I initiated a special recharge for my mother's airtel number [protected] but by mistake i entered the last digit as 9 instead of 6. The recharge appeared to be successful and paytm provided with below mentioned details to contact airtel.

Shrutika Ghosalkar lives in sharjha has the same problem and strongly support the above issue, it will be helpful if i could access the airtel in UAE . Also update me about the given problem if it has been ratified, so that i could also follow the same path to make my airtel sim active over here ..

On 12th jan i have made 2999 recharge from airtel myapp for international roaming for 10 days on my mobile no. [protected] for china region, for the same msg also came on my mobile.
However when i reached china on 13th jan 19 my roaming services was made chargeble and amount is deducted from main balance which left me nil in my account.
This type of fraud activity by airtel given us problem in abroad. I need my money back....

It is painful to say that at every dth tv recharge, an amount is directly deposited in airtel wallet instead of dth tv recharge while payment is made through airtel aap.
I have not add the money in airtel wallet but how can it is possible wrongly the money is adding in wallet at every dth tv recharge. This problem is persist from two months.

How can a company barred incoming calls of a customer. I didn't receive any messages before they barred my incoming calls. I got a message stating you have a missed call. In order to check recharge your account t. I missed a call from HR of my new company. Who is responsible for this and if what if they would have thought I am not in interested in joining. This step of barring incoming calls is truly not tolreable. Please take a strict action...

I have ported my number from idea to airtel on 7 th jan.. Now my airtel sim is showing signal for last two days.. But when i do tele verification by dialing 59059... It does ask for verification instead its telling me about my offers of hello tunes cricket caller tunes.. When i go to the retailer shop for doing frc.. The money is also not able to go through.. I have ported my number [protected] from reliance jio to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for postpaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

No service after porting from jio to airtel ([protected]) on 12/01/2019 at 11:50 pm. I have changed the dim card to airtel as described in sms sent bt airtel.

Your urgent action to reilve this issue is highly appreciated as i do not have any other number and presently i am traveling.

Complaint 1:
Recently we are being forced to switch to v-fiber saying that it is compulsory.
We can't switch because of 2 reasons which are:
1) the landline number will change again
2) our current 799 plan is not available

Complaint 2:
Our bill along with gst should be rs.943 but it is coming at rs.970-1050. We can't even get a detailed view of the bill because...

I recharged my digital tv account number with inr 3450 for full 1 year subscription of airtel digital tv combo pack on 5th sept'2018.
My airtel dth customer id is : [protected].

All of sudden from 1st nov'2018 my airtel dth services stopped due to insufficient balance, i called airtel call center more than 10 times but they didn't resolved the issue, finally after sharing whole details including my confidential information...

Today i received a call from an airtel digital tv executive. She told me about some channel called relam chel and asked me to activate it. I clearly told her i dont want this channel multiple times. But she repeatedly kept telling me about the channel. After that i hang up the phone. After some time, i received a message from airtel that the channel has been activated and rs 39 has been deducted from my balance.
I want to know why...

I have lost my airtel sim so i applied for a new one for the same number 4 days back. It was supposed to be activated 3 days ago but it still shows it isint registered on network. Bought an airtel 4g hotspot device with simcard. On 9th jan, airtel sales guy visited my place and told me about new airtel broadband plans. I paid rs3000 for airtel broadband connection. The sales person told me that he would get internal wiring done for the connection. My airtel number also got deducted 23 rs once outgoing due is over. I had 15 days incoming validity. Airtel forcefully deducted 23 rs from balance before utilising incoming facility. Either remove incoming validity if you like to deduct 23 from user on end of outgoing validity, also get confirmation from users before deducting amount.
