I port my no into airtel from vodafone, on 19 oct 2018. My no was port in airtel 3 days ago, i pay rs. 495. When i was giving request for porting. After my no is successfully port into airtel. I go to the airtel gallery (Shree vaibhav enterprises, airtel relationship centre, shop no 6, trimurti arcade, lbs road, ghatkopar w, mumbai 400086) where i was give request for porting, i ask then to till today why recharge is not done. They said w'll do. I visit the gallery at 10.30am till rechrge is not done at 12.50pm.Â

I am sure you can take immediate action on thisÂ

    Writting this complaint after waiting for nearlly 60 days. I switched to airtel in march as i saw their advertisement about internet. On the 1st three months i am comfortable with airtel as i was getting good indoor coverage. Afterthat onwards i am not getting indoor 4g network coverage specifically in bedroom. When we raise a complaint they will reply like they have adequate outdoor coverage and speed. They always ask for time and never fixes anything. Airtel have bunch of idiotic customer executives, alwats copy paste same message on every complaint. I contacted nodal officer through email to know update on my complaint then an executive ask me actually what was my complaint. They dont even remember my complaint. Airtel open signal is another big way of cheating people. It will show excellent network in almost all places but in some places there will not even have a single network strength.

    I am not from a metro city but my place is not a rural area. Almost every other 4g users use jio4g because airtel cannot provide adequate indoor coverage.

    I feel like this is the reason airtel doesnt care about my complaint. I almost miss every calls due to the coverage.

    I have no trust in writting this complaint to airtel because they dont care about their customers. The only thing airtel care about is advertisement.

    I would like to file a complaint against the actress appearing on airtel's commercial for misleading people into a company that just needed money.

      Hi,

      I called airtel customer care to fix the dth issue (Signal error) in my entire society today. To which the executive responded that i will have to pay 150 rs service charge for fixing it. I told repeatedly that the problem is prevailing for my entire society however he didn't even listen to it and repeatedly told me that the problem will only be fixed if i will pay the charge. Why should i be paying it everytime as this problem occurs every 4-5 days. Airtel has made it a practice to generate money for them from these frequent complaints. They don't fix these issues permanently.

      In the rage of the call he took my disconnection request and disconnected the call. I was given no reference number of the disconnection on sms. When i called back again they told me the package can't be fixed as it is already broken.

      Hopeless and pathetic service attitude.

        I had two airtel sim connections in my name - [protected] & [protected]
        The second sim ([protected]) was lost/ misplaced a few weeks ago. Since i had the first sim for personal use, i did not block/ deactivate the second sim when i lost it.
        Today my first sim ([protected]) has been deactivated/ blocked. When i contacted airtel customer care, i was informed that the second sim was used for commercial purposes & so my first sim was blocked/ deactivated.
        I hereby wish to inform that i am still a student & have not used the second sim for either personal/ commercial purpose.

        My humble request to whomsoever concerned to kindly activate my first sim ([protected]) since i have registered the same for all my banking purposes & for personal use. You may check my call records of the first sim ([protected]) to confirm that i have used it only for personal use. Kindly consider my genuine request & activate my first sim ([protected]) at the earliest.

        Kindly do the needful & oblige.

        I tried calling on the number ([protected]) given on the left panel of this website. However, when called, there was a message stating that the said number does not exist.

        How do I keep a follow-up with regard to the complaint I have registered?

          One of our postpaid numbers[protected] our company name paramount dataware pvt ltd i have made a cheque payment on sep 24which was debited in our account 2 days later on sep 26 still alerts continue coming no payment rec'd i have sent bank statement cheque number everything to them for the last 4 days 100 people have called and i am repeating same answers to them there is no solution to this after making payment within due date i am so frustrated geetha[protected]

            I, debabrata das want to install a tower of your company at my vacent place at barasat, pin 700124.in my location the internet speed is very poor.               I have recharged my airtel number [protected] by mistake of 399 via phone pay. The same pack is already active. Now i reached out to airtel customer care they replied on call that the pack cannot be refunded or carry forward as it is done through phone pay that is third party..
              It doesn't make sense to me that pack is already active. The pack should be refunded. Airtel customer care doesn't have any answer if there is any other option they just said it cannot be refunded.
              Maybe the payment is through phone pay but it does reach airtel only.
              My pack is already activate... Please look into this

                May i know the reason for outgoing service deactivation on my mobile?? I am having 16rs in my account. However i am unable to call in my urgency time. Is the service provided by the India's no1 telecom company?? I just used unlimited pack only for 3months... I hv not requested for deactivation of service... I need resolution within 24 hrs...

                      The problem occurred on 9th October, 2018, the cam or the slot of the set top box got damaged by my kid, I requested Airtel to visit, which they did on chargeable basis, n the executive kept on explaining over the phone that what a slot or cam.is for about 10-15 minutes, then he said that set top box(STB) needs to be replaced for which he himself said he is not sure as per him only slot should be replaced.I even had a word with his senior over the phone, he said he will get back...
                      2 days passed, no response, we called customer care again, then again an executive came n he tampered the cam to insert into the STB, he tried Quick Fix and Tape, after all this tampering he said that STB will be changed, n over so many talks many executives replied that as we are using Infinity plan then our STB is under warranty, so it will be replaced without any cost and it will be done in 24 hrs, mails also exchanged, please find attached the copy of the mail, Mr.Naveen over the mail, Mr.Anoop was the senior floor manager, they all committed and we waited and now it's been almost 20 days our elderly parents, our kids are suffering, once for all they would have said that STB would be charged and replaced but every time different answer came which is completely not acceptable, we have been Airtel customers since more than a decade now.Engineers kept on calling and harrassing that complaining again n again will not lead to get the work done.Its not done at all.We are paying around 1100 per month rental for Airtel Digital TV, apart from the yearly infinity plan for which we paid around 5600/-, STB is completely undamaged, card is completely undamaged, only the slot which is external to the device needs to be replaced for which they are asking us to.buy the whole STB which is again in warranty in infinity plan as told by Airtel executives.All thede expenses without using at all for odd 20 days, is this fine?So many calls, so.many mails, so.much of communications...
                      I really want an answer for all the discomfort caused.

                        Our residential building is located in the heart of chennai city, nungambakkam. We are almost 8 residents there with more than 20 airtel sim cards. There is a serious network issue that we are unable to make / receive any calls inside the apartment. Everytime we need to run to the balcony to make a call.

                        I had raised complaint to the call center several times and is not attended yet. Imagine we are in heart of chennai city and no network coverage. What can be more worse that this situation?

                          My airtel account has been deducted twice with rs. 20/-each on 24.10.2018 and today. I. E. 25.10.2018 on account of prime zone which i havee never subscribed. I don't understand what is primezone. Please stop this type of deductions from my airtel account in future. Please look into matter and stop this deduction immediately also request you to refund nd rs. 40/-into my airtel a/c.. Thanks gracy philip

                            Sir,

                            My airtel no. [protected] does not have network coverage from past 3 months. I have raised a complaint still in vain. I am missing all my calls as of which i need to carry two numbers with me. They are charging for the network which we are using and still unable to give better network. No one can hear me on the other end. I hope my problem will be resolved at the earliest

                              I have been charged for rs 20 by airtel for a service called bhakti sagar potrait, and after talking to customer care executive they said its a game, i dint enroll for and game or service of any kind, its a clearly cheating by airtel, the balance got deducted automatically, it is a case of fraud and cheating. even customer care executive was very rude. They dint solve my issue.

                                Anytime I place a local or std call, it says All channels are busy. I've been trying for a week now. I don't know why it offers free calls and doesn't allow to make a single call. I am sure the customer care has dealt with this issue earlier but they still pretend not to know about it. They just know to ask us to restart our phone ...like it will fix their network issues....

                                Hi Team,

                                I have Airtel D2h account from last 7 years. Customer Id is [protected].
                                I have recently stop using Airtel from last 2 months as local service provider was giving me cheaper option. I used to get calls from Airtel Customer Care with different offers.
                                Recently on 22nd October at 6:35 pm from number[protected] I got a call from Airtel Customer care giving an offer of 1199 recharge for 12 months for all SD channels which I used to have earlier. There were 2 commitments made and the same are issues which are not resolved.

                                1. I was told that I will get instant 100 Rs cashback, if I recharge via Paytm / Airtel Bank. I have recharged via paytm and have not received cahsback yet,

                                2. I was told that this package will contain all SD channels and I reconfirmed that is it atleast equivalent to my earlier package and I was given assurance that all Entertainment / News and Kids channel are present in this recharge. After recharge I found, maximum Hindi movie channels are missing, Z Business, CNBC Awaaz are missing.

                                I am following on this with customer care and I did not find any response. I am duped by your customer care with commitments that are not yet fulfilled.

                                Please help in resolving this on priority. Please call me if in case you need any further details here.

                                I have raised different tickets in customer care like 82008486 and you customer care told be in very rude manner that we cannot do anything. Please check recording for this conversation also at date 25 Oct 1:55 pm.

                                  Dear sir, i'm using your telecom services so last long. Presently i'm working and staying at pashchat, arunachal. There is lot of issue about your network services. Out of 24 hours of a day it's hardly 3, 4 hours we got your smooth internet and voice calls. Othrs times it's very poor. My location is airport pasighat, towards football stadium. We are around 20 peoples using your airtel net services. Kindly do some needful so that we cane have a smooth network speed.

                                    I have an airtel number which was working till last week. But now when i am trying to make a recharge for it, is mentioning number not valid.

                                    I haven't received any notification mentioning that the number will be deactivated.

                                    Can you help me reactivating the number [[protected]].

                                      Hello team,
                                      As of first am a valuable follower of airtel i have three numbers with airtel and a hotspot nearly 4 numbers with me. Before i was well satisfied with their quick service and response and respect towards the consumer until i met these guys from santhom branch. Their names are miss lavanya she says herself as manager of that branch but she doest know how to speak with fraustrated customer. Mr soundar this guy is very interesting person will explain you as following. As of first i have enquired for the broadband connection in airtel website they have sent me miss lavanya number and she alloted soundar for our assistance he asked for our location where we need the connection we shared the location. He checked out and said there is no feasability. We gave up the idea of wifi as airtel is the best in wifi and we dont need any other service provider. Unexpectedly mr soundar called us back and said feasability is available for your area i will send you a link kindly make the payment our engineer will come and make the connection. As guided by him we made the payement of rs 5000 (I have atatched the screen shot of the payment also). Later as discussed the engineer came and he said sorry sir there is no feasability in your area i asked him then why they got money from me. He simply i dont know contact customer care. I had the number of miss lavanya i called her and explained everything she said okay sir your amount will be refunded within 24 days. Wait what the mistake is yours then why should i wait for 24 days if it is mine then there is a valid point for waiting 24 days. They are reason as company rules and some other reasons if mistake is mine you can follow yours rule but it is your then how come you people doing like this am totally disgusted with them. As a reliable customer of airtel am requesting management not for quick refund am requesting you to either cancel the branch license or dismiss that two person for misguiding us.
