My balance was completed on 23 april 2019, from then they have stopped incoming calls and messages. I have no problem if they stop incoming calls. how can they stop incoming messages. if a person cannot receive otp from bank how they further recharge through online facilities.
even they do not give option to opt out from their network and choose other network with same number.
all I am saying customer should have the choice to choose, you cannot dictate or change your rules on your own, if we do not like your rules there is no option for leaving.
opting for your network look like entering into quicksand either we cannot comply to your rules/difficult to comply with the rules or leave the network with same number.
I don't know why conditions/rules became very strict all of a sudden. you have to according to customers comfort not compel them to comply with your rules by force.

    Sir,
    my name is rupesh having airtel prepaid number [protected]. i have ported in airtel since december 2018. since i have ported from the time of porting in airtel i am having issue above mentioned in subject.
    i am having airtel 4G internet problem airtel 4G internet is getting disconnected again and again every 5 to 10 minutes after geting disconected i need to restart my phone.
    i am having airtel calling problem while i make a outgoing call the airtel ivr says you are not registered on network. also while anyone calling me somethimes the ivr says the mobile number is switch of even my mobile is swiched on and also having full network access.
    i am having problem in network coverage airtel giving me only 2 signals at outdoor.

    sir i was many times called to customer care
    1. sometimes customer care listens my complaint and ends the call or tells me to call airtel customer care saying 198 is not airtel customer care number.
    2. sometimes after conecting with customer care my call gets disconected by them.
    3. sometimes customer care says your complaint is registered. but they didnt gave mi complaint ID.

    sir i am having this issue since december 2018 up to till date. i am facing economical loss because of airtel network problem because i cant conect to my clients also i cant use my data which is daily 1.5 GB i can just abe to use 200MB of data. .

    please sir solve this issue and justify me. even this problem is not solved i will go at TRAI just give me a complaint ID for reference.

      I using AIRTEL mobile network fast 15 years above, lost 2018 January to till not working properly in my house and office I use only on street. Very very worst condition. When complaint AIRTEL office, they only few days sir please wait, I am waiting, waiting an waiting so sad.how solve my problem

          I recharge my Airtel Number [protected] with Rs. 349 on 21/04/19 and the recharge failed.
          I tried to recharge with Rs. 349 again on 22/04/19 but the recharge failed again.
          I got 2 message 1 message on 21/04/19 and the 2nd on 22/04/19 both message mentioning that i will get the refund within 7 days.
          But till today I didn't get any refund.
          Checking the bank account everyday for the refund.
          Contacted the customer care and Facebook message of Airtel.
          They said they are looking into the matter.
          Please help.
          I am willing to know if this problem is from Airtel side or from my Bank side.

          At around 12 pm I received the 1st recharge refund of Rs. 349. And the 2nd recharge refund I received at about 3 pm. I requested airtel on Facebook message to look into the matter. I also complained about this on consumercomplainto.in today probably at around 10 am. Airtel facebook message told me that the refund process takes around 7 - 10 days from the bank side. Got those two refunds and now I am happy. Thank you again for helping.

            On 28/04/2019 I carried out online transaction through the Airtel App for my mobile number [protected] for Rs.459/- As the transaction was not completing I repeated 2 times ( Total 3 times) of which 2 have failed.

            ID[protected] Rs. 459 - Successful
            I am yet to get the refund.
            I checked my bank statement a couple of times. If a transaction fails it should reflect the next day.

                On my mobile value added service has been directly activated by airtel and charges have been mentioned in my bill of march 2019, which display value added service chages for 18th and 30th march without my consent. How airtel can directly activate and add any valued added service without consent o[censored]ser and heavy bill has been charged by them. This is one kind of cheating to customer.

                    irregularities in receiving message about remaining data

                    The text messages that company sends notifying 50% 90% and 100% data used are not consistent. I didn't received 50 and 90 % data used messages many times and directly got 100% data used message. It's like airtel is doing this purposely so as to force us to use their top up data vouchers which starts around 50 rs. Also there is irregularities in their app notifying about current plan and data used. Many times i couldn't use see how much data...

                    I am prepaid airtel customer for 8 years. I now use the airtel app to topup my talktime and data for internet usage. Everytime i topup my balance remains zero!!! Plus when i call landlines, espeically air india, i get a message saying i have zero balance and can't make this call. Then another message come alive and tells me i can get ten rupees credit by pressing 1. Then the message says i can't get ten rupees because i have an outstnding balance due of ten rupees. Are you madd??? This is insane. Whats going on??? What does it take to make landline calls to air india... A well known airline??? Of course. [protected].

                      I requested for setup box upgrade to hd on 15th apr 2019 (My customer id: [protected]) and complaint number is 87995628. Till date no one contacted me yet, on 18th apr 2019 i requested again (Complaint number:[protected]. Till date the request is pending no one resolving it.

                      I keep on following them in mail but no one is resolving my request. I asked them to escalate this to higher level management, but they are not doing that also.

                      They simply send below mail every time.

                      Yesterday Airtel people call me and promised that the issue will get resolve in 3 hours, After sometime I got a call from technical team saying that they will come tomorrow morning before 11AM. But till now no one communicated with me.

                      I called to mobile number from which technical team called me, no one responding and attending the call.

                        I have done recharge on my airtel number [protected] on 20th april 2019. The recharge was of 548 rs 3.4gb/day and unlimited calls. It was working good till yesterday. Today it deducted my balance and internet is not working. I checked the balance via mmid code. It is showing 3.4gb remaining. But in airtel portal it is showing 0 mb. Please help with this.

                          Tried calling airtel customer care many times, but no response from airtel related to my issue.

                          I am not able to receive any incoming text sms or otp's into my airtel number, please look into the issue and resolve the thing asap.

                          Either provide me with the number where i can directly talk to the customer care and resolve the issue, becuase this issue is where i am stucked.

                            I paid my airtel bill on 30th march using google pay and the transaction failed. Assuming that the money will be refunded to my bank account i made another payment for my bill via myairtel app and completed the transaction.

                            However, it has been 30 days now and the money is not refunded. I confirmed from hdfc bank that the amount is credited to airtel and then spoke to customer care, nodal office and twitter support but they have not resolved the issue.

                            This is a real blunder from airtel. Please help

                              Iam a airtel dth customer

                              As per the trai rules operators offered us some channel bouquets and sun broadcasters are having two packs name sun kerala basic and sun kerala hd

                              The basic pack includes 4 channels and basic hd also includes 4 channel but in basic hd surya hd channel is not included in airtel but the sun broadcasters have included it and when i call airtel dth they say surya hd was added only few months ago but it have been 3 month i think they said you have to chose it as alacarte for rs.19 with tax. Why i have to chose like that with extra money there are many packs like this in airtel dth and other dth and cable also which not include all channels but the channel will be available as a la carte. So trai must warn all cable and dth operator to give all channel which is included in broadcaster bouquets and are available in their dth platform. Iam also uploading the proof.

                                I went to airtel walk in store (Karkardooma) on 27th of march, 2019 to know whether my old number (I. E.-[protected]) can be re-issued to me or not, i further follow up many times, then airtel representative (Shilpa) called (Call recording attached) me on my alternate number-[protected] and asked me to come on the said day i. E. On 22nd april, 2019 to get my old number back after clearing the payment, accordingly i made the payments towards all my dues on the such day (Proof of payment is attached) and told me to follow up further, when i went there on 24th april, 2019 the airtel representative at the store told me that you may not be issued the same number again.

                                  I have upgraded my sim from 2g to 4g yesterday evening on 28 april, 2019 (Sunday). Until 10 am also my sim is not activated. I have called several times to customer care and also messaged on 121 for sim activation but in vain. Being such a reputable telecom service provider, i did not expected such a wasteful service. The urgency is that i am traveling today and i wanted to upgrade my sim so that, before 2 o'clock in the afternoon, my sim starts working. Please take it on priority. Looking forward to a quick action.

                                      I have recharged my account on 20th april 2019 by rs 315..
                                      . It is 8 days i see eror code 6..
                                      I called up several times to airtel customer care
                                      All of them reply we will solve it within next half hour

                                      I have already paid and now i feel so terribly helpless as i cant use my own paid services
                                      My acc no is [protected]... I complaint many times but no actions yet... Please help me through or let me know what is the problem where am i wrong

                                      My problem is that my airtel Payments bank a/c is frozen. And I want it to be reopen.
                                      Hey, I have done a recharge of 169 using paytm and my father also recharge the same amount in a shop. Is there any way to get refund.
                                      I am worried that the network coverage is very worst in this airtel. They say you would get network in Himalayas also. But first tell them to provide tower in main areas. Damn lie in this network. I don't like this airtel. I want to change my network.
