      Dear team,

      I need some conclusion on my issue.

      I have two connections one is [protected] (Primary connection) second no is [protected] (Add on / child connection).in the month of jun or jul 2018 i have add them under family pack connection. From that day onwards second no, [protected] is not able to access internet connection. I have raised several complaints through call center and through mail (Kindly go through this mail trail).

      I have not got solution for the same. It became mental harassment. Though i have internet connection on child no, for net related transaction they are completely depended on me and my work got disturbed and it was a mental harassment as family member was not able to access internet.

      Even we have changed the sim also but no improvement. No one is ready to help. Several times i have opted for porting. Every time some or the other reason they told and made me to stay back but no solution. I have visited your stores several times to get it rectify but no result.

      Now i lost confidence and trust on airtel. Airtel cheated me. Every month they have charge the rental amount but not provided the service.

      My request is, kindly give me clarity, if airtel team is capable to sort out my issue or not. If not possible pls let me allow to port my no to other service provider.

      Almost 18years association i have with airtel. This is the worst service i have received and non of the executives are not competitive enough to understand the customer issue.

      Either sort out the issue or allow me to go for other service provider.

        My mobile sim card [protected] got deactivated in july 2017 and from the next day itself i am behind alappuzha office and they are unable to help me for reactivating this no. This no is linked and adhaar, internet banking facility and many other. Even i have contacted customer care and they misleading me. They are giving contradictory statements. So i need this no back at any cost.

          Airtel has the mentality to disturb its customees and make fraud with them. Really shame on you people for doing fraud with the customers as you people don't have guts to earn your income. Instead you people become greesy hungry fellows to eat the benefits of rhe customers. If this is the way you people treat the customers then that day is not so far when you will lose the business. Now you people become greedy by eating the money every month. If you have little bit shame and little bit self respect and respect for your parents then give the benefits from your side as your services becoming worse day by day. Show some respect to the customers by giving them bemefits from your side atleast to me instead of looting me cheating with me and doing fraud with me.

          If you can't do this thing then do one thing take one big katora and sit on the road. People will give you lot of money to you. You hungry greedy beggars only have the mentality to loot he customers instead of giving them benefits you people become blood suckers of them. Really shame on you.

            HI My Name is Sharath I have raised a concern with my Handset damage on Airtel Secure. I am using Samsung S9+ handset and it got damaged accidentally for which i have raised a request with Airtel Secure as I was having the services enabled for my handset.

            I have attached all the required documents through Airtel application to for claiming handset damage in Airtel Secure.

            Next day Airtel team called me up and asked for picture of the damaged part with IMEI number(*#06#) and Bill copy with IMEI number on it which the other day it was not on the bill.

            So i have got the same from PAI electronics store. And today Airtel team called and they are saying the handset is not on your name so you will not get the claim.

            My question is when i submitted for the 1st time also the bill was some other person name and then why did he ask me to get bill copy with IMEI number on it?

            I am using this phone since day one of the bill. It was my feiend and my understanding to exhange phone.

            When I was registering phone for airtel secure i have used this phone to register with attaching bill copy then why was the registration accepted at that day?

            I need to escalate this and if possible want to approach consumer complaints for the same.

              Airtel offered life time validity on my mobile no. [protected] against payment of ₹1100/-. I accepted the offer without any qualification and paid the full amount demanded. All of a sudden the life time validity has been withdrawn and i am being asked to pay afresh every month and blocked my outgoing calls. This action of airtel is illegal and untenable and the company should restore the facility without delay.

                When i was purchasing this airtel sim this was lifetime sim but suddenly it got expired without any notification.

                Now today have 216/- rs balance in my main account but still & at the time of 1000/-recharge validity showing as unlimited, i am not able to make an outgoing call.

                This is not at our acceptable from airtel at least, i have been using this sim since 2008 but i think now, i have to port it. Or need refund balance amt which i have not used as on date.

                  Hello,

                  I am nikita paliwal, airtel user with a postpaid connection. Also, manage two other numbers of my family. And, now i am really frustrated with their network issues and unnecessary formalities.

                  First : i am a resident of meerut, and i hardly receive network inside the use. They talk about 4g, 5g, they can’t even provide network inside a built space at ground level, forget basement. We have to actually come out of the house to talk uninterruptedly.

                  Second: another stupid formality, if i have to import my number from one state to another, i have to go to their office to re-submit my documents, as if i have changed my country, or my adhar card number will change. Its not even the service provider change, that i have to re-submit my documents. How stupid of this, its such a waste of time to keep on visiting their office for such petty issues.

                  They have such expensive plans, and after paying so much, they do not even provide any relief to the customer, and frustrate them with their services.

                  Apart from it, if you have extended the bill due date by even 2 days, they cut your services, and plus you have to pay 100 rs extra. And also have to bear the pain of no services (Incoming as well as outgoing).

                  I think its time for a change, rather than going to your office and import my number to a different state, it better i go to some other service provider’s office, and change my service provider.

                    Airtel claims itself to be the fastest internet in india? Absolute nonsense. Your ookla also showed your real face. Below is my results on your network by ookla
                    Download speeds: 0.56, 0.40, 0.37, 0.28 mbps
                    Upload speeds: 0.24, 0.18, 0.05, 0.02 mbps

                    Donot shamelessly advertise yourself in india without resolving the issue. My issue is open for 3 days now and they keep saying they will resolve in 3 working days!! They don't even follow their own sla?
                    If bangalore city itself is this way and how they provide internet to other parts of india?
                    My service request number: sr88721882, if you cannot resolve it in the specified days, please take back your product and refund my money with penalty for cheating the customer with cheap product.

                    the issue is in the HOTSPOT dongle with number: [protected]. First educate yourself with the info that we cannot make calls form a HOTSPOT.

                    I pay airtel monthly rent and waste half my day in talking to the CUSTOMER CARE where people don't even know how to speak to ask them to resolve the network issue. Why does airtel call themselves the ### speedest fastest network, Anu Bahl from CUSTOMER CARE promised that it will be resolved by 3 Dec that too after i called them again for the complaint raised on 28 Nov. Yet no one called till this time to check on the network connectivity.
                    Attaching their ookla test results!! Airtel be proud that yours is the worst network in the whole world.

                      My out going call had been disconected for not maintaing mimimum bal this is dadagiri from mobile company as i have right to use my phone airtel not force us to use their service as they wher going in loss. Because when they where making profit they had not given share to consumer so i condem this decission..
                      I hope trai will take action against airtel to safegurd consumer right

                        There is a airtel communication tower set up on the terrace of 1/3 ganguly lane, posta, burrabazar, kolkata -700007.
                        This is to inform you that my father (Shri mukesh kumar karnawat) is the registered owner of the land and building on which your tower is set up.
                        Our promoter with his documents has got the tower installed at our premises since 4 years without our consent and we are not even getting our share since the installation.
                        Your company doesn't even have our
                        Noc and your tower is installed illegally there.

                          My mobile no - [protected]. I received an sms stating that my o/g call will be stopped if ido not recharge of rs 23/ by[protected]. Whereas after pressing *123# i find my balance is rs127/and validity is 11dec.2018 and i/c validity is 26dec 2018. Why such confusing information is passed on to your customer. Will you please clarify.

                          If i do not received any convincing reply from you within 24hours, i will put forward this issue to trai for clarification.

                            I have been using this prepaid airtel sim from past 4-5 years but from past one month i have been recieving a message that my outgoing calls will be stopped and now after 15-20 days there are no incoming calls allowed to my number.

                              I have 18 Rs in my main account balance but still, I am not able to make an outgoing call.

                                Hi, i am using your airtel, recharged of rs.399, valid up to 05.01.2019, to day i tried to call jio number, unable to connect, informing that my balance is low, top up required, what is this nonsense, you are promising for 84 days validity for sms, free calls, internet 1 gb/day for 84 days.

                                If this kind of non sense continuous, we may change to other service provider

                                  I am facing issue my mobile number [protected] during recharge. I have started facing this issue since 2-3 months now. Earlier i was able to recharge my number.

                                  1. Unable to recharge from my airtel app. It is working fine with other airtel number.

                                  2. Unable to recharge for internet, paytm and other modes. It give message unsuccessful transaction. This is happening only with my mobile number ([protected]), it is working fine with other airtel number.

                                  3. I tried with other person asking him to recharge my number but it fails.

                                  4. I have gone to airtel store they tried to do frc from there device. But they also got failed transaction message.

                                  So in short i am unable to do any recharge from any thing (From-retailer/ online/airtel cutomer care). The outgoing facility of this no will be end on 1st dec, 2018. So look in to this with a high priority.

                                  I have contacted customer care, branch and even emailed but still my problem is not resolved. Kindly resolve at the earliest.

I have visited airtel outlets multiple times in faridabad and also send multiple request from the registered number but still not getting any response from the company csr. The company is giving us runaround and is always sending emails to call 121 which is of no use. Please help us in getting the details at the earliest.

                                    This is regarding wrong information provided by airtel customer service executive when applying for a new dth multiple-connection for my home, i had this conversation on around 15th oct. 2018.

                                    The guy told me that i have to recharge my dth base pack @315 on the parent connection and @175 to the other three connections by which ill get 290 sd channels and 60 hd channels in all my connections.

                                    Now currently on time of recharge airtel customer service says that we do not have any plans like these and giving me expensive plans. Even they are not lodging a complaint also.

                                      Dear concern,

                                      I have been to srilanka & nepal in multiple journies. Before going only enquired with airtel executive about the international roaming activation & packages, executive clearly confirmed if i recharge with rs.145 inr. Then only roaming will get activated. But, i felt it was costly and instad of roaming activation i choose international plan on my prepaid no for roaming. During my visit to srilanka from feb'2018 to may'2018 there were no issues. But, airtel had activated international roaming on my post paid no. Without my knowledge either in any mode of prior communication (Call, message, sms or email) to me and claiming that had used internet only 24th, 29th & 30th of aug'2018". It is impossible as i do not know why do actvated the internet without my request, moreover i have fullfledged internet at my office & hotels where i worked and stayed respectively. I'm not willing to pay that amount as it is not my problem and not used any services of airtel during any abroad visit. Hence, i need full waiver of the billed amount and also airtel barred my mobile no. Even after paying my monthly rentals. It is not kind of business.
                                      Hope you will understand my issue and do me needful retaining my services. On my mobile
