Village godianpurwa chausa, post dalpatpur, thana rewsa, distt sitapur up 261205. Since last two months network is not available in my village. I have complained so many times but problems not solved yet. My mobile no is [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] etc but not able to call because even a single signal not coming in whole village. All persons are facing big difficulty when we are trying to call. I have to go another village then only signals are coming and can make a voice call. So please solve this network problem as early as possible. If you will try to call to any person's no it tells that not reachable in my village.

    We've registered for this so called scheme introduced by airtel called "insurance claim" which replaces your handset in case of any accidental damage for which we shall be paying some amount per month. Recently i fell down from my bike and my mobile touch screen got damaged. Bearing in mind that i've insurance for my mobile, i applied for airtel insurance claim through one assist. They first asked me to upload documents and followed the same through their website. After 2 weeks or so, they found out mismatch in the documents uploaded and the name of the mobile owner (Who is inturn my father-in-law). I cleared the issue by producing a letter that the mobile has been gifted by my father-in-law and sent a mail along with his id proof stating that the mobile was gifted by him and hence the name appeared. I almost followed up rigorously (Everyday) with them as they asked me to send mails 3-4 times. After i'm done patiently with them, i finally got a call from them after 2 months saying documents are verified and pickup person would come and pick the mobile for replacement (After which it takes around 20 working days for the mobile to get replaced). It's been more than 10 days that i got a call from the concerned airtel person and still nobody turned up to pick the mobile. Impatiently i called them to know the status and to my surprise, i came to know that the documents are still in pending state after i've uploaded and got my documents verified. When i walked into the nearest airtel store, i met a person who is undergoing the same complaint that the documents are still in pending state even after 2 months and that moment i decided to show up their irresponsibility towards their customers and how they're looting customers on the name of "insurance" when they're are not bothered to resolve customers' genuine troubles. Kindly help me out on this! I just got vexed up following up with them.

        When i select 3g/4g network in my phone the network is not stable there is always up and down of signals but when is set my sim to 2g network signal is stable. I think that it is my phone issue but when i insert jio sim 4g network are full and excellent, so it is your network problem please fix it or slove. So i can able to use my airtel sim at 4g network. Please slove this problem

          I have been trying to connect with airtel / one assist teams to know about the status of my mobile handset.

          My handset was picked up by the one assist person on 16th september for getting it repaired. On 18th september i got the email from 121 that the claim has been rejected & basis that the handset would be returned. If the handset is to be delivered it has to be by 21st september latest by 2:30pm since i am permanently shifting to delhi on 21st september (I have a flight at 4:30pm to delhi). I have been my life an airtel customer nd has never ported my number or my dth (Customer id [protected]). My sincere request is either deliver the handset by either by today or by september 21st 2:30 pm or please make arrangements to deliver the same at my delhi residence which is "f-18/f-1 dilshad colony delhi 110095". I am trying to make requests to all of you people just because of my situation and it seems you are all adamant not to consider someone's request, someone as loyal of being there on mobile network since 2006 and likewise with dth.

          The above mentioned are my email exchanges with airtel starting september 18th. I have been mentioning this clearly that i would be shifting to delhi permanently form kolkata on september 21st and now it is october 7th. I don't have my handset till date

            I select the hello tune and send the message to activate it.. Airtel took money for my mobile but still it didn't activate..I done that yesterday morning 11.54 am.. still I didn't get it

                Really frustrated with airtel service since last 03 months. Only depositing bills of 4g without any service from airtel.
                Now i am not going to pay a single money to airtel unless my 4g data service get improve at my home location.
                If airtel can't provide me 4g services then they are not authorized to generate bills for 4g.

                Earlier complained number which closed by airtel without issue get resolved[protected], 79460491, 79460527,

                  They have charged more saying i have used internet for two months in a row.
                  While their airtel app shows that i havent even used complete data usage provided to me and has been carried forward for both these months.

                  They dont treat their customers well and service request numbers generated are mentioned to be as solved without any execution.

                  Then when i visit their airtel store they give a waiver in a few days.

                  How was that service request termed solved, i have no idea about that.

                  Currently it is at same state with waiver pending for the last to last month.

                  I have not used any of your data for the same reason that this BEST NETWORK would again lose its mind and charge me huge amount for NO REASON AT ALL!

                  you should be ashamed of yourself calling urself best network.

Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now i got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Let me know how you got the instruction of automatic credit from credit card. Cancel the instruction of automatic credit for my bill forth with failing which i shall be compel to initiate actin you.

                        On my 1st visit it says our 4g system not working.. On 2nd visit says not available sim cards after then i update sim from another branch sim service start after 2 days.. Now sms service not working.. While i say to representative she says its banned for 48 hours for security reason.. I wait.. Then after she says your new sim card not reflected in system when i changed.. Its reflect after 1 days so 48 hours not complete.. Then i wait now n 4th day its say its have technical issue and not resolved.. Now saturday sunday not working our technical dept. So please wait more 3 days.. What is the issue i don't know how airtel service work... Its not like corporate service.. It doesn't know customers mobile number sms requirements.. Now sim card also closed not service its show... So much bad experience with airtel...
                        I have updated my sim card as 4g as per instruction by airtel its my big mistake..

                          No incoming calls from 2 days on my number, and signal in my sim fluctuations some time no signal. Some times calls are coming remaining times not coming. I am recently upgraded my number to 4g two months ago. I contact the customer care they told that in your area hyderabad kingkoti 3g and 4g upgradation work is in process so u facing the problem.                               A complaint # 65973093 i have raised a week ago regarding an issue with my airtel dth connection. Since then i have been contacting customer care every single day to be assured by airtel team that the issue resolution will be prioritized and immediate action would be taken, but alas every single day the assurance provided turns out to be a failure.

                              Below is a gist of the agony i had to face as a customer with airtel dth services

                              ï‚§ the issue began with an initial complaint # 65905338 raised by me regarding signal loss, one of your field engineer did visit my place and tried to mitigate it.
                              ï‚§ but the issue resurfaced the next day again for which i raised another complaint against ticket # 65944735 which was closed by your team without any resolution even after me clearly stating to keep the ticket open until resolved.
                              ï‚§ i again called your customer care (28th sep) and was assured that the resolution of the issue would be provided soon. But when i insisted for re-opening of the closed ticket i was provided a new ticket number # 65973093 for tracking purposes.
                              ï‚§ since 28th september, i have been following up on a daily basis with your customer care and every single day your team promises that the ticket is prioritized and resolution will be provided the same day. But i do not receive even a call from your field team enquiring on the issue forget about fixing it.

                              This service experience has tested my patience as a customer and i am writing this mail with assumption that bringing the dire state of your customer services to the notice of nodal officer would at least help acknowledging the issue and provide me with a mitigation at the earliest.

                              But looks like the nodal team just sends out emails rather than following up with the field teams. The ticket is open and till date neither from the nodal team nor from the airtel field group either visit or call me regarding the complaint

                                Airtel is worst network which cant able to clear the customer problems. They are giving 121 and 198 only for the recorded advertisement not for clearing customer issues. For emergency also we cant able to use the network provider. I complaint many times but no one is responsing. Suddenly netwok is not getting 3g not working in centre of the city itself. It is simply rolling and rolling. I changed the sim after i lost my network as per the airtel store keeper advise but now i am not able to receive or send any sms i dont knw how to solve this problem. If i call customer care lines 121 and 198 they r simply telling to press this and that but executive is not connecting to ask our problems.

                                  Hi team,

                                  This is regarding deactivation of outgoing call barring service on my sim having no.[protected]. Last couple of weeks, i was facing problem, that i was not able to making any outgoing calls and messages and i am able receive calls and messages. I was getting "outgoing calls barred" prompt. I have contacted to customer care. But they could not resolved my problem and its not fair part from airtel to blocking services with out providing proper information to customer. Currently i am at overseas. I gave enough documents while i was taking documents. Please send me the password to de-activate barring as soon as possible.

                                    ICON service got activated automatically and I tried to contact customer care, but no response. Service has been activated tand I got deducted from my prepaid account of 76 rupees. Kindly resolve and credit the amount immediately

                                      I am in germany since yesterday and i can receive all incoming calls but i am not able to make any outgoing calls. I have activated an international roaming pack of rs 2998 for 10 days. The pack includes a talk time of 250 minutes but i am unable to get any. Whenever i dial a number first a notification pops "airtel:outgoing calls barred" and then they tell me to contact customer care.

                                      Please help me as soon as possible.

                                        I have been using airtel since last 3yrs never faced any major issues bt in last few months getting d worst network coverage. It's 4g signal automatically changes to 3g and internet stops working. I talked to the customer care regrading this issue several times bt got disappointing results like they said "i[censored] select 4g only then internet won't work in 3g if it changes" like seriously? Such dumb replies! Others said in ur area coverage showing is good we can't do anything bla bla bla. Now wat should i do, after spending 399 shal i switch to other provider!! My airtel no is [protected], currently residing at dinhata, dist - coochbehar, ward no -6. Hoping best from india's biggest network provider.
