I am NOT a user of the airtel network, I get a minimum of 2 calls everyday offering new phone numbers, offers.

I have told them on the call to remove my number from receiving and such calls more than a normal number of times. Never has been effective.

I do not want to receive calls from airtel.

This is utterly inconvenient and annoying. I wish for this to be solved and my number to be excluded from such calls.

    Hi i switched from #idea to #airtel thinking i will have better network and service and to my service #airtel disconnected the new post paid service.
    I got the new service on 16th sep 2018. 20th sep, i was sent an sms saying my bill is overdue. I checked with gowrivakkam store manager, mr. Senthil on this on the same day. He asked me to ignore the message. On sep 23rd night all my airtel connections were disconnected. I wasnt sent any bill for that matter. On 24th sep after mr. Senthil asked me to pay rs.690 saying that is the bill amount, pro rate basis, for 4 days for all my 7 connections. I paid that amount but to my surprise only my no got activated and all other 6 numbers are disconnected. It has been more than 2 days and no proper resolution mechanism.

      My mother have Airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] for which I recharged 121 made for you offer of Rs. 448 for 1.4GB of 3G/4G data and unlimited calls for 82 days on 25/09/18 my mother recharged the same but at around 8 am . As my mother needed recharge urgently that time, so she also told me to recharge the last night but I forgot to recharge, but when I realized that I have to recharged I Made it quick by Paytm app by order no. [protected] and the time is 10.32 am, 25/09/18. by the same plan Rs. 448 for 1.4GB of 3G/4G data and unlimited calls for 82 days .

      Which means my mother and me done the same mobile no. recharged twice with the same plan by mistake. So that's my request kindly reverse the transaction done by me through paytm.

        I want to tell you that my internet speed is very slow. The ranges are between 100 kbps but i want about 1 mbps. I am using this sim in my 3g micromax usb modem as before the speed was fine but now it is very poor. Actually my work is on pending due to the internet speed.

          I am using Airtel himachal number [protected] in UAE.Today I got a msg that i have been charged rs99 for international rental, i didnt even opted for any such service. I havent received or made any calls. Not even texted. So would like to know the reason of deduction and want refund. I am using this number since long time and never faced such issue before as used same no. even in Saudi Arabia.

            Adofgames was activated in my mobile without my consent and my airtel account balance was debited by rs 60/ on 23.9.2018. When i asked the service center (Sent sms to deactivate service to 155223) they just deactivated the service but were unable to refund.

            Kindly refund back my money which they have deducted from my account. Please take action against such future frauds too.

              I requested the said company at its airtel store at noida, sector 137 for change of circle from up (E) to up (W) for my connection no. ([protected]) on 17. September, 2018.

              However the old sim was deactivated on 23.09.2018 and new sim is yet to be activated i have made the several requests at the office on my visit again lastly on 24 september 2018, however the new sim is yet to be activated after three days of disconnection.

              I am unable to make calls and receive any important sms, i fail to understand what is taking it long for it after all the verifications done at all ends.

              I am losing on my clients and my work due to their illogical and irresponsible behaviour and find all good reasons to take them to consumer courts for my loss of work and clientage.

              I seek a swift reply and response over this, before i reach out to the consumer forum for this.

              The Staff of Airtel Store at Barrackpore, Kolkata Opposite Hindi School are not co operative manner with customer. The staff is required to be changed on public interest.

                My number is [protected].
                It is an airtel number and airtel is deducting rs 20 every now and then and i am not being able to stop this service for once and for all. Please help.
                I have called them many times but they have not helped me to resolved this.in general i don't use any value added services but yet i am being charged and i want refund for the rs 20 and i want this harassment to stop.
                I do not require any value added service. I never opted for it. They have automatically did something and deducted the amount and continuously deducting my hard earned money. Please help me to put a stop on it.

                I am experiencing a very bad signal strength in my area. Even I could not get the 3G speed of the internet. The connection is not stable. If this continues further I would like to leave the network and port to some other.

                        Hi team,
                        For my airtel hotspot 4g device i tried to made payment through my sbi online banking. The payment was successful on sbi page but while redirecting to your airtel.in website the session was expired. My account had been debited for rs 999 on 16th sep 2018. I have confirmed with sbi twice and they told me that merchant confirmed them a successful transaction. Kindly initiate my refund asap.

                          I have placed order for samsung galaxy note 9 128gb on tuesday 17th september and made payment of 7900. Till now i have not received any call from airtel. I have placed order from my airtelapp. Regarding this i visited airtel outlets but they r not giving me details. Three times i have made call for customer care and he said that order is already delivered on 21st september, i did not received order nor got biomatric verification.

                                  To Airtel Company,

                                  Here by this mail, I would like to apprise you with few realistic facts that your valued old customers are facing, today while customers are having ample options from various service providers and numerous luring offers from other telecom companies, we have always decided to stay with oldest well known company “Airtel”. The real problem starts like this : from last almost 7-8 months we started facing issues related to signal and connectivity, majorly call drops and time again we called customer care department and informed them about our issues . Many times our problems get solved but connectivity issues was always a problem . One of our old complaint was not closed even after months passed (January, 2018 onwards and still unresolved).

                                  Finally after various complaints last week my wife’s phone, started showing “no service” and she called up customer care, nothing happened . On 20.09.2018, I was on tour and unable to contact my family so I called up customer care myself and registered complaint for my wife’s number, the executive explained that “micro sim” is no longer working and we have to change it . Important to note here we were never provided any complaints number nor any message came for complaints we registered many times (5-6 months ).

                                  On 24.09.2018 besides busy, I visited many company’s outlets and surprised to see, none of the outlet seems serious in attending customers . I visited Nangal Raya center at 2.45 pm they told me to come after 45 minutes as they were having lunch that time . I then visited Masoodpur, Vasant Kunj branch where I was told that I can’t get the micro sim as my wife has to be present there ( I was carrying adhaar and other proofs ) . My wife and son is suffering from fever ( 102-103 C) unable to come I told them and they refused, I callled up customer care at 5.00 Pm and some Mr.Sohail picked up with whom I discussed the issues and my problem, he assured that by 7.00 Pm I will get sim delivered at home . I was really happy to hear this and was thinking that Airtel value old customers and Going to help me out . He even gave me lead numbers : [protected].

                                  I waited but no message or person came to deliever the sim, finally I again called customer care ( you have to try various complicated options to speak to executives ) and this time wish to speak to some senior so my problem get resolved, after waiting for 25 minutes I was told that senior person named “Mr. Promod Kumar” will be online, finally Mr.Promod came on, one and resolved all my issues (8 months old ) by suggesting me to port out of Airtel . He seems angry, he was unkind and bit harsh . He refused about any option of sim card being delivered at home . I was totally shocked and again asked him if there is any possibility of sim if can be delivered at home as my wife is unwell he bluntly said NO .

                                  My 15 years of association with Airtel, my so called status of “old and sincere customer” status ( in my mind only ) all came to and end .

                                  Today I then requested for port to TRAI, thinking who’s fault is it ? Should we have people like Mr.Promod Kumar on such senior position . His mere few kind words, his few extra step ( Delievering of micro sim at home if he understood my family was ill ) could have forced me to stay with Airtel .

                                  This just could be one story for all of you, a customer with just 2 connection today you may lose . Believe me like me many are there who are not happy with Airtel anymore . Numbers then could be in million - “it’s not competitor who is strong, it is we who are weak”.

                                    Dear sir I have recharge pack of Airtel 4g RS 169 date 6-09-18 and I have check plan mobile no is [protected] get unlimited plan is 28 days pack but after 14 days data and calling has stopped. I talked customer care but customer care told me my unlimited pack has expired and your pack has only 14 days valid but know my ballance check this no *121# then show valid 3-10-18 and also voice customer care automatic voice calling told me 3-10-18 but costomer care has not accepted this plan please help me sir. This is fake customer plan.

                                      Our airtel network connection account number[protected]/[protected] username:[protected][protected]@airtelbroadband.in, had been shared in an authorised manner and all the data related to network surfing and network browsing had been accessed by anonymous users.
                                      This is been a high breach of security issue. Indeed its the primary responsibility of the vendor to provide secure data to the customers.
                                      Either you took the countermeasure within 24 hours or i will escalate this issue
                                      At the country head level followed by a string of legal actions in detail.

                                      Today i got a message that my Videoparlor Service
                                      is activated and 50 rupees is deducted from my account and i have not subscribed any service
                                      This is purely cheating customers by AIRTEL

                                        With utmost grief i want to bring it to the notice that on 15.09.18 i called up the customer care of airtel dth in order to remove my sony hd top up.
                                        after i spoke to the customer care executive and told him to remove the top up i was astonished to see that not only my sony hd top up but almost all my channels were stopped by your executive. since the call was still on i told him about it but instead of looking into the problem he disconnected the call.

                                        On the same day i again made a complaint with the customer care executive by again dialling the number and after a lot of reluctance i was connected to a technical team and when i told them about the problem they assured me that within 48 hours things will be resolved and all my channels will be restored.
                                        again i made similar complaints on 16, 17, 18, 19 and 20. But instead of listening or resolving my problem they closed my complaints. In between i even got a call from airtel and was again told that in 24 hours the problem will be resolved but to no avail.

                                        i requested that if the problem is not being resolved kindly give me back my money to this also they are not paying any heeds too.

                                        I request that either my problem be resolved and my channels be restored and if not my money be refunded wef 15.09.18 so that i can move on to some other operator.
