Hi,
I am aditya bhardwaj. I was using airtel prepaid connection from a very long time along with vodafone postpaid connection in a dual sim phone. But 2 months back some guy representing airtel called me "as they usually call all day telling you different schemes" and told me about a good airtel postpaid connection which will also secure my phone from any sort of damages. But the only condition i was told was that i should have an airtel postpaid connection. To which i agreed and switched to airtel postpaid from prepaid. Now just after 2 months unfortunately touch of my cell phone stopped working, may be due to spillage of water.

Worried i called customer care from a different cell phone but same number asking them the procedure to get my cell repaired under airtel secure. To my utter surprise the executive on the other side of the phone told me that i will have to first go on the airtel app and subscribe for the airtel secure in order to get the phone registered. As my touch wasn't (Isn't) working i am stuck and feel like cheated. Today i had talked to airtel representatives who called me after i mailed them the situation and problem i am facing.

I was hoping for a solution from them but escalating the issue to three seniors including one named rini (Supervisor) and her manager, nothing was helpful. Instead they said i was at fault as i did not enquire this from my hand prior to this problem and were not ready to accept the mistake from their end. To which i clearly told them that i only switched from vodafone to airtel because my handset was being covered for all sort of damages, and unless and until someone known to this procedure will guide me how will i ever know what ill have to do. I also told/asked the lady (Manager) that if they can text for everything else why cant they just send a simple text that whosoever you are, you need to subscribe to the airtel secure plan and get ur handset registered.

They have put all sort of ads and everything for this service but no one ever called, texted or mailed even a single thing about it.
I am totally disappointed now and feel cheated. I have never felt this disturbed in my life ever. Kindly help.

    using my email for other customers numbers

    I have a registered airtel data card number with my email registered for bills. Since this is my only number i have registered with airtel. But i have been receiving emails from airtel for billing registration and billing updates of customers registered on my mail id. Several unknown numbers are registered on mail id and still counting.     I am a very old customer of airtel and have been using airtel gsm postpaid as well as broadband connection at my home. I subscribed to airtel secure service after seeing much hyped advertisements on tv. The mere fact that my phone is already under warranty, i had an extra out cover and tampered glass on my phone, and i still decided to have insurance clearly show how much i am concerned about my phone and take care of it.

    On 19/08/2018 i was on railway station and an old lady was trying to get on to automaic escalators. She was about to fell down, when i saved her from felling down. At the same time my phone was in my hand and got slipped & handset fell down and the touchscreen developed cracks. Though the phone is still working and i am using my phone very well.in spite of all the documents uploaded, i repeatedly kept on getting emails from them asking for a pic of the phone with the battery removed. Finally my claim was submitted after on 21/08/2017.

    Now after a day i received an email from them saying claim rejected by the insurance company due to "improper handling". Can somebody explain me how you are supposed to handle the phone while accidentally slipping? My phone did have an outer cover as well as extra tampered glass to protect it from a damage in case of minor impact by felling down. The screen broke as it was a major impact as it got slipped and fell down with a "good enough impact" causing myself to get injured and the phone screen damage.

    I again raised a complaint on 14/09/2018 and an email again droped in my inbox on 15/09/2018 stating the same "improper handling".

    If this is not, what the hell is "an accident" then? Now they are saying claim rejected due to improper handling? Do you mean to say i throw my phone on the road and broke it? What a ridiculous lame excuse for not keeping your promise and providing a service for which you are bounded to. And what is this insurance company now?

    I want somebody "logical" to immediately look into this and arrange to get the phone repaired and delivered to me at the earliest failing which i would be left with no other option than to proceed with the legal proceeding with district consumer forum to safeguard my rights as a consumer and get the service for which i am in a contract with airtel.

      Dear sir,

      This is subject to above i - yogesh shahpatel found that in my airtel[protected] billing since last 12 months no consumption was made by me due to non-availibility of network. So i had to use new network [ i. E. Jio] for communication.

      As i am bonafide customer of airtel i hope, because of non-utilisation of services company should refund me rental collect from me by me as remittance of above billing. I will be highly appreciated if my complaint will be solicit.

        Airtel prepaid service [protected], 35 rupees was deducted automatically and by enabling value-added service of kids zone on date 15 september 3:40 pm.

        Airtel up east prepaid: [protected]
        Txn id s[protected]

        Airtel automatically activated this service, nor i visited any site, neither clicked anywhere to enable its services.
        However, i immediately stopped it but the money was already deducted any they denied to repay it back.

        These companies usually do this kind of cheap tricks to earn money. That is why i am complaining about them

        I called the customer care and after insisting them a little and explained that the deduction was wrong. They kept me on hold to talk to a senior officer and then they accepted their mistake and refunded 84 rupees back to my account.

        Again they have debited 50 rupees, but this time not even notifying me.
        I knew this when I checked my account balance. And they I checked whether any value added service was enabled or not and there I got that a service named INLOGIC GAMES was enabled. I stopped it immediately.

        Up to now total 85 Rupees has been deducted.

Is it possible to know the call detail and sms history for the period of i. E. 13.09.2018 to till date. And please tell the recharge history of this number.             The worst service in history from airtel, this should go public now on facebbook and other social sites, frustrated with response of airtel managers and representatives.

            You should lock your company and join dish tv, you aren't capable of providing services to customers. Feeling shamed on you Bharti Airtel.

              extra charge and received bill even after converting from postpaid to prepaid

              Hi.
              When i ported me aircel account to airtell account, i had been told that i would have to opt for post paid compulsorily for 4 months. I had taken plan of 199rs. But i had been given bill of 199 in first month and then 240, 280 and 240 rs for the remaining months.               Airtel gives me free 10 gb for 10 days and the pack is activated. I browsed internet and the amount is deducted from my main balance when my net pack is activated. I call complaint care of airtel but they provide me a silly reason for amount deduction "there is a tower problem in your area" that why your amount is debited but i asked to refund my amount, they refused to do. Until now the 10 gb pack is activated but not browsed by me. I called many times to airtel care and i asked them "why i not able to browse when my pack is activated". They provided different answers for me. One of customer excutive tell me there a setting problem in your phone (Already i used net pack in this setting) and another said this pack is only for 3 g mobile users (In activation message they notified me the pack is only 4g users and i also 4g users). Finally the amount is debited from my main balance for silly reason and the net pack is activated but i not able to browse until now. There is no solutions for me from airtel sides.

                I'm anushka gupta and i have plan of rs 499 but i'm getting bill of rs 802. I have complained regarding this from 2-3 months but still getting this type of bill.
                At last decided to port my no. And regarding that i got a call but that woman was so rude she was not ready to port my no. And for port my no. She told me to pay rs 1000 even though my bill is of rs 800.
                I would like you to plz let me port my no. And i want refund of money which is i have paid.

                I have been using airtel for 8-9 yr and yesterday i was completely disappointed.

                  This is my airtel prepaid number. I have put international roaming pack for singapore on13th sept. But when i reached singapore you have deducted 99 as usage charge for data. That pack is suppose to provide free data and international call to india from singapore. Since my sim is prepaid international roaming should be activated already. Please explain me the reason and give me my money back. This is the last time am trying to get answer from you. Or my entire family will switch to some other network.

                      Hi team,

                      I have been having tough times dealing with new connections and poor customer service agents at airtel these days.
                      This will be my final call requesting for the connection installation.in case of no response within 24 hours i will plan accordingly to go to a different vendor.

                      I booked a new secondary connection on 8-sep-2018 through amazon for an amount of rs.599. I was not on sunday to inform that i will get the installation between 17th to 20th of this month. I requested for either weekends (9th or 13th or 15th or 16th or 22nd or 23rd) and not on working days.

                      Looks like an order was created order no. 23050261 and they called me on monday requesting that the installation was scheduled for the very same day and looking for a time. I informed that as we are in office, will not be available on working days and need to either schedule it for 13-sep or weekends. They said they are cancelling my order and i need to call back to get the installation rescheduled. So i called again on wednesday requesting for installation. Looks like the customer service representative who picked the call closed it as inquiry and has not done his job right. He mentioned that my request got cancelled and the amount got credited to my primary connection account. So again i called today so i can get it scheduled for installation atleast in these 2 days. However, your representative subathra was so rude and she was not trying to fix the problem for which i have called and was trying to blame me that i never booked a connection at all and it is just a recharge to my account. Ridiculous.
                      I'm trying to make her understand that i have enough proofs for ordering for a secondary connection. But she spoke very irresponsibly. It is a real waste of time to speak with such representatives' anymore.

                      Please review the call history recorded for qa from last saturday until today and kindly make a decision.
                      Please let me know if my secondary connection will be installed by tomorrow (23-sep-18) or should i move on with a different vendor.

                      I cannot keep on following up like this inspite of making a payment before in hand. If these are politics related to direct booking vs booking through third party
                      Vendors please sort it out yourself and do not push the burden on customers by making them frustrated with these kind of treatments continuously.

                      I regret for requesting a second connection. So kindly call me within next 24 hours to confirm installation will happen or not. I will handle this otherwise accordingly.

                          Dear airtel i've been waiting for a response from you about my problem. Signal is very poor. Speed is very slow and can't able to see a picture from google images. Very bad. And their customer care employees ask me to port. Worst customer service. I've called customer care more than 15 times and every time they say that your problem will be resolved. I've using 549 plan in my plan there is 3.5gb per day data for 28 days. And i can't even able to use 100mb of data just because of poor network and worst network of airtel. I want my refund

                            sim not working after prepaid to postpaid transfer

                            I did request for prepaid to postpaid transfer thinking that the network connectivity will be better as airtel prepaid is really very bad this days. One porting is completed after verification, then my old sim got deactivated and the new got activated. When i inserted the new sim... First it took the network and asked to restart the phone. But after restarting it stopped working and now no network is coming.

                            Dear sir/mam. Plz deactivate my all reachargable service from my mob no [protected]. Prently refund whatever cutting balnce 13+86+13 rs total 132 ruppess. Because presently i m in saudi arabia so too much disturbilng, i want to on my number parmanently, if airtel will solve my issues then i will be happy to elect this airtel sim other wise no more binifits.

I also registered a complaint to the bank but as per the bank the issue pertains to mobile service provider. Also some times I received OTP but after a long time.                                 My air tel no. [protected] and i am facing network problem in cpwd colony, seminary hills, nagpur since last 2years. I have lodged complaint but only assured that network updated very soon by costumer care team. Why are you wrongly declaring that air tel is no. 1 net work by okhala speed.

                                  We have airtel broadband connection with account no. [protected]-mh. We face many issues with this connection we submit complain via mail & customer care number many times but did not get any solution for that we have connection from last 2 year but we have face connectivity problem till start up. Now we bothered & tired to complaining many times we paid advance payment for 12 months now they either no refund nor solving issue. As our work by internet we need internet connection for our business but we can not able to do work. We take fastest plan but it is like to wasting our time and money. First they take money from us and then they not receiving any calls and not replying to mails. It is worse experience with airtel service even we have cug postpaid airtel connection we face same issue with that also we can not able to use internet on our mobiles.
