It's been 1 month only since I took the services from Airtel DTH and 3 times I had to logged complaint against the poor signal. Everyone I logged the complaint, the technician comes promises that that issue will not occur any more but after 2-3 days similar problem starts again.
I have called airtel DTH customer care and they have very simple excuse which is "sorry for the inconveniences sir, we are logging your complaint pandit will be resolved in 48 hours"
They will not provide you any of their senior number if you want to esclate the complaint further.
Today I am writing because I am fully frustrated with executive name Monika, she refused to tell employee id when I aaked as she was refusing to provide any senior's number because I was not happy with her response.
Today I logged the complaint regarding the poor signal, technician visited my location did something and it was clearly showing in his device that signal was not proper somehow he managed to get some acceptable signal I asked him tha signal still looks poor but he said it comes like this only.
After 1 hour I realized that again same issue occurring and immediately I called customer care to send back the technician to fix the issue but Mis Monika said it is going to take another max 48 hours to resolve the issue. I insisted her to send the technician today only but she refused, I asked the reason for sending the technician today only but he explained nothing and disconnected the call after some conversations.
My simple question is:
* Why I have to suffer because of your poor connection
* If you can't fix, please refund my money and take your set top box back
* Why I am being charged when I am not able to avail the services
*What about the mental harassment from which I am passing thru now by talking such customer care agents
Request you to support as these broadcasters just cheating consumers and provide nothing on services except the mental harrasment.
