In my cell phone received the following message
"adofgames service has been activated @rs25 for 7 days txn id s[protected] 26 may 18 10:56 service will be renewed after validity expiry. To use, click http://vas.adofgames.com/airtel/message/activation (Data charges apply). To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services? Call 56789"
I want my recharge money and company charged unnecessary charges without my consent

    Try switching to Idea Network. Airtel does have a lot of back end technical problems which the deny but they do exists.

      I didnt activated these service but early in the morning 5.49am they deducted from my main account.. Refund the money.. Very worst service..

      Airtel — mobistore activation deducted Rs 20 & Rs. 70 for renewal with out my knowledge.


      Ashok Kumar Ganguly on May 22, 2018 Rs. 20/-was deducted for activating MOBISTORE with out my concent and in spite of sending stop sms, further deduction of Rs.70/-was done on 23/05/18 for 7 days renewal. This has happened for the 2nd time. With this type of service how do you expect us to continue with your service? I have decided to go for some better service provider. I am having 3 Airtel connections. Make sure to REFUND THE MONEY at the earliest.

          I wanted april, 2017 post bill copy for account purpose. The bill was for my wife mobile. Green park 110016 office staff refused to provide the bill copy to my staff even though to me on my personal visit. They had asked for authority or identity for both for 2017 paid bill copy. I do not understand the negative attitude of air tel staff members which clearly shows the harassment of customers and wastage of time for non productive activities.

            On[protected] i sent 'start dnd' sms to 1909, from my airtel no. I got reply a sms as 'ndnc preference has been changed to fully blocked for your airtel mobile. Reference no. S[protected]. Changes will be effective in 7 days'. But till today i. E.[protected] i've been receiving smss continuesly. (Photos attached for reference). So what airtel did? This shows clearly how airtel is "arrogant & irresponsible" to their customer in terms of service. It's shame on their part.. Because of such a "negligence & rude" attitude of airtel most of their customers are switching to vodafone, jio. Hello airtel, can u beat the service of your competitors? No.. U can't... Even u can't imagine, in dreams also, the qualitative service your competitors are being given...
            So airtel will soon disappeare if they continued such "wonderful service". I finally decided to port to vodafone.
            Good bye airtel.

              My telephone no. Is [protected]. I have been using rs.120 centrex facility no outgoing calls plan since 2006. But on billing period 17/04/18-16/0518, you have change the billing plan to broadband without our knowledge which is totally unethical. We have not been using broadband facility at this telephone no. The billing amount is increased by 824.82 rs. Kindly refund the excess amount charged or adjust the amount in upcoming month bills. Also we require paper bill for each month since, we require it for the audit purposes. Look this matter seriously and solve the issue asap or else we have to the change operator as the service provided by you is worst compared to other operators.

                I feel like throwing airtel sim card away.
                Airtel internet in nagaland suck big time.
                Time to move on jio, truly hero.
                Perhaps in this life we are not going to witness another hero like jio, jio saved us huge money.
                Airtel and other service provider recharge cost droped. Why? Jio is the reason.

                  My mobile number is out of service out of the blue since three days .I have being trying to contact to customer care from other numbers but there is no response . I just want the service center to look after this problem immediately . In case this problem is not fixed soon i will look forward to change my port .

                    Since mid of may, i am facing many network issues in airtel number [protected]. This is a postpaid connection.
                    I have complained many times on 121, [protected]. They raised some service requests :-
                    85325948 : 16th may
                    85344006 : 17th may
                    85359102 : 18th may

                    They habitually close the ticket without my consent in just 1 day. I mailed them and called them saying some miscreants have closed the ticket. They have made the 1st and 3rd ticket active again but they are still not resolved.

                    I opted to port out of this network because i was not able to receive calls, calls would drop while talking, voices would crack, i wasn't able to use data properly. Airtel rejected my porting out request saying that i have to stay a minimum of 90 days in this network.

                    It is already more than 10 days today. The problem is still not resolved and these people have sent me bill to pay. Why should i pay for something i did not get from them? I opted to port out on 16th may but they rejected it on 17th. They generated the bill again on 22nd and are saying we will not let you port out till you pay this bill and complete 90 days in this network.

                    I will not pay this bill. I want to port out.

                      Hi,

                      My airtel no is [protected] (Postpaid data), i got my sim on 28th april. It was not working and i could not connect to internet from day1. I called cc many times and raised complaint on 14th may/no : 8529189. I could not use it and then i raised cancelation request. Now it is disconnected and i have got a bill of rs251 for services which i havent used. Plus rs200 paid during activation. Is there any resolution for this?

                          On 24/05/18 at 12:58 pm i got a message from at-airinf as
                          Thanks for choosing mobistore on your airtel mobile. You have been charged rs60.0 for 6 days. A/c balance: rs8.73 at 12:58. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223.
                          I have not subscribed to any of the airtel services and then how they have activated mobistore without my permission and they have charged rs.60 from my balance without my knowledge.

                            I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel on 5th may.
                            I was promissed for the best network and data usage by the company.
                            However ever since i have ported i am getting horrible network and data connectivity at my home (Poonam sagar complex, mira road).
                            I have already complaint the customer care twice but no improvement from their side.
                            Also i am stuck as i cannot re-port my number back to vodafone at-least for 3 months.
                            I am really irritated with the way the things are being handled by the customer care.
                            They have sent me a bill for the first month.
                            I do not wish to pay the same and also for the coming 2 months unless these people do something about it.

                              I have been using airtel services for last 10+5 years. I have taken new iphone 2499 plan with a free child connection recently. 4g/3g services suddenly stopped working on my child connection. I am facing this problem since 3 months but unfortunately no one is able to address this issues and resolve it. I have had multiple visits to airtel service centers and made numerous calls to call center. I request your special attention in resolving the issues at the earliest. If the issue continues i might have to re-think on continuing with the airtel network.

                                I have not seen such a bad service provider, just to earn money can say any thing but when we go for the claim give some or the other excuse and reject our claim. This is the way you treat to your customer who are your assets. Every month ready to deduct money because its a profit, but when we are claiming airtel secure handset protection they will give some or the other excuse, i will request users to pls think before going for such services. Don't go blindly.

                                  My name is sourav mallick mobile number [protected] which is an airtel postpaid connection. So on recommendations i took a airtel dth connection with customer id :- [protected]. When i took the plan i was told by sales executive "faisal" that

                                  1) installation charge will be rs 1590/- (Which includes 10 meters cable, set up box, remote, battery, rs 1500 make my trip voucher) ipl offer plan

                                  However at the time of installation the field engineer who came did charged me rs 150/- extra as he did some connections in my home without giving me the proper informations about tho charges. So i did called customer service spoken with floor supervisor and he kindly told that he will repay my 150 rs back in my dth account. Now upon checking my account i havent received my money back.

                                  Now at the point of purchasing this plan i was clearly told by two different people in sales team that first month my package will be free with all hd and sd chanells. Next two month (June & july) i will have to pay only rs 199 where in i will get 65 hd chanells and approx 255 non hd chanells. And from next month i will pay rs 99 base pack and on top of that i will have to pay rs 255 for hd pack which makes a total of rs 324. So after explaining all the plans i agreed the same as i was getting all the chanells in rs 324 and most of my preferred chanells were in hd. Which i as getting now.

                                  However after taking the plan i did called customer service and the story was completing different. I was cheated by the person at the time of sales. Now the plan which was explained to me by supervisor was the base plan 99 only includes regional package and to get all the chanells i have to pay rs 199 base pack and rs 255 hd pack which makes a total of rs 424 with an increase of rs 100 monthly. I was promised by the manager that the call recording will be listened and he will get back to me with a solution which i am still waiting for.

                                  And honestly speaking i am not at all a happy customer with airtel dth as people sitting there dont have coutsey to give proper and correct information to customers. I joined airtel as i checked that i am saving money with them instead of tata sky or dish tv. Now airtel have completely proved it wrong. Neithet i got my mmt voucher yet nor my 150 rs is credited to my account and obviously my plan is still not sorted and no one from customer care called me.

                                    I have airtel dth, having a general monthly plan with 4 hd hindi channel (Gec) & 1 disney channel (458) top-up, as extra cost of rupees 81+10.
                                    I am doing monthly re-charge it,
                                    I got a call from airtel customer care to do recharge with 1746/- and get 6 months & 15days of freedom ent. Hd pack having lots of channels including above hd hindi channels, so i proceed and recharge with 1746/- on date 15/05/2018, it is processed and channels/plan activated
                                    But airtel has not de-activated my top-up for above hd hindi channel, but de-activated 1 disney channel (458).
                                    It's very strange, every day amount deducted from my main balance, so i called daily and complaining a lot. Still not getting solved.
                                    Kindly help and support me for my complain.

                                      Working as a chief manager in state bank of india visited your airtel office at tirupati to get post paid connection and got connection [protected] by paying rs 300 as activation charges to mr girish. The person who came to bank for verification denied to give connection as this is office address.
                                      2. Again i went your same office located at bhavani circle and got another number [protected] by giving resi address. Still my airtel number is not activated. Nobody is giving proper reply. Pl verify and update me.

                                        Hi all,

                                        I have airtel digital tv connection. I got it installed in january 2018. First month i used it but after that it is not working. Since feb 2018 i am struggling to find that why i am not able to see any channel even if i recharge. I have logged complaint many times, every single time i call customer care. Now when i call them they will send service engineer and and he will say this problem is not from my end only customer care can help you and go back. Again i will call customer care and they will again send service engineer and he will say this problem is not from my end and will go back. Now this had happened some 4-5 times. And after digging into this by my own i got to know that on the day of activation of my connection same service engineer has done one more activation in the name of wasim pasha. Now what he had done is he had mapped my vc card to his account and his to min. Now every single time i am recharging it is going to that person's account and he is not at all recharging as he is getting it for free. I am following up with the airtel people and after multiple complaint first of all they are not able to find the issue and after i am telling them issues they are not ready to understand this issue. Every-time i call i have to explain everything from scratch which takes all my patients away. After some 20-21 complaints they understood my problem that what exactly it is but still they are not resolving this. I am fed-up with this now and do not have any more patients to call airtel and run behind them to resolve this. Can anyone help what i can do to raise a complaint to get my money refunded for connection and amount that i have recharged.
