I am using airtel service since last 5 yrs, and pay my bills on time, on regular basis. Since last 4 months, ever since i migrated to 4g i am facing problems mentioned herein: -
A) seldom i get 4g services, it keeps on switching to 3g and 4g, the speed have deteriorated to minimum.

I have been complaining about indoor network coverage and data connectivity issues at my office location from past 1 year but nothing has been done to resolve the issue. After recharging for rs 399, l should have been available unlimited calls and daily 1gb net. Here lam getting 4g network but while making calls it is showing that network is unavailable. I did a recharge on 19 july of 399 for 84 days. But my plan got finished in 70 days. After inquiring on customer care they said my plan was not for 84 days, it was of 70 days. But i clearly remembered that my recharge was for 84 days.
I did the recharge on two other numbers also of 84 days but for those two also customer care is saying that it is of 70 days.
They have not mentioned anywhere that the validity is 70 days or 84...
