Respected sir/madam..
My unlimited pack has been expired at 12 dec 2018. But having 11rs main balance.. I am trying to call on number but no outgoing call are connected..
I have talk to airtel customer executives, they told due to your pack has been expired your outgoing service has been stop, recharge with another pack to avail outgoing.
What kind of service is this i am having main balance in account then also i am not able to call. Only 4 hrs has been past to expired the pack. I want to do outgoing call it was emergency having main balance on account and airtel company is not connecting my outgoing call.. Its worst experience ever. Pack has been expired at midnight then i will do recharge in 1 or 2 days as per my budget.. I comman man its not possible for me recharge immediately as soon as pack experied.. You can see my last recharges too.

22 sep 2018 - recharge of 499
27 aug 2018 - recharge of 50
27 jul 2018- recharge of 50
27 march 2018 - recharge of 120
27 march 2018 - recharge of 498

    I have a free subscription but now my all downloaded songs are unable to play
    . They showpoor network connection, but my net connect are strong. Help it's irritating us. Ir else i shall uninstall this app. I have uninstalled app 5 times and reinstalled it. Nothing is happening. Removed oll songs and again downloaded them. Nut still getting same response. Help

      I am a loyal customer of airtel services for recent 4 years. Now they are asking to recharge rs35 per month to extent validy. I am very happy with airtel services that are provided. Please help me and give me any permanent solution to extent my validy for lifetime or for 2-3years.

        After it was announced that after 10th dec 23/- will be auto deducted if you don't recharge, it was dictatorship kind of act, i was going to recharge airtel after few days with this act totally dissatisfy me that without my consent how can someone deduct my amount. This act really lift my respect and honesty from airtel. I am going to complain to higher authority about this draconian act, may be to consumer forum.. Hope they can teach some lesson

            I got a call from a number [protected] at 3:33 pm today regarding the unpaid balance for a sim no. ([protected]). I told them that the sim got misplaced 3 months back and that we are not using it. She said the sim is being used currently. I asked her for the numbers that are being contacted on that number so that we can put a police complaint on that. She said it is being used for internet services. I asked her to check again if there are any call made from that number to any other number so that we can track who is using the sim. At this point, she started hurling abuses at me and asked me in a high pitch voice if i am mental. I disconnected the call. This is harassment.

            I verified in truecaller and found that the name is swetha.
            Can you please take necessary action against the offender?

                This is sheer nonsense in the afternoon my no. [protected] balance was rs.182, my mom's no. [protected] balance was rs.340/- and my dad's no. [protected] balance was rs.7/- and now the account shows. Na... What's happening without intimation? We all want our money to be refunded back to our accounts and want our numbers to be ported out to jio.
                Please revert and refund asap else we would be going to the consumer forum...

                  I have connection of airtel no-[protected] it is most important number for me in the bank account and so many places i have given this number so kindly do not allot this number to another person even today i went to the airtel outlet at barrackpore and told the eecutive that this is a very very important number for me because of some reasons it was not in use more tahn 6 months but now i want to use this.

                    I am an Airtel Postpaid Consumer and My Current Usage Shows Rs. 12000 and Even i have my all the packs that are calling and internet still remaining then how can usage be 12000 and there has been no prior notice by the company. Customer Care says that They don't know anything. I am an old customer of Airtel Postpaid and nothing of this kind has ever happen2. BUT this time around i am very upset. I need help. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP..

                      Rs 50 has been deducted from my airtel mobile number when using internet available(100MB already available) in my account .. Even now 3MB is still available in my account . But, it is unknown why Rs 50 the amount is deducted even though i have internet balance.Screenshot dated 07.12 2018 is attached herewith for your ready reference and understanding..

                      It is requested to credit back my Rs 50 at the earliest please

                        I have a postpaid airtel number kept active in kerala on payment of a monthly amount. On my last visit to kerala i changed it to a cheaper plan wherein an amount of 500 rs has to be paid every 3 months.

                        Unfortunately my 75 year old dad forgot to pay since july. But i wantbto state that he never received any calls as reminder on the alternate number provided.

                        This december i am returning for a short vacation and when my dad went to the airtel office in kadavantara at ernakulam he was asked to pay a sum of aprox 7000 rs to reactivate the number as it had lapsed due to non payment of dues!

                        The number in question is my main point of contact and communication once i arrive in india. The person at the airtel office was non-cooperative and adamant that it is my duty to pay if i want to retain my original number and that he cannot block or redirect messages and calls from my old number to any new number i take in the future.

                        If you check my previous records it is devoid of any lapse in payment. If there is someway we can resolve this issue with a reasonable amount rather than the abominable 7000 rs as quoted we are ready to consider.

                        It hurts to be blackmailed like this only for being nris and that too for a lapse of less than 6 months.

                          [protected] has a prepaid life time connection with sufficient balance.in addition i have opted for data package paying good sum which have full free services.in spite of both my message are not going and there is always connectivity problem.in addition unilaterally they have given a notice to charge additional 23 rs for 28 days validity. This is illegal. As i am put to much loss, i want airtel not to give poor service and not to charge illegal additional sums. My credit balance to be made available for future data charging.

                            From 12th dec outgoing call disconnected on mobile though have 200 rupees balance on main account. Got message as need to recharge with 23 rs to reactivate. Not understand what is the use of main balance?
                            I heard as per new rules if there is a main balance out going calls should not disconnect, not sure if there is any other terms and conditions included. Please help in resolving this issue.

                              My no. [protected], i came from jio last 1month back, till date i am unable to do outgoing calls and i received incoming, i reached airtel store, they said net work issue. I called nearly 10times to customer care but not resolved the issue.
                              This is very worrest support, from last 1month not resolved the issue.
                              If not resolved i will reach to consumer court

                                This refers to my cell number [protected] for which services were suddenly stopped on 11th december 2018 afternoon. I went to get the sim replaced at the service centre and was told to have it converted to post paid connection. The centre showed inability to start services on this number as the data held by airtel was incorrect. I have held this connection since 2007. It is highly disappointing that i had to face this shock after such a long period. I am supposed to provide all proof myself where airtel has simply washed its hands of all the neglect at its end while recording my details at the time of issuing me this connection. Its highly unbecoming of reputed service provider like airtel. The balance with airtel against my number (I am told) stands nullified, and in addition i had to pay another rs 250.00 to have this number converted to post paid. This is highly deplorable, as for no reason i have to shell out money to an unconcerned service provider.

                                  My internet service is running very slow. I am using this pack(Rs149=Unlimited Local, STD+Roaming calls with 100 SMS/day+1GB/day, 28 days) but I am not getting any benefit in internet service as the speed is very slow. Every time it's the same problem that I am facing, my network is such slow that I hardly get to use few MBs out of full 1GB/day. I cannot make any chats with my friends nor download or listen to online music. Therefore, I humbly request to look into the matter quickly as possible, as i use this even for my official work but I often get delayed because this poor network service.

                                    After complaining to airtel customer service from 6months before that there in our locality pingua village we do not have 3g & 4g internet connection stating from lunch of both 3g & 4g network and from the tower placed.

                                    As this service is not available we at villagers having airtel sim with 3g & 4g handset not able to use internet. Even if in the 2g network not able to use internet.

                                    Whenever i am putting an email or placing a call to customer care, every time they are saying we have forwarded the issue to network team and they will contact you soon and will visit to check if so. But still now no one contacted or visited to identify the issue.

                                    Sometimes the call quality is very poor and signal strength is poor. This network is harassing in its service.

                                    Now a days the service provider started harassing people by its recharge plan. Service provider makes us bound to use some specific validity plan even if you have balance in your sim and validity expired. Previously before these types of recharge plan started my service validity was 2-3 years from now but now after recharge of current plan my sim service validity reduced to 28 day as per plan.

                                    Another thing that talktime pack have no validity but for validity you have to recharge separate combo pack which is useless for normal customers.

                                    If the issue keeps on continuing i will plan to change my service provider.

                                    Issue for this complaint is not yet resolved, still we are facing very bad network coverage at my premises. No proper 4G network available and no any 5G signal is exist. Better to improve 4G network speed at my location until 5G to promote.

                                      Airtel money application showed me quick recharge with 199 and get unlimited calls and 1.4 gb data per day for 82 days. So i had recharged on 12 november 2018 online rs 199 and i got 28 days valitidy. This is fraud and cheat with me. I have screenshot. I also emailed the company but the company did not give me any benefit. I hope anyone help me..

                                        I have submitted an application on my jio number for porting to airtel prepaid. Day before yesterday[protected] by 22.08pm number have been ported. This conformation was via a massage from al-airclb. So that i have inserted my airtel sim by removing jio which has been deactivated. The problem is till now[protected].20am i havent recieved any signal from airtel or it is showing emergency calls only. Do immediate action or i'm gonna file complaint. I am not receiving anu messages or calls from the past 2 days.
