I requested for a new airtel broadband connection. The sales dealer ([protected]) called me and verified my detail and asked me to pay online. I gave the documents to another guy who came to house ([protected]). After I payed online I didnot get any confirmation or anything. I tried reaching the sales dealer 1000 times and once she picked and said she will do the needful immediately.

The next week, I tried reaching the guy who came to my home. This guy never attended my 1000 calls. I was unable to raise a complaint since i dont have an airtel number.

I then sent mail to [protected]@gmail.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com. One lady from [protected] called and said she will look into the issue and cut the call without letting me talk. The airtel dealers in chennai are really crappy.

Can someone help me to cancel the connection request and refund my 1000 rupees.

My name is Sheik Mohamed and I called Airtel broadband customer care ( the number I noticed in a adv board placed in all house gates) for new connection. The call wasn't answered but I got a call in few mins from [protected] claiming that she is calling from Airtel with regards to my call to Airtel BB number.

She checked the feasibility at my location and informed me provide documents and 550rs money to her representative who came to my office on Friday 9th Oct'15. I gave him ([protected])the money and send an email to [protected]@gmail.com confirming that. No receipt via email or from the collection agent.
Now both numbers are switched off and I think I got cheated.

Pls help..
This is absolutely atrocious. I have requested for an AIRTEL Broadband and landline connection through the AIRTEL WEBSITE, a lady calls from the number [protected] and sends someone to collect the cash and documents. I had paid the amount of Rs 1000 and when I later call the number it is on call waiting and then rings unending and no response no matter how long I try. I also do see the above number and person has cheated a lot of people. Kindly do the needful or I will have to take legal action as I had requested for the connection only online and not to any person manually. Please email to cardin.[protected]@gmail.com

    We had 2 connections in same home.My internet connection went down on august 3rd, when we tried to complain your call operator told us that we can lodge a complaint for 2 n.os with only 1 complaint number, when airtel guy came, he told no complaint for my n.o, next is when i gave complaint on august 7th, they have resheduled my request 5 times and my internet has not yet been correct.Why are you guys so careless about the customers, if you cant provide the service, please dont provide.Very dissapointed by such an attitude from an MNC like airtel Next is today morning when i tried to disconnect my connection by calling to your customer care, your executive didnt took my request to disconnect telling that unable to transfer the call to the concerned department

      I am Jyoti Patil. Last week I have purchased 4G Dongle from Airtell as it has been told to me that in my area 4G connectivity is available. The marketing perosn Mr.Vijay has come to my place and shows me the demo of 4G speed with his dongle. And so I have purchased the dongle. But now I am getting 3G connectivity. So I have given complaint to Airtell Customer Care, so they informed me that in my area Airetll is not having 4G connectivity. So its been cheating on selling 4G dongle and then telling that they can't provide 4G in my area. I fact I was fully satisfied with my Tata Photon with 3G speed, but for 4G I have replaced my TataPhoton dongle with Airetll. So its been disgusting and cheating to a customer. And now for this complaint I am fighting daily with Airtell Customer Care. I spoken with Mr.Maoulik, the manager of Airtell Customer Care. He promised me that he will personally look in this matter and will give me a call back. But I have not received a single call back from Airtell Customer Care. How irresponsible the Airtell Company is? They are not concern at all with Customer once they sold a product. Daily I am calling them and asking about the solution. I have taken the 4G Plan of 8GB for 1500/- and at the cost of 4G they are giving me 3G. While my Tata Photon plan was 15GB for 1124/-. So I have been a total loss on dogle and plan also. Please I recomend not to beleive on the Airtell marketing person for 4G connection. They are cheating to the customers.

        This is our corporate connection and we already done 15 numbers ported from Reliance to Airtel for same issue and I compaint many time in Airtel customer care as well as Airtel branch but still the problem is same only I got messages from the airtel customer care that my problem has been resolved but its not true. If the problem will not resolve than these all numbers will be port in IDEA. [protected]

            I want to port my VODAFONE to AIRTEL for that I have submit all the require documents to their executive with payments of Rs.100/- for new SIM on 30th Aug2015 and after that they said it will take 1 week for activation but not yet active. I spoke one of tele marketing executive She is committing me that sir it will activated by tomorrow but its not doing anything. Everyday I am making calls to their customer care executive but they are not giving me any proper answer. They only saying that all the procedure are in process and they are procrastination my request. I spoke to their executive regularly her name & number is Shweta ([protected]), Sangam, Rahul.

              This is regarding my airtel mobile prepaid no ([protected]) Today i.e.12/08/2015, I have done online data recharge of Rs.96 (1GB 2G Data for 30 days validity). The recharge was unsuccessful twice due to technical problem, but the amount was deducted both time from my Bank A/c. Further I did the recharge of Rs.189 (350 MB 3G data for 28 days), but i received 2G data of 1Gb valid till only 18th August 2015. I donot understand when i have opted for 28 days validity datapack, why the recharge is done only for 1 week. The datapack choosen from the online offers of Website amount benefit validity rs. 189 350 MB 3G, 28 days +50 TT 28 days recharge Further i have logged a complaint with Airtel, but still response is received.                 Raised a new request for broadband. Airtel confirmed that till 8Mbps speed available in my area and socket available to give a connection. After confirmation submitted doc and amount Rs.1000/-. Later engineers saying that no socket connection available. Raised a compliant with Airtel and customer engineer called to me on last Friday and confirmed that new connection possible and we will provide, our engineer will call you back today for that. But didnt get any call. When i call back to customer care again saying that no connection to be provided.

                  I'm very unhappy from my airtel 4g broadband([protected]) as it's not working from 6 days. And another shocking news i've heard from airtel executive engineer that some else is also using my internet with the same ip addresse of mine and consumed all my 4g data. I am left with nothing and i want my money back which i have paid to airtel a total amount of airtel Rs 2600. I want this as soon as possible.                       I had given all documents along with fees Rs 250/- to migrate from Airtel prepaid to postpaid on 28-Jul-2015 to agent from Karshini solutions ([protected]). I got a postpaid sim from agent. But till now it was not converted. My number ported fron Chennai to Delhi airtel on 10-Jul-15, this was also informed to agent whether this can be done or not?                         Airtel Call Manager Service does not work

                        My mobile number is [protected] . Every month Airtel deducts Rs 30 from my prepaid account for availing this service . Most of the time the service does not work due to network problem . When I dial *323# it says " external application down " . The customer care executive cannot solve the problem . They only tells me to wait till the network problem is solved . How come every two or three days this network problem surfaces on its own ?...

                            Have plan of 650 unlimited which mean 3gb data at 4g speed and then the net would work but the speed would reduce. 1st month recd proper bill. 2nd month have been charged 900+, some unneccessary charge of RS. 200 have been applied without my concern. I have raised the complaint for billing about a month ago with airtel on email, calls, etc but no response. There has been no internet service for about more than 25 days and have raised the complaint with but still they have again added new bill of 800+, how can they do this, when there is no service how the bill be generated. Please look into to this

I have just lost my mobile (on 11th August at about 8 p.m. in an auto) with airtel postpaid sim card - number [protected]. please block this sim to avoid any misuse.                                   There is a recent increase of an amount in airtel 3g data pack from rs.127 to rs.198 on April month for 1gb 3g data use... and now again raised the amount rs.198 to rs.255 for 1gb 3g date use how can a middle class person can afford this much can to dont think of it airtel? i have been using this number since 9yrs but unfortunately today im felling like an hell o[censored]sing it. i hate airtel now not only me all our relations, friends and families hate it of increasing of cost in everything we better decided to port our number to another network good luck to u AIRTEL u sucks.
