I was having a broadband connection but on April 28th, 2022 I requested to disconnect the connection for that I requested a call on the airtel thanks app after that the person who called me told me to pay the outstanding amount which is around 290 rs., I paid that but even after this the calls from airtel continued and asked me to retain the connection but I refused they didn't disconnect the connection and I got the bill for April of 495 rs., I raised this on airtel customer care on the 29th of May, 2022, and asked them about the bill and told them if this is necessary I am ready to pay the bill but please let me know if this mistake is from your side, they told me we will connect but they didn't connect and my bill is just increasing day by day with the due amount.
I want if this bill is legit to pay by me then please let me know and please cut the due amount.

    Hello,

    I raised request for my Airtel broadband and the the service was disconnected in April 22 first week, the technicians came disconnected the cable and took the router. they disconnect only if there are no dues to be paid. So there were no dues from my end. Later in May i receive bill for broadband which i didnt see and continued to get messages in June. It was because they did not deactivate the account. Their 121 call centre is pathetic, everything has to go thorugh a supervisor who is never available after waiting for half an hour on call. After making 4 calls and waiting caught hold of a supervisor and only thing they do is apologize and promised the back end team will look into it and noting has happened till now. Even no confirmation about about my disconnection request or any kind of communication. Even their twitter support is not helping.

      Internet is not working from past 10 days and I have raised a complaint in app and also I have contacted customer care today and they are giving very negligible answers that they are going to resolve it by 21st of June. I have been depandent on Airtel network internet for my office work since I'm in wfh and who is going to pay for 10 days where I was not able to use the internet service? Because of this I paid extra and using internet from Jio.

          I'm trying to PORT from Airtel postpaid, I'm trying to generate UPC, but it does send the UPC code, on trying again it says UPC generation already in process. I've paid the bill in advance still having the issue.

            How to get refund from AirTel on failed transaction?

            It's our Zambia customer's account. I'm Chinese company using FlutterWave to receive their money. FlutterWave said they didn't receive the money. And the customer's account has been detected.

            I've been in contact for 7 weeks with Airtel Zambia, they are very arrogant, don't reply to messages, don't solve problems. They are robbery

            They just closed the process and still didn't refund. It's a little money to Airtel, but it's a lot to me, why Airtel can do this? They are robbery
            Same issue happened with me too. I requested my bank to issue a chargeback on Airtel and finally i got the REFUND. This company cheats customers. Maybe they are collecting money for 5G auction by robbing unsuspecting customers.

              Complaint using the Airtel broadband post which they have assigned a technician visit to premises to attend the issue and which hasn't happened and no one even approached me or called me to tell the reason for disconnection, and this irresponsible act is been carried out till 6 days, they always tell they need next 24 hrs to solve the complain and every time my complain carry forwarded, already 6 days, no Internet still they are telling give me the next .I have called couple of time's to Customer care for an update and fix of my issue and I haven't received any call nor update on resolution...they only play the pre recorded message and that’s the way of

                    Actually last 5 years im using airtel sim and same mobile number +91 [protected], last 1 year i was in dubai, when i was came here i faced lot of problems in my mobile sim,

                    the network is poor here no signal, if activate roaming also does not supporting, i feel very bad using airtel services.

                    the worst things is they dont have proper email support,
                    when im sending any reporting message they some time didnt reply also resoolve als,

                        I tried everything with Apple support but iMessage cannot be activated for my Airtel sim card. The issue is from Airtel’s end. However, there is no way of talking directly to a customer care executive with Airtel. I tried their app and automated customer care number, but it doesn’t address my issue.

Please mark it as a spam, stop SMSs with template mentioned in screenshot and consider this as a written complaint my me to service provider Airtel as I've not subscribed anything to get these kind of SMSs.

                              I am having airtel post paid and broadband fiber connection. My fiber network is down from and till date airtel is sending messages that so and so engineer will visit, it will get resolved but, till date it is not yet resolved.
                              There is no direct line to speak to customer care of broadband, i need dial to postpaid and then get trasnfered to the broadband customer care.
                              I have spoken 3 times with the customer care, but there is no use. Still getting the same messages and no one is visiting to resolve the issue.

                                Airtel, through a contractor, one Mr Kiran, recently laid underground optical fibernet cables in front of my house and along 31st cross road in residential area of Banashankari 2nd stage bangalore. After cable laying, the holes dug up havent been properly filled up. There is a large pothole in front of my house along the cable path . Alao, smaller hoes have opened up along the cable path, that allow rain water ingress and the road tar srface is slowly getting undermined and a large sinkhole may open up any day.
                                A manhole cover, near a junction box pole has been improperly covered, posing threat to scooterists and people walking around Please take note of these issues and address to rectify at earliest. The airtel contactor is not responding to any calls/ messages sent in this regard.

                                  I have done recharge of Rs. 379 (old tariff) on an airtel number of my family member ([protected]) on[protected] through Bajaj finserv app (attached the proof). The number is attached to email id abhijithkumar.[protected]@gmail.com with airtel.

                                  On 25th Nov 2021, I have done another recharge of Rs. 1498 (1 year validity) but the validity of only the later plan has taken effect.

                                  When raised an issue, airtel nodal officer shared the following convoluted clause because of which they cancelled (but haven't refunded my money) the first recharge:
                                  We would like to inform you that, validity will be extended only if you do the recharge with bundle packs like ( old Price point ) Rs. 199/-, Rs. 399/-, Rs. 449/-, Rs. 349/-, Rs. 698/-, Rs. 598/-, Rs. 558/-, Rs. 398/-, Rs. 298/-, (Current and new recharge must be in these recharge plans then only recharge validity will extend).
                                  Please note that, the validity of smart recharge plans ( old Price point ) ex. Rs. 19/-, Rs. 79/- and unlimited plans like Rs. 2498/-, Rs. 2798/-, Rs. 379/-, Rs. 1498/- Rs. 149/- and Rs. 129/- and Rs. 197/- will start from the date of recharge.

                                  What kind of a convoluted rule is this? I expected extension of validity would be the same for all unlimited recharges!

                                  They cancel the recharge, take my money and don't even return it! I would like them to extend the validity for 84 days as per the "cancelled" plan. Thanks.

                                      I made a recharge of Rs.690 to the mobile number [protected] On June 13th 2022 @10:00 Am through Google pay with UPI transaction I'd of[protected] and Google pay I'd of CICAgODP5KTuGQ .
                                      The money has been debited from my Source account and it shows success and after the payment it showed success even in the Airtel app but the second after the payment there is no sign of payment in transaction history of Airtel app and the recharge has not been done to the mobile number. Please help me to solve this problem as soon as possible and help me to get the money back.
