Team i'm totally fed up of your network in my home location hrbr, i'm not able to make any calls or data.
This is second time i'm writing complaint and tomorrow i'm going to port to other network.
Really very much fruststed can't write here my frustration here.
Poor network and poor service.
No any customer satisfaction...
Poor airtel network no any support from past 6 months.

I'm a postpaid customer who pays 700 rs monthly to feed Airtel without getting any service in return.
Shame on you guys can't resolve my issue from past 6 months.

      When i purchased an airtel sim (No.[protected]) in 2007, the validity waa puro 2034. Since 2007 i am using this sim continuously and never let the balance become 0. Today, even i have a balance of rs.39/- they stopped my service and my balance shown is rs.0. This is, i think, a great unjustice they did to me.
      Kindly, look into the matter so that my airtel sim service may restore or atleast the balance amount of my sim may refund back by which i can recharge with a plan they want.

        Why Airtel company is forcing it's customers to force recharge every month, even though when sufficient balance is maintained?? They are forcing recharge for customers who are using ' full talk time ' recharge users, if not recharged they are going to deactivate our sim itseems.why this new rule? This is cheating by the #1cheating telecom company

          My airtel prepaid mobile no.is [protected]
          I have recharged this mobile for Rs199/- (One hundred and ninety nine only) on[protected]unlimited pack ) and made the payment through paytm wallet. The payment was successful and the amount was deducted from my paytm wallet on 2.12.2018 itself. But this recharge is not reflected in my airtel mobile number-[protected].
          Hence I have again tried through My artel app and recharged my mobile number .[protected] with RS378/-(Three hundred and seventy eight) DATA pack for 70 days, by making payment through My airtel app -wallet, successfully. This recharge has been reflected in my airtel mobile number [protected].
          Please arrange to recharge my airtel mobile no.[protected] for Rs199/- also as per the recharge made and paid through paytm wallet on 2.12.2018.

          Sir,
          My complaint has not yet been resolved. On 15.12.2018 an unknown person has contacted me from mobile no.+91 [protected] and informed me that he was calling from Airtel Co and wanted to settle my complaint. He informed me that the amount of Rs199/- paid by me through paytm wallet on 2.12.2018 towards the recharge of my mobile no.[protected]. For that he asked my paytm wallet user ID and pass work and also asked my ATM card number. I got doubt about him and did not give details to him.
          I do not know how this happens. So far no reply has been received from Airtel Co, regarding settlement of my claim. Airtel has to refund the amount of Rs199/- which was paid by me from paytm wallet on 2.12.2018, but not reflected as recharge for my airtel mobile no.[protected].
          Will the concerned authorities from Airtel look into this and resolve my complaint. Airtel should also find out the unscrupulous elements who misuse this complaints forum to cheat the consumers .

          Hope Airtel Co will look into this and do needful quickly.

            Since many months they started spamming my number in the name of A$-TFAROT .. I called customer care couple of times they said they can't do anything .. and left me suffer .. Airtel is really a low class brand now a days .. I really wish they shutdown their business in india
            My data is getting exhaust 100% without using more apps please asap look for it.
            If you don't make it correctly I will need to port to another sim.So asap please make it correct

              I am facing issue my Mobile Number [protected] (Punjab Circle). I have started facing this issue since a month now. Earlier I was able to recharge my number normally but from last month i am getting recharge failed.
              Incoming and outgoing of the number is barred now.

              1. Unable to recharge from Airtel Wallet. Message that I get is ‘Invalid mobile number, please enter valid mobile number’. It is working fine with other airtel number.

              2. Unable to recharge for Internet, PAYTM and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile Number ([protected]), It is working fine with other airtel number.

              3.I tried with dealer to recharge but again failed.

              CUSTOMER CARE service is ### and for employees its just a joke. they are not caring for customers. They ask you to put on line and after a 20 mins hold, they will disconnect your call.

              Finally I unable to recharge my mobile number [protected]

              I have contacted CUSTOMER CARE, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

                After changing from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid, I am unable to recharge my airtel sim through online. Made a complaint about this long ago but still not rectified. Tried reaching customer care executive through phone, no proper response from them either.
                Now, i am also unable to port my sim from airtel to other mobile services as all my outgoing facilities have been suspended

                    I have been using airtel for past 17 years. Last week, i got one message regarding outgoing calls expired and need to recharge for some plans, even i have main balance of rs. 340.00. Yesterday, i have received one more message as incoming calls will expire on 15/12/2018. And again received same information to recharge some plans as received before.

                    Kindly help on this issue and provide valid reason for validity expiry and i ws not expecting from airtel.

                        I am having prepaid mobile no. of Airtel and Trying to contact to customer service through email and calls to get last transaction receipt/bill done through google pay.
                        Continuously receiving the reply from customer service that it is not a registered mail ID whereas same is the registered one. They are providing some link. But it is also having some technical issue. After replying all these things no. Of times also, they are not taking efforts to call the customer & solve the issue.

                        On phone call also, they are saying that they dont have access to this and that and and you can not get the receipt. We cannot confirm mail id also and you have to visit nearby centre, etc. For such a small issue. Please call back and resolve the issue.

                          I have submitted the documents to airtel office-angul-odisha for changing the cug (Corporate plan) to personal on 27.11.2018. But airtel staff at angul is delaying the issue of sim card saying the sim cards not available. It seems the airtel management is intentionally delaying as the airtel bill of cug is getting higher than normal prepaid services.

                            I'm prepaid customer of airtel. My number is [protected]. Now airtel has sent me an sms stating that to restart your incoming and outgoing data and voice services on your airtel mobile, recharge with unlimited or smart pack. The life time validity amount has been paid to airtel during sim purchase. But they are stating that every month you need to recharge.

                            Since airtel is facing heavy loss, they want to recover their losses by changing the schemes and gaining from each and every customer.

                            Kindly need your intervention in this.

                              Airtel mobile was not charged due to extremely poor network in airtel so i primarily use Airtel as only incoming calls and Outgoing calls get are not connected due to poor network of airtel;
                              i do not AGREE with 23/- rs DEBITED as VAS charges debited by Airtel;

                              So i request TRAI against airtel fro Wrongly debited 23/- rs from my Account on 12th Dec 2018 wrongly and without my confirmation and agreement;

                              I also warn airtel that i will disconnect Airtel d2h and Airtel broadband at my home and will not only complaint to TRAI but also move to more ethical Reliance JIO and disconnect Airtel lifetime other services, ;

                              In 2017, i recharged Airtel Prepaid no [protected] on confirming from Airtel that i have lifetime prepaid SIM;
                              I have also taken the same as email from Airtel on email;

                              But on 12 Dec 2018, airtel without my wish debited 23rs VAS toe xtend teh no as extending validity fo r 28 days, which means that airtel will cheat and debit me 23/- rs every 28 days or approx going to be aroudn 250/- rs a year without any services to ME.

                              This sis inethcial and misconduct and cheating with me by AIRTEL;
                              I request TRAI to please helps and resolve my issue by airtel which was quoted by Nodal that they are doing this misconduct with all Indian national prepaid sim which were PROMISED EARLIER as Free life time free is being charged and exploited by Airtel,

                              Airtel NODAL office is also an in ethical and cheat organisation Indians.

                                This is to bring it in your notice that I was receiving calls on my Airtel number. I recharged it a couple of weeks ago and was okay with that. today i recharged it and tried to call, but it said that out going service has been stopped. Even the sms service is not working anymore. May i know the reason why? I want it to be resolved asap.

                                    I had applied for airtel broadband connection through my office as a corporate customer. The airtel guys took alteast one month to receive my application from my office. After that inspite of repeated calls and reminders to airtel representatives, mr santosh pastapure and mr kiran, they finally informed me after one more month, that my connection will be done on a particular date. Then, on the promised date of connection mr kiran is informing me that there is no fiber connectivity in my building. The feasibility of a connection was to be done beforehand, but the pathetic service and inefficiency of these guys resulted in wasting two months of my time in a simple broadband connection. That is how airtel works. There is no system, no accountability for the harassment caused to the customers. Really pathetic service.

                                      Every time i recharge i get a message that kid zone service is renewed then i call 121 they say you have no value added services in your number then why are they deducting money?

                                      Many times i have visited their store they are as unhelpful as their customer services. I wish i have never purchased this airtel sim in first place.

                                      I am fed up of airtel and their irresponsible behaviour, please help or i have to change my network provider soon :

                                        Am from manikonda, hyderabad. Have taken airtel's broadband connection in the month of september. 899 plan add paid for 6 months advance as asked by the executive to get free router.in a week, it got installed n they had provided landline connection too. I paid to the executive through paytm. Now from the past two months, am getting call from airtel to pay the bill. I was telling in the calls that i had already paid n sent them the screenshot of paytm transaction. From past 10 days, i have no internet connection n landline outgoing is stopped. Have shared the executive numbers to them. Still no action. Am having health issues from past week n instead of with from home, i was going to office since there is no net at home. This is like harassment. Airtel people worry only about money. Act is far far better in terms of handling customer issues. Even after escalation, still no action taken.
                                        Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                        No wonder Airtel is in top 3 in complaints list. They have poor customer service
