I have up upgraded from standard set top box to hd connection.
Airtel person visited my home and set up my tv to receive hd signal.
Airtel person has created a new id for hd signal, i was not aware.
He has registered a new id for the same mobile number. And he was supposed to delete or deactivate my old connection. The old set top box is not connected now, but airtel is keeping the old id in the active state, and all my recharges are going to old id (Corresponds to old set top box, which is not connected, junked). Since last one month i have registered several complaints regarding this. Still they have not responded.
Honestly, i don't feel like writing all the stories. I simplified it a lot.
Since last one month, i have made atleast 15 calls to customer care, all the time they tell some stories, promise me to resolve, bot nothing has happened.
Airtel service is really very bad & dishonest.

I spoke to customer care supervisor Mr. Anand, he tried to Negotiate with me by saying he will credit Rs. 100/-
(One hundred) to my account, i refused and i told him, i need justice. and i asked him to forward my complaint to his manage Mr. Keerthi Prasad.
