I ve been using my new Airtel sim since last 8 months. It was working fine but since last 5 days I'm not able to recharge my number. I ve called customer care, visited airtel store and even they are not able to resolve my problem. A customer executive told me to recharge with a topup. Then it will work fine. I did that and normal topups are benefited in my account. But whenever i try to do special recharge it always rejected by Airtel. Around 1500 rs of mine are stuck in different payment gateways. Worst ever experience till now.
I ve tired using myairtel app, airtel.in, paytm, amazonpay, phonepay, Lapu sims, airtel retailer but noone knows what is the problem. Worst customer support.
