I have port to airtel for a good network but now i feel that it was my mistake i found a poor network and very poor customer care too. C. C are not interested to listen to the customer or to raise a complain. I was told that by 12/08 network will be smooth but still not getting smooth at all. Do needful​ i[censored] can or i have to port after specific period

    A request was raised for conversion of postpaid to prepaid connection, i was asked to pay the due amount which i did. I was told that the request will be processd by monday evening, its wednesday and the request is still pending.

    When i spoke to the outlet manager shridhar he said "either wait for 3 days or take the documents and go" in a very unprofessional tone. He also disconnected the call abruptly. I have been using airtel for 8 years now, and this incident is vey dissapointing. When i walked into the airtel outlet he was not very polite and did not even apologise for his behaviour and instaed argued with me.

    This is an unacceptable behaviour, he also said that he can't explain the samething twice.

      All sms from 15 july 2016 to 16 august2017. The fact is that i have filled the 15 g/h form which is submittedby the incometax department. And he sent a email also. And it happens three or more times but our branch manager is not taking complain. Since i have no record and incometax department already sent sms but they are not present in my mobile. So kindly sent me all sms. Thanking you

        On 6th june, 2017 i have made a online payment of rs 4830 for airtel broadband connection. When airtel representative visited our place and confirmed the connection cannot done at that place, i had to request for the refund through online. I have got an update from airtel on 2nd july, 2017 that my refund is in process and the cheque will be sent by 7th july, 2017. Since then there is no update or cheque received from airtel. Please advise how to take this forward. I am attaching all proofs required.

          I tried raising complain for 4g network coverage problem. The executive was keep on interrupting me during my conversation at 03:50pm (8/16/2017). He just keep on suggesting what i should do though i have informed him that i have done everything that needs to be done from my side as this is the second time i am facing the issue.
          He is just keep on telling that the issue will be resolved soon but though i asked him twice that soon means how many days (Cause i am facing the issue from more than a month, then why i am recharging for 349) finally he replied in the third time that it should not take more than 3-4 days and in a rude way he just cut the call saying that have a good day.

          He did not even ask anything else that he can help me with, which usually kind of responsibility of all the cc executive to asked in the end. So from here you can see how much dominating way he spoke with me. Go ahead and feel free to replay the conversation to know more. I am already frustrated with the 4g problem and again this fellow is behaving this way instead of helping in resolving the issue.

          Let me know if there is any problem else i will connect to some other network. The only thing that has made me to be connected to airtel is the service though it charges maximum compare to any other network. If you people are planning to reduce the service quality by putting some crap people in cc service then please revert me in the mail i will be really happy to be part of some other network..

          Moreover if you are expecting me to keep on compromising with 4g network and neglecting the fact that every time there is some issue i need to compromise the days with the validity of the data pack. That will not happen which means my room mates who all are facing the same issue, and if i port i will make sure that other people who are facing the same issue should not be part of any other rude cc executive.

          However the issue is not resolved yet and still i am facing the problem.I have signal(2/4 bars in signal) it is showing also connected but i am not able to open any website.IF you are going to take again 1 month to resolve the issue kindly refund 349 which i have recharged for this month as well as for the previous month. I am just wasting my money expecting a good service from you. I don't think airtel is maintaining the service quality anymore as it used to be.

          Again i tried to connect to CC executive today and same behavior only thing that is changed is that he asked me for if there is anything else that he can help me with so i asked just let me know ETA to resolve this issue he told he can't give commitment and then then "Thanks for calling airtel have a nice day".

          Why airtel why??WHy you are degrading your services by keeping this kind of crap executive and promoting a recharge of 349 and not able to provide the service.I am not able to open a page and along with me there are 3-4 more people in my area who have the same issue if we have to use our Wifi always then better to switch to some cheaper service provider.Anyways i have been connected to airtel from a very long time but if you have decided to do it in this way i will change and make sure to take some postpaid and prepaid customer with me.It will be a small impact but not small when the news will spread over the office of 10000 employees cause i am sure we 3-4 are not the only one facing the issue.

          You are cheating all other customer as well who have done recharges like 349 by consuming their days with complaints of not receiving the 4g signal.

          Adding the sscreenshot to make you understand my frustration level.

          And not only this in auto mode sometimes it goes to G not even E.
          G means gprs if you don't know and E means EDGE .very frustrated with your service. just want to give you one more chance else be ready for some minor loss.

            Respected sir,
            Im living in a village where there are more than 7500+ peoples are using mobile phones with airtel sim connection. But we don't have clear 3g and 2g network in our area. I have complained about the issue with 'airtel open network' even with 'airtel appellete authority' but no one responding or giving proper solution to my problem.
            Im complaining about the problem since last 6 months but my problem is still pending

              I ported from vodafone to airtel, the process went through on 11th august 2017 at 11.00 pm as per airtels message. I do not have connectivity on airtel sim since the time i inserted it into my handset. (12th august morning).
              Today is the 5th day i am without connectivity due to some internal issue in airtel. I have apparently received a wrong sim, which is not registered for my number. After 4 days of waiting and hoping to get this resolved. I opted to get a new sim cared from airtel gallery, where i was spoken extremely rudely, just because i hadn't bought the sim from that gallery, so much for all india support. Even after receiving the new sim i am still waiting to get network coverage. India's fastest network:- to disappoint and piss off customers. (Verified by independent customer)

                Dear airtel team,

                This is to inform you that i was using airtel postpaid connection no : [protected] and i was not getting the proper network and unable to use the internet issue.

                Last month i have given the complaint on this issue and got the call from technical team and saying that the issue got solved.

                This issue is not solved till date and other issue internet is not working from 3 days and i have change the sim card into other handset but the same problem occurring.

                Suddenly airtel customer care team said technical issue it will be solved with in 72hrs.. But in my office others can able to use the internet and these customer car people are talking rude and giving fake answers to customer.

                Note : now airtel is not in a position to give the better service to customer because of jio. If in this we will move to other operator and best prices are giving.

                  I am an airtel customer for last 14+ years, having had multiple connections in the past and present (Landline, broadband and multiple mobile connections).

                  This complaint is regarding one of my current airtel #s[protected], being in service for many years now.

                  The problem started from may this year. The monthly payment that i have been making through si (From my credit card) got refused for couple of months.

                  I spoke to many people in the customer service around mid of july and subsequently, made 3 payments in the month of july, the last of which was made on 22/7. By virtue of that, i gathered that i have made excess payment to airtel. However my account has even till date been shown in negative. Ironically a day after making the last payment, my outgoing service was disconnected and finally yesterday, my incoming has been stopped as well.

                  Despite writing umpteen posts in the fb, there has not been any meaningful and productive response yet.

                  I have made my mind to sever my relationship with airtel and move elsewhere, with so many enticing options available.

                  I however am amazed to see such pathetic and deplorable customer service from an organisation that has been spending probably millions in tv and media adverts making tall claims about customer focus.

                  I am now only waiting to close this message once and for all before i move out. Can you help in any way, sir?

                    I have recharged with 399 for my mobile number through my airtel app, when the app showed me the offers as 84gb data and 84 days validity, but when coming to the message after recharging i got only 28days validity.

                    When i have logged into my airtel app in the best plans tab it showed me the offer as rs399=unlimitedlocal and std calls along with 84gb data (1gb/day on 4g handsets and 4g sim only) for 84 days.

                    Where as after recharging i got the message as

                    Unltd local/std calss (Mobile+ll). 1gb data only for 28 days.

I have no issues on calls but problem in sms. I request you to please provide me customer care number. There is no option on 121.

                          I have been trying to surrender & cancel my dongle no [protected] from
                          July on wards but still i am getting bill and i have not used the data card. I wish o state that the customer is not served well and the service and the response from the center in sarrakki branch is very poor. We have been visiting your centers several times and cancellation is is not done. As i am an octogenerarian and cant keep visiting centers and making requisitions and again messages keep pouring to make payments. The next action i would be taking upto the consumer court and lodge a complaint. The services have been very very poor compared to other telecommunication services.

                            I have applied for a new airtel dth connection more than 40 days back (July 5th) and even paid rs. 1590 online through my credit card. So far nobody has come to install the dish or to hand over the setup box/remote. I am making repeated calls to 1250, but of no use.

                                After upgrading the sim from 3g to 4g every day i get sms from airtel... And they also alert me if i not upgrading the sim the data service will be stop after 16th august 2017 with existing sim. Please upgrade to 4g sim for free to enjoy continued service..

                                Jio 399 4G pack is the best Network for Browsing the Internet and Downloading speed is also very well. BUT Airtel 399 4G (1GB per day) pack is Worst network for browsing the Internet in My location. I couldn't using 1MB per Day.

                                  I submitted a request of new broadband connection on 6th august 2017 for which i was asked to submit necessary documents and advanced rental for 3 months to avoid unnecessary activation charges etc. I did the same instantly expecting an immediate service reply. The representative told me it would take 3 days for activation and set up to which i agreed. But to my surprise a week passed and i had not got any reply or reason. Later when i called i came to know there was some technical issue. I suffered a lot of business loss due to not getting the internet on time and today i get a call that the problem cannot be rectified at earliest so we are refunding your money.

                                  I really wish to know why do you put on so many advertisements when you cant supply your services to consumers. Why are you fooling people with services you cant supply and how come you call yourself the best at telecom sector, when you cant provide a broadband connection. Who is to answer to the losses i faced.

                                    I have been a airtel-dth subscriber since last 8 years.
                                    Now i had to travel out of india for work.
                                    The dth was in safe custody for 3 months. I requested them for extension for safe custody, which they are unable to provide. All other service providers basically allow the connection to be suspended and daily burn doesn't happen.
                                    For me as i had rs900 in my account balance the services have auto started and i am getting charged even though no one is in my home and the services are not getting used.
                                    Requested the useless customer care representatives who could only suggest disconnection as a solution. They are even sending technicians to my home for cpe recovery even though i clearly mentioned that i am out of country and no one is home.

                                      Need to take some strong action against airtel, more then 45days my airtel no [protected] postpaid to prepaid not done, more than 8 to 10times i call the call center for this issue, i gave request in airtel showroom on 04/07/2017 and cleared all outstanding but still my number not converted to prepaid worst response from aitel and still they not provide any solution and generated one more bill for the same no. Without using the no i got paid last month and now again they ask me clear the outstanding for further process.

                                        People cannot reach my number and i don't know what is happening, i have checked that the calls are not diverted but the caller says my calls are diverted. When i register why is 0 added along with +91, in some places it rewrites as +[protected].
                                        I am not comfortable the bank page that opened in airtel sit was very sneaky, though i entered all information i didn't find it safe.
                                        Kindly do the needful and correct if anything is corrupt, or inform me about the possibility it's better to be in truth than assuming.
