There are two Airtel Broadband junction box installed on my boundary wall. These boxes were installed without my knowledge.

It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest. Else, I will have to cut the wires.

    Since last month no TV channel is available. Request had been raised for the same, but it has been marked as resolved without visiting my place. Post that we were watching only OTT channels, as they were working. On 25th May, my account got suspended and I recharged it. Post that on OTT channels, it is still showing Account is suspended although on phone app account is active. For the same multiple issues, a request is raised again on 25th May. Engineer visited my place without informing me in advance and I was out of home, I asked him to wait for 10min and after 10min I called him back but he didn't answer the call. Considering your SLA as 24 hours, another visit scheduled for 26th May 11Am, but no calls and no visit till now. A disconnection request was raised on 26th May itself, but it got cancelled without informing me that you guys are cancelling it although the service request is still open. After a lot of conversation with one of the supervisors, a disconnection request is now finally raised.

    I would like to inform you that this is the service you have now and on top of it, an additional visiting charge of Rs 150/- you guys ask. Is it a kind of joke???

    Now that the requests are not getting resolved even after 4 days, and your agent is asking for more 24 hours i.e. 1 more day. I don't have that much patience. I simply want my refund after disconnection as well as the compensation of my phone bills for calling you almost 30 times during these 4 days plus my security amount (mentioned on the receipt) plus the remaining balance on my setup box.

    I hope that you can do it instead of fixing the tickets raised.

      I recharged the prepaid plan for an annual subscription of 2999/- using PhonePe on 20 May 2022 at 12:47 PM with transaction ID- NX22052012465711989526041 and Airtel Prepaid reference ID [protected]. Money got debited from my bank account but Airtel never recharged my plan. After the suspension of all incoming and outgoing calls and data plan, I had to go for an emergency recharge of 500 talk time and 148/- data plan. I had the worst experience in trying to raise the issue with both Airtel and PhonePe.

        ’m retired senior officer of RBI Bhopal. I had this number since 2009 given by RBI and after retirement continued it . Later I transferred it to Delhi where I settled after retirement and only last year, on the coercion of a relative to help one boy in Jio, I ported to Jio but was not satisfied and then went abroad for six months. The same boy who asked me to port, kept on telling me that I can recharge it on return but when I came in May, they told it has gone back to Airtel Bhopal and that I should go there to get it activated. Sir I’m a senior citizen lady, very much in need of that number which is linked to everything and all relatives and at this age very difficult to go through the turmoil. Now they are telling it has been deleted . Please therefore help me to restore this number as may be postpaid connection so that I’m saved of the harassment. The boy and that lady who caused this are not contactable. In view of my such long association with Airtel and my husband has two connections of Airtel, and your RBI relationship, kindly as a very special case and as an act of human kindness please reactivate this number at Delhi so that further trouble is avoided.
        Kindly help.

        The company is hopefully trying to resolve. Emails received to that effect. Not resolved yet. Appeal to resolve at the earliest as everything is linked to this number and all work is halted. Alternate number [protected]

          I had taken a Airtel postpaid broadband service. However, due to bad service, I wanted to close the account and I submitted a request for the same. I also paid the outstanding amount. This was on 19 April 2022 at their SD Road branch, Secunderabad. They submitted the request, asked for the OTP and also I paid the outstanding amount. However, the account was not closed. Post this, I submitted multiple requests, but nothing happened. I was shocked to get another AIRTEL bill and so I again went to the office and raised another request. They promised to send someone on 27th April. However, as usual, no one came.
          It seems that Airtel indulges in such unethical practice of forcefully charging customers for the accounts that they wish to close by keeping the accounts live.
          As I had submitted the request on April 19th, I refuse to pay the outstanding bill for this month, May 2022, This is totally fraudulent practice of AIRTEl.

            Airtel is not providing good network at my place, I have raised multiple complaints but no resolution. No option to reach out customer care, no callback from them for complaints raised. Airtel not letting me port out, whenever I try I get response “ UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.” Need urgent help!!!

              Airtel service was pathetic and I was a black customer had asked to cancel broadband service and applied for act paid them the money airtel called and promised to rectify and provide good service. After that it’s been 2 weeks nothing works and my new act connection is also cancelled and waiting for refund. They should stop such games

                I'm using airtel postpiad since one year always i pay my bills after checking the generated bills carefully by knowing my usuage and limit of the given service on MAY26th i got a fresh bill with statement with add on charges and GST i haven't used any add on service last month but the bill generated with a wrong statement how can i pay without explanations im strictly complaining this issue to consumer portal to interrogate

                  Hi,

                  I have requested for a new Xtream Fibre broadband connection 200mbps plan 999/- on 29th April 2022 for which i have paid 3 months ARP. But as i understood I was being cheated by providing the DSL Copper connection with a poor speed of 40mbps. Due to which I had to face poor broadband connectivity and other unfavourable circumstances.

                  I requested to withdraw the connection on 6th May onwards and and refund of 3 months of Rs 3540 which has still not been resolved till date . I have been continuously chasing on customer care and escalation team is just taking this as an added advantage.

                  Hi,

                  Airtel has still not refunded the amount to me from past 2 months. Continuously following up with airtel on this but no response and refund not done till date
                  Airtel has deducted additional amount to my account for this. I have stopped using the services from 6th May onwards but i am charged for complete May month. Please send a legal notice to airtel for this fraudulent business practice and customer harrassment.

                    Hi Team,

                    I have paid the amount over online for the airtel black connection and now airtel is regretting/denying in providing the invoice/bill for the amount which they have collected over online.

                    I have contacted customer care many times and even customer care service reply is also the same. They are completely denying for providing the invoice/bill.

                        Airtel MESH Device / POD not provided in time

                        Placed a request and made deposit of 1k for first MESH device on 11th April, this was resolved on 17-May, after multiple follow ups and harassment from airtel customer care, their local site, nodal officer etc.

                        on 18th May i called customer care and asked them to place a request for one more (additional) MESH POD. Issue was with Airtel thanks App not allowing to add a device. multiple complaints, calling customer care, visiting...

                        They have made it mandatory to send the request to 121 by an sms mentioning your email id. any request submitted gets rejected with a stock response: this email id has not been registered with us, even when they have verified the mail id via their app. my number [protected] needs to be converted to an esim. i am at a dead end now because of their shoddy system.

                          They are misguiding extremely

                            My name is priyahala.L, residing at Trivandrum, Kerala and i was using pre-paid of Airtel([protected]) for past several years. On 15th of May, 2022, i made of recharge of Rs.479/- (Order ID:[protected] using Airtel APP and using Rupay debit card and confirmation SMS received from Airtel with Order ID. But on 17th May, all my outgoing calls were disconnected for non-payment and I was unable to make any calls. Prior to receiving this information I made a recharge for another airtel number i had ([protected]). and it was successful without any issues. After receiving message of disconnection i made 2 payments of Rs.10 each and still could not make any calls. I made a further payment of Rs.99/- to make urgent calls. My daughter was pregnant and expecting delivery anytime. I emailed Airtel and raised a complaint through the APP (Complaint ID: CONRC3CHN[protected]). But it was deleted from the App help & support after some time without any resolution of the issue. The email i received was that fund not received. I was really shocked and when i called our bankers they told that the amount has already been successfully credited to Airtel. I immediately send a port request for my mobile and shifted to Vodafone idea. I had send numerous emails to [protected]@airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com without any response, except canned replies that this number does not belong to Airtel. They have collected amount from me and now they are neither refunding it nor replying to my queries. I am also planning to port my other number and Airtel DTH too. My bank has already initiated charge back for the payment deducted and I am planning to initiate proceedings in consumer court, Trivandrum. This company is fraudulently cheating unsuspecting customers and deliberately deleting complaints raised through their app. Hope serious attention will be paid to this issue.                             Reply i received on May 17th. I send all the details as requested few days back. Today it is 11 days since i made the payment and our bankers confirmed successful credit to Airtel. They are taking customers for a ride.

                            In case the amount is not reversed to your bank/credit card account beyond 10 working days for recharges through airtel.in, please reply to us with the following details.

                            a. Web site where recharge was done

                            b. Transaction id
                            c. Mode of Transaction payment (Net banking, Debit card or Credit card)
                            d. Bank statement in PDF Format (10 working days statement from the date of recharge)
                            e. Alternate contact number, in case we need to get in touch with you.

                            Finally my bank succeeded in getting a refund from this cheating company by way of chargeback. Attached is the SMS of refund. The appellate staff is a joke. Never trust this idiotic company Airtel. They never reply to your emails. Only canned responses. They delete your complaints raised through their APP without replying. I have stopped using their DTH and all my family members ported to Vodafone Idea. Recently their network had lot of issues too..

                                I am siddhesh my number is [[protected]]. I have recharged with Rs. 100/- on 5/25/2022. Recharge was successful. I got the SMS. But my outgoing call is barred. Please do the needful.

                                I am also facing similar issue. Recharged with Rs.479 and outgoing call barred. Money not refunded even after 12 days. Complaints raised through their app are getting deleted and not responding to emails or sending canned responses. I ported to Vodafone. Planning to raise complaint through consumer court if the issue is not resolved.

                                  This compliant has been done since last 15 days n despite repeated calls n emails, nothing is done by airtel to rectify the broadband issue n phone issue.

                                  It’s such a shame for such a company n it’s executive who told us to shift to fiber optic line for better service m since than internet is not working.

                                    My Airtel broadband connection ID[protected]_dsl is not working since 9th may 2022. I have called airtel customer care numerous times but no resolution on my complaint. I am extremely disappointed with Airtel optical fiber broadband service. Complaint number - [protected]

                                      I was advised by the customer support i need to recharge with unlimited pack to use my sim as the sim is active. However, it's still showing sim not detected and showing as if I've not inserted the sim. I have reinserted the sim and followed all the basic troubleshooting I could. My international roaming as well is on. I'm currently residing in Dubai and Still facing the issue after recharge!!
