I am suffering a lot due to mismanagement at your Airtel's end. I called the customer care in morning for the activation of my 4G sim numbered SIM[protected]U. She told me steps for the registration. But when I did the same I received below message from 121. "Sorry! This SIM seems to be faulty. Please visit the nearest airtel store to get a new SIM." I called back the customer care and those guys took a new request for new SIM. I received no verification call from customer care. Also. When I tried to call home to known the health status of my little one I saw there was no network in my mobile. How irresponsible you guys could be.. Without delivering and activating new SIM you have deactivated my mobile. I don't know what to do. I am working and have to travel Delhi to Noida.. How risky it could be for a female to travel in night without network connectivity. Hope you can well understand the fact. Since past 6-7 Hours me and my husband is trying and calling. Customer care for the activation of my old SIM But sorry you guys and your management is difficult to deal with. If can understand then please ask them to activate at least my old sim. My new 4G sim is SIM[protected]U Activate either of these.. My old sim or the above given new one

    They are unnecessarily charging money.
    They kept my sim card for suspension so, every month bill is generated which they are forcing me to pay.
    So, kindly help me sir in deactivating the sim card

      Bumper Offer! RC25 = Rs 75 Talktime + 75MB 3G data & also make Loc & STD calls @ 36p/m (1.2p/2s) for 15 Days (Extra benefit in next 48hrs). Sir/Madam I have received the above message from TD - 612830 on 10 Aug 15 at 06:09 pm on my airtel number. I have recharged the same but only 125 mb were provided. What about the other benefit as mentioned in the above message? Further, I am very unsatisfied from services provided by the toll free customer care (198). I have called three times. Two times call were not received after 5 min conversation. Once call were received but he has cut the call without solving the query. I want justification on the query otherwise I will take this matter to the higher level. Mohan Mob. No- [protected]

        I recently went to Airtel Relationship center ( Branch Rammurthy Nagar, beside Mega Mart, Bangalore) to convert my prepaid to Postpaid connection. I raised a request on 31st July and waited for 3 days to get the sim activated. I went to their store on 5th August 2015 and they said that it will be done within 2 hours and I waited for a day and on Friday 7th August 2PM I lost my connection. Neither of Postpaid and prepaid sim are activated. I tried calling the Store and they were not responding. Worst thing happened on saturday they made me come to their store for 4 times each time promising me that it will be done within 2 hours. THis is the worst service that I never expected from airtel. The store gave their contact number and one of their representatives number also but no one will respond. My sim is not activated even now. I am still not able to make any calls or not receive any and customer care are telling that it will be done within 4 hours from the past 12 hours. I am fed up with the service and want to migrate to other provider once the number gets activated. Worst Worst service ever and work Airtel relationship service center ever.

        This is the 6th day since my Number was deactivated and there is no response from any one.

        When I call customer care, they are saying me to check with Airtel relationship center and when I go to a center, they are asking me to call the customer care and wait for some time.

        I am not able to make any calls even though I am signal, the verification team has verified my details 5 times without any proper result.

        I am really fed up with the service and want to change the service.

          On 31st of July, 2015, internet service was down so on 1st of Aug, 2015 I called 121 and raised a complaint with the complain no. 58174766 and I was told that by 2nd of Aug the issue will be resolved. I got frequent sms alert from Airtel about rescheduling to resolve the issue. With no further response I called up again on 4th Aug, and I was told that their backend team would call me to fix the issue. Again there was no response from them so I called on 5th Aug, they told me the same thing that there is some backend issue and it will be rectified the very next day. I called them again on 6th Aug, now instead of resolving the above complain number, they closed the previous complain and raised a new complain number[protected]. Since then I have been calling them on 7th, 8th, 9th and 10th of Aug. This is a really pathetic service provided by Airtel. I pay my bills on time but I can't expect the kind of service I need in return. I'm getting rid of this connection in a few days and I'll never recommend anyone to opt the service from Airtel.

          Hi Mr. Charan

          I have already applied for cancellation on 11/08/2015 with reference number 58503880.
          I got a call from Airtel retaintion at 9:12am 12/08/2015 regarding fixing the issue before 12pm but I didn't get any further response.
          Again at 3:07pm I got a call from Airtel retaintion giving me assurance that the problem will be fixed within 7pm and still there is no response. Why should I go for Airtel fixed line service?
          Very good service from a Multi-Billionaire company called Bharti Airtel.

              I have an Airtel connection, No. [protected], relationship no. [protected]. used in Airtel router from 27.07.15 when we on the router it could not connected with this router. last 03.08.15 I have went to airtel care near M.G.Road metro station(Kolkata)they have lodge a complaint, complaint no 63715276.dated:03.08.15.and told me that service engineer will go to my address and solve the problem. but till now no body came to my flat for solve like this problem.
              Today when i again went to the airtel care near M.G.Road metro station(Kolkata) repeatedly told me they have again forward this complaint .Asper care for solving this problem I have to change my bill plan.
              So, I don't want new bill plan and I want to surrender my airtel connection.

                My airtel network is totally down from sunday[protected] morning, when I called for the customer care they have mentioned me that the sim card number was mis-entered as my proposal from prepaid to postpaid migration is in process. As I need my number for banking purposes. I don't have any Airtel Retail Centre near my place as I need to travel long. The customer representative who assisted me asked to visit the nearest ARC as this is the only option for me. The only question is why should go and resolve my problem with Airtel Relationship Centre when I did all my process through online services. Really I did not expect this kind of reluctant reply from the airtel customer service. The representative name is jagadeesh. Please note this is the issue from the airtel end when they try to migrate my prepaid to postpaid proposal they wrongly entered my sim number detail. Please note the proof details which I sent through mail and the email id - Airtel Myplan

                  We had filed a request - online - for the disconnection of our fixed mobile phone no. [protected] on[protected], and had submitted scanned copies of the documents required by Airtel. We paid a bill on 22-6-15 for Rs. 360. We received a bill for the period 2- June to 1 st July 2015 for which we contacted Airtel at kalkaji, New Delhi and informed them that the request for disconnection has been filed. We have received yet another bill now for the period 2nd July to 1st Aug 2015 along with arrears. I can see that Airtel has made it a practice to keep piling up bills even after disconnection and finally handover the "case" to a lawyer who threatens the party to extract money.                     Airtel 3G internet is not working during the evening periods, where i ought to be, I am not satisfied with the service. Same as in my mobile and as well as with the wifi connection(Airtel). When I switch on the internet service, it takes more than 30 minutes and that too, the connection is not stable after 30 minutes.

                    Hi, I have already registered a complaint with Ref No. 63785557 in 121 on August 2nd for slow 3G network. I recently transferred my sim from prepaid to postpaid and from day one I am facing this issue. I am using coperate sim of 999 pack. Among 55 packs am using all the 48 packs for 3G data and the 3G net speed is very very slow and my money is getting wasted. I am not able to make any video calls with this 3G net pack. When I was using prepaid sim then I used to recharge for 3G pack and was able to make video calls very effectively. But since then I converted to Postpaid and being provided by the 4G sim 3G net is not working properly. According to the last communication, this was supposed to resolved by 4 working days, but still the issue is not fixed and I am fed up of calling customer care and explaining the same issue again and again. So I want this to be fixed by today or else I am going to discontinue from using Airtel.

                      I had a number with airtel from last 2-3 years but few days back they just disconnected my number due to non-usage. I called them to re-activate the number and i went to the nearest store as well even i am ready to pay for that number also but they are denying to help me. A representative of airtel told me that this number was disconnected on 29th of july and when i called again in artel they said that this number is already issued to anyone else. I am calling them from last 3-4 days regarding the same and everyone is giving me different-2 excuses. I want to reactivate that number as that number is attached to my several accounts.

                        Respected Sir,
                        I did online recharge of Rs.91 for my mobile no.[protected] from my airtel app on 27th July, 2015 through my SBI credit card. The payment was succesful to them but my recharge eventually failed. I made the company aware by loadging complaint no. BAL|Ref18664993| and they intimated me that they will refund me the said money within 10 days (i.e., by 6th August, 2015). But till now i have not received my said amount back.

                            Before 25 days i ported my number [protected] to airtel. After activation of sim its incoming SMS service is not working. I raised many complaints against the issue to customer care, nodal officer, appellete officer and airtel store. They did help me and i am still facing these problems.

                                Airtel: One of the worst and fake service providers … cheating on existing customers.. not sure how they will treat their new customers… Me and my husband shifted to UK with an Airtel Number having international roaming activated on it. We were told that to continue the services, you need to have either an Outgoing Call or at least an SMS, to continue this Airtel Number. In case, there is no outgoing call/sms for continuous 3 months, the number will be disconnected. There was a monthly fee associated with this international roaming service too. I checked my phone yesterday and there was no network in it. I tried every method to make it select the network (Automatic or Manual), but it was not selecting the network at all. I recharged it with Rs 200 to make it working as suggested by customer care, but that also didn’t work. Then I sent an email to the customer care who in reply told me that the number is been allotted to someone else last month... WTF… how is this possible…. I couldn’t believe them as I sent an SMS through that number on 19th May 2015. But Airtel simply allocated the number to someone else even before the completion of 3 months. 3 months from 19th May should be 18th Aug but the number was allocated to someone else on 20th July only. This is really unfortunate that being the number 1 subscriber in India, you are still cheating people. All my One Time Passwords were related to that number and I was receiving them till last month. What will i do now? They are saying that they can’t help and you need to come to India to submit the documents and you will be given a new number. I am helpless now… what to do… I can’t do any transaction online… I have been cheated and given this kind of treatment without any fault…. I will certainly take this matter up.. and won’t let Airtel cheat on customers further like that…

                                No information have been provided as of now.. and my ongoing number have been taken by you and given to someone else...

                                You are a big cheater and totally fraud... You are the worst in the industry with no care of the existing customers and can't say about the new customers...

                                I tried to contact you but you have simply given the solution by saying that we can't return your old number as it is been alloted to someone else..

                                I will never recommend your services to any new customer, especially those who are travelling abroad and want to use Airtel's service...

                                  As per Airtel refund on money of failed transaction should be credited within 11 days. My son M.Harsh made 2 internet transaction of Rs. 995 for his mobile number [protected] . the transaction are 939543 and 940171. both trasactions failed and airtel has still not credited the money to my account even after 40 days.The matter has been escalated to nodal officer and appelate level. in spite of their assurance and promises the money has still not been credited to my account.

                                    Call divert not working for my chennai airtel mobile. I tried to call customer care, they are not taking complaint regarding this. Your customer care is unskilled enough to handle customer complaints. WHen I register call divert on mobile using **21* mobile no#, it is successful, but when I call my airtel, IVRS says "Number you are trying to call does not exist".But when I deactivate my call divert service, I start receiving calls on my airtel number. Take this as my complaint and please resolve this issue

Your guidelines in dealing with Customers state that you are committed to providing high and consistent levels of service to customers, that you subscribe to the philosophy that the customer is the reason you exist, that you treat customers with utmost respect and courtesy; you encourage responsiveness, you wish to represent fair and correct information, you do not exaggerate the quality, features and availability of a product or service; you even go as far as to say that you endeavour to understand the issue from the customer’s perspective and try to provide solutions and would never provide misleading or false assurances or information at any time. So you say (but not practice, not always). Almost each and every assurance and commitment of yours goes for a toss. Please read on: I had applied for an Airtel 4G broadband internet connection on from 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019, Police Station Ballygunge on 14.01.2013. You insisted that I must pay INR 4800 to be approved for the connection i.e. you made it mandatory that I need to pay the sum to purchase a 4G wifi router from Airtel only. I was advised in clear terms that the 4G service at 11/1 Sunny Park would be perfect and Airtel would offer lightning-fast speeds of communication. I paid vide cheque no. 000524 drawn on Kotak Mahindra Bank and dated 14/1/13. You provided the 4G router with IMIE [protected], SIM[protected]. As I was in urgent need for a fast connection, I did as you advised, in good faith. However, you/Airtel failed to provide me with a 4G connection at Sunny Park. In this connection, you may refer to my innumerable complaints, made since 2013, both verbal as well as in writing. The complaints of not being provided any 4G service at 11/1 Sunny Park have continued until recently. Upon Airtel not being able to find a solution nor being able to provide a working 4G connection, I have asked you – more than once – that the wifi router be taken back by you and full refund be made to me as it was not working as promised by you. You have refused to do so even though you are guilty of forcing a sale of a telcom product stating that the connection would be provided only if I purchased the router only from Airtel. After sale, you are unable to provide me any 4G connectivity. In fact, I am given to understand that – without my consent, approval, even knowledge, you have tampered with the router and/or connection and converted the original plan from 4G to 3G/4G!!! Therefore, by this letter, sent under registered post, I make my final demand of being compensated for the losses incurred by me owing to an inexcusable service deficiency of non-performance despite promises. I demand refund of: INR 4800 together with interest from date of purchase, until paid being cost of a product which has not worked at 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019, Police Station Ballygunge; Entire rental for the entire period charged by you together with interest from date of invoicing, until paid being rental charged for no-usage at 11/1 Sunny Park, Kolkata 700019, Police Station Ballygunge; I demand that the aforesaid sums be paid to me within 21 days from date of this notice, failing which I shall have no other recourse but to petition Honourable Courts for justice.
