I have got a generation of bill amount Rs 1382/- on 23rd September 2018. And then I have paid Rs1000/- on 1st october 2018 as per my bank statement to my airtel account [protected].

But still I am getting message of 1382 rs not paid and also showing same in my airtel app. Plz look into the matter.

Dear Team,

Today morning I got a call from airtel executive regarding my amount 1000/- rupees to my account.
He told only through debit card payment is possible and asking for card details and CVV no.

I given the details but that executive deducted 4999/- rupees two times and then 1000 rupees then 400 rupees then 199 rupees.Now unable to return my money to my account.

This is serious fraud and serious cuber crime. Immediately refund my amount otherwise I will charge a fraud case against CCAvenue.

    Its been more than three months and i cant use my number because airtel has not resolved my problem of delaying frc from there side. I have complained for so many times at customer care and head quarters too. The number is not capabke of sending any msg and doing calls.

      Very bad network Very bad network bad network Airtel network have no internet speed in my area. I face this problem when i take take the AIRTEL sim. there is no speed for AIRTEL network in my area. I hated the AIRTEL network. Please take action against the internet speed problem.         I have changed my sim to Airtel 4G about an year back. Initially the speed was good in my 4G enabled phone. But now in recent days it's been dead slow. Sometimes slower than 2G. My data pack is getting wasted. I have already raised this to CC but no proper action yet. C4GSP[protected]

          I have complained two times already here. But airtel is making no effort in solving my issue. From the last 10 days i have no network in my sim card and i am facing a ton of difficulties due to it. I cannot make call to anyone nor that i can receive any call due to no network. Its just that i am studying in a university and i am using its campus wifi. I have not contact my parents from the last 10 days. Kindly look into this matter i am frustrated by now.

            My name is jimeet shah, i have family plan of rs.1199 activated which includes 3 free family add ons. My primary number is [protected].

            I wanted to activate international roaming pack of 10days for indonesia which is about 2999rs. For 10days on my add on number [protected] from 16th sept 2018 to 23rd sept 2018. So i called airtel customare care on 15th or 16th sept 2018 regarding the activation. So the customare care said that your pack of 10days of 2999 rs. Will be activated when you reach indonesia and internatinal roaming will be activated in half an hour.

            But as on today 6th oct 2018 as i received the bill on mail i have been charged 6008rs. For the international roaming that is regular charges and not according to the pack i activated before going. So i called customare care and was informed that your plan was not activated and you have been charged on regular basis.

            So how come its my fault as the mistake is from your side but they replied we cannot do anything you have to pay the bill amount.

            Please solve this issue as its not the fault from my side and as i have heard you record all the calls for emergency purposes you can check it or i wont pay the bill amount and go for the portability or will have the new operators connection.

            I have called from my side for the activation of the pack but from your side you are trying to cover your fault. Its not good as i thought airtel was good and 1 month back i have ported my number from vodafone to airtel. Please dont prove me wrong or else i have to port again all my 8 numbers of my family using airtel to other operators.

            Please look into this matter seriously and this is not how you treat customers.

            Hope you will resolve the issue positively and as soon as possible.

              Hi, this is dr duvvada mallikarjuna rao working in ethiopia having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected] and this sim linked to all bank accounts. I lost my mobile in ethiopia, hence, i want to request the airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

              Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, it handover to my wife, ch kalyani [protected]). I need otp for money transactions to all needs. Please handover the sim to my wife as early as possible expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                I called airtel customer service to deactivate one of my airtel digital tv account as i have 2 dth standard connection on one account because of the offer airtel provided me after my first connection (My airtel digital tv connection number [protected] "001-002 ext. For both connections"). Now after i got that connection i was informed that for 99/- additional on my base pack i will be able to keep using both the connections with same channels. Within a month my connection got suspended and was informed that balance is over. I got it recharged without noticing the fault for so long. This year i realized my both connections are above 200rs specially the second connection was of rs. 275 and first one of rs. 219/- when i called their customer service today and asked them to disconnect my second connection and refund my money back they denied that they don't refund any money also they will take away the setup box they provided during the connection which was shocking also i asked him to connect me to his superior he disconnected my call. I called second time i was informed that they don't return you your deposit back and they will take away all the setup box dish if you opt for complete account closure no refunds and huge deposits. They are just fooling customers making big bucks and making their pockets heavier. Airtel must be banned from providing services. At least reliance jio is not playing with people's money and at least providing services.

                Same issue with my broadband. I was paying 699/- per month for unlimited pack with 4mbps speed which was later automatically changed to 40gb per month with 2mbps speed not informed during the time they provided me the connection nor after changing it. Then they extended it to 1000gb's and my speed remaining to 2mbps and billing me with 699/- per month + taxes. I came to know through my neighbors that they were offered plan of 299 with 8mbps speed which was not even offered me and they kept charging me for next 2 months with the same amount when i called them to disconnect my connection they offered me the same plan and promised to upgrade my speed which didn't happen and my speed kept decreasing daily. When i called their customer care again they said they will raise request like last time and still no updates. After looting thousands of rupees from me they still haven't fixed any issue nor even listening to my complaints and providing fake promises through ads on tv to fool people.

                On jio's sim i watch youtube all day and their data doesn't gets consumes even 50% of 1.5gb for around half day whereas on my airtel 4g sim it get's consumed complete 2gb of my data in 2 hours with 480p video quality.

                  At my hometown location - bijoliya khurd, rajasthan 311602 airtel netowork coverage is very poor. We raise a complaint on customer care but solution not provide. We also check coverage in open network & found poor coverage of 2g & 3g/4g no coverage in this area. Before one year airtel 3g is working very well but this time very bad network.
                  Please provide some solution

                  Till now no any solution provide by airtel, we are still facing poor network of 2G & 3G/4G very poor coverage,
                  many time complaint & call to customer care but solution not provide, before 8 month airtel confirm for new site installation on Bijoliya khurd, Rajasthan 311602 but till date nothing work on my complaints.

                    I am using the airtel postpaid with the monthly plan of ₹ 649 of which generally i get of bill of ₹ 750-770 but this month i received a bill of ₹ 1910.
                    When i enquired at customer care to resolve my problem they said you have to pay it as these are your sms charges. The sms charges mentioned or anything extra i have not used it and i wanted to waiver off the unwanted/unused charges sent with my bill.
                    As i have visited the airtel store and they spoke to the customer care and mentioned about the error in the bill and it’ll get wavy off still when i spoke to the customer care again they said i have to pay the bill which is itself is so mismanagement and unfortunately unprofessional.
                    Please make sure you look into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible cause this huge bill i am not going to pay without using any of this amount.
                    It’s really unfortunate i that i am facing such problem thinking it’s the leading portal and switched my connection from vodafone to your company.
                    I want you to the resolve the problem earliest and my normal bill with zero error as i won’t pay the overcharged billed amount.

                      I have been using airtel postpaid plan of rs. 299 (Cug plan)+taxes since 2016 on my airtel number [protected]. Every month i used to pay total bill of 350-370 approximately. When i received the bill this month, it was of rs. 773 including taxes. I was shocked and began checking my usage details. I found that my bill plan was changed to 649 from 299 without my knowledge. I called the customer support and informed them about this. They responded saying that my previous plan had become invalid and it was upgraded to 649 plan. On asking further about this change, they informed me that my plan would be changed to 299 new plan but i would need to pay the outstanding amount. Why should i pay for something which i never opted for? I called them nearly 8 times and every single time, i was assured that i would get a waiver of rs. 400 on my current outstanding amount by end of day. But since last 3 days, i have not received any waiver apart from rs. 150 that i received after my 2nd call. Every time a different person takes the call and i have to explain him/her about all the details, still they don't understand my problem and tell waiver would be initiated within 2 hours or 5 hours or by end of day.
                      Kindly take some necessary action against this. This is a new trick to rob customers. I would never recommend airtel to anyone and also port my number asap.

                        I just tried some complaint number to talk about my problem but it seems that there is no customer care officer to help customers in problem relating to recharge services on airtel mobile.

                          I have purchased the wynk music subscription on 6th september 2018 but the subscription did not get activated. Hence, i reached out to support via chat from within the application but they just kept on iterating the same thing that they reached out to support. I also reached out to their support center via email and the same. I also asked for refund if they are unable to fix the issue due to any reason but after asking upon refund they did not even turn up. Following are the details of purchase of subscription:

                            Dear sir,
                            I am pankaj. Called by airtel customer care on 29 september 2018_06:04 pm. I promised to give it to hello tune service ₹ 280, but when i did not deducted ₹ 280 and after that i did not receive any offers nor did i want to change some other song. No extra charges in it, but it was said by customer care that ₹ 280 will be charged for 1 year. There is no hidden charge and no extra money to payfor hellotune services. But now airtel customer care is saying that the offer is not available on your number and you refund money in the main balance but my main balance is no need of money. But after a few days, even after the main balance, they cut off the money by speaking the pretext of a internet or value added services, so i do not want the main balance and the offer was offered by airtel customer care to give me the same offer. Please update this offer my airtel number.

                              There lots of problems now a days in arital calls cut suddenly, internet speed is below 2kb/s. Phone calls connect to some other and calls are interrupting no proper services. Arital has become the worst network of all.
                              Having lots of problem from last 4days it's show 4g volte but i has 2-3kb/s many are thinking to shift to jio as it is fast enough. Before days internet speed was fast but from last 4days it's horrible no speed even calls are not connecting properly. Please kindly try to resolve our problems (Pin code - 571201) madikeri.

                                Just ported into airtel (Msisdn:[protected]) yesterday at 11:30 pm and i have inserted the sim today morning and tried to call 59059 as instructed by the retailer. But every time call disconnected and i am getting a flash message saying 'thanks to choosing airtel. We are setting up your device. Please wait.' already 2 hrs gone but still no improvement. Done restart, reinsert sim multiple times.

                                Please suggest what to do. Already mailed to [protected]@airtel.com.

                                  I have taken a second connection with airtel dish tv. Ever since then, my primary connection is not working. The complaints result in the service engineer visiting & temporarily fixing the problem. After 10 min, the service is disconnected. For the primary connection, the earlier set top box was replaced with a new set top box [at an additional price]. After that there has been no time when the channels were available for viewing beyond 10 min.

                                    Calls to my number is not connecting. It says that the call is being forwarded and then after a long wait it disconnects saying that the number is switched off. I've not activated any call forwarding and to atleast know who've tried to reach me, i activated paid missed call alerts but that doesn't seem to work as well. I've raised complaint to customer service first on 29 sept 2018 and again on 06 oct 2018. The reaction from the customer service executives were not helpful and even if i consider porting, it will take a week and i am missing important calls.

                                        Unnecessary balance is being detected continuously. If i call to the customer care they are saying i only activated the service.
                                        First they charge 20 for prime zone.
                                        Second for rate cutters of 46.
                                        If i ask for refund they are saying i'm only activated.
                                        I'm educated.
                                        Don't i know how to activate the packs.
                                        Already i lost 100.
                                        Very worst.
                                        Please don't play with others money
