Starting 20/12/2018, i've been unable to access my karnataka prepaid mobile number [protected], which i was using for last 5+ years. On trying to contact 121, it was not getting connected. Later i have tried to connect to customer care from another number. I got an option to key in my mobile number, following which, ivrs says that my number is invalid. I had tried visiting arc koramangala 5th block. They also can't find my mobile number. They had informed me to contact [protected]@in. Airtel.com. Yet to hear back from them. Can you help me on this situation the situation! Hope to hearing from you asap!

    My name is neeraj kharbanda. My mobile number is [protected]. I have recharged it with 499 plan which is valid tilli3 march, 2019. Since last one week i m not able to receive any incoming call on my number. I called customer care many times. They always say that everything is ok from their side. I even changed my sim and had recharged it with rs 35 four times. I didn't even get tt nor the incoming calls. I also visited airtel store. They did the required settings. But still the issue is unresolved. Kindly help me with the issue asap.

    Cant send messeges through airtel sim i have updated smsc address too and also apn but then also unable to send pls solve it as early as you can

    On 14th December made a recharge of RS 35/- to activate incoming calls on my number. The amount got debited but the plan didn't get activated. Unable to use the number from then on, kindly refund the amount ASAP.

    Suddenly network disappeared and now not able to connect to network changed phone too but still no resolution. I m not even able to complete any transaction due to this.
    I have made a complaint yesterday regarding no incoming calls on my number. The Airtel service provider has not taken any step for resolving the issue. You can think of the loss I must be facing because of stopped incoming calls for no reason. The Airtel is such a big mobile network company and I an shocked seeing their responsibility towards their customer. Highly discouraged!

      I was exhausted with my daily imit and i needed more data. So i did a recharge of rs 92 three days in a row, which means thrice, during the last week of december. When the data still did not reflect, i called customer care and they told a refund will be given, but only the amount i recharged for that day was refunded, and not the previous two. Could you tell me how long it takes for you to process the refund and why it cannot reflect in my airtel payments bank and has to be a recharge amount on my account, since that is unusable for me and also unreasonable, since i did not use that for rechargin in the first place.

      Hi Airtel,

      I have recharged Rs 448 on 29/12/2018 at 4:25 Pm.       Hello sir, i recently got an offer from your side which was as 1GB/day data for 1 month on the prepaid sim [protected]. But that offer ended before the date it has to end, i hope u will look into this matter, and find a solution .

      My prepaid number [protected] get deactivated yesterday night and postpaid sim which I received from airtel agent not active yet. I am struggling now. Customer care and airtel agent who collect my docs not able to help. Don' know what to do.
      The recharge of 150plan of 1GB per day, and 100sms per day. It has been discontinued. Why? It was the nice plan.why it has discontinued.please I request you.Do not do like that. I am an old user of airtel. It's my favourite network...

        I migrated to airtel in may 2017. I do get monthly bill and advertisements from airtel in my mail id. However since i registered a network issue complaint, whenever i send mail to airtel immediate msg "this email id is not registered" after complaining the executive profusely apologizes. Yesterday i came to know that my complaint has dissappeared/no record with airtel.
        Today spoke to executive raman complaint no: 78pddp5h

          I had registered above complaint in aug 2018. Till date no response. Couple of days back while sorting billing issues i indicated to executive same, when 4 times the call dropped, she said she will escalate to network team. Yesterday technician a. Pandey came and checked signal strength; 10 instead of 100. A bts nearby (Pimpripada) was dismantled 6 months ago, no alternate site erected. I have 4 airtel nos. You had choice to erect bts, now i have choice to migrate out.

            My name is akash baibhaw.
            I have been using my airtel mob no. [protected] (Karnataka circle) for last 7 years.
            All of sudden in dec 18, my no. Got deactivated.
            The last recharge was done on 4th nov. 2018.
            The issue is as below;
            1. No prior info. Of deactivation via mail/message/call to mr. By airtel.
            2. No reason could be provided by airtel store personnel/ customer care executive
            3. Airtel system is unable to track this no. And can't reactivate.
            Impact-
            1. All financial transactions stopped.
            2. Issue with trading
            3. No call could be received on this mobile.
            4. Mental stress and trauma.

            Please help and let me know if any more details required.

              I am using a corporate plan since 10 years and now i am in international roaming but still keeping the no. Active. Before moving out from india i checked with airtel, what is the process to keep my no. Active, they advised to retain the same plan and keep making the monthly payments. Every 3-6 months i get an increased bill saying some plan was made active on my mobile no. This is irritating and its totally depends on the customer care representative mood to consider this irregularity and correct it or not.

              Kindly register this complaint on mobile service providers injustice with billing.

                Dear. Sir/madam,
                My name is neeraj kharbanda, my airtel mobile number is [protected], on 25 dec -18:they stopped my incoming calls without any information, my outgoing and internet is working as i have recharged on 3-dec-18 for 499 for three months validity, i complained to customer care but they are not giving reason for incoming barred, i visited to airtel store they told to recharge for 35 rs for incoming, i recharged for 3 times, still not getting calls, then they changed advised to swap same number on new sim, i have changed the sim also still incoming, kindly please help on this, my number is still not working

                  I am not using any service from Airtel since 2016. But on date 29th dec 2018, A Transaction of Rs.375.99 is auto debuting from HDFC Credit Card No.xxXXXX at www.airtel.in (PGSI). How is it possible? I have not received any invoice or Bill from Airtel since 2016. Where from did you collect my Credit Card details...

                      I got a call from this no [protected], they asked me for debit card no and inform they can send the payment to card only, after giving the card no they deduct rs 5862 from my card using airtel money, please take action, i have already registered a complaint to nearest police station as well as to my hdfc branch, they are investigating the case, meanwhile i called your customer care no on 400, your executive told they are not responsible for that, i hope you verified the customer kyc details, you should have freez the account immediately

                        I have registered for airtel secure from my second number which i use at home last year around october, 2017. Since then airtel plan has added charges along with the services for airtel secure rs.60. At the time of registration, they have asked me for the documents like phone purchased invoice number, screenshot of new mobile with imei shown on the screen, back of the phone. The phone was purchased from amazon and they have sent me a copy of invoice of which i have taken the screenshot and uploaded the documents. They have accepted it and my secure coverage is started. Almost after an year october 23rd my claimed handset got damaged and raised a request for claim 3-5 days later because they were asking for all the documents again which i have to collect and uploaded.

                        1. They have called me and asked to update the description and provide me the invoice of the phone in claim along with screenshot of the phone’s front and back.
                        I have uploaded the document invoice which i have uploaded at the time of registration and provided the screenshots with imei on the screen. They called me 4 times to upload where 4 agent got the exact statement asking me to upload the image of the phone front with complete edges visible.
                        In description, when i have provided the details about the phone damage, they called me 5 different times asked the details like below mentioned:
                        Who was using the phone?
                        How was the phone damaged?
                        What time the phone was damaged?
                        Where did the incident took place?

                        2. After providing the above details they started asking me to get the invoice copy where it has to contain the 2nd page of the invoice pdf. So, i raised a question in simple which they couldn’t or didn’t answer. My question was, “if the invoice should be provided with second page then why didn’t they object the same at the time subscription. How come they have accepted the subscription?”
                        They tell me that the invoice should have the imei number which is not there on the invoice copy i have provided but it is required now after almost one year for processing. If not the claim will not be processed.
                        So, i have reached out amazon from where i have purchased to get the copy and uploaded the same.

                        3. Again they called me and said all the documents are good and they will be processed further for pick-up. But to my surprise they called me and started asking the documents of my wife for the same. And thats my denial as the phone purchase order is on my name, registered on my name, sim was activated on my name, used by me and my family at home. Complain is raised by me, why should i provide any documents related to my wife?
                        They called me multiple times to simply say i understand and require the documents. It was my direct denial to provide any copy of the documents of my wife.

                        This is happening almost for 20 days now and i am not sure if they have scheduled any pick up of the device to cover the insurance. Informed that this is hell process and should be clearly mentioned what details are expected from the customer in the description. The same documents that were accepted at the time of subscription, why they cannot be accepted at the time of claim, i am still in confusion. I have tried maximum to not be pissed off but.

                          No doubtly airtel 4g service is very good, but i am facing a serious 4g network and speed issue in cooperative colony bokato steel city, jharkhand, pin-827001. The maximum speed is 10kbps, for that i am in deep water. I request to airtel to check the issue. It will be very helpfull to me and all airtel users in this area. Advance thank you for helping.

                            On jan 1 2019 i have recharged of amount 95rs through net banking but i didn't get my phone recharged. The money was deducted from the account and phone didn't receive any recharges. Again after sometime i recharged in the cyber of amount rs35 and this too didn't get successful. Please kindly view my complaint and respond to it. I want my number to get recharged as soon as possible!

                              Problem statement:
                              I am using Airtel Broadband connection and with the monthly rental plan I was eligible for AMAZON Prime free subscription. I activated the amazon prime using airtel tv app but all of a sudden on 27th Dec'18 Airtel stopped the services and sent service cancelation to Amazon.

                              When contacted Amazon customer care, they mention clealry that Airtel has cancelled this services and also sent a mail to me regarding this.

                              When I contcted Airtel they were clueless and are not able to solve it depsite numerous reminders phone call and escalation to Nodal office.

                                  I'm facing huge network issue with my airtel number since 2 weeks. It says "no service" 24/7.
                                  After several complaints about the network issue, airtel has not resolved the issue, infact it is now very serious issue.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have got some 20-30 SMS's from Airtel for different customer-id's not pertaining to my account no. This is ridiculous. How can you bombard customer with unrelated messages?

                                    When I called the customer care, the guy who spoke to me said its just a technical issue and it will happen and we are sorry. There is no resolution for this. When I asked him if that is the case then i want to disconnect my services permanently, then he replied saying, No No sir, i can raise a complaint and it will never happen again.

                                    How in a world which is so advanced, such a silly mistake can happen where in you just bombard a customer with totally unrelated SMS's with the reason of technical error??

                                    Owing to such a bad response, i have decided to go to consumer court and file a complaint.

                                        I was using a airtel number that is [protected] and an inactive bank account and my pf account which was link to that number, i was using that sim card for a while and that number is allotted to someone else without giving me any information or any message. Its been almost 3 years i did require that number but recently when i need to get my pf amount i have to have the old registred mobile number as my company head quarter is in chennai and my company is taken over by other company and there is no point of contact and the regional pf office can not help as the pf was deposited in tamilnadu. The only options is to get back my old phone number or get the otp for pf.
