We have requested for sim swap for my existing postpaid airtel sim on 25.09.2017. Sim activation is not yet done and still they are unable to trace the issue. The airtel people are making time pass saying that it's a technical issue and still resolving under process. After a too many long discussions and escalations, now they have given another sim with pending activation yet.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Airtel — for get incoming and outgoing sms and call details

      Yesterday i had message from airtel about special recharge of rs 399. I first tried it doing with paytm but first two time the transaction was unsuccessful and message came that operator didnot responded.in afternoon i went to airtel store but they said that wait for some time as there was no network in airtel. After waiting for long time i thought to try once again in paytm, but it was showing "processing" and the time was 5:38. I waited till 6:10 than i thought to do it at the store only, as i already got unsuccessful transaction twice. And airtel store was going to close at 7:30.
      In paytm they didn't gave me option to cancel transaction immediately as there was instruction written that you can cancel transaction after 2 hours.

      If i waited for paytm than the airtel store might get close and i didn't get offer again next day.

      I did the transaction at store around 6:15. I had a message of successful transaction. After that i thought that once i have done the transaction than airtel won't accept my payment for the same offer from paytm but i got message at 6:51 of successful transaction again.

      Now, i request to get my money back or carry forward the scheme after 70 days for more 70 days (70+70= 140).

        I got my upgraded airtel dth android setup box on july 7th 2017, after a customer care guy called and told me about the advantages of having an android setup box, which actually iam not getting, rather was very happy with the previous hd+ setup box.
        Now, today its 6th october 2017, 3 months from the purchase of my android setup box, and its not working. When i called the customer care, my call got transferred to the senior supervisor gagan deep kaur (Punjab), who states that, only a repaired setup box will be replaced wherein i demanded for a new one.
        Iam totally not satisfied with the setup box, but had to continue with the android setup box, as i paid 5, 500/- for a year, and they said that they cant either refund the money, nor change it to the previous hd+ setup box connection. Now, that iam continuing on android setup box, which is giving me hell lot of problems, when asked for a new setup box, they want to charge me 500/- + 150/- (Installation charges). Now what if the new box doesnt work after 3 months, will i have to pay another 500/- + 150 (Installation charges), will this continue.
        Its not the matter of 500/- its the matter of the service they are providing and trying to make money out of this.
        Such a shame on airtel, which rather than serving the customer, they are trying to make money out of it.
        3 months old setup box, you expect me to pay 500/-, another 3 months gone, another 500/-, does this continue.
        Now, i dont have my connection at all, not viewing my television
        I spoke to the senior supervisor, whoz incompetent to solve the problem, rather tells me to talk properly, trying to divert the topic rather than to solve the issue.
        Hope airtel will look into this issue seriously.

          Airtel network is pathetic in delhi ncr since last 2-3 months. I believe, airtel is offering rollover data and company network is not capable of handling so much traffic. Airtel network equipment are old enough as much as 10 years and due to competition, it is not able to manage high demand of data. Airtel customer team is just buying time of saying that this network issue will resolve in 4-5 days. Even i have made many complaints in last 3 months however airtel is not able to close the complaint and it is still open and they are not able to resolve the complaint.

                Ours is corporate rrvunl rajasthan postpaid mobile nos. We have ported from bsnl to airtel (4g) plan in march 2017. Since porting no/poor signal is receiving at stps plant and colony area suratgarh, dist. Sriganganagar, rajasthan. Even we cant communicate each other due to no signal and company is claiming tariff of 4g.
                Complaints have been lodged many times but no improvement is seen. Kindly arrange to solve our problem so that we can communicate each other for smooth working of our plant.

                  My mobile number is [protected], i'm having problem for receiving sms from other network and from banking for 12 days, i have complaint several times, first time they are not register complaint and give 24 hrs to solve after that they register a complaint number as clsms[protected] for 72 hrs clsms[protected] for next 72 hrs clsms[protected] for next 24 hrs but the problem still exist. Every time they told the problem will be solved and give the time and complaint number. For 12 days i having problem for bank transaction because of receiving otp and some time received the message from bank and airtel mobile but problem with contacting my friends relatives. Every time they told the problem will solved in within the given hours but they are not solved, i have attached the messages they sent to me, i need to complaint again and again. I want to solve this problem soon..

                    Suddenly on 5th october, 2017 the airtel sim on my phone stopped working. Initially thought it might be a phone problem. Restarted phone several times, changed sim slot, tried it in another phone, tried stopping other services like wifi. All of no use.
                    All this without any intimation from airtel. I was about to receive important calls and messages on this number. Lost peace of mind due to this carelesness.

                    I would like signals on my phone be restored as soon as possible, and additionally they need to compensate for loss of peace of mind, and loss of opportunity due to missed communication during the period.

                    I don't understand what's going on suddenly on 22nd april 2018 my sim stopped working . In evening I found there is no network on my airtel sim and it is just showing emergency call only. I am unable to get calls and messages please fix it as soon as possible as I have to go out of station thus it's urgent. I have tried everything replaced slots and even put sim into another phone but still no network is there.Please fix it as soon as possible or I have to go to consumer court.

                      Dear all,

                      I having an airtel mobile post paid connection no. [protected].
                      Yesterday i received my bill and airtel charged unnecessary additional charges of rs.134 + 18% service tax in this bill in the name of value added services whereas i never used or purchased any value added services from airtel.
                      They also don't have any record of these charges. I request them for reverse the charges but they are not reversing the same charges.
                      I request you kindly take proper action and revert me on priority basis.

                        My airtel recharges of rs.100, rs.50, 15 and 20 are mysteriously getting deducted without my making any call. This suspicious activity is going on unhindered on my nos.[protected] and [protected]. For the past one and a half months and even before that. The recharges were done at various shops in patna, dhanbad. This comes in the wake of another of my whatsapp nos.[protected] which was also being misused and had been requested by me to be stopped. There seems to be a systematic effort to target my phone nos and hack my phones. The mobile handset samsungduos bought from boring road in the seond week seems to be hacked too.
                        Would request airtel to kindly note that both these sims are in my samsung duos handsets

                              Hello team,
                              My name is sweta agrawal and my airtel number in which i am facing the issue is [protected].
                              I was facing the network issue on my number so i went to airtel store on 29th september 2017 and they changed my sim and informed that for 24 hours your sms service will not work. Today is 5th october and still sms service has not started.

                              When i called to customer care 121 on 3rd oct i was informed that it will get resolve today only but didn't get resolve on that day. Next day i went to airtel store and they escalated the issue to next level, i mailed to the appellate team but after doing all this i didn't get any fruitful result. The worst thing i faced today when i got a call from airtel store that your issue can be resolved by customer care at 121 only so i called them and they informed at 7.30 in the evening you will get the solution. Again i got disappointed at 7.30 pm and called to customer care and they said it will take another 48 hours as this sim has changed today only, i just don't know how this has happened.

                              Please do something for me as i am facing the financial losses because of this as in all the banks this number has updated and for any financial transaction i am not getting the otp and because of that i am not able to do the transaction.

                              Please do the needful.

                                I have ported my two numbers from vodafone to airtel, which is my very big blunder i have done in my entire life. Both the numbers got ported to airtel on 03/10/2017 at 10 30 pm, later i don't have signal for nearly 2 hours in both vodafone and airtel, at 12 :30 am i got signal but i was unable to connect to any number, i tried reaching customer services people, their response is very pathetic. No one in there is ready to help, some how fortunately or unfortunately i was able to make calls. But unable to receive calls on both the numbers and no internet, it is showing as 4g+ and at the same time it is showing as "no internet connection" i dailed customer services again on 04/10/17 they said that my sim belongs to karnataka circle and asked me to reach airtel store, i went to store today (05/10/17), store people said the tele verification was not done, when i dailed that number it is taking me to callertune ivr, even store people were not sure about the issue... If i don't complete my tele verification with in the given time my both the sims get inactive. I am fed up of airtel and their services with in two days of time... I would suggest not to choose airtel.. I had very good impression on airtel then vodafone.. Now i feel vodafone is far better than the airtel.

                                  I got airtel landline/broadband connection during end of august 2017. The connection was given after delay of nearly 21 days despite accepting the request by your marketing representative.

                                  Neither landline was working nor internet was available for the entire month of september 2017 and got resolved only recently about a week back after escalating the issue continuously

                                  But i have received your bill for rs.1187 which i have not paid. I should not be charged for the months on account of non-availability of service during september 2017

                                    Recharge done on[protected]:45am, mrp:rs399.00, gst 18% payable by company/distributor/retailer:rs60.86, transid59391396.

                                    I recharged from the airtel app. It showed me a validity of 70days for the 399 plan.
                                    After i purchased it is now showing a validity of 28 days.

                                    Rs399=unlimited loc+std all calls and 1gb/day 3g/4g data+ 100 l+s sms; validity - 28 days. T&c apply.

                                    I am attaching a screenshot where the app is showing it in my offers, 399 plan with 70days validity.

After bringing this matter to customer care, they advised me to visit nearest service centre. The service centre provided me with duplicate sim card, after taking my documents.                                       I have complaint about miscommintments and manupulation about bill charges often... I had last bill i remember was 1050 then my sim was deactivated by company then certainly my bill was 1800 and one of the airtel excutive contact me on watsap telling that i have to pay 1280 as settlement bill and then i do not have to pay any extra charges rather thaan 350 that is my bill plan... But after 4 or 5 days my bill was generated 1335 that including 790 bill of one month... I mean really... How its possible... So i request for port from airtel then one of airtel person called me and told me for wait for some other sir"s call and he will setteled down this matter but still i had not get any call and my both the complaint status is shown cosed in my airrtel app
