1. Airtel prepaid, airtel.in don't explain the packs. I recharged with 99 pack in bangalore, website dosen't says that amount will go into special account, which is not visible, just we can identify the balance, by calling some special number.
2. With 0 balance, prepaid customer can not reach to the customer support desk, even though if they are rich in special account balance.
3. The call, will always say you are out of balance, but still i can connect to the my contacts and the call amount will deduct from my special account.
4. If there is any thing called special account where is my Account number.
5. I was postpaid customer, I called to customer support for network issues, the questions i received from there,
a) which area you are facing this issue?
b) How long you are facing this?
c) What time you face this most?
...etc
If i have to do the network testing for you, why should i pay bills to you?
d) They say issue is due to the SIM, change the SIM and network issues will resolve. If your SIMs can give trouble in 3-4 months, why should one pay for new SIM. You should improve your SIM quality.
e) Sir, we don't have enough network issues in bangalore, your SIM might have issue. This statement, goes to every second user. If you have all SIM's not working, and network is so awesome form you, why don't you get new SIM provider.
6. Due to network issue, i wanted to move to Prepaid, i went to their customer store around 10 times, every time they asks to come again after some time, they are out of stock. If you guys are out of stock for SIM's, why don't you shutdown your company. I guess, SIM's are there only for new consumers.
Airtel sucks!!! Worst company ever seen. Then your cusotmer support desk manager asks us to show, on website, where there is 99 pack. When i asked them why on your website, it doesn't talk about special account. Also, he asks where they have mention as if it will go to main account. They need English classes, because they are not well educated i guess because website speaks about recharge you mobile(acocunt), which is main account only, untill you inform your user, that there is something called special account as well.
Overall, i am feeling cheated/looted by Airtel. Anything done with my money, without informing where it is(hiding information about money), is equal to looted.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
