none is ready to take required action

        Some time some technical problem is stated some time other problem always stated not able to contact customer.the co very quick receive amt but not ready to provide service

          Hi Team,

          I have reported internet not working issue on 12th of June (Service Request #[protected].
          It is not working yet.

          None of the technicians contacted me regarding this nor any number to reach out to them is shared.

          Could you action on this immediately as it is already 3 days, if is it not possible for you guys then please kindly deactivate broadband and process refund for these days.

          I am a regular customer for many years and didn't expect this to happen.

            My name is vijay from bangalore, I had requested for a airtel broadband connection, One of the agents from airtel came to my place and asked me to pay 600 rupees for the internet connection and he promised me that the connection will be installed the very next day, So, I called him next day he said it will be done evening that same day. This process kept repeated for more than 10 days. In 10 days airtel company was fooling around me by sometimes calling and saying that the connection is not possible at my place and sometimes the technician will reach at my place. Finally I called airtel broadband customer care and asked to cancel my broadband connection and refund my money back, They have refunded only 500 rupees, if I ask the rest, they say to check with the agent. This bloody agent has not been picking up my call for last 10 days, So, I called the airtel customer care again and told them that the agent is not picking up my call, they say they cannot do anything on this, the only option was to check with this bloody agent who doesn't even pick up my call. I told the airtel guys that it is their responsibility to give the money back because this agent was from airtel, And you know what this airtel buggers asked me for the arent's phone number and told me that they will call the agent and escalate the ticket. But then till now I haven't received my money back from the airtel company. Such a fraud company, they take money in advance still knowingly that the connection is possible at some areas.please file a case against this stupid company and take necessary action against them, such type of companies should be shutdown.

              Hi,

              Airtel Internet TV services restricts users from using the services of internet based apps on Airtel InternetTV Set-top box when account is suspended. When contacted customer care on same they don't have any idea of this issue and insist on recharging the account before they can provide solution or talk on problem.

              Email support is not prompt and exact solutions are not provided.

              Problem Description:
              Airtel is selling the InternetTV set-top box by marketing the features of set-top that are related to internet and advance feature of various services, however nowhere they give complete information on how and when these internet based apps usage will be restricted for user when account is suspended. When customer care is contacted they mention internet based apps should be working while account is suspended whereas in reality when any of prime video or youtube app is launched on internettv set-top box user get message with error code of AITV002.

                Hi, I am staying Bangalore My mobile number is [protected](postpaid bill amount is Rs. 249 PM), I unable to call my parents number in Maharashtra (number is [protected]), Massage is getting this number is not valid, but if I will call some other mobile number it will be connected Evan I can received the call from same number but I can not call.

                I was given complaint regarding this issue to Air tel customer care on 29/may/ 2019 reference no 90407791 it mention that issue will resolve with in 4 days, again i was call 10/June /2019 they given me ref. no is [protected], same as 12/June/2019 ref. no is [protected].

                still I am waiting to resolve my problem(complain) i unable to call my parent in my native place.

                I am requesting you please take care this issue and resole as early as possible.

                  Till today i have not get any solution from Airtel nor from cosumer complaints. still They have given me TRAI License no-LID-NS75892OR. I dont know whether it is true or false. plz sir or mam look into the matter asap...

                  Till today they have not returned my money rather they are asking me to withdraw the complaint.
                  plz do the needful. Its all about a pension holders money.

                    I am from CDA sector-7, Cuttack, Odisha . Since few days the Airtel 4G/3G network here is worst .only 2G network is running . Many o[censored]s can't do internet surfing & even we face problems in calling . I also informed the customer care about the issue but no response is there. So, I request Airtel to resolve this problem 🙏🙏

                          I recharged airtel no by mistake I want to recharge another jio no.but frequently I recharge the airtel no..that couldn't change by mistake and recharged the airtel no. So that I called and mailed so many times for reversing my my recharge amount because sir there is network of airtel at my residence( deulgaon village in Thailand liya) for inconvenience in communication I decided to recharge jio no..it has full network in that area...Sir by mistake recharge has done by me that didn't want to recharge on airtel no because of network problem...so your customer care told that there is no provision for that ..I submitted all the details which required for your resolution...but why recharge amount not reversed if I not used your plan ..pls do needful action sir..

                              Hi team, my airtel number [protected] is fully registered in dnd in couple of years, still if I again send sms to on 1909 for fully blocked service, its reply me that you are already regustered for "Fully blocked a category in NDND". i also complaints through sms on 1909(snapshot atteched), But still I am not getting any result for stop the sms.please find some snapshot for reference.

                                I had 2 DTH connections from Airtel that I have been using from last few years on 23rd may 2019 I requested them to split my connections but instead the recommended me to temporarily suspend one of them.So I gave my consent but on 31st May they are automatically splitted my connection without confirming from me thereby stopping the services on one connection due to suspension while other one on which new id is provided remained inactive for almost 10 days till 10th June 2019 even though I daily filed my request on customer care to resolve the issue and make my connection active as soon as possible false assurance was provided to me. Even after 10th June the pack that I asked for was not subscribe on my dth and instead when I tried to call customer care to resolve it they provided me false information that no pack less than 360 rupees is applicable on my DTH connection. When I take talk to there senior executive they showed me that my problem will be resolved next day but it has been fast 20 days no resolution is provided and also they are continuously deducting money from my account resulting me losing about hundred rupees till now. I want to complain against this severe act of Misiformation and Misconduct on the side of customer care to harass the consumer and still not providing any viable solution to the me and I also want full reimbursement of the amount made by me to them in my Airtel wallet.

                                  At 12:00 Am I had got my 1900MB on my airtel SIM and in middle of night I just used whatsapp approx 5-10 minute and the after I turn off my data and goes to sleep when I wake in the morning I just connected my another mobile through hotspot to download IRCTC app (15.6MB) and suddenly the message is come from company that you have used 50% of your data.And I can surely tell you that I didn't used very much data from (12:00AM- 08:50AM ) Airtel Company Stole my Internet Data. Yesterday I got also messaged that you have used 50% of your data.what the [censored] #fakecompany

                                    I have been facing network issue since 2015. I raised my concern on sept'2015 to customer care. It's been 4 years. I'm not able to make calls. I have been paying Rs. 2.5k every month to Airtel for my family connections.
                                    I'm not even able to make voice call in 2G/3G/4G. I tried to contact customer care, they said they don't have automatically to do anything. I have been struggling to make calls during emergencies.

                                      My house is close to an Airtel tower still I have way too slow internet. I checked the open network and I saw that only my house is out of coverage of the network even I am close to the tower. It's been a lot of days and the internet is getting slower and slower. Sometimes I can't even call someone because of the slow internet I need to fix it as soon as possible

But calls and messages are not going to stop from Airtel... So much annoying that I have changed my 3 no. To bsnl ... Now it's jyotish msg .. Bollywood msg ... And many more cheaper msg ate continuously coming every 15 minutes... Trick is what if by mistake u touch OK ... Rs 30 per month gone... What a mean and cheap business attitude by Airtel ... Isse achha to bhik mang k khao
