I went to airtel store in nasik (Mh) for mnp (On 13th march 2018) & was asked to pay rs.50/- for mnp & that too in cash only. As per my knowledge, trai has slashed mnp charges from 31 january 2018 to rs4/-. Mnp charges are only rs.4/-, however i asked that will i get any receipt or balance in my ac, they simply said no. Will anyone let me know why airtel is charging huge fees for mnp?

    Airtel customer care and technicians are fooling me everyday since last 3 days. On 12th March 2018, I fixed the slot of 6 PM to 7 PM for the services, because they told that they do not work after 7 PM. I took off early from my office, but after speaking with technician more than 5 times, finally he said sorry. He is unable to visit as he got stuck with some other customer. He kept on saying that he will come within 10 minutes etc.

    Next day again, I fixed the slot at 6 to 7 PM. But, again after talking several times with technician, this time also he wasted my time. Finally, he said sorry. Now, I cant make it.

    Then, I called customer care airtel. Spoke to them for 30 minutes, spent Rs.60 on this call. I was promised in writing that the technician will come to my place at 8 AM sharp on 14th March 2018. But, no call, no service. They are just pathetic.

    The, I called airtel customer care on 14th March 2018, at 2 PM. Then they were so rude to talk to me and they kept on saying that we can't provide you any service at 8 AM.

    I want to put mental & physical harassment claim of Rs.1 lakh on Airtel due to this problem. Also, I want my service to be done free of cost and 8 AM in the morning or after 9 PM in the night.

    We are working in a private company and we also work some days whole night, or early in the morning or sundays etc. This type of statement is totally unacceptable that their technicians do not work at 8 AM. Everybody in this world should be flexible with the timings, in case of emergencies.

    I have a small kid of 5 years old, who is having school holidays. What he should be doing without TV? If your technicians do not listen to seniors, then better to terminate them.

      I ported my airtel sim rajasthan circle to airtel haryana circle. On 4th march. Now it has network and calling facility only. And internet not working although i have proper apn settings and data pack.
      And when i try to call 121 or 59059, it redirects to the airtel services and ask me to enter my number. Next the twist is it says wrong number on correct info.

      Kindly resolve this asap.

        I have sent the request to port our 5 mobile numbers (Corporate plan) from airtel to other service provider, about 20 days back. It has been rejected by airtel without any reason to our new service provider. It should have been through within 7 days time as per the tri norms.

        There is no communication to us either from airtel regarding the same.

        I will appreciate you will look into the matter, without any further delay.

          Hi team,

          I have raised an request for airtel broad band in chennai (Thlambur). Initially they told service is available at my location. They asked me to pay 1000rs.

          I paid through online. Then they asked me for address proof i told give me time just now i have been relocated to the new place. They told not a problem u just pay additionally 200 rs. To the below mentioned account number. We will prepare the documents and share it with you.

          Late the person from airtel service called me and told, we cannot provide the connection in your area since we don't have fibernet available @ your place.

          So i contacted the team saying that this was the issue. They agreed to refund my amount that is (1000+2000. But i got only 1000 rs. Remaing 200 they told me will be provided shortly. It has been since 1 month. I never received the amount. If i try calling that person she is not picking the call. Don no to whom i need to address this issue.

            This is to bring to your kind notice that we are using three mobile number i. E.[protected], 404, 403 of airtel company.in order to deactivate the booster plan of mobile no. [protected] worth rs 250 per month, we had post a letter to airtel office, south tukoganj branch as a reply we were informed that the entra charge value rs 250 will not to be added to your bill from jan 2018. But the jan 2018 bill me received was attain with the amount added in it. With the query when we went to the office, their staff member miss swati wagh notify us about the sms and also assign us an information request no i. E. Ritm0098817 she also ask us to pay the will reducing the entra amount of rs 250. We had settle up with paying rs 1829/- after reducing rs 250 from rs 2079 on 12.2.18.
            The march bill we received was again supervise with the same problem. Infact the previous balance of rs 250/-was also added. Our company member mr. Vivek shukla went to the office in south tukoganj with the copy of the bill. There one of your staff member misbehave with our company member and on a very rude tone ask us to port our no. If we have any problem. We have already been trying to stop this plan since last three month. It was the company who was taking thing as granted. Such type of response is not acceptable from such a big company.

              Every now and then you announce and take money from my account. I did not ask and i dont want all these services. Kindly stop it and you have taken rs.35/-from i account and kindly put it back. Even if i give message stop they deducted my blance. Kindly stop this and i dont have time to waste like these giving message. Thanks. Kindly stop unneccessry cutting off. I dont want it.

                temporary suspension of outgoing facility

                Despite repeated attempts at trouble shooting and even changing the sim i continue to be unable to make any outgoing calls from my number. Whenever i try to make a call i get the ivr tellingbme that outgoing facility on this number is temporarily suspended call 121 for more info.
                Customer support executives seem clueless about why this is happening. My guess is that it is a glitch in one of their servers.
                Clearly airtel needs...

                Hi, i ported out my aircel postpaid number [protected] to airtel on march 1, 2018 but the airtel sim is not yet activated. I approached airtel care centres, but they didn't have any idea about this thing, and asked me to wait for a week. I waited for a week, but it s not working at all. And its already 14 days.

                I need the same number, i want the reason for why it is not activated and what s the issue.

                Try to solve the problem and activate the sim or provide other ideas to get the same number

                  Hi team,

                  My network provider is airtel.

                  I own 3 connections from airtel about a year. The parent number which i use is [protected]. This is upgraded to a plan of 1999/- in which 2 add-on phone numbers were free.

                  I made this request in october 2017 by contacting customer care. It was communicated over the phone that the consolidation request is been taken but i am charged every month for each connection.

                  I spoke to gallery and care the solution offered every month was please pay the bill and we will process the reques nothing happen. Every month i spoke to care & gallery same story in loop. Even wrote to nodal officer just take assurance.

                  I am fed up with the fraud and need your assistance.

                    Plan changed in jan 18 on your own. Complaint lodge on 3.3.18 vide no.93864798. Request for email reply not met with. Promised to revert back to the original plan & adjust excess payment not done. Whereas, again sent sms asking me to pay rs.706.48 instead of rs.245 by 31.3.18
                    When contacted again on 14.3.18 and asked about the fate of my complaint i have been informed that the complaint was closed, upcourse, without my consent. I talked to mr. Chandramouli and later the call was transferred to ms lavanya without any fruitful results. The game is blaming each other. She said she will inform the backend team.
                    I need detailed email reply. Please solve the problem and facilitate with email reply. Henceforth i will not make any payment until the problem is solved.

                      I am your valued customer since long. I am residing in uae. Whenever i am reaching india.. I will recharge and use the number. I have no other connection. I have given my number to all my contacts.. Bank transactions etc.. If i am away more than 3 weeks, i used to make a call from uae, so as to activate my accounts.
                      I left kerala on dec 7th last year.. I forgot to activate before march 7th... Remembered on march 10th only. Then, they say... Your call cannot be connected... May i know the reason? Can i get back the connection? Please get it corrected.. I am reaching kerala next month. How can i use the number again?
                      Other network providers are providing solutions to get uninterrupted connection.. What i have to do, so that next time my connection will not be interrupted.
                      My cable connection also, is airtel.
                      I dont want to lose my number, or want get another connection. Please help me.
                      I am ready to pay for 1 year interrupted service

                        I had recharged last on 15/2/2018 accordingly a msg received as next due as 16/3/2018. Unfortunately on 12/03/2018 i have received another msg and mentioned therein my due date as 13/03/2018. On enquiry i come to know that i have subscribed a new chenel 192 wich is totally baseless. Same chenel is not activated also. So please look into the matter and rectify.

                            In the morning i recharged my phone.
                            Recharge was successful of rs 448. The transaction id :[protected].
                            When i checked my airtel app nothing is reflecting.
                            I rung up customer care number. The lady who answered the call was not helpful and i think she is not qualified for the job.
                            My call was transferred to supervisor name : rahul.

                            He was also pathetic. He was also not sure. First he told me to wait for 1 hour you will get the confirmation text of the recharge successful.
                            Second :the payment is in process. Third : the money will be refunded back in the a/c within 7- 10 days. It is not acceptable. Then i got a call back from airtel. They lady told me rahul provided me wrong info. If the supervisor is providing wrong information. You are dealing with customer by misleading them and providing them wring information.

                            I want my mobile number :[protected] to be recharged with the amount of rs 448.

                              I have ported my aircel number to airtel on 7 march 2018 but still it sim card is not working and showing invalid sim. Even to day on 14.03.2018 sim is not working. When i have gone on network settings then it is showing not registered. I am using this number as my official number and now i am in very trouble please solve my problem. I is very urgent.

                                Suddenly received an sms at 4 am in the morning confirming videopindw service activation on my airtel postpaid mobile number [protected] @30/- for 7 days with a threat of auto renewal. It asked to send an sms to some number for deactivation, which i did. But why was it auto activated without my consent in the first place and why wouldn't they refund the amount charged? This kind of auto activation of services and charging for that was the only reason i shifted from bsnl to airtel. Is it time to move again?

                                  Hello sir, my name is niraj chavan i was about to call me a complaint about the airtel service. About airtel store employee, i was going through the airtel store for a few days, my father's airtel number was linked to aadhaar but the airtel store's employee advised me to get a transfer in my prepaid connection into postpaid and then deactivate my father's airtel sim and said that your sim will be started in a while but my father's sim deactivate after that, then at least the airtel store i talked to them but still the employee of the airtel store did not activate my father's sim. I request you to activate my father sim and to any of the customers of aurangabad of maharashtra, of employee do not give bad service

                                    I have been made to understand by CRO - Sri Venkatesh that my claim for an accidental damage to my phone(because the phone dropped accidentally) is invalid due to the following reasons -

                                    The definition of an accident is "someone pushing me"; "getting hit by a car" etc.

                                    My phone fell from my hand accidentally (I am sure no one drops the phone intentionally because we can't live without our phones nowadays and a broken screen is quite inconvenient; if I was Fantastic 4 I would have stretched my hand long enough to control it)

                                    Airtel is not responsible because they show in the add that someone gets pushed by someone and breaks the screen (one of the adds, airtel has around 2 or 3)

                                    According to the T&C page you have proclaimed the following - https://www.airtel.in/airtel-secure-terms

                                    2.4 Accidental Damage means Physical or Liquid damage to the Insured Product due to drop or collision of the Insured Product or any object falling on the Insured Product, caused due to accidental external means. It is that damage which occurs due to external causes that are not under the users direct control

                                    Please explain or refund or change your terms and conditions and DO NOT MISLEAD PEOPLE WITH CHEESY ADVERTISEMENTS

                                      broadband connection shifting issue
