I recharged my airtel prepaid sim with top up of ruppes 48, which was supposed to give 3 gb of internet, on 6th of july, 2019. The recharge amount had been deducted from my phone pay account but data pack is still not activated. I tried to contact airtel but no response was there from their side. I inquired phone pay and they told that recharge have been done, recharge is shown in airtel app but still 3 gb data is not given to me.

        Fraudster Airtel,
        Thanks for cheating and misguiding the customers, I was using corporate customer plan for the number :[protected] in Maharashtra circle. Two weeks back visited the airtel store and confirmed on circle change from Maharashtra to Karnataka. They even checked my airtel app and plan details. All the freebies were active on this number.
        I asked to retain the 749 plan and asked if all free bees( Netflix, amazon prime …will continue to work?) .
        The store people confirmed all the offers remain same and can go ahead with MNP . I submitted all the relevant documents as per guidelines and trust.
        Now the situation is none of the freebies are active on my number and customer is failing to respond(C[protected]) given false commitment.
        People paying 400Rs on any network are getting all freebies and with 749 payment I get nothing. I visited store 3 times, they say it will take one week -2 weeks. When I called 121, they say I’m not eligible.
        Fed up hearing your stories daily. Shameful to know this is how you treat you customers with fraudster commitments.
        Can I get final feedback, you trap customers like this ? or its some gimmick? Or dead trap, I will act based on that.

            Company is taking following up very badly for recharge and promotion after multiple times denying of calls and services. And customer care guys is taking very funny. Once i m disconnecting calls they calling with different number with same executive. Today i m denying for service and calls. Executive said provide your whatsapp number. For promotional offers.

                I have not recharged my airtel last month airtel stops incoming and outgoing calls but also stops to not receive sms because of this i m not receiving sms from irctc, bank otp, and other otps and etc... I want to know why should airtel stops this service of not reciveng sms because of this i m facing big problem because i not able to recive otp and other imp.. Messages...

                  Hi,
                  I had a very terrible experience o[censored]sing Airtel postpaid. Say it the Call failures, worst internet speed, contacting customer care, etc.
                  Even when there was 1.5GB/day data and unlimited calls were available for 3 months at Rs399, I kept using Airtel Postpaid only because I thought I had a privilege or atleast good speed or service. Bills were ranged from 400-600 per month.

                  I called for complaints atleast once in a month (and I don’t need to tell what a test of patience to have a speak with Airtel Customer Care Executives is) asking/begging them to improve network and other issues. And every time they would say it would be resolved in 3-4 business days. Then I asked them if they cannot provide me good service they don’t have rights to charge me. Still, I kept paying bills for years and finally I had to tell them that, I’m not paying anymore unless there is any improvement in their services. I waited a little and got ported to Jio.

                  Now, they have got all my services from Jio stopped due to outstanding payment of around 600 (at Airtel before leaving).

                  I’m feeling very irked and helpless as a customer that I do not have any say in this. I just have to keep my mouth shut and keep paying the bills irrespective of what services I get. Should I not expect atleast minimal services at Rs500/month when the average is Rs399/3 months? How can such companies hold their heads high and torture us?

                  Do you know what am gonna do? I’M PAYING MY OUTSTANDING BILLS to get my services started in JIO. That’s what I can do as a customer. Things would be different if this was the case in the US or other countries, and no wonder why our country is so ill-fated!!!

                  And even to pay the outstanding bill, they don’t fail to torture. There isn’t a simple way where I can pay it, I’m still looking for a right link. I’m being forced to pay my bill offline in India’s one of the so called High-Tech companies.

                    There is a video problem in my Airtel Internet TV since 2 months, it shows B001 or Service list update is in progress or Invalid Service and while checking the signal it shows good signal which is in green.

                    First time raised complaint was in May 1st week after that engineer came and unluckily the channels were visible, so he said that if you get this issue again please call me not the Airtel customer care and i handed over the Rs. 150 to him for absolutely nothing. Then i contacted him 1 or 2 days for the same issue, he said he is coming but no one came.

                    Then Second time i have to raise the complaint to customer care on june 8th as per my availability, then the engineer visited and saw the issue he suggested that we need to change the set top box, i said ok. Then again i had to follow up back to him for the same but he never came. Then as per my conversation with local airtel office i explained everything to them about how unethical behaviour was shown by their engineers, they confirmed me the resolution to be expected soon, again nothing happened.

                    And these guys keep asking me for the 150/- service charge again for the pathetic service and also for set top box replacement which is i don't know if it's the last resolution my issue.

                    Also i have paid my monthly rental twice and was not able to enjoy the services.

                    So I request you to please look into the issue and help me resolve it soon, below is my account details :

                        Airtel has deactivated my sim 4 days back without any intimation. If enquired in airtel office they give reason such as phone is charged more.. So due to heat of charging (Silly reason) or phone is currupt (If currupt my other data also should be currupt) or software update (I have not permitted).
                        It's just a reason to charge 25 rs. (If guenine, no issue in paying 25 rs.)
                        Provide to activate sim in airtel app itself.. To avoid going to office... Where service providers are not costumer friendly..

                          Tata docomo sim has no network for the past 2 days! I visited the shivajingar branch of pune and the guard informed me that the office has closed and suggested to go the the airtel store at gokul nagar, fc road since the two companies are merging

                          On reaching there the rep told me that they do not have my number in their database and will be unable to help me. They are only sharing the network with tata docomo and hence are not responsible for the functionality.

                          On calling the number[protected] they are unable to help and if i tell them that the solution provided by them is not working i want to speak to a supervisor, they keep me on hold. I have been on hold for more than 90 minutes before i had to disconnect.

                          On calling airtel customer care at 121 they tell me to call[protected], in which after following to the ivr prompt to speak to a 1 on 1 rep, the line disconnects. I am at a loss and at my wits end!

                              I moved in a new flat, on 4th July I applied online for internet connection of Airtel in Bangalore. On 5th July near by Airtel store (Hoodi circle, Bangalore) contacted me, came to my flat did the documentation work. I had some company work to do but since it was 8:30 PM (night) he asked me to do payment to Airtel and assured me to install the internet router the next day (6th July) morning. Since morning itself I kept calling him and he kept on saying he will be there in 5-10 minutes. It's 7:05 PM now (Saturday) and no one came to install it and all my works are pending.

                                I did a recharge of rs 399 using the airtel app for m. No.- [protected] with payment through amazon pay. The amount was deducted but the recharge was not done.

                                  I have written multiple times but Airtel customer care people are giving the same senseless excuse for past many months. And still I am not able to use their call & internet services at my place but they keep on charging every month on time.
                                  They show false advertisements for the fastest network & even claim to provide the network in some remote areas, but I am not getting their network at the place where many people live. Airtel is cheating by people by giving wrong information & false claims. So this company & its promotors must be booked for cheating the public.

                                    With below earlier email reply by you but that is not acceptable to me. The above topic is the article that the corporate plan for the employees with the bank of maharashtra has recently been tieuped by the company of airtel and under it dinesh chand meena mobile number [protected] oshivara andheri branch, by me miss nikita madam ports of old idea sim port to airtel before 25/06/2019 but my idea simcard has been closed /ported and for seven days, but after so much time has passed i did not get the new sim card of airtel, and for seven days i have been given a single message that your sim card will be available to you in oshiwara 1207 branch of bank of maharashtra under two days but my idea sim card it has been closed for seven days but airtel's sim card is not being sent and then if i have complained, then three days later the answer comes from the mail that this number and mail id or mobile number of email id not registered with us. Here because of that so that by you tieup bank of recently maharashtra have registered then mail the mobile said. With this kind of response, it seems that the complaint is to be overlooked not resolved

                                      I am facing slow internet speed in my as possible i have complained many times to airtel executives but my problem is not solved... My youtube videos are buffering it takes 3-4minutes to load and again it stops... I cant even view simple whatsapp or instagram pictures... I recently ported to airtel... Thinking that airtel has good network but i was fool... The network is pathetic... My internet is running at 240kbps of speed which is useless... I use 3gb of data every day... Im completely dependent on internet... I cant do my work... Please solve my problem...

                                        My name is viswajith. My vodafone number is 9731*53. Recently, on may 05, i had opted for airtel broadband hoping for better and faster internet connection. However, it turned out to be worse than my previous network. So i called airtel customer care umpteen times and finally raised a account cancellation request. Even though customer care executive agreed to close my account, but i got no mail from airtel stating the same. One month down the line bill was generated for rs 910 and customer care executives were continuously calling me (5 times a day) and harassing me to make the payment. So i talked to a executive and agreed to make the payment just for those 7 days from usage and cancellation request just to stop this harassment. However, now am getting umpteen calls from airtel executives saying they will send someone to right the network issues i faced. I outrightly deny that service and just ask them to close my account and stop calling me but still they are calling and harassing me everyday.
