This is a letter I'm writing to airtel on[protected].

Dear Airtel,

I am a new customer to you since i ported from vodafone to airtel just a week back.

I find the service of airtel to be too lousy and annoying.

My number is (XXXXXXX868). I recharged with super saver pack of Rs.448 for which voice sms and data are unlimited for 82 days.

I recharged my voice pack with additional Rs.100 just after I started using your Sim card. Since I use iPhone, I've the option of iMessage. But continuosly amounts of 5rs has been deducted three times in a single day. You already know that iMessage works on internet. Still I dont know why you have decuted that amount. Hence I disabled iMessage service on my phone to prevent such irrational deductibles from airtel for which I've not paid.

But today, i.e.,[protected], Rs.25 has been deducted from my account on the basis of which I'm unaware of.

Because of your illegal deductions of my balance I had to stop iMessage scared of further such happening.

You are literally making me regret for having ported to airtel. I had no such problems from my previous carrier(Vodafone).

Hence I demand an answer for this immediately.

I want all the deduction details on which basis you have deducted my balance.

And you customer service sucks. Dialing 121 reaches you no where except you end up all psyched up due to dead slow IVRS. You have to understand that people call to solve their problems and discuss with you for further resolution. They dont call you just because they are free. You need to respect the demand of your customer.

PLEASE clear all my doubts quickly before I take a decision to leave your carrier services and getting ported to some other carrier.

    I am using Airtel network([protected]) for last 7years. Last week i got an offer of Rs399 Pack which gives unlimited call+1gb/day data for 84days. When i checked this offer in my mobile there's an option to activate the pack with main balance. So i recharged my number for main balance of Rs.405. When i activated that pack it shows your pack is booked for 72hours. But actually it didn't activated even i had the main balance of Rs.405. So i had decided to contact Airtel customer service. But they said you can't activate that pack with your main balance. So why does it show an option to activate the pack with my main balance. They have to mention it clearly whether you can or can't. They coolly said recharge that pack directly, when i had already invest Rs.400 for this pack. Ok, there's an another pack of Rs.199 for 28days. I decided to activate atleast this pack. It also had same problem but there's an option to activate. They said you can't activate both the packs with main balance. Please go for direct recharge. After all this problem again i tried to activate Rs.399 & Rs.199 with the main balance for my luck. But got the same result. Midnight i got another offer of Rs.149. As usual again i went for that Rs.149 Pack because I had to use my main balance. The result is same. But after 5min i received the confirmation message for activation of Rs.149 Pack. So i was happy to see that. But when i checked my main balance i got to know that i had only Rs.56 out of Rs.405. So again i called to customer service, they told that you have activated two packs of Rs.199 & Rs.149. That day was really terrible for me. There is no confirmation message for Rs.199 pack activation and also the pack which can't activate from main balance already they said. Now i lost Rs.149 in this problem because of Airtel's poor support regards recharge offers. I tried everything to claim the balance, but there's no use. Please help me in this problem.       My balance was deducted twice from 6th march to 9th march 2018 without any reason. After conversation with customer care, i came to know,
      1. One of the reasons is that somehow i crossed the border of india and airtel found that and deducted balance from my account. International roaming!!!
      2. And somehow i tried to download some content and which is more than my internet balance. So, airtel deducted total charges from main account not a single penny from my existing internet balance!!

      Is these reason justified??

        Three online recharge by me through airtel.in on 05 mar 18. The reference no of the recharge and the amount is mentioned as under

        1. Id[protected] for rs 199/-
        2. Id[protected] for rs 199/-
        3. Id[protected] for rs 50/-

        All the three transactions failed and the amount was deducted from my bank account. The bank was intimated about the failed transactions but the bank confirmed that the merchant transactions were complete and no amount was reimbursed.

        It is requested that the transaction id be rechecked with the relevant authorities (Airtel.in, payment portal and the bank) and the amount be accordingly be reimbursed in my bank account.

          I am a senior citizen bed ridden i paid bill of airtell for month of february march. Online on receipt of the bill in my email id [protected]@rediffmail.com.
          [ paid the bill immediately but did not receive the receipt fort he same. Last time however i had received the receipt from airtell, my post paid number is [protected]. Kindly do the need ful and oblige

            We checked other application also and found that my name is showing everywhere for this number [protected]. This number didn't confirm by airtel for allocated user. Airtel is declining to stop this service which allocated to other and allocate to me.

            Now a days everything is depend on mobile number even bank, social id, business, how trai, government or any company will make rule that if any number will not be active then you will assign to other without informing to customer? When privacy is breaking and 100 percent possibilities that it will be misused? Should we not put pil in supreme court?

              Facing call drops during on-going calls, while dial an mobile number, in-coming call drops happen more than an year. Not getting proper update/solution as of today. As per airtel - they said that the back-end team working on and tuning to improve the signal strength. However they did not validated the place [my home & apartment] they said that the issue got resolved. Again i re-open the same compliant and it is still open. No proper action taken as of today. Airtel service team saying some or the other answers but issue is still remains same.

                Dear sir / mam,

                I am writing this mail because your airtel services are very poor.

                My setup box change by your engineer in jan 18 end week. He said sir this setup box warranty 3 months if any problems you will not pay any amount.

                But previous 5 days i am facing so much problem.

                I am call airtel customer care he said i am resolve your problem but you pay engineer visit charges.

                If three months warranty why i am paying engineer visit charges.

                If possible pls help me otherwise i am close my connection shortly.

                  Its been more then a year. They haven't solved my complain. When ever i call the customer service and i have visited the airtel gallery many times. They give a new sim card and tell me that the problem will b solved later. After complaining many times, they gaveme a reason that new towers will b coming and your problem will b solved. Im just so pissed off. The customer service is very very bad. They act as if no one can do anything to them. They didn't take my complain seriously.

                    I already have another complaint number which was created long back with number "93591892" and another complaint recently created once again.

                    Neither of them addressed till now nor i did receive any call. I donot want to waste my time in making calls and sending mails unnecessarily. I paid the amount

                    I paid the amount on 10th feb as i was promised as the installation will be done in 72 hours and even after a month the same response is getting from the airtel service specialist.

                      Today morning, got 2 sms that i have been charged for whatsmob service though i didn't activate any service by myself or through any third party app, how they can deduct balance without my consent or confirmation? Airtel just sucks, now you people will do this after adhaar card number subsidy scam? What do you people want? I would like to get my balance revwrted asap.

                        I am not able to sign in to my airtel account for the past 3 to 4 days. I can enter into the homepage www.airtel.in but from there am not able to sign in to my account. It just gives a blank page at www.airtel.in/s/selfcare/.

                        Please restore my account asap as i need to check my bills and pay online.

                        Yesterday a message popped up that the technical service would look into it.
                        I have no idea where to call or send an email message to airtel for help as the help tab too does not function.

                          To airtel team,

                          I am totally fed up with the approach and response of airtel broadband team

                          I requested airtel broadband connection through online. I got a call from this number +[protected]. The representative name is priya.

                          She asked my address to check the feasibility and told me that they can provide the connection at my location

                          So based on her suggestions, i paid 2828 rs as advance for three months and shared my kyc through what's app on 1st march 2018

                          After that i did not get any proper response from her. I called many times to the above number and sent messages in what's appa also. But no response. Two days back she blocked my mobile number

                          If i call from another number, once she heard my name she is disconnecting the call

                          Now i need a speedy solution for this. Bcoz already 10 days gone

                            I applied for prepaid portability from jio to airtel on 1st march. After 6 days, jio signal was closed. It has been more than 5 days but still there is no signal in airtel

                            I enquired jio customer care, they said that they have sent all my details had been transfered. Even l enquired airtel customer care, they are saying that no data has been received?

                              I didn't even opt for this then why this has happened to me?
                              I deactivated the service sent stop sms to deactivate. But it is sending a revert message that stop is an invalid entry???! I want to ask why do you activate any service without customer acceptance. I want my money back.

                                Since long I am using your connection on the above mobile number. Last 6/7 months I am not getting proper service from you though I am depositing the money immediately after raising your monthly bill. Most of the time your signal tower is not visible in our building. As a result of which I am not using the talk time and the data which you are providing. You are see from the record that my data balance is increasing and showing 101.4 GB as on date. My monthly plan Rs.399/- (includes rental). I have already complain 2 months ago in your Chinar Park office, Near City Center-II. After a few days your technician came to my house and building for inspection and found the bad signal. They assured that they will inform the authority and sort out the problem very soon. But no action has yet made. You are, therefore, requested to look into the matter immediately otherwise I will shift my connection to Vodafone Plan as their signal strength is very nice here and they are regularly hammering for their service. I am residing in a very big complex adjacent to City Center-II, New Town. My complex name is Greenwood Sonata which is situated on the Biswa Bangla Sarani. There is 460 flats in our complex and most of the person are facing that problem. Please look into the matter and inform me the fate of the problem.                                   I have recently ported my number from aircel to airtel. After 8 days, i am getting mobile data and outgoing facility but can't able to receive any incoming calls and sms which is very mandatory for getting otp for banking..

                                  As i am an academician, i am supposed to get calls very often from my higher officials and students.

                                  In this regard, i need urgent attention from the mobile service provider in solving this issue, help me out..

                                    I link aadhar to my airtel sim card since 6 months back and opened my airtel payment bank without my permission and my indane gas subsidy amount taken in airtel payment bank in dec 2017. After 15 days my airtel payment bank account closed. I going to airtel store my problem is not solved due to my account closing. Pl return back my lpg gas subsidy amount to my account immediately.

                                      Yesterday i have booked 1 ticket from udaipur to delhi boarding on 16 march on irctc application and payment made through airtel money.
                                      Ticket couldn't booked and amount deducted from my airtel wallet. Once again l did the same and same happened, money deducted from wallet. No sms of ticket booking has come, no confirmation of anything has come except of money deducted.

                                        I have recharged the package which offers 1gb 4g data per day and free voice calls for 70 days. My daily usage is around 260 to 400 mb per day. My calls are hardly 5 minutes per day on average. I wanted only internet. But package is like that.
                                        My house is situated just 500 metres away from airtel tower. However, the data is so much slow that even 2g was working faster. Even mail or ola app does mot open but simply circling. Airtel is cheating us.
                                        My wife is having geo connection. It works with high speed on all days 24x7.
                                        If airtel openly says to go for specific package with regular high speed, i would have opted happily. But this type of cheating is bad in the eyes of law.
                                        Airtel should reply with offers with specific speed in the packages at all time 24x7
