With trans id[protected] for rs 448 done on 12th april 2019 started on 13th april 2019 for 82 days for my prepaid mobile no [protected], but unfortunately service package stopped by the provider on today early morning. Also data service always even today also messaging that i have used data 100% data limit even though i have not used data for the day.
Please provide the services till to my subscribed plan validity days without any delay so that there is no obstruction to my communication access through mobile telephone and data network.

    My no.[protected].. Having internet issue... I talk to customers care. Mr ravi and shivam also.. They also said their is issue.. But did not raise complaint... This is not all area network issue... But it is specific number issue... Earlier also i try to complaint.. But at that time also. Complaint not get marked... Requested you please resolve the matter at the earliest...

    I have recharged on phone no.[protected] of Rs.399. And due to fasttrack option of paytm I forgot to choose plan and recharge was succesfull for talktime but I want plan of 399 free calls and 100 sms daily pack, so help me please.
    Whenever people are calling my no, it goes somewhere, & someone is answering the call. I continuously hearing the problem. Kindly rectify the issue. Thank you.

      I am facing internet problem from evening of 2nd july in jaipur rajasthan location.. I know that there is some issue in jaipur location so internet services have been discontinue... But this rule is only for some people... There are many people who have not this type of internet issue... I am not able to understand that how is airtel service provider work...

        Dear sir

        My airtel dth id [protected]

        I have been recharged for 1 year (Annual plan) since last year (Dec2018)
        Valid up to 2019 dec, and i am also been activated in my hd pack last 1 and half year, now with out intimation rthey have removed the channels by airtel.

        According to the trai rules annual customers can continuing with old plans till end of the package.

        But airtel break the rules and remove my pack.

        As a internes i have doing internship in hdfc bank personal loan department as a tellecaller i have doing calling with customer nd someone is complain into my number nd my call services is blocked

          Airtel roaming pack has been activated by one of your executives on my number postpaid number [protected]. I have raised a complaint 6 days ago but received no response from airtel.

          Hello! Reference no. 90560746 for your airtel mobile has been registered on 26-jun-2019 10:53. The same will be closed in next 9 days. For status update, sms sr (Ref. No.) to 121

          I called customer care and i got to know the complaint was closed without providing any updates. And i was kept on hold for 20 mins when i asked for help or the solution as it is more than 6 days.

            I have charged my dth for 12 month on 2nd july and airtel has informed me due date is 27th july 2020 i. E.360 days where as other dth i. E. Tata sky, dish tv and videocon are providing 365 days (As per other company due date is 2nd july 2020). The company is cheating the customer and charging extra amount for the 5 days. If the calculation of the company is correct then company should pay salary for 5 days to their employees also but they are not doing the same.

              Raised No network issue with Airtel SR NO# 90206383 on 26th Apr & till now no solution. Airtel giving different different reason to fool customer.
              Till they are saying they are working on issue, but dont know ETA to solve the issue.
              65days happen airtel in not able to solve issue & every time i called they say we are upgrading side with better network coverage but there is no ETA for this.
              Then i asked them to dont charge me until you solve issue then they refused to do.

              Hi Team,
              As per TRAI & Airtel procedure to raise appeal i called Airtel Officer on number [protected] . Mr. Nagarjun attended call & i asked him to raise appeal. As per he raised the appeal and given me 1 no. 90576053. But from Airtel NET team i came to know that this is not Appeal Unique Reference Number this is Service Request only.
              Airtel here is making customer fool & giving wrong promise no service no timeline to solve my issue.

              Till now no response from Airtel team. Talked to multiple time with 121 & they have confirmed me that within 24hr. you will get response but no outcome. I have evidence as a call recording of myself and 121.

                    I have registered a complaint on unable to use data. I have recharged rs 399/- on 27.6.19 on airtel number [protected] but it been a day i'm unable to use internet. Forget about internet i'm not even getting a established network. I have called 198 but they aren't resolving rather they just put in hold and then cut off. My network speed is not even 1kbps. And i have tried all the option from changing apn setting to changing phone but nothing works. It's been a day and i'm unable to use data. I want refund of my data plan recharge.
                    That's all i wanted, it was not a good response in connecting with airtel. Comparing to other network operators they are responsive they call you even from their side if you face problem unlike airtel who didn't even response.

                      Today morning (3/7/2019), i've send a message to port my number to other service provider. One of the relationship officer called me from airtel regarding the port request. She asked me the reasons for porting and i've explained my issues clearly. I told her, im trying to port because it's expensive for me as it's a postpaid plan, i've to pay about 580 per month without that much use and she suggested me airtel prepaid. I told that's okay for me and enquired about transfer. I complained about airtel store for their service. She told me that, she only will do the needful for transfer to airtel and asked me for pay rs 136/- of outstanding payment of postpaid number. I've done the payment soon and still there is no response from their side. Then i've called the customer care executive and explained my issues. Now they are telling there is no option in airtel to port without visit store.

                        Dear sir's /madam,

                        I, khurshid alam khan (On behalf of abdul khalique khan), would like to bring it to your kind attention that i am using new connection of airtel 4g wifi hotspot with sim no - [protected] (Relationship no - [protected]) at my factory located at - m/s olington tea, village cington, kanubari, dist - longding, arunachal pradesh - 786631.

                        From the day it was installed, i. E jan 19 onwards, i am experiencing very poor data connection and in worst case, i was not able to get data / internet connection for days.. My business was getting hampered as no communication / information could be send through mail neither i could receive it / open it or download any docs.

                        I brought this to the notice of airtel customer office in tinsukia for which i was issued the (I) service request no[protected], though i received the prompt response from mr sandeep who sits at airtel cst office, tinsukia but unfortunately when the matter was escalated to guwahati office, there was no response, no contacts, no visit, nothing!!

                        For months i kept paying the monthly bill without availing the service for which it was paid. After following it up for months with online customer service, airtel office, airtel ghy team, i was fed up with unprofessionalism shown by the airtel team and decided to give it a last try and finally surrender the connection.

                        Here are the ref nos for which the status is still unresolved /pending /unattended and the irony is that i was given the assurance that the issue will be resolved in next 24 hrs. Even if someone has made the visit, there was no resolution at the end and they dont even bother to call and update the status.

                        (Ii[protected] registered on 24/4/19
                        (Iii[protected] registered on 26/4/19
                        (Iv[protected] registered on 9/5/19.

                        It is to my utmost dissatisfaction and pathetic service from airtel that all 4 service request nos have not been attended, neither being resolved.

                        I have stopped paying any further airtel bill and i have demanded for a refund of the bills paid from jan'19 till date, i was paying airtel with a hope that the issue will be resolved sooner or later and i shall get better service but it went all down the drain.

                        Kindly process my plea for refund promptly as there is nothing much to expect from airtel.

                        I have recharged my mobile number [protected] with ₹349 on 20 June, transaction failed, but Money deducted, I want my refund back please, everytime it gets successful, but this time it deducted amount, I recharged again and it got recharged successfully, I want my money back for old one, which got failed, I want money for it

                          But with these, they are also charging from my current package.

                            Hi,

                            I am a resident of basavanagar, bangalore and from past 2 years, i am having almost 0% network coverage as soon as i enter my house building. My house is located in a prime area and right outside the gate of the house there is full network. I have raised complaint for the same at the nearest airtel office branch (Vignan nagar) and even on the website.

                            They mentioned that there was some upgrade process underway and hence the disruption. They also mentioned that i would be getting an upgraded network service soon after the process is complete and they committed 2 months time. When i followed up on this after 2 months, there wasn't a satisfactory response. All they said was that the process is a bit delayed and asked me to wait for couple more days. This repeated whenever i went to them.

                            It has been 2 years since then and i am living with this poor connection. I switched to third party broadband for my internet services, but currently continuing with airtel for mobile for all of my family members.

                            Sad part here is there is no service and still i am having to pay for it.

                            Please look into this matter on high priority.

                              Hello,

                              I was cheated by an airtel sales representative - nataraj who promised me airtel broadband connection if i paid rs500 to airtel. I went ahead and paid this online - proof attached - the payment of rs500 has been already deducted from my bank account. Yet have been informed airtel did not receive the money, which is false. He advised that i should make one more payment of rs 500 which i refused.

                              I just need my money back, please help.

                                Airtel not refunding my balance amount of rupees 31.80 when i ported my postpaid number to prepaid.

                                They are cheating everytime and saying we are escalating your complaint to next level and nothing happened.

                                I had called to care officer first time they told me that below 100 rupees they are not refund by cheque. Later they refund by cheque and check approved not passed.

                                  International roaming was activated on my mobile without my authorization and I was charged for international roaming while I was in Malaysia without my knowledge. I have called airtel customer care many times but still no body cares about resolving it. I have in fact asked them to escalate it and the supervisor promised to resolve it but to no avail. This is very frustrating.

                                    I have up upgraded from standard set top box to hd connection.
                                    Airtel person visited my home and set up my tv to receive hd signal.

                                    Airtel person has created a new id for hd signal, i was not aware.
                                    He has registered a new id for the same mobile number. And he was supposed to delete or deactivate my old connection. The old set top box is not connected now, but airtel is keeping the old id in the active state, and all my recharges are going to old id (Corresponds to old set top box, which is not connected, junked). Since last one month i have registered several complaints regarding this. Still they have not responded.
                                    Honestly, i don't feel like writing all the stories. I simplified it a lot.
                                    Since last one month, i have made atleast 15 calls to customer care, all the time they tell some stories, promise me to resolve, bot nothing has happened.

                                    Airtel service is really very bad & dishonest.

                                    I spoke to customer care supervisor Mr. Anand, he tried to Negotiate with me by saying he will credit Rs. 100/-
                                    (One hundred) to my account, i refused and i told him, i need justice. and i asked him to forward my complaint to his manage Mr. Keerthi Prasad.
                                    We have paid Ra 500 as Activation fee against CAF No[protected] but the connection could not be provided. So we applied for refund but till date it hasn’t been credited.

                                    We have taken airtel DTH Connection and have selected POGO channel .
                                    The Pogo channel is coming in Hindi and have called customer care to change language to english and they are saying we won't change it and it's a broadcast as hindi and kindly help us to provide language option
                                    I cant use my kik with mobile data. And kik help centre told me that airtel blocked me. Why?
                                    From 5 day I won't be able to call due to call ended problem please fix it otherwise I stop using airtel as network services

                                        My parents are on international roaming in france and other schengen countries for 10 days. Have recharged for inr 3599 to facilitate international roaming. Since yesterday i. E. Starting of the trip they can receive all incoming calls but are not able to make any outgoing calls or even use the internet. The pack includes a talk time of 250 minutes but they are unable to get any. Whenever they dial a number first a notification pops "airtel:outgoing calls barred".

                                        Can you please look into this matter on urgent basis.
