He said that kindly provide your account detail debit card detail for the reimbursement of the deduction amount.
But i think account no and name is sufficient for the transfer of any amount.

    I applied for MNP conversion from Aircel to Airtel(Mobile No:[protected]) on 8.8.2015.On 17.08.2015 i got a message saying that porting will be done at 22.54. PM on the same day.The next day i changed my SIM and put on the new Airtel MNP SIM.until now there is no signal.Rules is that no service period should be between 12-5.00 AM.But they dont obey these rules.I have called their customer care from another number and they keep repeating that the signal will appear soon..but how soon?

      Hi, We are not able to make or receive calls in our area. This is happening in my area from past 3 months. Everyone using airtel is affected. I have raised the complaints with the company three times and still issue is not resolved. They close the request without even consulting the customer.         Customer Name: MohammedArif Bhairakadar Date of Incident: 19/08/2015 Mobile Number: [protected] Description: My airtel prepaid mobile balance got deducted several time on 19/08/2015 early morning; For clarification I called Airtel customer care 121 & 198 but they told that" I used data services during 4 AM till 7:40AM in Morning on 19/08/2015", but i disabled data services on my mobile 15 days ago; i didn't even use 1KB of data from last 15 day. I asked where i can lodge this complaint then customer care executive from Airtel told " you can go to police station" This is totally wrong; they are stealing money right under our noses & now we are asking why you did it; they are telling go to police station; this is not acceptable.           I have already applied for porting my number [protected] from airtel prepaid(wb) to postpaid for ncr region. The airtel customer executive called me up and then after talking for quite a few days, one person turned up at my address and took all the details from me along with a sum of rupees of 250. He also handed me a receipt of the same.

          He added that the activation would occur within two working days. Already a week had passed by. Since, i called them up once from my friend's number, so they are calling and irritating him, although they have my contact number.

          Being irritated, i called them up from my number and asked them to call me up on mine. But to my amusement, they called up his number the next day and informed him about something which was never been decided between the company and me.

          I hold the employees accountable. And i am very irritated. The serial number of my customer relationship form is dlpe 996423.

            Someone cheat me of Rs.5000/- through vodafone billdesk pos[protected]. dt-13.08.15 ( Stilling my debit card & OTP sent my mob no. ).

            I had complain to Police station. Also contacting to punjab, UP police .

            I am seeking from Vodafone the details of that billdesk no. but they did not respond.

            According to RTI I have a right to have the record.

              Airtel Broadband connection was given along with a lifetime warranty. Now the router is not functioning properly from past few months. I have made many complaints and the technician has confirmed that the router has gone bad. Since then, all complaints and tickets are being closed by Airtel without resolving the matter. Neither the company is replacing the router not repairing it with an excuse that the lifetime warranty is no more valid. Though when i took the connection, it was promised. Many complaints have been made but the ticket gets closed on its own stating the issue is resolved. Also, the IVR service is pathetic as most of the time one cannot get through the IVR, if lucky enough, the call gets disconnected. The company is cheating it's legacy customers. How can the company sell a product with a promise and later declare it is not applicable. This is purely a case of breach of agreement.                 I ([protected]) received a phone call from airtel with respect to porting my number from vodafone to airtel by offering me a plan 999. This plan included ( screenshot of the sms received is attached below): 2500 minutes local/std 1000 sms 4 gb - 4G data Unlimited 2 G Airtel- airtel 20p/sec Airtel - other 30p/sec I was in touch with Mr. Arun ([protected]). Somebody from airtel had come to collect the porting charges Rs. 250 and issued me a new sim card. After that my address verification, telephonic verification had been completed. My number was ported on 5th August 2015 midnight. To my surprise i was given a special plan of 199. After call the customer care multiple time I was informed that my selected plan will be activated within 5 days. Today its 19th August 2015, 15 DAYS have passed, I have called customer care multiple times but no body could help me, I have visited airtel store and even they could not help me . On the top of it Mr. Arun ([protected]) has switched off his number, which makes me hang in between. I am charged according to the plan I didnt approve. Please note I am highly dissapointed with this porting procedure, where no body could help me with my complaint. I have been writing mails and all I receive back that this plan is not available and kindly give us more details. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL ACTIVATE MY DESIRED PLAN ASAP

                  Hi, It’s been more than one week and my number is still not activated, the new sim has no network and I am unable to dial the given number. every time I have been asked to call the number ‘[protected]’ for activation, however the lady who picked the call informed me that address is not yet verified and will send some representative for verification, this has still not happen yet. I have provided all the necessary documents. I got message SIM card registration failed, I got a message that “airtel activation update: Address verification for mobile no. [protected] was unsuccessful. For details please contact the nearest airtel outlet”.                       Yesterday my 150/- rs were cut due to usage of mobile data though i dont use mobile data. when i called up at airtel's customer care...the executive who attended me was very rude and didnt have any sense to talk to. As a customer i can ask where my money has gone, but the way he was talking to me was totally acceptable. he kept on saying "i told you what i have to now i am cutting ur call" dont expect such a bad service and behavior from this big service provider. Really disappointed

                        I am Mahesh and is user of Airtel mobile services from Oct. 2005 . I was admirer of services of the airtel . But for last one year i was facing the problem of poor network quality in my home . I complained 4-5 times . But no solution. I requested for porting out on 15.07.2015 and ported out to idea on 21St July. Dear friend my data usage was just 750 MB maximum per month in my last 4 years but Suddenly after porting out i have used 390 MB in 11 days & have charged 390 + Service charge extra . where as my usage checked on 20th july was 215 MB only . Actually Airtel do not customer now . rthey are money making machine only . I can never think of coming back to such a cheater service provider Mahesh Kumar Sharma [protected]

                          I have applied MNP service for changing cercle from Up to MP where I have shifted, first time I applied from shop they said it will take 1 week bit after 12 days I complained n they returned money. N said you should applied at airtel center I went near by airtel center and did same procedure on 8th august but it has been almost more than 10, days my problem is not resolved. Please do the need full I am suffering a lot not able to fill my balance properly as dealer said the balance will not be carried forward. Please do the need full I have also did online complained here is complain no. PR[protected].

                              I have a 4G connection that I have been using for more than 6 months. I use this with my computers / phone 2 months ago I purchased a ZTE hotspot from Airtel's dealer in Hebbal Kempapura, Bangalore. I told him that I was already using their router and wanted the hotspot to get portability and the ability to use it when there is a power outage He confirmed my address and informed me that it would work at that address. I had no speed issues till about 2 weeks ago I use this connection sporadically when I have to work from home or when he move around. Based on their agent's advice, I had reset it once to restore the speed 2 weeks ago On the 8th of this month, the speed fell to 2.3Mbps when I was using it in Palace Guttahalli ( a central area of Bangalore ) I reset the hotspot but that did not help. I called the customer care team and got a reference number 63867686 and their floor supervisor Mausam informed me that it would be resolved by the 12th On the 11th, I called their team and spoke with a frontline agent who confirmed that they were working on the issue and that I would get a resolution by 5PM on the 12th No one bothered to call me on the 12th. Hence I called their callcenter late that evening and a supervisor called Kirpan offered to escalate the issue to the network team to reach me with a solution the next morning ( 13th morning ) At 11:30 on the 13th, their network engineer Channabasappa called me. He was completely clueless about the issue and I had to repeat the issue to him. When I asked him why they did not get me a solution the previous day, he said that they did not get the complete information from their call center. He offered to send some one to check my connection On the 14th morning, another engineer called Asif spoke with me and promised to come across before 4:30PM that evening. Obviously, he did not come across That evening, I called their callcenter and spoke with a supervisor called Sanil Raj. He said that their team inspected the connection and closed the complaint at 2:43PM saying that the signal strength was weak inside my house in Hebbal Kempapura. I asked him to put it in writing since no one came home. He said that he was not authorized to give anything in writing. I asked him to get his manager call me At 9PM on the 14th a person called Harish called me. He claimed to be the Customer Service Manager 4G, Pan India. He repeated what Sanil said and when I asked him to mail me what they found, he said that he was not authorized to do so. He offered to get a lady called Archana call me on the 15th by 12 noon and confirm the written communication Till now Archana has not called me nor do I have a written communication from Airtel I have recorded all the calls that I made to Airtel and the calls that Channabasappa, Asif, Sanil Raj and Harish have made I have also sent their CEO's office a screenshot from their site where they confirm that the incident is closed but without providing a reason. I had an agent called Muddasar mail me stating that they did not have my phone number to talk to me. I have informed him that if he wished to, he could have got my 4G # from the complaint number and my phone number from my 4G number. I have also informed him that I am not interested in speaking with him and want a written communication By tomorrow ( the 19th ) I want an email from who ever works in Airtel explaining what they did from their side before closing the complaint If they do not do so, the email that I have sent their CEO and all the voice recordings are going to the consumer forums and I am going to complain to TRAI about Airtel's ethics

                              If you read my post correctly, I asked you guys a set of simple questions

                              a) What did Airtel do between the time I raised the complaint on the 8th of August and 2:43PM on the 14th when your team closed the complaint

                              b) Who was the gentleman / or what was the team on whose recommendation / analysis this complaint was closed

                              c) Did that team / gentleman contact me before the complaint was closed

                              You, probably, do not understand simple English. Fortunately the consumer forums and my lawyer understand English

                              Tell me in simple English and on an email your answers to the 3 questions I have posed afresh for you

I received new sim from airtel store aashiyana lucknow on 7th august 2015, they charged 176 rs for that. My old sim's registration failed just after 2 days of application but my new sim is not activated yet.                                   On 15th Aug 2015 around 7 PM I have recharged my no. [protected] with Rs.209 becoz there was an offer on my Airtel app ie 2GB 3G data for 28days as I attached screen shot of my mob.
                                  But at that moment data was credited only 1 GB so I called Airtel Customer care (198) for the same at the same time and he also checked that data should be credited 2GB but credited only 1GB (you can also check the recorded call ) and logged my complain no. CBNRD[protected] and asked me to wait till 18th Aug 2015. But today I also called on 198 but ur person is saying offer was only 1GB and that has been credited.


                                  So pls chk and credit 1 GB 3G data to my Mob.

                                    I have port my number form Airtel to Vodafone on 12 July 2015. In airtel my plan was 999, after including tax it might be 1122. My mobile bill cycle was 2nd of every month. Now airtel has charged me RS.801 for 12 days. When i ask about RS.801 bill they said that my service was stoopd on 10th July. however they didn't inform me earlier for that. so on last 2 days what i done usage in my mobile that is very costly. for 11 days my mobile bill should be less than Rs.400. I requested them to launch my complain, i told them to generate my bill according to my bill plan because you have not informed me earlier. But i didn't get any response. Every day i am getting call about bill. Please consider my complain against there hidden charges and extra charges. Airtel must have to give me bill details also before they charge me. But they did nothing and asking RS.801 Charge

                                      I have 3 Airtel prepaid mobile connections used by me and my wife. We are abroad. I find that very often fraudulent deductions are made by Airtel from the mobile accounts and the balance gets deducted even when we do not make any outgoing calls, nor answer any incoming calls nor send any SMS. We have lost a lot of money due to such fraudulent deductions made by Airtel. We have been asking Airtel to furnish the Call Barring PIN to enable us bar incoming/outgoing calls when we are roaming abroad and unbar it when we are in India. Even after repeated mails to Airtel, the eunuchs in Airtel have still not bothered to respond and furnish the Call Barring PIN. The numbers are [protected], [protected] and [protected]
