Hlo sir i have recharged for rs.48 for 3gb data for 28 days from airtel thanks app. As soon as i recharged, and there the problem begins. I cannot open certain websites on google chrome like (Facebook, etc.) as it redirects me on this link http://one.airtel.in/rcconf again and again. Tried clearing browsing history and apn numbers but of no avail. Please provide me a solution as soon as possible.

    I have been associated with airtel for about 5 years and last year i upgraded my postpaid plan which granted me a free benefit of airtel secure handset damage claim. During the registration process of airtel secure, i was informed by airtel's customer representative that claim can be lodged within 15 days of damage. (Their t&cs say it should be done within 48 hours from'discovery of damage'). There was a clear misrepresentation of facts made by airtel customer support team.
    I damaged my device on 22nd june and because the damage mostly occurred on the back mirror (Which has a back cover put up), i was not able to detect it immediately. However, on 24th june i did see the damage and immediately tried to raise claim through the airtel application which by the way doesn't actually let you upload the documents. I again tried on the airtel website but the website also showed some technical difficulty. The next day (June 25), i call up at 121`and they tell me to drop a mail to [protected]@airtel.com with screenshots of the error which i did early in the morning and since then everyday i called airtel and mailed them with error screenshots. Finally on july 01, i mailed to [protected]@oneassist.in with my issue and they sent a link to upload documents which i duly did.
    On july 04, airtel secure calls to inform that my claim no. 4353607 is rejected due to "delay in claim intimation."
    When i told them that the delay happened because airtel website doesn't work, they said it was a different department and they have not received any proof from 121 about my daily mails or calls. Upon asking 121 to share my mails with airtel secure team, they say that they have shared all mails and i will not get my claim because i did not inform on time.
    My claim has been rejected basis late intimation of claim.
    I lodged the claim within 3 days of damage and any delay that did happen was because of airtel website not working.
    Airtel as a brand, this is how they are cheating their customers:
    1. Airtel in its t&cs mentions that claims can be made through app or website; but there app doesn't accept requests and their website doesn't work.
    2. On booking, their representatives make false claims just to meet their targets and get customer upgraded on higher plans.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    My airtel network suddenly started showing ""Emergency calls only "" . I tried restarting my phone several times but the issue didn't got resolved .

    This issue happened from today morning (4th July 2019), until last night sim was working properly.

    Where is the resolution after 15 days of my complaint. Airtel and Oneassist are both glove in one hand, both fraud companies.
    Well One Assist team did call me the day i beleive they received this complaint but since then it has been total silence. That was just a formality call to keep the customer even more hanging on the situation.

      I had submitted an complaint regarding non receipt of signal in my set top box. Same was redressed and forwarded a message regarding details of service engr and service charge of Rs 150. But your service engr denied to execute his work on Rs 150 and he demanded Rs 400 but I refused to pay rs 400. My complaint has not been solved. So you are requested to look into the matter that your service engr is more money than as fixed by you company. Customer is facing problems and if my complaint is not solved I will not your service and migrate to other service providers.

        Since today afternoon, my outgoings are not going.

I'm asking doubt your customer care person about your this add on connection process your customer care person telling me loosing da... Don't spoke to him.. What's this? This is the way of approach your customers you giving training to your person very worst service & worst company.

            Recharge of 399 has been deducted from my account with offer of10% it has been 359 what is the way to money back and can't even se in transaction history but mini statement shows the deduction of 359 how does it happened. Therefore every single person suggest jio. Solve the issue this has been faced by me or more peoples help every one to get there money back.

              Sr no 90633088. International roaming charges levied on my last bill without any request for it. Even message with me for deactivation of same.
              Have confirmed with contact centre there was no request raised and they have auto activated it.

              The charges need to be reversed back otherwise will file a consumer complaint with the forum if no revert within a day. Have been following up since 3 days.

                Hello,

                I taken 6 month advance plan. I get 2 month extra. Now i will go to complete first free period. My internet is not working past 5 days. I asked daily customer care about issue, no resolution and no call back from technician also. I raise the complaint for cancellation, she is taken the request. Today i called customer care executive asked for refund. Last 5 days my work is affected because of internet so that i raised for disconnection. He said, you are in free period so no refund for not working period. We will try only. If takes more days you have to wait no option.

                Airtel policy is free period no refund, net is disconnected, airtel not give proper support and service. Fraud advertisement 6 month plan get 2 month bonus period.

                So don't book airtel broadband. Worst network in india compare to jio, act, hathaway

                  Dear concerned,
                  I have faced this issue recently when i have traveled to thailand between the 1st and 5th of may 2019. I had visited their store in btm layout 2nd stage before my visit and have enquired about the packages. I have specifically told them i wouldn't be needing the service as i found the same to be expensive. But i was shocked to see the bill generated with the charges and they are now justifyimg the charge stating that i have used 378 mb and the charges are valid because the roaming gets auto activated. How can they auto activate without my authorization was my question for which there has been no response.
                  Added to this, i have other issues with airtel as listed below;
                  1. I have been having coverage issues because of which im unable to consume 10% of the total data allowed as a part of my plan. I have been complaining since 2 years without any response.
                  2. They have suddenly stopped sending bills on my mail id since jan '19.
                  3. If i have not been able to use their services due to coverage issues it is their mistake for which they have to refund the bills paid in the last 2 years deducting my actual usage.

                  Hoping my issues would get resolved.

                    Respected mam/sir,

                    I am sanjay b from bangalore south, i have purchased airtel port simcard from your airtel outlet only and also done a recharge of 495rs.

                    My complaint is that "i have ported my sim card from vodafone to airtel from my number [protected], after my vodafone number got disconnected, i have inserted the new airtel simcard and made a verification call and successfully done, after that i have rebooted my phone, after reboot i tried to make a call but call is disconnecting automatically and if anyone is calling to my number, it is saying that invalid number". After dis i have registered complaint in ur airtel customer support which is located in jayanagar near jayadeva hospital and they told me that it will be activated on 09/07/2019, but it's still not activated, so what should i do know you only tell me.

                    I thought airtel is a good network but this kind of bad i had never thought.

                    So please look into the matter and kindly activate my simcard.

                      Recently swapped sim (6th july) and got new sim from airtel.. But till now the service is not active.. The sim is linked to many important services..
                      I visited airtel store 6 times and also called customer care like 5 times.. But still they didnt resolve the issue.. Every time i go to them. There response will be same that they have mailed the concern to the respective team and within 4 hr it will be solved..

                        Airtel is now a days very worst network..
                        It not provided proper response to their customers. I complained many times for improper network, but not solved.
                        The calls are automatically disconnect and connected to wrong personsand many compliments.
                        We complained to customer care they tell yes sir we registered your complainet. This type is tell only to attrat the customers, it look only to increasing customers counting

                          Hi,

                          I'm writing this compliant with deep frustration...
                          From past 5 days, I'm not able to receiving incoming calls to this airtel number which is ported from Tata Docomo. During migration of Docomo customers the AirTel company might have technical issue..

                          Even after calling customer care many times, the issue was not addressed or NO proper response from customer care/supervisor. Initially, they insisted me to problem from my end itself which was lie as they only accepted technical glitch later on...

                          I live in remote place away from my hometown and hence its very important to have calls from my family members, also from my office/colleagues which is annoying further since its my primary number.

                          PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE AT EARLIEST.

                            I have made a recharge of rs100 unintentionally to a wrong no using Google Pay App. As a newbie, instead of sending money I made a recharge of 100 on a number and now I want the amount either to be refunded or to be recharged on my airtel number. As I called Customer Care and told the same, they replied that there is no provision of refunding the amount either in acccount or as recharge. Please sort this problem as the recharge was made unintentionally.

                              I need to know if airtel directly contacts land owners for tower installation, if yes, then what is the whole procedure. As i have been contacted for the same and they have asked for 16k as license fee. How do i make sure that it is not a scam as we have already deposited a cheque of 16k rupees in their account?
                              Can you please tell me the whole process and does airtel asks for money from land owners?
                              They have offered jobs for 2 people and also an advance payment.

                                I am a patent consumer of Airtel.. I have been using Airtel for a long time. Despite the revolution in telecom by Jio, I even did not think once for this new service when there was a golden temptation for the frequent net users from this provider...it was just my a mere satisfaction with Airtel irrespective of any issues...gradually when finance became a matter I being forced started comparisons with others practically...yet I never think of getting homeless from Airtel.. but now it is very unfortunate that I am sorry to say that I can't tolerate the financial loss any more... Airtel doesn't know that just a belief, a satisfaction with an entity can not always survive in the mind of the consumers when they realise they are somehow getting misleaded, defocused and shamelessly aggrieved due to their blind belief and love to some brand!!! All I have told above is just yes just very common issues complained everyday by a lot of consumers...mine the same problem...4g network officially but unofficially I don't know, my humble question to the sole authority, don't you feel once for a moment that you have a minimum liability to value the sentiments of the consumers who always believe something better is waiting for you, never give up hope, , you the sentimental and fool fellow!!! Still I believe that there would be a smart morning with sunny day in my life!!! Hope for the best and sorry for interruption...helpless I pay yes I pay, mind it Sir!!!

                                  Validity Issue:
                                  Service Provider - Airtel Digital Tv DTH - Bharati Airtel
                                  My Customer ID [protected]

                                  My concern is, l took a new Airtel digital Tv connection by paying 3000 something. I got a message showing the validity of my new connection is up to Dec2019. Please see the screenshot attached. But now I got a message to recharge to continue my service.

                                  Actually, I called to customer care on April month, why because most of my channel get disconnected, which are I got when I buy this new connection (Dec2018). One of the Airtel Digital TV customer care executives told me - as per TRAI rule you need to select channels on Airtel website to avoid the above issue, then I ask here about my validity after I choose channel what will happen. And that person told me that the validity is same you will get up to 2019dec (Please check the conversation made on April month from customer care center). So I choose my channels pack. Otherwise, I never does.

                                  It is not my mistake. The executive should not answer by assumption. So I want validity as per my pack whatever I purchased.

                                  Now the customer care people are telling that, We don't have 1year validity pack. So you want to recharge to continue the service.

                                  Message content - received at When I bought a new connection from Airtel Digital TV - Customer ID is [protected], Account balance Rs 744, Validity 20Dec2019, Plan: All India FTA pack(12months), Last recharge amount/date: 650/ 25Dec2018 (Please refer the attached screenshot).

                                  Are they are lying to a new customer to buy a new connection. After that, they are changing the plan. Because of this issue, I called many times to customer care, they are not answering in a proper way. Everyone is telling a different answer and they are making more trouble for customers. Really It causes more Mental anexity to me.

                                  I am requesting the Indian Consumer Complaints forum to help me on this issue.

                                    Hello,

                                    Am really frustrated of the service provided by this company named airtel.

                                    I have done payment for my airtel broad band connection on july 3rd 2019 and got a confirmation that installation will be done within 24 hours.

                                    I have waited for 2 days and airtel called me stating its delayed due to technical issue and later they told its delayed due to permission issue (ie in my apartment according to them owner is not allowing to do the installation -- please note already broad band connection is available in other flats in the same apartment ).

                                    Since i paid the amount already, i called customer care number 121.

                                    For the last few days am talking to airtel customer care for more than 40 minutes to get an update on this issue.NEVER SEEN SUCH A WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EVER.

                                    Finally i asked for refund.I asked for cancellation proof to customer care lady.And they responded that they cant provide any proof!!!

                                    I feel like am cheated .Please help me how i can resolve this and get back my money.

                                    I have the proof of payment with me.

                                      Hai this is shyam I have lost my sim and that network is tatadocomo. And now tatadocomo is converted in Airtel so Docomo customer care has Advised me to go to a Airtel store they can help u so I went to Airtel store *yestaday* and they suggested me to take a post paid SIM so that will activate with in 3 hour's.and they has taken 300$ for that SIM So I said OK and I have taken. But till now the SIM has not activated and there is no reaction form them and. Customer care is also not responding properly. And till now they are saying that it takes some more time to activate. Now I am getting irritated by the irresponsibility plz take reaction

                                        There is totally worst network coverage of airtel in rhenock east sikkim. Have to wait long for just opening one page. Showing 4g in status but while browsing internet speed is poor than 2g. Again and again call drop issue is also there. One bts is there at rhenock area, but we are not getting any network from this bts. Being a number 1 service provider, this type of service is un expect able. Solve the problem soon
