Airtel — faulty online payment portal and lack of information with the staff | |||||
Dear mr mittal if you are serious about level playing in todays competition in telecom than better tie many loose ends at airtel. Here are few experiences The staff do not have or lack in providing all intrinsic details about the data plan. The online payment portal of airtel has no option to print the receipt or save it as pdf. Unfortunately after making the payment, airtel does not even bother to mail the acknowledgement with the receipt And to add to this when i sent mail pointing about the receipt non availability online, i received a foolish mail from airtel listing the procedure to print online bill, meaning customer mails are replied even without reading them carefully I also received a call from airtel explaining me the bill download procedure and i when i told him that i need a receipt not the bill he put me on hold checked the site and replied that they do not have the facility to print the receipt of online payments and that he also came to know this only after speaking with me today, he was not aware about this fact. This is the training and information that the airtel staff has about their company The above experience is disgusting and mr mittal seems to be casual about such large and important sector and of course about customer service. My device submitted on 27 sept 2017 till now no responce came about estimatin of repair plz repair it as soon as posible i require my mobile in my job
