Airtel — deduction of 20 rs in the name of primezone | |
I am a airtel user. I received a message regarding the deduction of 20 rs from my main balance and reason provided was use of primezone. I have not used such services and this unreasonable deduction is nowhere acceptable. You out of nowhere charge money from your user what would we do in case of emergency situations. What do you think you can loot your customers just like that! This is totally unprofessional and unbearable. You better return the money or else i am going to take some strict actions against primezone. It seems you are no longer concerned with your customers feedback. Was this information helpful? | |

1. I am serving in army and on 06 Oct 2018 I was successfully recharge on my Airtel mobile number for 149/- through mobile net banking.
2. There after a sum of 149/- has been deducted from my saving account but the recharge not done till date. My mobile number is [protected].
3. Request do needful action for the same
