Hi airtel,
Am using my airtel number for the past 9 years, by yesterday my number service went down. Now i have full tower but i can't able to make calls, messages, and data. I got "not registered on the network error" message when i try to make calls.
There is no issue with mobile, am using another jio sim it is working well and am tried to put the sim another mobile facing the same problem "not registered on the network error".
Today am went to airtel store, they checked and said problem is in the sim card. They told me that need to change the sim. Am accepted that.
After that, they ask me for the proof i gave my driving license, they checked and tell that your name only matching with the database. Even my date of birth is not available in your system, your database only has my name and address, even my name is mentioned like xxxxx 18/09/2009 like that. Anywhere you see the name has any date with that. After that airtel try to solve that my name is not matching because the date is included in my name in your database.
This is all your faults @airtel not maintaining the customer's database correctly. After i got my number in 2009 two times submitted my proof in your airtel store one for aadhar another one for 4g sim.
Now airtel store guys told me we can't do anything, they openly told that postpaid customers more important for them, not the prepaid customers.
We're also paying money @airtel. I want my number what i need to do
