One or two months ago i written a request to airtel that is "hello sir/mam

I also want to experience airtel's 4g volte service but for that i will have to upgrade my sim card to 4g/volte enabled sim card but i think i can not do because i am suffering from a disease called anxiety disorder which causes unable to walk, not even two steps forward that's why i am asking airtel if it would help me to upgrade my sim card. This sim card belongs to the telenor which was converted into airtel itself. That's why i am requesting airtel to help me out as soon as possible. Please! Please! Please! Help me out.

Today I received a Freud's Continued Call regarding my airtel's complaint in which a fraudster was asking OTP came on my phone that's why I reject the Call except first time of receiving the call. The Fraudster's Mobile Number is [protected]

    On 16th-apr'19, i went to airtel office in yelahanka, bengaluru and raised the request of porting my number from idea to airtel. On 18th, i got the message that service has been reset but it's 26th, still network is not showing for airtel sim. Every time i contacted airtel (10 times), they raised a new complaint with different representative but no body has taken any action as of now. I have highlighted the same on twitter but no positive response there also.
    Is there any way we can complaint somewhere where these lazy people should take some action?

      I am taking follow up from last 3-4 months for the network issue and even my services are disconnected on daily basis as i am fed up so i am not doing the payments because of pathetuc service being offered by the airtel inspite of paying regularly on time and a big amount.
      Today again my services has been barred without any reason. When i has checked it from the airtel office and they told me that services are barred due to non payment.

      As per airtel my due amount is 1010/-. When i have checked the last payment history i found that my two payments are not updated in your system.

      Due to fault at your end i am suffering a lot and even no one is interested to resolve my issue.

      I am attached the snapshot of the payments made by end from paytm wallet with the truncation id, s

      Hope will get any resolution and resume my services as i have already have a big loss due to your services.

        I went to the mall and suddenly my airtel sim stopped working. I thought it would be just the bad network in the place, but even after coming out, the sim wasn't getting detected and it's been more than 12hrs and i still don't have network. I cannot make calls or receive them.
        I can't even find a customer care no. It's very frustrating.
        I need a customer care number where it is easier to get things done. Please look into this matter.

          Hallo,

          I stopped getting sms at my airtel number [protected]. I was getting messages till few days back. Now, i am facing a lots of problems without sms. I brows through the internet to look for possible solutions, but could not succeed. I have checked all my mobile settings and things look fine. Can you please resolve the issue?

            This is to inform you that we have airtel corporate connection (Relationship number: [protected]) we have registered for ebill but since last 3 months ebill not received by us & we are regular requesting airtel team to provide us ebill on registered email id. We have also send email id updation request on dated 09/04/2019 but till now nothing happen. We have also talked to airtel customer care team so many time but no one is listening our complaint.

              Sir my airtel postpaid no.[protected] was activated on 8th april 2019 and i complaint on 10th april that i am not able receive incoming and messages and not able to send message.

              All customer say my issue will be resolved in 24, 48, 72 hour but issue not solve.

              When i put my sim in 2g mobile and send message to anyone that an error seems"check operator service".

              Customer care fraud with me that they solving my issue but they didn't nothing.

                About 6 months ago, i accidentally recharged my airtel sim with 200 rs top up instead o[censored]nlimited plan. Afterwards i haven't used that sim since i couldn't convert my balance into any prepaid plans. Over a period of time, without usage, my sim balance got reduced to 70rs. As shown in the attachment, i suppose they have deducted 23rs from my account balance for many times. Then i activated data plan for one month in that sim in order to give some usage to the sim. Then my balance got reduced to 21rs, and after 19 april 2019, my sim got deactivated. Since the trai has asked mobile service providers not to deactivate a sim till the subscriber has the minimum balance amount, they're simply deducting money to make the balance less than the minimum amount in order to deactivate the account. Kindly find a solution to this issue as trai has already instructed telecom companies not to deactivate the account if it has the minimum account balance.

                  Airtel DTH customer care are just maid always saying just call after 1 hour because over system is in upgrade . And they saying this from when I installed my set top box. Please train your customer support employees. All are talking like a mad person this is my last warning to Airtel DTH department.

                    Hello airtel,

                    From quite sometime i have been observing that my account balance is getting deducted when i'm recharging for unlimited plan.

                    After call customer service, he informed that mms charges are being deducted for which i haven't even send mms to anyone. I asked for clarification but he was not able to provide the same.

                    I'm on unlimited plan from more than 2 years & my balance reduced from 3 digits to 2 digits.

                        Below issue was highlighted to airtel-

                        I placed request to change for plan in last week of feb 2019. Where i will pay around 600 for primary number and additional number will not charged. As asked i paid whatever bill amount was asked to pay with the commitment it wll be done without any hassle.
                        One fine day in the month of march my another number stops working without any sms or call.. For almost 24 hours... And gets converted into new plan... Fine.. Its done...
                        Now i am under the assumption of my both the numbers are in the plan which i asked (My mistake)
                        Here the interesting part now... I get a message to pay the bill...in spite of it was told.. I wont be getting bill for it.. Its on auto debit... I have paid anyways... Then i called prabhadevi airtel store and guess what... Its the eureka moment... I have been asked to pay 560 rs... Where my bill shows zero...in their systems it shows i have to pay this bill.. Ok... Paid... And again... Store rep says i still owe 30 rs... Otherwise they cant transfer my account to the new plan... Such a big amount... Which is not yet billed to me... Wow...
                        Ok... Fine paid... Now here the where the world war #iii starts... On 23 april... I get suprise!!! My card is now prepaid!!! And i cant make calls neither my data is working... Somehow i managed to call airtel store rep (You can check the interactions in the crm) and i was advised to wait for half day and it will be done... Ok.. Am waiting... Waiting... Waiting...
                        My day is lost... I called airtel rep again... And here is the surprise... I have send my aadhar card details over the w app... How secure airtel is... Really commendable... And one more request i get from the store... They need my photo to fill the form again...
                        Now my question is should i leave all my priorities and follow up with airtel folks???
                        I had to send someone to store to submit my photos... Ok its done... This was completed on 24th april... Now i am in the hope... Like am stranded in sahara desert and waiting sos to help me... I called airtel store... And i get a confirmation... Within 15 minutes it will be activated... Such a sigh of relief... Ok... Waiting.. Waiting... Its evening time... Again i called airtel store... I get to know my form is just submitted... It will be done in 30 min... Ok... Take a deep breath... Relax...
                        Now here the end of the war!!
                        Around 8 pm ist (24 april) i get a message :
                        Dear kalpesh, service on your airtel number xxxxxx will be suspended for 30 minutes while we upgrade your number from prepaid to postpaid.
                        Hey airtel... Its been almost 13.5 hours and still my number is suspended... Just let me know are you guys using clocks to check time without batteries...30 minutes is equal to 1800 seconds...
                        Now i have to go to your store and meet your folks to check when will they wish to activate my services...
                        I regret and feel so annoyed...in this era... Where cell phones (With network) plays such an important role and i almost without service for 3 days now...
                        I promise.. I will be porting out my 4 airtel connections to another service provider.
                        I thank you for your services and making me go through all this...
                        To add into this :-
                        I have visited prabhadevi store and i got to know i was using old simcard in my cell phone (Which i feel this was suppose to be checked when i visited for the first time)
                        Now i have to wait for the verification call from airtel post which i will have to activate the new sim card. I have visited store by 11.00 am... Till now store manager called with the confirmation of i will be receiving verification cal on my alternate number, but no call yet.

                          Hi All,

                          PLEASE HELP!!

                          Around a week back I requested at Airtel Store (Dwarka Sector – 11) to port my number [protected] from Vodafone to Airtel.

                          Now yesterdays night (24/04/2019) all my Vodafone network gone off and new message poop up “ please insert airtel sim” and restart your device to call 59059 and I did the exactly same.

                          But since morning (25/04/2019) neither Airtel services activated nor my old Vodafone sim is working moreover I called on customer care (121) as well but they told me it will take 4 days to get it activated and this is the standard process and I have to suffer and they can’t help.

                          Further more when I called on 59059, customer care executive told me that it will get activated in 4 hours but nothing worked.

                          PLEASE HELP !!

                            I was ordered an AIRTEL DTH new connection (Cust.ID. [protected]) on 22.04.2019 through www.airtel.in/dth and payment made Rs. 1, 795/- made through online. The Airtel has not sent the set top box and no response to me. In this regard I was contacted many times to installation, but no response from Airtel.
                            Henceforth, I switched over to Tata Sky and they response quickly and installed Tata Sky DTH and I was lodged a compliant with Airtel to refund my payment of Rs. 1, 795/- for new DTH which was not supplied and installed by Airtel but since there is no proper response from Airtel.

                                Iam from kerala. Today i activate a new airtel sim, at that time i get a call from customer care for verification. I accidently ask brother name instead of my name. Call from the verification centre behave me rude. I also anger to him. At last he said bad language in our mother tongue malayalam. I am shocked and dissatisfy of your customer care behaviour. If this complaint will not get satisfy reply, i will surely move to court.

                                  Dear sir/ madam,

                                  I have an airtel postpaid connection for my mobile number with the relationship number: [protected] where i had taken plan for rs 649/- per month with an add on number. Initially in the plan they were charging rs 199 for the add on number but subsequently the rs 649/- plan was revised about a year back to take in the add on number with no extra charges. Airtel failed to inform me that the plan has changed and continued to charge me rs 199/- extra per month for more than 12 months. I got to know that the plan has changed when one of my colleagues at work has informed me about the same. When i contacted airtel regarding the same, they admitted their mistake and agreed to revise the same in the future bills but refused to provide any compensation for the extra amount charged. However, even after their promise, i continue to be charged for the add on number for which i had to contact airtel again for the next 2 subsequent bills.

                                  In the 1st place i do not understand how airtel has charged me the excess of rs 250 per month for more than a year without informing a customer about the change in the plan. Upon pointing this out, airtel has refused to acknowledge the mistake and is not willing to provide any kind of recompense for the same. Mind you, due to this overcharging, i have paid more than rs 3000/- from my own pocket which is my hard earned money.

                                  And even upon informing airtel, the subsequent bills still continue to bear the same charges for which airtel is refusing to provide me a revised bill due to which i cannot claim my bill in my workplace which i am rightfully entitled to.

                                  I am tired of discussing this issue with airtel again & again & with airtel promising me everytime that the issue will be resolved which is not happening. All my discussions with their customer service representatives & mails to [protected]@in. Airtel.com/ nodal officer has not provided any kind of resolution due to which i am escalating this matter. I will consider my matter to be resolved only if:
                                  1) airtel will provide some kind of recompense for the extra rs 3000/- i have paid over the past 12 months.
                                  2) i am provided with fresh bills for the bills dated 9th april & 18th april with only the correct charges.

                                    Since i was travelling to jordan, israel and egypt from the 15th to 27th march 2019, i had requested airtel on 14th march 2019 for activation of international roaming packs for rs 3999/- for zone "b" for 30 days and rs 649/- for zone "c" for 1 day. I received a confirmation from airtel on 14th march 2019 confirming the same. However, airtel arbitrarily decided to charge rs 649/- for an additional period of 5 days without my written or verbal consent. After much persuasion, my bill amount was brought down to rs 9800/-
                                    Thereafter, when i sent a mail to the airtel nodal officer and appellate authority on 18th april 2019. I received a reply from the nodal officer on 23 april 2019 stating that the total charges as per usage in international roaming (In the absence of special packs) amounts to rs 551306/ (Rupees five lacs fifty one thousand three hundred six). This is quite absurd on the part of the nodal officer of airtel to make such a silly statement. This clearly proves that the nodal officer is ignorant and highly incompetent to handle such matters.
                                    I wish to state that the arbitrary decision on the part of airtel to charge rs 649/- for additional five days amounts to harassment, cheating and extortion.
                                    Request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

                                        I am using telenor sim for last three years. I do not facing major problem but after airtel and telenor network merger, i am facing problems with the network of telenor, sometimes internet speed goes down to 1kbps and also i was calling to customer care but they doesn't help me or satisfied me anymore and i also realize that airtel network strength and telenor network strength is different. So, please help me to fight against airtel.
