Since I had taken Airtel My Home plan have been facing a lot of issues relating to payment. Payment goes for a toss as it always splits the amount across connections even though partial of them have no outstanding. In last 20 days have done 8 transactions to clear postpaid bill.12+ complaints registered and 15+ mails sent to airtel and nodal office but they are as pathetic as issue. I appalyed for a wifi setup in my room so they come to me and taken a requst form through online and took 1598 amount for 16mbps on 4-april-2019 still today they are saying many reasons and they giving me the connection for 4mbps why they doing i need the immediate solution and i need 16 mbps speed....

Please look into the matter as an advance payment has already been made in the name of bharti air tel ltd on 2nd august, 2018 cheque no:[protected]Vijaya bank), amounting to rs 7200. And its an irritating for us as your representatives is asking us to make the payment of the amount due for the two air tel broadband's.

I am using airtel dth with one year subscription more than 6 months balance is there. I need to relocate my place.
Trying for more than a month i can not communicate anyone.
For a total revenue rotation they are marketing one year subscription after we paid they are not caring.
How this will be good service?
If we are paying the total amount in a trust of the company name only and i tried to made tickets more...

My network is very bad, even the messages are also not get delivered to who I sent the messages. Internet is also very bad, it take almost 50 sec to search something on Google. I'm not able to contact anybody. I'm using a 4g phone but because of bad network of airtel I feel like I'm using 2g. So, it's my humble request that please fix the network problem otherwise, I'll change the network.

On dated 09/03/2019, i have recharge topup of rs.95 in my airtel mobile by internate banking having ref. No.[protected]ihj8825806 transfer t0323, but no ammount credited in my mobile number. I resistered complain on 10/03/2019, airtel coustomer told this will be done within 10 to 15 days but no result. (M/s oxygen services). Please look into the matter and give me justice.

We have been using airtel dth for more than year.
Every now and then they will not provide the service, however they will deduct money from the airtel account.
When ever we call which is not in one ahot, multiple times and ask what was the problem, nobody knows about it. Later they will say this will not repeat again.

Still we have seen this issue many times. I don’t think any of their customer...

I had recharged RS.448 pack which offers 1.5Gb data per day, but I can't even use 100mb of data due to very slow 4G Internet speed, , this is a worst network experience, are you people fooling us by offering that much and providing slow net speed, , do you think i am a fool to recharge that 1.5gb per day pack, , I have many things to do with that and due to your network speed am lagging all my works, , IDEA is providing very good network...

I am using a SIM card of Airtel. Yesterday evening the card stopped working. I checked
With customer care and they said the sim must be damaged. So I recently got a 4G SIM replaced for my mobile number [protected] as the old sim was damaged and since then I am unable to send or receive SMS.

T 10 pm my old sim stopped working and my when i inserted my new sim i am getting message "mobile network not available", now currently my both sim are not working.

First of all I am not a Airtel customer but still I am getting false/irritant airtel messages from Airtle TV for subscriber ID [protected]. I haven't taken any Airtel TV subscription with this number.

I had complained it so many times over phone, but no action taken seriously on my issue by Airtel. How could such a renowned company do like this.

Conneciton no. [protected], recharge on 8.4.2019 at 20.17 hours by Rs 100/ vide TXN id[protected] total balance shown 106.50. massage received that it is valid from 8.4.19 to 16.4.19. but after 10 minutes, services stopped unileterally.
harrassment of customer will force to proceed legal action against company. start services immediately else TRAI and MOTC be informed about malpractices of Air tel DTH...

It was a serious complaint for your airtel secure plan i am... Using your airtel from last few month and it have a good network... My phone is damage around 3 rd april and at that time i dont have my complete documents like identity proof and mobile bill purchase bill... So i get that bill yeastarday and i register my claim... And by your company at the time of activation of airtel secure no policy and other things...

Hi, i am vijaya. I have recharged two 10 rs top card.in my account 21/- is there. But still i am not able to call. It saying that validity has expired you need to recharge. Then wat kind of recharge i have to do. I am fed up with airtel recharge. It's not like before. Please do something, i already recharged, make it to work properly.
