I have taken Airtel DTH almost a year ago, however stopped using it from last 5 months, i am getting 10 calls every day & if you don't take the line they treat you as non payer and keep calling until you take the line,

Airtel IS this the way you do marketing? and kill peoples, & i get calls from multiple mobile numbers,

    ₹25 has been deducted from my airtel number [protected] at 03:18 AM on 6th of October'18 when I was sleeping for some STARSTRUCK service about which I have no idea.
    After calling the customer care they deactivated the service and said that money will be refunded within 48hrs but no money has been refunded yet.
    Kindly refund as soon as possible in my number.

      I am used airtel sim from 14 years. My addres is ankayyanapalya tavarekere hobli chunchanakuppe post (Pin code 562130) bangalore south tq in my house i have lot airtel signal problem never come lte signal and only 3g, 2g signal only coming some time, s signal is coming and going voice call is bracking and mobile data problem is big issue in this areas i am playing online game's, this signal not supporting game play please solve this issues.

        On 08/10/2018 i tried to recharge my airtel DTH by using SBI netbanking but the amount of 420 is debited from my account and credited to INB Talence Technologies.after the deduction no message came from airtel site and my transaction history is showing money is deducted and credit to some INb Talence Technologies and not to Bharati Airtel. No recharge was done but money is deducted. So kindly look into the matter and arrange for refund of money.The reference no for the transaction is [protected]GAENJENY1 TRANSFERED TO 4599. on 09/10/2018 I tried another recharge and the recharge was successful.

          The above number was closed by me on phone request on 20 july 2018 and was duly confirmed by the executive, i was asked to clear the dues of rs 360 which was cleared by me. Now they are harassing me to pay rs 949.54 as the number is not closed by them. I have not used any services after 20 july 18. The consistent harassment on phone continues from airtel call centre and no resolution is visible in this case.

          Inspite of 7 days passing and continuous harassment on recorded line SMS and phone calls no resolution to my complaint. It seems Airtel cares a Damn to such issues. The complaint on 20 July is recorded with them still the attitude.

            1. My post paid bill came with a free child connection which had the facilities of free calling & 100 sms free both local & on national roaming. However despite their self advertised scheme airtel for the past almost one year had been charging me a miniscule amount o[censored]pto rs 1/- for sms on the child number. While the amount is miniscule, it is a constant irritant, especially when your repeated requests to rectify the wrong bills is not paid heed to.
            2. I downgraded my airtel postpaid plan to rs 649/- around 21/22 sep 2018. Ever since then, my amazon prime has stopped streaming & it gives me a prompt to subscribe to the service while the my airtel app still shows it as subscribed upto 30 aug 2019. Despite repeated requests made to the customer service executive & their supervisor, each time i call i'm told that the problem is at airtel's end & will be resolved shortly. I'm told to wait for 48/ 72 hrs after which too the issue remains unresolved.
            3. I feel i've made a mistake by bearing airtel for so long. I'm planning to go for mnp to change my service provider. Can someone tell me whether the child number will get transferred to some other service provider too. Payment of additional money is not a problem, but i want to keep both numbers.

              I ve been using my new Airtel sim since last 8 months. It was working fine but since last 5 days I'm not able to recharge my number. I ve called customer care, visited airtel store and even they are not able to resolve my problem. A customer executive told me to recharge with a topup. Then it will work fine. I did that and normal topups are benefited in my account. But whenever i try to do special recharge it always rejected by Airtel. Around 1500 rs of mine are stuck in different payment gateways. Worst ever experience till now.
              I ve tired using myairtel app, airtel.in, paytm, amazonpay, phonepay, Lapu sims, airtel retailer but noone knows what is the problem. Worst customer support.

                I have recently done a recharge of rs 999 through sbi netbanking. I have not recieved any confirmation message of recharge. Amount has been deducted and there is no ststus of my recharge. Please refund my amount. If there is no availability of this pack why they have put these packs on there website. Please resolve my problem.

                  I have been using airtel for past 10 years and never delayed or defaulted payment. Bill for rs 588 was due on 14th september against my post paid. I made payment against my card on 14th september in fact for rs 648 on 14th september.
                  This has not been accounted by airtel and they have been showing outstanding against my account. They desired a scanned copy of my card statement - which was also sent. This clearly showed payment made to airtel and there is only one company named airtel in india/ world.
                  I have made more than 5 complaints to account this correctly with airtel which has not been resolved even after 27 days.
                  My services have been terminated, due to no fault of consumer.

                    I received a call for airtel potring from rekha jaswani, she gave all false info and was asking for my otp, i denied to share my otp and she insisted and started abusing on call!
                    Spome to her manager, they were calling from rajajinagar bangalore dsr.. This is intolerable!!!

                    Never expected this from airtel

                    Please suspend her..., i need an apology on this!

                      I'm using airtel postpaid connection since last 5-6 months and the internet is slower than a 3g connection here even though i'm on full 4g coverage. I don't get the internet speed of even 1mbps. I've been complaining since last 4-5 months. And they themselves say that the network condition is bad here yet they aren't fixing it. They are charging me the bill for 4g internet too but what's the point if i'm not able to use 4g as 4g and not as 3g or 2g. I say this is a scammer in the name of 4g. And it's not just me everyone here has complaints regarding airtel here. Please look into the matter.

                        I am an airtel customer from around 10 years.

                        Since last month 3 times it has deducted 20 rupees each time, total 60 rupees. And the message that i receive is regarding the primezone, i don't know what this prime zone is and when i try to contact customer care they say they cannot help as it is from the phone.

                        But this is ridiculous, the money should be reverted to my account. When they are saying that this is not a service activated then how come they can deduct the money.

                          I am writing with sheer disappointment and the inability of officers from airtel to provide a satisfactory response or evidence to my complaint.

                          To cut a long story short, i had requested one of my mobile numbers to be ported out to another operator. The request was declined on the premise that the number is not 90 days old. However this is incorrect.
                          The number was changed from prepaid to postpaid but has always been with airtel on postpaid before being made prepaid for a brief period of time. Thus by all means the number has been with airtel for many many years and has never been ported out ever.

                          All i want is a confirmation that this understanding is correct or not. If this is the case can i be provided with evidence of such a rule please?

                          By declining my port request airtel seems to be devising their own rules and refusing to approve the porting request.

                          They have also not provided a complaint number to the various emails that i have sent raising this issue.

                            I’ve been complaining/e-mailing airtel for the past few years about our poor local/hometown airtel 4g internet as well as drop in call services. Till now they have provided a reliable solution and they only keep on replying with the same excuses. Nothing has been done to improve the network services. Please take this issue seriously airtel.

                            **till now they have not provided a reliable soultion...
                            Moreover as per their reply the Airtel claimed that Airtel signal is good in outdoor and the problem I’m facing is due to poor indoor coverage. However it can be well observed that signal coverage is poor in the main bazar area as well as whole area of the town, the problem is not the indoor but the real problem is outdoor coverage only.

                                I recently port in to airtel. I frequently travel overseas, this time when i landed in dubai a charge of 99 inr is deducted from my account, i have not activated any pack. While calling customer care they said it is automatic deduction and every time you travel you need to pay this amount for a month.

                                I need to deactivate this pack immediately and get my deducted amount back. Customer care girl directly said it is mendatory.

                                Dear airtel, let me know how you are resolving this else ill be forced to take further steps

                                  The fixed line airtel internet connection in my house has not been functional for a whole month. I have repeatedly called the local airtel technician in charge of these things to no avail. Each time i call, they say they will come to check it in two hours. Never turns up. On top of being poor professional ethics, this is an incredible waste of my time.

                                  If this doesn't get sorted out in two days, i will cancel my connection and port all my other connections elsewhere.

                                    Dear sir

                                    With reference to the above, i am to inform you that i had been using a broadband connection of airtel since 2017 with relationship no [protected] and ll no:[protected]. On subscription i had paid for a period of 6 months and the date of my next bill was 27th may 2018. As i was not satisfied with the quality of the broadband provider and despite several complaints are lodged and my problems with the connection was not permanently resolved. I did not made a payment till my problem gets resolved.

                                    My broadband connection got disconnected (Cutting of fibre cable) on approx 1st june 2018 and from that day i could not use airtel broadband and was offered a good plan/tariff from another service provider and decided to switch to that particular provider as the same was my right. Since the said date i was not using neither broadband nor landline service of yours.

                                    I got calls from airtel customer department for the payment of dues on last week of june and i had told them that my connection got disconnected and i had taken another connection from other service provider and denied for the payment for the total plan and asked them to charge me on pro rata basis.

                                    Unfortunately i got a call from mrs geetha, legal advocate of airtel from a number +91-[protected] on 20th sep 2018 saying that a case on lok adalat is filed by airtel bearing case number: cpc 2784/13c/2018-19 dated 20th sep 2018 and asked me for attending lok adalat hearing on 20th sep 2018 with rs.4832/- (2832/- bill amount + 2000/- court fees) on 21st sep 2018 or otherwise clearing the due by 20th sep 2018 for an amount of rs.2832/-. I had chosen the option of clearing the due by 20th sep and made the payment at airtel store with transaction id:[protected]

                                    As the above action by airtel on me is totally unfair for the following reasons
                                    1. I had not requested for auto renewal of my package but the same is done by airtel with out my consent
                                    2. I had used the data from 27th may to 1st june but i was charged for 6 months, which is totally unfair.
                                    3. It is purely a case of defamation of an old customer of yours since 2012.

                                      Very poor signal at my home of airtel dongal.. My area is vill ghuggar near ashia palace palampur.in the main area of palampur the signal is good but within 1 km the signal is very poor. I have perchase a new airtel sim and done the recharge of 599. But now i feel very bad. Airtel is a big brand but the poor network service is not expected. Kindly do the needfull or give me some suggession to refund my recharge amount i am thankfull to u.

                                        I'm receiving calls from unknown numbers on regular basis.
                                        And even messages from punjab national bank
                                        Of debit and credit transactions.
                                        Which is not my account.
                                        I have complained also about it over customer care.
                                        But till now i'm still receiving messages.
                                        Please take my complain seriously.
                                        Spam calls spam messages.
                                        Sometimes unknown number call and say is this praveen
                                        Sometime unknown number say.. Is it raju.
                                        And many more.
                                        Please solve my problem as soon as possible
                                        Day before yesterday they called and say they are calling from pnb.
