prepaid mobile validity charges

Airtel has started charging for validity on pre-paid Mobile number in J&K. Monthly validity recharge is ₹35. If recharge not done they stop Incoming calls to the number. This has started recently . Before I used to recharge with my choice. But now it has become compulsory to recharge every month. It has created problem for people and is burden ....

I am following up with airtel for more than 3 months for simple name transfer request.. Some one is saying it wil be done.. Someone is ssying visit store... Some are saying document lost... Airtel store employees are not supportive at all.. This is a very simple request, needs to be done asap... J. M into service sector so cant visist store time and again.. Also my self attested docs are with dem... They cant just lose it... I need to get...

set up box stopped working

Set up box stopped working. we are not getting any picture on the screen and even sound. First we use to get full colored screen now that also stoooed. So i request you that As soon as possible pls make it repair because just before 2 days we have activated the pack.so I request you guys to send your engineers within 2 days otherwise I will remove airtel connection...

Really shame on U i[censored] have little bit shame then recharge from your side.
Really shame on you greedy hungry beggars kunain, amreen, vaishnav, arjun, pradeep, kaveri for eating the benefits of rhe customers as you people don't have self respect and respect for your parents then how you people give respect to the customers. unsubstantial balance deduction and fabricated usage details

I have been using airtel services from past 10 years. From the last couple of months, i have been facing frequent unsubstantial balance deduction issues. How can i move forward this issue in consumer court. They are responding to my complaints in a rude manner by stating fabricated data usage. I'm facing this issue frequently and the service provider has been in denial mode yet. So i would like to highlight this issue in public domain....

airtel 4g network speed

Airtel 4g it seems...chatta..I swear that I hate that speed seriously...it slower than bsnl 3g...what's the matter with the ad saying that its the most faster network it seems...if it is not faster than lifetime mobile bills for free, , in such cases airtel have to pay each and every airtel customers lifetime mobile bills for free..
Plans solve the problem as soon as possible...the speed is 0.16 kbps...

I'm complaining about prepaid recharge through airtel app

Long time user of prepaid Airtel mobile service.

I recharged for the Rs. 119 pack offered on the Airtel mobile application. This recharge is supposed to be for 28 days validity.

However, immediately after the recharge it shows only 26 days validity.

This has occurred both today (15-Jan-2019) and the previous recharge as well....

Hi Sir,
i have taken airtel broadband connection and made payment of 2474/-on 8th January with sales executive([protected]) and he promised me with in one day installation will be done.

After my payment the sales executive run away and his mobile is in switch off mode for 7 days and am not able to even track my connection as i have called customer care more than 6 times and contacted through facebook(airtel messenger)...

citrus airtel deducted money from my hdfc account

Citrus airtel deducted money 1060/- from my hdfc bank account while i didn't recharged anything. How is this possible? My reference no. Is[protected]. What is happening with this, kindly do needful about this. It looks like a fraudulent activity. I want to know about it and airtel will have to answerable for this.

not getting signal after porting

Recently I have ported my number from BSNL to Airtel. After 7 days it changed to Airtel and got a message from Airtel to restart my device. From then SIM2 is showing " no service". I am missing many important calls and also unable to do bank transactions. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I am attching my SIM photo in the box given below...

leaking call details and privacy issues...

Got notification this morning releated to my call/sms detials ..The notification reads as below..
CALL/SMS DETAIL IS IN PRPGRESS..COMPLETE YOUR FORMALITIES...IT was from IM 201127..
As i had not applied for any CD so This is messy that some one is trying to erade my privacy..and airtel is freely leting them to do so..i request the heads of this compang to plz resolve the issue and get back to me asap.....

life time validity my number

My name is ajay kumar and my mobile number [protected].

I am work of private sector.

The message is coming to my number that the validity of my number will end in march 2019

While we had to recharge 100 rupees every month for life time, 12 months was recharged.

And at that time a message came to my number that the validity of my number is year 2037.

Please solve the...

I have been calling airtel from last 15 days to close my add on number +[protected] but they are just useless and worst service provider ever. They are not of any help and i am tired of reaching out to them. I want to sue them very badly. Whenevr they call they say its in process but it always remains in process and never gets completed. problem with bill payment online

I mention with deep regret that Airtel mobile bills are not accepted on their site through credit card. While paying online payment through credit card the site block the payment & always force us to make the payment through either Airtel wallet or through net banking. Due to this I missed my monthly payment & even today the same problem is occurring while payment.
I even tried to port from Airtel, the company rejected my request...

I recently ported from jio to airtel. The older sim got deactivated and the new airtel sim is getting network. But when i try calling 59059, it shows the message "emergency calls only". Even i am not able to call customer care. Also, i am not able to receive any call or message. Resolve my problem as soon as possible as this number is very important to me....

unable to recharge airtel prepaid number through online

Have Airtel prepaid number. Unable to recharge online. Have tried with so many online options, always transaction fails saying operator declined. Reported this issue to Airtel so many times. Sent mails, spoken with customer executives and visited Airtel stores. No one gave proper response. This has been there since year... I'm fed up with this....

mnp vodafone to airtel

I message a port request on 10 jan
And did all the process on 11 jan by giving my documents. On 14th jan got a message your porting process is complete and a message"
Important info: once your mobile displays no network, please insert the airtel sim in your handset and call 59059 to verify your details."
And my mobile network was gone (Vodafone.)
So i inserted airtel sim but in that sim also there were no network....

no response to implement trail directions

Respected sir/madam, several time i was contacted to airtel digital tv through their customer care number for changing plan before 31.01.2019 as per your new direction, but, that company not willing entertain my request to modify my account as per new regulations.. Its absolutely infringement of your direction, kindly take appropriate action against that custumer ill treating company.
