As i mentioned to the above subject i have visited to airtel store addressed in 25/26, g2a, a block, brigade majestic complex, next to citi bank atm, near girias, 1st main, gandhi nagar, bangalore 560009

When i visited to the store it was 7:56 pm the costumer executive was attended my problem and she has taken my documents everthing data needed and she said that the account is closed and we are unable to give a new sim.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Sir i am not able to receive any messages regarding my balance... Could u plz get it out... And i am not able to track my data... I have even installed airtel app but it's not working... If this continues i am going to port my number to another network... I am tired with ur airtel.. I[censored]r not sorting out this by 12 hours i am definitely going to port my number... To another network... Kindly solve my issues

        I would like to inform on 15th july 2019 airtel has deducted rs 23 from my main balance. I have called immediately customer care and asked the representative what is this so? He replied you have to pay minimum 35 to activate outgoing service by the end of 28 days and also send me a code to stop auto deduction from main account balance.

        I asked that customer care guy that how airtel can deduct money automatically while trai's new rule is clearly saying you can not do that, he replied he doesn't know anything.

        Please do the needful as soon as possible

          My mobile no: [protected]. Taken duplicate sim, its not getting activated. I visited 10 times to store. No help.

          I submitter 3 times my documents. Please ask someone from your team to help me.

          One more funny thing i got 3 calls from your suppirt team, that today in 2 hour sim will be activated. But same error. Please email me if you need any document

            Dear Sir I am Debasish Jena my post paid sim no [protected] which was provided by my company.now I am change my company so I want this sim converted to my personal.so my company hr Dept give me NOC for convert to prepaid then convert to my personal sim.but when I was gone to Airtel office raigarh they can't listen my problem and neglect me and avoid my request. So kindly take some necessary action other wise today I request to you then I will not payment your bill that time you people request me that time I am not listen any things.but idont want to this type of such things please solve as soon as possible.

              I faced many problem in using internet about 2 months ago. I usually use net in evening after 5 o'clock. This time net speet about 1kb or 2 kb.. And this speed continue to approx 5 to 6 hours. After 11 o'clock the internet speed much better than all the day..

                Sir.. I had takn new connections of dth just last month by one vushal who took 3000 frm me fr ths purpose... He did not give me customer id nor i remember my regd mobile no... Pl help me in ths matter as i m unable to recharge.. This vishal is not responding to my calls at all.. There is no airtel outlet neaeby to assist me

                  Airtel dth not providing all chanels towards broadcaster bouquets..
                  For example "sun" offers 5 channels in their pack "sun kerala basic hd" including one hd channel "surya hd". But airtel dth provides only 3 sd channels in this broadcaster bouquet. Screen shot from airtel website attached.

                    Dear Sir,

                    I would like to inform that i am using air tel (15Nos) postpaid connections from last 5 months and all connections added in one account (account name : JESSY CAB ) .From the last few weeks i visited many times Air tel outlet for adding 6 more connection but no one help for activating the connection, Finaly i send an email to airtel for new connection same day one of the executive call and the next day visited our office (11th July 2019 ) and collected all the documents for new activation, they informed as the connection will activate next day before 00:00Hrs, But the connection not activated on 13 July 2019, i called the executive morning around 10:00hrs the executive told me it will activate the connection with in 10 min but after one hour it will not activate, again i called him he told us sure it will activate with 10min after 2hours its not activating and try to contact that person he not answering my call also this my issue, Please be informed that now we don't want airtel connection we need to close the account (already activated 15Nos Connection) in this month before 31st .Kindly please do the action very very immediately, Because I already informed airtel through email but still no one take any action

                      I have accidentally bill payment on wrong no (Airtle postpaid no of amit singh) of rs 3200 instead of paying him on 2nd of july 2019 from paytm wallet. I have got back only rs 2745.99 instead of rs 3200.
                      I am looking forward to receive a help regarding reversal of the same.

                        Reg [protected] connection. They have incorrect email id on this profile. Instead of putting actual email id of the customer [protected]@gmail.com, they have my email id bhaves*@gmail.com. I am not at all a customer of airtel. I have sent multiple emails asking them to remove my email address. [protected] owner of this mobile also sent multiple emails. Why are they not taking action?

                          I had called airtel customer care @ 198 on 12/07/2019 around 20:24 to 20:30 for enquirer of wifi data which is showing in my airtel app, there a executive by name Nasreen started inquiring about the details. as i have called form another number (Having multiple connections) so the executive was not asked me for same number or different number directly she start to fetch the information, later i wanted to correct her, but she was not ready to listen, and later she was very rude saying that information can't provide from here and you need to follow USSD option, where i was not understand that so only i have called to customer care to get help, later when i requested her to transfer that call to her supervisor, she denied saying there is no supervisor available call back later for further assistant, (to get connected to customer care we need to wait minimum of 20-25 minutes!) i said i'll be waiting till that time, she didn't informed and started L2 L2, later some person spoke again, then again call was transfer to supervisor name Mahadevamma she as provided me the information which i need and took feedback regarding the executive behavior, but i'm really very unhappy with service which your customer care executive providing, below mention the service request number for reference

                          and today i called your customer care to collect SR number, one executive Name Ravi Kumar answered my call and i explained him the purpose of calling later he transfer the call to supervisor but in between this time he is chit chatting with one of his colleague and making fun of it, so much casualness when there is presence of a customer?
                          so this is way you provide training to them to be rude, making fun and frustrate the customer who is looking for help from your end?
                          i need a call back for an apology from her side. One should know how to talk to customers so kindly check and do the needful.

                              I had visited their office yesterday and have misplaced an item there. No matter how many times i call this number wither no one picks up or the call is cut. This has happened around 30 times yesterday and 15 times today. This issue is particularly frustrating because the same pattern was observed a week back when they picked up the call only after i called them more than 20 times.

                              Please ensure some action is taken to curb this behavior

                                Hey, I am Airtel user since two year but 11/07/2019 I recharge my number with ₹249 validity 2GB data everyday+unlimited call for 28 days I am already in unlimited subscription of 1GB data of ₹399 today I am getting only 1GB DATA inspite of 2GB+1GB data, plz immediately solve my issue becoz days of packs going on if my problems not resolved i complaint against this in customer care of government my Airtel number is -[protected]

                                  Its merely been over a month i ported my postpaid cell no. from Vodafone to Airtel, after facing a couple of network/data related issues with Voda & falling for best connectivity as well as unmatched customer experience claims made by Airtel. Since the thread under discussion is not network, so i’ll not pass on any verdict here, moreover, its just been a month i am on their n/w as of now. However, just after paying my first month bill without even having a glimpse at the itemised bill as usual, this morning i was surfing thru my mailbox & just like that i opened up the e-bill delivered to me by Airtel and i was shocked to see that they have charged me around 175 bucks for sending out some intl. sms’s to a UK based phone number[protected]. Just out of curiosity, i googled for that particular UK no. & know what, i landed here. Unfortunately, above instance certainly affirms to the fact that Airtel has been taking its customers on for a ride. Customers like me & i am sure there are thousands out there, won’t even bother looking at the monthly itemized bills, just pay whatever the amount is, are being cheated in masses by an oldest & numerouno Cellular services provider in the country which ranks no.2 in mobile phone subscriber base. Well, to my surprise it was my first bill cycle, i wish they could have been little more patient & played such gimmicks of swelling their share values by silently drilling a hole in the pocket of its valuable customers. Period. Thanks but no thanks Airtel,

                                  When ever I call them they just say we will get back to you
                                  I have got my broad printed with the landline number which they alloted
                                  I am not getting able to receive any SMS in my Airtel sim. Whereas everything works fine in jio sim in the same phone. I have raised the issue multiple times. But, I am not getting any solution.
                                  Please help.
                                  I ported my number from idea to airtel. After getting no service on my idea sim I switched the sim to airtel as i was told. After inserting the sim there was no service. Please help me to activate the services.

                                    Today i. E., (12/07/2019, ist between 1:00 to 1:30). I have visited airtel store for paying phone bill & enquire regarding conversation from postpaid to prepaid located in warangal beside dominos, nit road, hanamkonda.
                                    The executive provided me improper information regarding my post paid connection. When i was enquiring them regarding about the issue. One of the executive (Santosh) interfered and showed worst attitude & rude behaviour towards me!!
                                    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    Weather is cloudy but its not raining outside. All connections are checked no problem with them. Set top box is showing green light. Antenna connections are also fine according to me, can't say about technical things.
                                    I have call received from [protected] this number and he take my otp and 2800 rs fraud transaction from my Airtel money account.

                                      Please note, i was using airtel postpaid data card no - [protected] till[protected], i was advised by m/s pinky no - [protected], airtel store at tollygunge, ashok nagar to switch to the 50gb slot, i paid rs 620 till that day charge and closed the old no, ie [protected], and a new number was allotted to me, [protected], i paid rs 600 on[protected] first day of my bill cycle, subsequently on[protected], i paid rs 440/-, receipt no[protected]. On[protected] i paid rs 600-00 receipt no [protected], for my datacard no - [protected].
                                      Today surprisingly, i received a bill from airtel on my old no -[protected] a sum of rs588.7, due to 24th june 2019 payment last date[protected].
                                      I am totally surprised what type of service airtel is providing its customers,

                                        My airtel no. [protected] is not going any service i had done recharge of 10 rs twice but it has not been updated to my account and i am also unable to get message from any bank or other sources yesterday only i have taken new sim of same number after that my service is not working i am facing too much problem by it
