Dear Sir, It is very surprising your company is doing lots of marketing on “Airtel 4G” but you are not taking care of your existing customers.The number mentioned in subject is dead from last 20 days.I have recently purchased 2 4G connection fro my company and planning for some more devices.Your broadband services in Faridabad is Very poor.I think our decision with Airtel was wrong.I would like to request please review the problem and close it asap.I have few more quires for other broadband numbers.Your cable is disconnected and connection is not working from last 20 days. We purchased a broadband “[protected]_DSL” before two months.Speed of the connection 2MBPS. Please note following points which I have collected during follow-up with Airtel Team. Me:—What is Reason that we are not getting Speed more than 2 MBPS In Sector 15 Faridabad?. Airtel:- There is no feasibility of more than 2 MBPS. Me:-Why? Airtel:- Copper is very old from Sector 12 Faridabad to Sector 15 Faridabad.It will take some time in change. Me.How much time.? Airtel: Don’t have any Idea. I would like to request you please send my concern to your senior and discuss my issue with your team.Please ask them to sudden visit Sector 10 office from where these all activities operated and dropped.You know Sector 15, 16 of Faridabad is most prominent area of Faridabad.Should I purchased 4 G and disconnect all broadband.     My Airtel prepaid number [protected] has been deactivated with no valid reason. As per airtel policy, the number will be deactivated, only if there is no usage for more that 90 days. But my prepaid number was deactivated even before 40 days of no usage. I have made outgoing call to "+[protected]" on 3rd week of June from my prepaid number and the total usage was around Rs.100. But my prepaid number was deactivated on 7th Aug 2015. Getting frustrated after seeing improper replies from Airtel customer care saying the number cannot be given back.         I have made a recharge of 243 on my number [protected] with txn i.d. 300426 as it was showing me 1gb 3g data on airtel app in my handset. But afterwards I got a message that I have 200mb 3g data for 7 days only. Then Customer care is telling me that your money can not be refunded, this offer is not valid for you. It means they are fooling us with airtel app. Please refund my money after deducting 200mb data cost.

            Yesterday night i recharged 280rs through airtel android application, i got message from 121 the recharge is initiated, but didn't get the amount, customer care told no data is regarding 280rs. 'Txn id:"[protected]", my airtel account name is wrong displaying, not getting proper details.

                  Hi, We have recently subscribed for Airtel Digital TV, with the package consisting of 25 HD channels and other standard channels, but we aren't getting the service as mentioned in Airtel website. Only 2-3 HD channels are working and other channels are also having low performance. Even after registering complaint Airtel isn't solving this. Kindly help

                    In last 2 months, I have visited Airtel centre in Chembur, Mumbai 'n' number of times and I had once escalated my issue to higher govt. authorities and copied CEO of Airtel and thats when the issues was resolved. I seriously want to understand what is the quality standards you follow? have you ever checked how your staff is working at the customer care centre? Have you ever looked at the feedback given by the customers in the feedback book? I doubt it. There are so many complaints against the staff of Chembur Airtel Centre but I don't see anything happening from the company to improve the quality. In the era of Information and technology, where things are getting resolved online and remotely but for any airtel related service we always have to visit your store. WHY ALWAYS?????? I am traveling most of the time but to get update on my request or application, I have to drive to your place just to get update on my request.. WHY???? Why can't your people give us update on our application? Why can't your people behave properly and provide required information? Why for every service request we have to go through this painful process?

                    On 6th of Aug, I applied for prepaid to postpaid and always paid Rs 300 charges, even after a week there was no update from Airtel, then as usual when I was back to the town I visited the store on 16 Aug then they told me that as I recently ported my number from AP to Mumbai, there are some issues but mostly it will get resolved and they will get back to me on 17th but till now there is no response from you. It is very frustrating to write such mail all the time. For God sake improve your quality and train your people on store to provide proper information and behave properly.

                      Please treat this email as formal complaint for the Relationship Number - [protected] vide Bill #[protected]. This is the second occurrence of a inflated bill in last three months. I have a postpaid plan with 1000 MB quota of 3G per month, and according to the bill I consumed 1300 MB of data. Due to the excess usage of 300 MB of data I have received 4X times the normal bill. I am not denying that I have not consumed the excess amount of data but the problem is that I didn't received even one alert SMS or an email from airtel regarding the crossing of the limit. If airtel can send tens of promotional SMS's per day, why was it not able to send one alert SMS to its loyal customer. I understand that there is a stiff competition among telecom companies with low profit margin, but I don't expect Airtel to resort to these unethical practises. This is the second time the bill is inflated and this time I am not going sit mute for this day light robbery. Please do the needful.

Out of which Rs 49 deducted from the account without any information for vedio stores which i did not subscribed.                             Rspctd Sir/mam, I been found my call barring was off and been to ARC for assistance and I got my number ON and when I had been to ROAMING networks the same problem occured and I couldnt use my cell and all important calls which I missed my oppurunity ;(, my barring is still kept off in roaming network. Its very difficult to call ccare n explain them, just they tell ok and no respond they do nothing they have no knowledge.i am doing MNP so no issues of mine but Please take appropriate actions.                             I already ported to Idea. Sorry for this because I am facing this problems from many months.

                            I have a one request I have already had my one airtel no which is been closed due to not in use as I was abroad . Can I get same no as a special no you can issue to me as no. not yet recycled . N nw almost 1.5 year passed.

                              Really a bad service of airtel...m not satisfied with your billing status...according to ur unbilled my bill woluld be around 330 but airtel have generated 480...its not our fault that your upgradation is not gping on time...we managed our services accordingvto our unbilled details...u r looting the customers...no good response from ur customer care...i vl definitelt go to consumser id for this...u all have made a joke out of all this...

                                Hello, I am Mohammad Zuhaib fron Ghaziabad(ncr), i used an airtel number [protected] since more than 7 years and i submit my voter i.d card and photo for i.d proof. now i am in mumbai from 6 month and i lost my moblie there. i submit a FIR in MHB police station borivali Mumbai. i was send my brother to airtel outlet in Ghaziabad for issue new sim but your executive says its number not register with Mohammad zuhaib, its registerd with mahender how its possible sir, i submit my i.d and photo and in past i issue new sim when im lost in past i submit all documents with myself. your executive says if you want this number than postpaid will be issue for your name. i have registerd everything with this number my bank account, my fb account, my mail i.d, my passport detail, my train pass, my bus pass, and everything.                                   I received a message that Recharge your mob. no. [protected] with RS 296 unlimited 2G internet valid 28 days. Then i recharge with RS296 validity till 30 August 2015. But now i cannot browsing due to my DATA balance is 00 MB.Then i call to airtel they said me that you have 00MB data balance. Thus i cheated by Airtel offer.

                                    I had taken airtel postpaid connection, as I was not satisfied with the service, I requested to close the postpaid connection but even though every month they are sending the bills. this is ridiculous. this is very annoying. I am not using the number but I am getting bills. please close the postpaid connection.

                                      I have ported to airtel with [protected] no for better service. But it was a very bad experience. From last 15 days when i call to any number i have to listen a 30 sec offer which says that get 1 gb 3g for 28 dyas in 169 rs. I requested to stop that to customer care but they told me that this is a offer and i recharged with 169 but i got only 200mb. Still i have to listen this offer before any call. I called to customer care but they told me that this is not for you and they are not able to stop this also. Very pathetic. For example i have to make 20 calls a day then i have to listen 30*20 means 6 minutes to that offer and customer care told me that it is not for u???????????????? what is rubbish with airtel. Airtel first give me 1 gb data balance and stop that announcement thing. Stop try to fool people.

                                        I had a subscription of free music download and streaming . And then i was unable to download any song. i rated the app in google play, they replied after 23 hrs Meanwhile I opted for Wynk plus subscription, still the problem persists. I had mailed to [protected]@wynk.in with the attachments. I have also spoke to Customer executives of Airtel. Moreover they say they will connect to the supervisor and they hang the call. i mean what is this? They just don't respond and i have wasted my one week. Now when i had last conversation with their executives, they were unable to solve the issue. I asked for money back. That also they cannot provide.

                                        I have submitted 3 screenshots. I have also the screenshots of phone call with customer service, google play app reply. i have also complained i airtel website. but i havent been allocated any SR.

                                        I was using Wynk app for last 2 months and had a yearly subscription.Suddenly it stopped playing or downloading songs which were not downloaded.I the restarted my phone but the problem continued. I reinstalled it but now it won't even open. I have a Wi-Fi and Airtel 4g mobile data.

                                        I am a huge fan of Wynk Music App and of course, basically, I am an Airtel user ever since I got my first mobile in 2008. Currently I am using the iPhone X and using only Wynk Music App to download, listen music from my phone. I have noticed one issue with the app.

                                        Issue: Whenever I open up the wynk app when internet connection is active, the app takes time to completely load up. I don't understand why this happens.
