I have purchase data card NO.[protected] in the month of December, 2017 on advance rental payment of 6 month from airtel store located in opera house, mumbai for personal use.But airtel not provide the data speed and only provide the speed in KBPS.I have also complain various time in store as well as customer care but not provide the speed.so at the end i have spoken to customer care for disconnect the connection after 6 month completion of advance rental.
but Airtel company raise the invoice without giving the service of data card speed so why airtel raise the invoice without giving your commitment .Please help me

I will file the case in court for this matter
From today no incoming, outgoing calls, messages and internet are not working . Please resolve my issue .
Main balance and data balance is shown as na in airtel app and not able to call or either able to access internet
Airtel TV app is not showing Amazon Prime Banner. I want to avail the offer but couldn't find the solution. I was also promised 3 months netflix subscription by your agent, even that is not done. Please help

    This complaint is regarding airtel prepaid services. Airtel sent me a message with a link to recharge my prepaid mobile number to enable international roaming. Accordingly as i found the plan feasible today i recharged my prepaid airtel no. With ₹296/- 30 days validity which said i get 40 mins local and international calls to india with free incoming. I made 1 call lasting 5 mins (From us to india) and received 1 incoming call from india lasting 5 mins. My account balance has depleted to a mere ₹19/-. I dont understand how this could happen. I am unable to reach airtel customer care number

    After numerous complains to the customer care, I am still not able to make STD landline calls. Though, I have main balance, customer care executives pretend to not understand my problem and disconnects the call saying I should have main balance.
    My customer id is [protected] i hav recharged for 365 rupees today by 1.00pm the amount has been debited from my account and set up box shows error code 6..please resolve the problem as soon as possible

    When I call someone or they Call me They can't hear My Voice.It's being 1 month That I am Facing This Annoying problem please do something ...Thank you !

      1) broadband connection, phone no. 4229791 in the name of ajit harshe (Disconnected on 23/07/2018)
      2) broadband connection phone no. 4932961 in the name of smt neelu harshe w/o ajit harshe connected on 23/07/2018
      Dear sir,
      With reference to above two broadband connections (Of which former is disconnected on 23rd july 2018 and the later was connected on the same day) i have to state as follows in a chronological order:
      1) i am your customer (Ph. No. 4229791 in my name ie ajit harshe) for nearly 12 years and have never faced any problems regarding your services till the problem narrated below arose.
      2) on 23/07/2018 i approached your office at platinum plaza, mata mandir, bhopal, with a complaint about low speed of internet connection. There, i was attended to by shri gaurav who suggested me to change my data plan. He also told me that i can not get the suggested plan on my existing broadband connection and should take a connection in my wife's name (Or any other family member’s name) after surrendering the older one. He insisted that i should not tell about this arrangement or the reason for discontinuation of the old connection to anyone from airtel if inquired by them on phone.
      3) i obliged and discontinued the old connection[protected] and obtained new connection[protected] in the name of my wife, smt. Neelu harshe on the same day.
      4) i have arrangement of automatic bill payment with hdfc bank, so they paid the bill for july 2018 on 6th of subsequent month (06/08/2018). Thinking that having discontinued the old connection, bill from your side will not be raised, i did not bother to take back the standing instruction given to the bank. But they again debited my account with rs.1474.00 on 4th september, 2018 towards payment of bill inadvertently raised by you, which i wrongly thought to be paid against the bill for the new connection[protected] though i never received the usual message from your side about the bill payment.
      5) when on 05/09/2018, i received a message for payment of bill for rs.944.88 towards bill for new connection, i went to your office at platinum plaza, bhopal and told shri gaurav about the whole mess and requested him to adjust the payment of rs.1474.00 made inadvertently on account of my old connection[protected] towards this bill. He told me that this was not possible, to which i concurred. So, i asked him to arrange refund of this amount to which he asked me to pay the entire dues (Rs.706+rs.738=rs.1444.00, i don’t know why two month’s bill was raised while the message was for rs.955.88 only*) pertaining to the new connection[protected] first. He asked me to draw a cheque of rs.1500.00 in the name of s. R. Enterprises, saying that this firm is the franchisee of airtel and the balance would be adjusted in the next bill. So, i drew a cheque of rs.1500.00 in the name of the firm, hoping to get the receipt on email or through message on my mobile. But i did not receive any email receipt or message.
      6. After a few days i contacted shri gaurav on phone ([protected]) about the payment of bill and asked him to send me the receipt and when failed to get any positive response from him i started calling him regularly. Every time he pleaded me to wait for some time, first two-three days and then even for a few hours. A few days back i received the reminder for payment of bill from your side and i went to meet shri gaurav, who told me that by evening he will himself deliver the receipt. But he did not come.
      7. Now, today i dialled the customer care number (50101) and the person there told me to pay the dues immediately and advised me to contact s. R. Enterprise for refund of rs.1500.00. I did not enquire about my refund of rs.1474.00 intending to deal with that later.
      8. Now, i request you to clear my dues against my payment of rs.1500.00 made to s. R. Enterprises and also refund the amount of rs.1474.00 which was paid inadvertently towards disconnected broadband service[protected]. Also i request you to issue me all the bills pertaining to the new connection[protected] so that i can understand why is there a discrepancy as underlined and starred* above.

        With the above captioned matter as i have read advertisement in the local news paper for airtel sms job where i followed the procedure where first i paid rs. 1850/- in their bank account for registration and i got registration number 111234. Before paying rs 1850/- they said there was no additional charges for the above job and when i paid, they demand rs. 6500/- for insurance charges for the kit they were supposed to supply in their account number of shri. Surendra verna (Sbi a/c [protected]) i also paid insurance charges. After payment of rs 6500/- they said now i hv to pay rs 8500/- for shipment charge for the kit.
        Sir we are not in a position to pay the same then i understand it was fraud and we lost rs 8350/-

        Sir on 7th September I have done recharge on online mood in my airtel app but recharge not succefull amount its be deducted still amount not come to my account
        Today I want to recharge my Airtel prepaid no.[protected] with my Airtel app and I tried.But recharge failed and from my bank account money deducted two times. 44+44 = 88
        Please refund my money.
        Im using airtel 4g prepaid network. it has a very bad coverage, the voice breaks and somes the network is down, internet is never available.

        i stay in SIT tumkur hostels. and no where in hostel the network is received.

          I have raised a connection closure request to airtel for one of my data card, and a ticket was logged for the same[protected] stating that the connection will closed n 7 working days, trusting the airtel brand value i was sitting assured that the connection will be closed as per sla, randomly after 10 days i enquired with airtel regarding the status of my closure request and the executive said that above ticket is closed with out specifying any reason and now he will log a new ticket ([protected]) for closure and it will again take 7 working days, i asked him who will pay the bill for all this period that was lapsed because of your mistake he said bill will be paid by you, i am feeling cheated, as the fault was from the airtel side and i am being made to pay the bill for their mistake.

          This is a real cheat, i have the call recording of the airtel executive and the 2 ticket no, 1 that was closed with out closing the connection and 2 that was raised to cover their mistake.

            Tonight at 11pm i received a message on my number that namkeen pack has been activated on my number. This happened without my permission & balance of 35/- - has been deducted from my account.

            I have never subscribed for this service, why airtel has activated this??

            Want to file a complaint for such unnecessary deductions made by airtel. Such instances have happened in the past as well. They activate certain services and charge us any amount as a subscription fee.
            I want to refund and unsubscribe asap.

              Airtel gives the open network facility in order for consumers to get a better idea of how good the internet speed in a particular area is. They claim the internet speed to be excellent in the area I live in. However, the speed of 4G internet rarely goes up to even 50kbps. Even the audio call quality, which they also claim to be excellent, is very poor and doesn't even work some of the times.

                The services are poor like always, network coverage is poor and at the same time they are deducting my balance by automatically activating some services, and even at times, i don't get any confirmation message about the deduction. And i don't only want my balance i want a big fine on airtel for doing so because i am complaining about it and i will get my amount but there are many people in india who even don't know their balance is deducted and even they know, they do not know what to do and this is the reason why airtel is frauding everyone because out of 10 times they have at least 1 chance where the user will not complain about this.

                  On 12th Sep i was traveling to Abu Dhabi after landing to airport i switch on my mobile and instantly get the message of 99 INR deduction without using any services.

                  My mobile number is +91 [protected]

                  Tried to reach customer care they send one link to verify my number but once i clink on link it says "Request has been expired" tried to mail [protected]@airtel.com but no response.

                  Need my money back as i did not use any services.
                  I am in Canada for official purpose will not be reachable for further communications, please mail me on

                    What the hell is this are you gonna solve the unnecessary balance deduction problem or i should complain to cyber cell about this ### worls done by you ### airtel ! Atleast tell me a valid reason why this is happening any technical issue or you are deducting it ? Just a reason to me problem please ! Im extremely fed up right now by the call cost messages im getting daily . What the hell is happening can you tell me please because if no then i will register a complaint in cyber cell again airtel as simple as that as my father is a reupted lawer it will be easy for me ! ### tell me reason why the balance is being deducted unnecessarily?

                        My mb no [protected]. I have recharged it on 15/09/18 at 12.58 pm with transaction id[protected] for rs 399 for 70 days as old recharge is expiring on 18/09/18.
                        Airtel has confirmed the recharge but all subsequent messages and alerts are showing that it is going to lapse on 18/09/18
                        Please confirm the complaint and address the issue mentioned
                        Please pay attention as my mobile will become out of service after 18/09/18

                          I ported my number from Tata Docomo to Airtel on 9th of September 2018 and as of now the FRC of 179, which I paid to the shop hasn't been reflected in my account.

                          Moreover there is absolutely no way in which I can communicate with an Airtel representative as the customer care number is just a bunch of stupid menus and there is no obvious way of reaching a real human.

                            We are staying in kereguddadahalli near chikkabanvara bangalore.
                            From past 2 months we are facing of lot of slow internet problem.
                            It's not only in my cell phone, it's for the whole surrounding.
                            The speed is very very slow. It's the worst internet speed that i have experienced so for.
                            I'm eagerly waiting from past 2 months that it would be proper.
                            But no sign of solving the problem.

                              Dear Concern,

                              I would like to bring to you kind attention that numerous times in the past months (since the installation of the phone) we have been requesting handset change from Airtel as there is a lot of disturbance in the handset.

                              We keep getting a jaaring sound when trying to make outgoing calls and after 3-4 attempts we are able to make a call. When we get an incoming call and lift the receiver we again get a jaaring sound and we are unable to receive the call. This is very disturbing and hampers our business.

                              Whenever we call we keep getting told that the handset will be changed but month after month is passing by and the handset is not getting changed. We are quite fed up of complaining as our complaints just seem to fall on deaf ears.

                              We have complained numerous times to their service engineers as follows: 1.Mr. Ankat (Mb: [protected]) / 2. Mr subhojit (Mb: [protected]).

                              These service engineers have come many times and checked the handset and assured us that it will be changed but till date nothing has happened.

                              We have also sent mails in this regards 2-3 times. The last time we sent a mail their senior engineer Mr. Sujit (Mb: [protected]) called us and assured us that he has looked into the history of the matter and that without fail the handset would be replaced within one month as it is an old standing case He also told us that usually after so much of time lapse handsets are not changed but since this problem is since the time of installation it will definitely be changed. He told us as presently there were shortage of handsets so to bear with him for a month and he would see to it that the handset was replaced.

                              Now one month has passed and when I am getting in touch with Mr Sujit he is now singing a different song and telling us that he has registered the complaint and that we have to get in touch with customer care who will tell us when the handset will be replaced.

                              When I am calling their customer care they are telling us that the handset will not be replaced. I dont understand this at all. First of all we are given a faulty handset from the very onset and now after so many commitments that they will change the handset they now say they will not replace the handset. If time is lapsed it is because of delays from their end and non commitments from their end.

                              Since a faulty handset was given to us it is their responsibility to replace the handset for us.

                              This matter is becoming very long and their people are just stalling us from day one failing each and every one of their commitments. Now its not just a matter of one handset but a matter of the fact that they have provided a faulty handset and are now turning away from their customer service and customer commitment.

                              We would appreciate if you can please take the matter seriously and help us address our grievance with a company like airtel who cant even keep a commitment and is so laid back about their customer service values.

                                I am having a current unlimited pack of rs.199. On 12th september, by the time of around 10.30pm i got a message regards 90% usuage of data which i haven't used. I knew i had used only upto 1000mb out of 1.4gb.
                                I knew that i haven't used the entire 1.4gb for that day. Here i have attached my mobile screentshot which showing that the current day data usage (Taken from mobile settings option) and i had attached a screenshot image indicating the remaining data using *121*51#.. And it shows the remaining data balance of about 400mb - (Availabe data for the day) with time.
                                I approched cs executive and he didnt respond properly. Then i mailed a complaint to [protected]@airtel.com and one executive said that some specialist will resolve the issue within 72hrs but still none of answeres for that...

[protected] i have asked many times from airtel for the portability or a prepaid sim card by they are not taking my request and demanding for bill payment all the time.in the month of may airtel disconnect my connection dt 23.05.2018 and still demand for full and final bill payment, i got frustrated with their service but still i paid rs 1415 as the full and final payment via transaction no. N[protected] dt 08.06.2018. My connection was already disconnected, and all the services was disabled in the m/o may only and the customer care told me that u can collect prepaid sim card by vising any airtel outlet with security money. Once i visited there they told me to pay the outstanding amount again which i already paid in 08.06.2018. Sir this is a request please help me to sort out the matter as i need my mobile no.                                     In my cell phone received the following message
                                    Adofgames service has been renewed @ rs 25.0 for 7day (S) from your airtel mobile. To deactivate, call or sms stop to 155223. More services, click http://56789.airtel.in
                                    And so on.
                                    I want my recharge money and company charged unnecessary charges without my consent

                                      I got a message saying that rs.20 has been deducted from my account though i am not using any primezone service. I have received today 18th september on early hours @4.44am. Please check and refund my deducted amount. Please acknowlege my complain. Message appears like below:"thanks for using primezone. You have been charged rs 20.0 from your airtel mobile account. For more services, call 56789".

                                      In my Airtel sim games fort was subscribe but I didn't do it. The took my money.
