We had 2 connections in same home.My internet connection went down on august 3rd, when we tried to complain your call operator told us that we can lodge a complaint for 2 n.os with only 1 complaint number, when airtel guy came, he told no complaint for my n.o, next is when i gave complaint on august 7th, they have resheduled my request 5 times and my internet has not yet been correct.Why are you guys so careless about the customers, if you cant provide the service, please dont provide.Very dissapointed by such an attitude from an MNC like airtel
Next is today morning when i tried to disconnect my connection by calling to your customer care, your executive didnt took my request to disconnect telling that unable to transfer the call to the concerned department
