Airtel network adhar link must be enclosed rs.50.
And that person told lpg subsidy also must be enclosed, lpg subsidy bank should be change automatically. Lpg subsidy must you should enclosed, force with him. Adhar like take sum of amount rs.50 taken. Than only airtel continue with working. Unlese loss your connection. It was that person told. What is process of adhar link in sim card.

    I have airtel prepaid mobile number [protected]. On 7th october 2017, i went to a retailer to aadhar number with mobile number but the retailer opened a airtel payment bank saving account without my consent, and when i received a message of opening saving account and asked the retailer that why he opened the account then he replied that saving account aromatically opened.

    My complaint is that why the retailer opened a saving account without my consent and linked my aadhar number with that account. After linking aadhar number all my dbt transactions will be credited into that airtel account.

    Kindly take action against that retailer and de-link my aadhar from airtel saving account and deactivate the account as well.

          No action has been taken yet. Airtel has worst network and service.
          They are charging regular basis but no worries on network and service.

              I activated international roaming on the number [protected] and was charged rs. 2997.
              Now internet is not working in dubai.
              Tried calling customer care but there are no options to talk to any customer care representative.
              I got a call from airtel care when i applied for portability.
              The representative told me that my problem will be resolved and if not, i can call on 121 and dial 1139 and my call will be transfered to customer care representative.
              Again it didnt work!
              I tried from airtel app too. But again dead end!

                As soon as i inserted my airtel sim in my new 4g phone, airtel sent 2 messages advertising about their 399 plan valid for 84 days.
                Same was checked and verified on their website by logging in.

                2 days later as i login to actually recharge the plan, they do not have that plan available anymore. Instead, they have a 399 plan valid for only 28 days available for my number, while other airtel numbers on my account have that plan available.

                Clear case of false advertisement. If you are denying a certain service to a customer after advertising it to them specifically.

                        Never ever use airtel money such-and-such a fake app.
                        Never ever add money in airtel wallet. While adding money to wallet. They didn't say anything. But while taking out our own added money they said my account blocked transaction blocked bla bla and you have to open airtel bank account with 100rssever probelm and keep on dragging to steal money.

                        As I am not getting the airtel signal from 3-4 days so for the replacement of the sim the airtel support people in my village are charging high rates of nearly 150/-
                        And apart from that they are not showing keen interest to customers regarding the problem. So please take any further action.

                          I have purchaed airtel secure service last month for my airtel postpaid number which provide accidental and liquid damage claims for 99rs/month charges.
                          Unfortunately on 1st of oct i met with bike accident in which my mobile screen damaged.
                          When i claimed for insurance airtel denied to process. Need help to resolve it.
                          I hope i will get a solution.

                            My account of my airtel has been freezed from 2 months due to which i cannot perform transaction like mobile bill payment. After submitting all details of kyc they not taking any action on it. There is contact from airtel officials on this matter nor they are easily accessible on customer care. I have submitted kyc via mail and again asked about status but reply.

                              I paid in advance for 3 months (Rs. 2651) for wifi connection.
                              The airtel people came to my house at 11:00 am on monday, 9th oct '17, and did the wiring.
                              After that, from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm they have been trying to start the connection and have been unable to do so.
                              4-5 people have been coming and going, dirtying our house, walking out without informing so the front door is wide open, and then saying there's "some problem".
                              Now, i spoke with the airtel rep for sector 74 noida - adesh chauhan - and he said that it can take indefinite time. He blatantly told me, "go ahead and complain if you want to".
                              I am completely frustrated because my mother is home alone and this is taking a toll on her.
                              Airtel has taken our money but is not able to give us the service that we paid for.

                              I recently tried to upgrade my airtel sim to 4g, After getting confirmation my 3g sim got disconnected, it's been 3days 4g sim not yet activated. Called up customer care 2times but in vain.
                              Got only 1 GB data with a validity of 28 days for the plan 399. Recharged on September 16 2017 for the number [protected]. Please give data balance as per plan or return back the money.

                                First, i should say, you airtel should be ashamed about the quality of customer service executives (Executive - ms. Rani) at your kodambakkam centre, chennai.

                                I had given a request for sim upgradation for my no.[protected] from 3g to 4g on 28-sep-17. It has been nearly 2 weeks and the 4g sim (Sim no. [protected][protected]u) is yet to be activated. Meanwhile, the 3g sim was deactivated on 30-sept itself. I have linked my airtel no. With all my official and other transactions. Now, i am unable to complete any online transaction due to this problem. I visited & contacted airtel customercare and also the showroom at kodambakkam chennai, but every time i hear the same reply that server is down and it will be done the next day itself. Now, i have moved to visakhapatnam and not in a position to visit the showroom. When i call the airtel showroom (No.[protected] the executive whom i was dealing with ms. Rani, attends the call and once she recognizes me immediately disconnects the call and does not attend the call subsequently.

                                It's pathetic of you to treat your customers like this. You need to learn a thing or two from jio about the right way to treat your customers.

                                I have been your customer for more than 10 years and now i regret to have chosen you.

                                Hope the issue is resolved at least now.

                                  I had a request to change my billing address from one place to another, and i uploaded to airtel/mailed it. I got a message from airtel that your details are updated. But when i ask to provide the updated address in airtel letter pad or any pdf file on urgent basis for my some finance issue. Customer care and airtel store staffs tell that you should only get it when the new bill is generated in a rude language.
                                  But even i asked for the screen shot of my address proof, they tell we and airtel and have no authority to provide you the address or any screenshot.
                                  That's why i complain for their rude behaviour that the mnc's airtel is a brand and they are helpless to take care to help their customers.
                                  I want only my new updated address in airtel letter pad or in pdf form to my email as soon as possible.

                                    I am using airtel pospaid number [protected]. I am facing very poor signal at my residence area that is shaheen bagh, okhla. Also the interest speed is worst in almost all location.

                                    I have complaint many times from last 4 months but doest seems any action till now, so i have decided not to pay bill until ans unless airtel not resolving my issue.

                                    We are paying for the service and airtel fails to meet the customer service, then we should not pay the amount. It became worst as i missed so many call everyday. Also for making a call i have to try fir 5 to 10 times and also need to go in balcony for making or receiving calls.

                                    The internet speed also very poor from day jio came into pictures. I have more than 15 gb of data but due to worst speed not able to use even 1 gb.

                                    I have changed my old sim, also troubleshooting done as per the conversation with airtel folks.

                                    They also told our technical team is working, but i don't understand if they are really working they it should and must be resolved within a week or month.

                                    But regret to say, you will loose all your valuable customers everyday if you will not look into it seriously

                                      I have requested for a broadband connection on 03/10/17 and have submitted advance rental of 1000 inr. My cef no. Is 12003858 and isp (Shreebalaji enterprises) (Sec34 noida) cheated me. They are manipulating me. Still i didn't get my connection. So i requested to refund my amount as soon as possible.

                                        See we are having much trust on air-tel dth but reviewing this kind of issues and customers dis - satisfaction regarding your poor services like this kind of problems makes your business down and fail to the mark. Am very much addicted to vijay tv but your broadband says it is because of signal change and bla bla etc, am experiencing this issue for almost 10 days. See if this continues for sure your goodwill may down to the extreme. I hope you know goodwill is one of the intangible assets that cannot be earn with money but you can earn money with that goodwill. So please dont loose your goodwill by having this kind of stupid 150 rupees. Kindly consider all customers trust and faith towards your network and try to stop this kind of issues.
