This is to bring to your notice that Airtel Network has very poor coverage and very poor customer service in our area, Vellalore, Coimbatore with pin code 641111. Two months back, I went to an Airtel store in Chintamani near Bata Showroom, Coimbatore, and enquired about Airtel Dongle. The sales executive named Saira Banu from that office attended us and promised us that there is very good network coverage in our area Vellalore and sold us a dongle with plan for 15 MBPS. When we logged in, the speed was hardly 0.1kbps, which is very very poor. Again we went and registered a complaint and the complaint number is 79672749 on September 21, 2017. Until today, there was no response from the customer service end and not even a single call came to us regarding it. Today, I went and asked about it and the manager in that store responded in a very irresponsible way and a very vague manner, which was irritating. So, I canceled my connection and have raised a cancel request, for which we did not get a message. He was telling us that the network is very slow and we will get in 2 to 3 days and then can cancel. At this point, I am not ready to spend even a single paise for such a worst network, which only has users for its name and not for its service. I have not seen such a very poor network until these days. Airtel network is mainly focusing only on selling and profit of their business and not bothered about customer satisfaction. I am very dissatisfied to use this network and I have switched to Jio which is a very fantastic network with very good customer servicing. I hereby cancel my network connection with sim number [protected] and I am not ready to pay any money after October 2, 2017, which is not my fault and it is customer end fault. At least, in the future, try to make your network somewhat better at least for the customers who still believe in your network and respect for their hardly earned money, do not look only profit. Take this as a serious mail. I need refund for my dongle, which is of no use for me.
