Today[protected] i have recharged r100 which was mentioned in airtel app as fun talk time where as after recharge i have received only r81.76 balance.
This looks to me as kind of cheating practice. Being a reputed service provider how are suppose to cheat customers.

    Sir,
    I had charged my mobile for rs 448 today for which i received a message saying service has been initiated and the txn id for ref[protected]. My account balance says rs 18 only. I tried to use the net services that too did not work. Could you please do the needful. This is the second time i am facing such an issue again.. Hope in future this would not be repeated.

      My network work normally and then suddenly gone and the net was close. And the 4g network didn't work in 5 to 6 days and downloading speed is low too. And sometime the call is disconnect while calling. The range is show here but the network is still didn't work. There is problem also on downloading the downloading speed is 100 to 200 kbps speed so plzz solve this problem soon as soon possible

        This is pandeeswaran, my no:[protected] (Airtel connection),

        Actually i am working in aborad so i using number as a post paid plan, actually i put my plan as rs.199+ international roaming pack-rs.149. But last month suddenly airtel provider change my plan from 199 to 299 without any inform. Suddenly i noticed in service provider application (Airtel my app). After that i complaint that told they are withdraw the plan rs.199 plan so they changed my plan to rs.299. But withot my knowledge how they changing.

        Actually this month (2-oct) i reached india used my internet in airtel.in my airtel app it showed 25 gb available (5 gb+20gb unused last month). But after 5 gb o[censored]sage my internet not worked. So i called customer care they told we raise compliant for your issue at 6-oct, i got next day call they told our side no issue of internet issue. But your 20 gb is available if last months that one is not updated so you call again airtel customer care and ask about your last month roll-over data's, so i again called and asked customer care they told roll-over data not possible to use because of your plan up graded 199 to 299.in that case not possible to use my data they need to give some reduction in my bill or atleast provide some data not happened that and they told i[censored] need internet data u need to upgrade 399 plan so u can get 20gb. I argued my unused 20gb and finally upgraded my plan 399. Because of emergency of internet. They told with in 30min u get internet. But happened another same internet not worked.

        So again called next day they told i consumed all my data's. But previous day i tried i not got data so i used wifi data.

        So again complaint they give complaint number and told within 20hrs it will solved but without the issue solved they closed my complaints.

        So again i called customer care and told all the issues they raised again complained and told today[protected] evening u get internet before 6pm. But not happened. But i got msg your complaint is solved and closed.

        I got very much angry because of i am stayed 10 days in india but only 3 days i used data. After that not able to used and only raised complaint and they are only closed without solved.

        So that i used another service provider data for nest days[protected] and i leaved india on[protected].

        I checked before leaving india (At airport i checked) but not got. Its very embarrassing about their service and customer support.

        Kindly please take action against this issue and provide some good response for me.

            Dear team
            I have made airtel online prepaid recharge on 26 sep 2018 (Mob. No; [protected]) amount got detucted from axis bank payment successfully. Money detucted from my axis bank
            But from airtel side they said money not reached them and the transaction has failed. I have not recived any refund to my bank after that request your help

            I just want to resolve this issue as soon as possible or else i will change my number to some other service.

              My 4g postaid airtel dongle number is [protected]. My airtel 4g dongle wifi not working for last 2 weeks. Raised at least 7 complaints but no use. Their useless customercare is saying that they are not able to access my profile data. I have escalated this issue to their supervisor. They told me that they created a service request which will be closed by 10hrs but after 24 hrs also nobody contacted me and issue is still not resolved.

                Hi network am facing problm of airtel network at my home town and inside home also more than 1 yr no range, no speed, no network, airtel network is slow and poor.. Please clear the problm of netwrk speed up my network 4g/3g then also slow working.. Please always not getting network or message fastly always shows no network i can't work proply by this airtel network such a slow moving... So please do any solution for it

                  I m a non airtel user i linked my sbi for airtel upi transaction. But during a transaction of 5000. Suddenly transaction failed but the money is being deducted. I contact with my bank they told there is a successful transaction of 5000. Its been 2 days i didn't get my money back. Transaction was done on 11th oct. That was a airtel to airtel upi transaction. That was between [protected]@airtel to [protected]@airtel. I want sudden action regarding this as its a matter of 5000 rupees. I want the money be refunded back to my account or to sent to the receiver bank.

                    This is about the pathetic network provided by the airtel service provider. They should know that not always throwing free data works, but they also need to look at the basic needs, that's calling facility. It has been almost 5 days from now that i am facing this issue. My network bar shows full, in fact the data connection shows 4g written, but still i was not getting any incomming calls. I tried to restart my handset, and did all basic troubleshooting steps, but still the issue never got sorted. I thought it must be my phone so i switched to other phone, but still same issue and the person calling me used to get my number switched off. This is really pathetic that inspite of paying bills on time with a highly charging plan, still what we get is such # service from such multi million company.

                    I did call up the customer care in order to raise a complain, but all in vain. Initially the cx care reps hangup on me stating you need to callback later. When called later, they took down a complaint. But like everytime, even this time it definately would not do anything good. The level of frustration that i am going through is seriously high because i have to work from home and need hotspot data to connect my laptop, so basically now my work is stopped due to such services and continues issues by airtel.

                      Sir. Ay-airsep has been sending sms on my mobile no. [protected] that "games world services" have been activated on my mobile and deducting rs.35/-per week from my balance. It is troubling me through nos. 155223, 1552230, 56789 and 1909. If i send return sms to stop the unwanted services, it gives other options, as to out of various services which one i want to stop. This way ay-airsep, on every cost forcefully cuts money from my balance. Such tactice is a criminal act. Kindly manage to stop such dirty ways to cheat me and to put me in financial loss.

                      Sir, Around 8:20 PM today, I got a call from Mobile No.[protected]. The caller in male voice was inquiring about my Bank Number and Card Number giving reference to my aforesaid complaint to transfer Rs.100/= as a compensation. He was talking on behalf of Airtel customer care representative. Will you please inquire whether he is Airtel representative or another cheater. He said "Since you made complaint on Line, the compensation will be transferred directly to your Bank Account". When I didnot tell him the account no, he immediately cut the call.                       Sir, It seems that the Problem creater on my no. [protected] and complaint receivers of Airtel are the same persons/establishment. "AT-AIRINF & AY-AIRSEP". Today again they have started renewing the unwanted service without my request. They are doing this till such time my balance will become zero.Why Indian Consumer Complaints Forum is not competent to take action against these problem creaters who start services without consumer's request and continue deducting amount till such time, the consumer's balance becomes zero.                         Hi i am udit jaiswal i am using airtel sim of last 9 year. Airtel always cut my balance whenever i recharge. Recently today at 05:03 pm i was recharge 60 on my airtel number [protected] & they deducted rs 49 from my account without any proper reason.
                        I have received a message on 05:54 pm & the message is "inlogic games service has been renewed on your airtel number" but i were not activate any this kind of services please stop & deactivate this kind of all 420 tricks services & give me my balance amount otherwise i will report in consumer forum, & i called to customer care but they didn't respond me. Please help me asap.

                          Shaik ashik named employee in airtel office, nellore not treated the customer good. I given request for conversion of prepaid to postpaid before a month. I used to go airtel office after 10days from application date. They said everyday system not working after 7.45pm. I am unable to attend before that. Finally today he said some error is coming for conversion. Again he started fresh online application today. And his treatement of customer is very difficult.

                            However it has been more then 4 days that i m suffering with no outgoing facility & mo internet on my number.
                            Mr kashif had mail me that my number has been unbarred & sended for reactivation of the same but i m still unable to use my services as when i spoke to customer care of airtel they said my number is [protected] is still under barred status it has not been sended for any activation process.

                              Hello,
                              I previously used to own an airtel sim with the number [protected] registered in the name of lanasol energy solutions.
                              After i quit the company i put in a request to cancel the number for which i got a letter from airtel which stated that all the outstanding balance has been cleared for the above number and a refund cheque was also given to me in the name of my father a n pradeep kumar.
                              After all this hastle i still keep getting calls from airtel saying that the balance amount has to be cleared and i am getting calls from my old company also telling me to clear the balance.
                              I also put in a request to cancel the number again after visiting an airtel outlet and was ensured that i will never be bothered regarding the same issue.
                              I kindly request you to sort out the matter and stop troubling me and my company regarding this matter else i would be forced to take other measures.

                                The above message came in pre paid airtel number [protected]
                                I have not requested any vas. I called 155223 for deactivation.
                                I want refund of rs.20 back
                                I use a minimum stv pack 199 after paying months for no net connection and lost 10 gb data when i converted to pre paid connection from post paid. I keep bare minimum of rs.100 in talk time for emergency.
                                I have no intention o[censored]sing any unnecessary vas.
                                The airtel app is not even showing the vas activated.

                                  I have made airtel online prepaid recharge on 29th sep 2018 amount got deducted from hdfc bank. Payment successfully. Money deducted from my hdfc bank. But from airtel side they said money not reached them. And the transaction has failed. I have not received any refund to my bank after that. Request your help.

                                  I just want to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                    Icon service (I have no idea what it is) got activated a few months back on my number without any information and rs 76 deducted automatically per month. I do not need this service. I call airtel customer care to deactivate this service and reimburse my money but they refuse to reimburse the same and claimed that i had activated this service but i really don't have any idea about this i just came to know when i checked my balance is getting low too fast and then i check my messages for the same. The service is deactivate now but my money not got back.

                                    Kindly reimburse my money.

                                    Message which i got says "icon is active on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs 76 for 30 days. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223"

                                    Hoping for my problem will get resolved soon...

                                      I have port my number from voda

                                      I am already a airtel customer but as per the airtel tv app it says that to use the feautres of the app you need to switch to airtel.

                                      I have already written to airtel team and no response has come from their side.

                                      This is how you treat your customers. Shame on airtel.

                                      No one is ready to help also. I tried calling them several times everyone is giving different options and no one is actually helping out.

                                      They cheat on users dooling them that the plan would give u free access of everything but here i am not able to use any such facility.

                                      Niether i am able to use the amazon prime that comes free with airtel.

                                      Only hotstar is working.

                                        Rs.40 was charged without my acknowledge and consent, and whenever i tried to talk to customer care agent, it says "this number does not exist"
                                        Wtf!!
                                        I am changing my network and i'll suggest every airtel user to do the same.
                                        The mail says, "short complaints hardly resolves"... Hahaha. Let me tell you buddy, none of our complaints are ever going to be resolve.
                                        Airtel has been the worst of all will always be, my only task is to tell everyone about airtel and how they they implement their cheap tricks to earn money.
