My internet service is running very slow. I am using this pack(Rs149=Unlimited Local, STD+Roaming calls with 100 SMS/day+1GB/day, 28 days) but I am not getting any benefit in internet service as the speed is very slow. Every time it's the same problem that I am facing, my network is such slow that I hardly get to use few MBs out of full 1GB/day. I cannot make any chats with my friends nor download or listen to online music. Therefore, I humbly request to look into the matter quickly as possible, as i use this even for my official work but I often get delayed because this poor network service.

    After complaining to airtel customer service from 6months before that there in our locality pingua village we do not have 3g & 4g internet connection stating from lunch of both 3g & 4g network and from the tower placed.

    As this service is not available we at villagers having airtel sim with 3g & 4g handset not able to use internet. Even if in the 2g network not able to use internet.

    Whenever i am putting an email or placing a call to customer care, every time they are saying we have forwarded the issue to network team and they will contact you soon and will visit to check if so. But still now no one contacted or visited to identify the issue.

    Sometimes the call quality is very poor and signal strength is poor. This network is harassing in its service.

    Now a days the service provider started harassing people by its recharge plan. Service provider makes us bound to use some specific validity plan even if you have balance in your sim and validity expired. Previously before these types of recharge plan started my service validity was 2-3 years from now but now after recharge of current plan my sim service validity reduced to 28 day as per plan.

    Another thing that talktime pack have no validity but for validity you have to recharge separate combo pack which is useless for normal customers.

    If the issue keeps on continuing i will plan to change my service provider.

    Issue for this complaint is not yet resolved, still we are facing very bad network coverage at my premises. No proper 4G network available and no any 5G signal is exist. Better to improve 4G network speed at my location until 5G to promote.

      Airtel money application showed me quick recharge with 199 and get unlimited calls and 1.4 gb data per day for 82 days. So i had recharged on 12 november 2018 online rs 199 and i got 28 days valitidy. This is fraud and cheat with me. I have screenshot. I also emailed the company but the company did not give me any benefit. I hope anyone help me..

        I have submitted an application on my jio number for porting to airtel prepaid. Day before yesterday[protected] by 22.08pm number have been ported. This conformation was via a massage from al-airclb. So that i have inserted my airtel sim by removing jio which has been deactivated. The problem is till now[protected].20am i havent recieved any signal from airtel or it is showing emergency calls only. Do immediate action or i'm gonna file complaint. I am not receiving anu messages or calls from the past 2 days.

          Dear sir,
          I did my dth rechagre payment on 7th dec 18 at 06:10:13:pm from hdfc payzapp (Airtel customer id is:-[protected]) (Transaction id is:[protected]fa69kh7), approve id:-2m5056, successful transaction attached in this compalin
          I called so many time to airtel customer care no every time they are giving me excuse that they have not received my recharge balance and that's why they disconnect my all channel and now i m in suffer because of them i logged complain so many time in airtel but still i have not received any refund or solution after success full payment also
          Please resolve my issue or revert with prior solutions

            I had used a Airtel Broadband connection for 7 years, last month I had issue with the connection it was completely down. I called the customer care and registered compliant, but no use. I called the customer care for almost 20+ times in 7 days. Only i wasted time here, every time i called them they used sorry and apology but they cant able to understand this words will not resolve my issue.

            The best part you know for seven days not even a single engineer from Airtel came to resolve the issue.. Now i closed the connection and moved to different provider.

            Now i am planning to close my DTH connection, couple of Mobile numbers with Airtel.

            Before irritating people by putting some waste ads try to take care of the existing customers. Guys think twice before going with Airtel... My airtel compliant number :[protected]

              I am not able to use Airtel internet in my area for past 2 months as it only gives a speed of 5-10 kB and after complaing so many times in customer care I am not getting any positive response from there side. The only thing they say that my problem will be fixed soon and there team is working on it but has not been fixed till yet i comlaint it several time

                I have lost my prepaid sim so i requested for duplicate sim on 22/11/2018, but it was got rejected for some reason and explained by the airtel staff you can easily get postpaid for the same number i have proceeded for the same on 03/12/2018they came for address verification and received msg as positive but network was not there and told as cancelled for some reason for which even they don't know. And atlast i have only asked them for cancel my request. Now again on 11/12/2018 they activated without my knowledge and i have paid 300rs also for which i didn't get refund. Now i am not interested for taking my sim. Because i got fed up with false information and your delayed action. So kindly cancel my sim and refund my amount. If not i will go to consumer court.

                  Dear team,
                  I have complaint against the airtel, they have disconnected my postpaid no ([protected]) without any pre written information, my bill was due from last 3 months and i was fighting for bill correction on 10th dec in morning and got confirmation for waived off then i have make the payment of rs-2000 on same time and waiting for activation but didn’t get any msg. When i called back they are saying that your no is deactivated and now you have to visit delhi circle bcz same no belong to delhi & i am residing at kanpur (Up) from 2 years can’t go delhi just for the sim card.
                  Here i m mentally harrased from airtel team, i can’t let go my 10 year old no. Please help me on this subject

                      2000 rupees has been deducted from my account but the money did not reach the other account.

                      i send money by the airtel bhim app from 09/12/18 to another 2000 my a/c was cut 2000 rupess but the a/c in which the money was send was not reached. it is a urgent matter.

                      Only four transtion success 9/12/2018. But one transtion not success cute by money not reach my other account. I give provied you.

                      Hi have give potbulity on vodafone to airtel.
                      But airtel people not tackcare and they are crate the lot of problem for me.

                      I have recharged 34 rs for monthly 28 day validity extent for outgoing and I have maintain Main balance rd 100 minimum .. now they sent a message " your out going validity going to expired, please rechare minimum 35 rs to extend validity " any rule is there to rechare ? Pls help us

                          My number is [protected] and i got message on dnd violation and calls/sms were barred from 8th dec18 afternoon onwards. I have been in touch with airtel customer care, ndnc team (Airtel. [protected]@airtel.com). I have provided details of my call logs. Still they are saying some customer complained against my number of doing marketing call. I am not sure what kind of evidence they want and not revealing that, wherein i am ready to provide all my identity details etc.

                            We are facing network issue in my village. Here there is no proper coverage from any network. Only bsnl has some limit of coverage in 2g but not able to use internet and all. We are planning if any network will be installed or extended soon. We will move to that service network. Approximately we are having 5000 and above mobile users in my village. Is it possible to install your network here? We are having airtel coverage in very good strength just a mile apart from our village. Is it possible to extend?

                            Below are the details of my village:

                            Malethombai (Near keeripatti), attur (Tk), salem (Dt) tamilnadu

                            Lt location (11.5360° n, 78.4898° e), our village is located 4 km east from the latitude location mentioned.
                            The zip code 636107 main area has coverage, but not in the villages close to hill.

                              Hi team,

                              I have ordered an iphone 8 plus from airtel online store on dec 3rd and my kyc got successful on the very next day. Since then the status of my order went unknown. When i am trying to track my order under "airtel online store — my order" section and vulcan courier express (Airtel courier partner) as well, the status reflecting as "scheduled pickup on dec 6th. The same is being shown since last a week and no further updates on this. Its really disappointing and not expected from airtel. Pathetic customer services.
                              Please expedite my delivery and take prompt actions on this or else i have to cancel my order and port out from airtel network as well.

                                Respected sir/madam,
                                I want to register a complaint against airtel mobile tower installation in the residential area of new roshanpura najafgarh, new delhi-110043, opposite building of nehru garden school. There is radiation hazard by it because they fixed it in residential area.
                                The mobile tower is installed in residential area and as per supreme court ruling, such towers are illegal and should be removed. Radiations of these towers are very harmful for general public and there are already so many towers in this area, so what’s the need of new tower.
                                Old and infant people continuously exposed to the harmful radiations being emitted from such towers and noise pollution it spreads day and night. People are getting these installed on their roof top because of their greed and ignoring the harmful effects of these towers.
                                Its a concern of huge worry that how they are getting permission to install these towers in residential areas.
                                Please remove mobile tower from above mentioned building address so that we can save our life.
                                Please could you look at this complaint and escalate it to the right channel for proper action.

                                      I've ported my no.[protected] from vodafone to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. I have been trying to resolve this issue with the service center from where i have done all the formalities but these guys are not able to provide me any solution so far. All they are saying wait for sometime.

                                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for rs. 199 on 16th september 2018 and received an sms with transaction reference[protected]. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. I was compliant many time. But only says we refund you money but they didn't.
