I have ported my number [protected] from jio to airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and i am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for prepaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number immediately

I want to connect it in phone pay
I have been trying to port my number from Airtel to BSNL but i am not receiving the unique port code. I have tried several times but have not yet received the code. Please assist.
Recharge was done on mobile number through Airtel app to [protected] TXN I'd[protected]. ₹399 recharge failed but the money was deducted from my j&k bank account but the transaction is failed...PLzz tell how will the money be refunded back to our account as soon as possible. .
Please provide Air tel bill Receipts for the months of september 2018, october 2018, november 2018, december 2018 into my email address.
Very bad network connection.is it not 4G speed this is 2G.
Airtel DTH websites do not allow me to change my package and there is no provision for choosing channels a la carte. It is very confusing.

    They disconnected my number with out ny permission
    Also they are not giving back number i talk to many airtel representatives but they are saying u cant get that number so pls help me so i can use my number
    In all government documents i m using that number
    Pl. disconnect the services to the data card No. [protected] with effect from 31st Jan 2019 as this service is no longer required by me
    I have done a recharge of Rs 119 on my airtel no. [protected] on date 21.01.2019, money is debited from my account but still recharge is not done and till now money is also not refunded

      Hi there. I have registered 2 complaints and submitted port request as im unable to use my 4g mobile data. It worked for couple of days in the month and stopped working after that. I got a call from airtel regarding the port request and they saidy 20gb per month allowance is over thats why the network speed is reduced. But i have 150gb as roll over data in my account. I have béen charged full amount and your team is not really helpful to provide waiver for loss of credit. They waived off some 46 rupees for the service which is not activated from my end and i don't know what vas is that till now. None of your customer service agents were helpful. They all said i'll get a call from network team which i was just a blank call. They called me but they are not able to hear me. I think your network team themselves is searching for network here. I'm though happy with my airtel plan the retention team offered me extra 20gb which is no where related to my issue. My two concerns are :
      1. They need to apply waiver for my loss of service and good will gesture for the troubles i have gone through without internet for more than a week.
      2. My mobile data issue has to be fixed completely. I wanted to use the roll over data stored in my account. If a customer can use only allocated 20 gb data then what's the point in roll over data option you guys giving.

      Hopefully i should get a resolution to continue my customer ship with you

        I have a corporate account, they have tendency of starting vas service without consent and sending over charge bills. Despite the complaint on enterprise mail id which is meant for corporate clients. They are unable or rather unwilling to settle the dispute and stretching to 3 rd month now. Now they have stopped out going of all the numbers since one week. Very strangely they are giving an excuse that my alternative number other than airtel is not connecting, where as the very number they are talking is my main mobile number and all my business is transacted on that number.

          Hope you atlest do some thing to the consumer
          Though i have experience with all ombudsmen like bank, insurance etc.. All do favoritism to bank or insurance company or any forum not to the consumer. Knowing that consumer cannot prove in black and white as all are not documented at the consumer end they just express only verbally and your people also give verbal answer and not any written communication of their weakness or inefficiency or service inferiority.

          I visited airtel annanagar, chennai 600040 blue star center thrice since 10th of january, till yesterday[protected] to make the payment. Their cash payment machine is down for one month. It seems the show room people say they have communicated and they do not accept cash payment in counter this is not the first time either due to net down or payment access machine down and even people like us who use your service for more than 15 years are really getting upset of your service added to this today you people blocked my cug numbers out going calls though you did not accept payment and earlier also i have end up paying penalty many times due to your in efficiency of system or airtel's poor net work connectivity in your show room itself. Apart form this. Since i took your connection in my billing address home the net work connectivity is poor and no response even after complaining many times. Every time you team visit the place and just confirm the signal is poor we will report and they nerve report back of any action nor any improvement in signal.

          If this attitude of disconnection shows you are not bothered about the consumers and only money and that also those who want to pay before time your poor band width in your own show room declare many time that air tel 's cheating of consumer through media hype.

          Only if at all god is there he has to come and experience these hassles and punish

            I have visited two times airtel store and submitted valid id "aadar card" for address proof with port id no. (First initiative - 9/01/2019 and second re - initiative - 19/01/2019).

            But, i have still doing wait for port my no.[protected] from idea to airtel after all clear outstanding with exist service provider.

            Airtel does not have any strong reason for mnp port cancellation.

            I have done more time inform and communicate in writing to airtel customer care, airtel nodel officer and airtel appellate authority up west but no satisfaction and solution have been still got.

              Hello,

              I just ported my number [protected] from idea to airtel last week and as per the tat, the netwok on my idea sim went off however airtel never came up! I am missing lot of important call and messages as there is no service. When i called the customer care team they reluctantly told me that i have to wait for 24 hours as some issue is going on!!! 24 hours without cellular service!!! The associate said it so casually but it's such a pain! I want to do some banking transaction but i am unable to do it as the otp is received on this number.

              Please look into it asap and start the services

                My airtel number is +91-[protected]. I am using this number from 2-3 years.

                I am getting invalid sim problem from yesterday evening. Please request you register my complain. Always i recharge this sim with 3 months unlimited pack, currently also this pack running and it will go coming 2 months.

                There will be no issue like kyc because i purchase this sim by adhar card only. Infect if there will be any documents or any other update required then i should receive messages/alrert from airtel but i don't.

                  I've ported my no. From vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, i couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest.

                        I recharged[protected] for plan 998 on jan 24 and i did not receive any success teansaction message so recharged again for plan 998 on jan 26 also. As i haven't received the refund amount for failed transaction, i checked the transaction history once again where it is success actually. So please refund the plan 998 pack. I recharged both times by using my airtel app only.

                            I have been a loyal customer since the year 2003/04 (About 16 years) and i needed to load up my data bundle thus i visited 2 of your outlets (Silverbird galleria & adeola odeku) both in victoria island in lagos but to my greatest surprise both outlets indicated that they do not have pos to use and particularly at your adeola odeku where pos was provided it was so surprising when the client rep informed me that the pos does not accept credit card!

                            I was appalled that at this age and time where other communication outfits including yours are touting 4g network and with such a zeal. It will be said that airtel is using facilities that is not even 2g compliant to say the least that all transactions is cash based

                            Above is beneath a corporation as enviable as yours and i am indeed dissappointed to say the least

                            I sincerely believe that this will be corrected forthwith and the right trainings be handed down to all your frontline personnel going forward to avoid not only such unprofessional utterances but be resourceful at managing situation to have your outfit standing tall within competitive arena

                              I had a coupon of 50 rupees in my airtel account. Previously i tried to recharge the plan of 448 using that copoun but somehow the transaction failed and then after my copoun is not showing in my account.
                              I had that coupon, and tried to solve that issue with you costumer service and they asked me send the screenshot as i got the copoun so i m attaching the screenshot.

                                But have not use for this category app and any other subscription then why are doing unauthorized transaction without my knowledge not informed about this amount

                                  Sir, i have reacharged my airtel number [protected] of 448 unlimited pack with airtel payment bank but it showed that transaction was timed out and my 448 debited from my airtel wallet no pack is activated and got message that it will be refunded within 48 hrs or pack will be activated, after 48 hrs till no refunding has done i have card validity only to feb 5 what i should how much time i should wait, plz help me out refund my 448 as soon as possible

                                    I am using airtel for last 5 years. Suddenly, today validity is expired. I recharged rs 199. Even though i got the message as successful recharge but still i could call (All incoming and outgoing calls are stopped). So i recharged rs 24 but still, i could not call anybody.

                                      My airtel postpaid number is [protected]. Raising this complaint as i recieved a false bill for my ir pack. Have travelled to malaysia/singapore on 21 dec 2018 and i activated the international roaming pack for 10 days for these countries. I reached india on 28 th dec 2018 itself. Ideally once i reach my base country the pack should have been deactivated since i am not travelling to malaysia again in the ten days time period. I travelled to maldives on 30 th dec 2019 for 1 day so i did not activate as there was no pack available in the webiste. Once i reached maldives airport my network was available where as my wife postpaid number was not having service so i used the data for some emergency. Later got a message after 8 hours from airtel that outgoing is barred as u have reached the limit and got a sms stating rs 63000 has been used. After returning to india on 31 dec 2019 called the customer care to get to know the details of this message i received but they did not give proper explanation and informed once bill generated we will come to know. Now received a bill of rs77828 from airtel for the call and data usage where data usage is 69 mb (63000) and charged for that.

                                      1. When i arrived maldives my service should have been deactivated or alerted me that the international roaming pack is not applicable in maldives and should have mentioned the tariff details for calls and data but i just got a delayed sms after 3 hours of my arrival stating welcome to maldives data rates applicable at non discounted rates. As per trai consumer protection act 2015, customers should get sms immediately they are outside india on international roaming pack.in my case the service provider airtel failed to do so.

                                      2 as informed by customer care executive when i reached india after asking the details several time got the below details, as they were not ready to tell the tarif[censored]pfront

                                      1. [protected]@ 400rs pm

                                      2. [protected]@50 rs

                                      3. Data @10/kb

                                      Not sure why these basic tariff details are hidden as i am not the first person from airtel to visit maldives. Since they know these tariff prior as a service provider they should have been intimated me through sms upon my arrival in maldives. As a customer i have the basic right to get it. These charges are hidden by airtel to make money.


                                      3. I am ready to pay for the malaysia pack charges which i am liable for. But in case of maldives when they have failed to alert me about the service charges i am clueless in a new country to know what would be my tariff if i have to use for emergency purpose.


                                      Action item.

                                      1. Why i was not intimated with the base tariff details when i am reaching a new country. As per trai guidelines an alert should be given to user in the form of sms on international usage about the data charges and call charges. Also after usage of every 10 mb as per trai the user should be alerted where i dint get any of that kind. Just got a sms after all my 100% percent is over. The exact tariff was not intimated when they know about this charges prior.

                                      2. Not satisfied with the reply from nodal officer i am writing this complaint. From their side they are telling bill is correct and charges are correct and asking to pay. And nobody is giving me a complaint number when i ask them. The mail's i communicate with them is just like a private mail chain and i am sure even the appellate office will not share me the complaint number.

                                      Also even after contacing customer if we ask for the data charges they are not telling properly. I have the proof for that as well.


                                      With no hope i am writing this complaint as i feel i am ready to pay for the ir pack activated for malaysia but not this false data bill. Request the complaint board or trai to take strict action against these kind of false service provider and heavily charge penalty against these service provider.

Firstly airtel took long time to release my number and secondly sent me a bill of 236 rs of my usage thats okay fine, because of some reason i got late to pay the bill so as per the policy idea temporary deactivated my number thats okay fine. But after i submitting my receipt to idea, airtel is still not giving clearance to activate my sim now its been 11 days since my sim got deactivated.
                                        Very poor service, irresponsible company.
