I have upgraded my mobile sim card to 4g but even i don't get 2g speed also.

Not opening any site not even google.

Worst and pathetic internet speed, i have 349 plan with me have recharged on 14 september 2017. I am not getting speed, not even single day from recharge

I don't know what is problem if you don't want to provide speed for this plan then tell me clearly i will go for another provider.

    My idea number [protected] had ported to airtel with rs.451 offer at hyderabad narayanaguda branch, from idea porting had finished but the airtel sim is not showing signals in my mobile so i had went to airtel office, he had given me new sim but in that sim also same problem appear from 15 days iam facing this problem please fix it as soon as possible

        Hi team,

        This is with respect to my india mobile number.

        I had activated international roaming on my number for canada on 2nd oct, 2017 (Monday). I had done a special international roaming recharge of rs.2999/- for the country canada and it was successful. I was supposed to get unlimited incoming, 250mins outgoing, 3gb data and 100sms/day for 10days.

        However i am not able to make outgoing calls. I am currently in canada. I am adding the correct country codes for dialing numbers in canada and india. Still when i call any number (Indian/canada number) i am gettiing a recorded message that - "overseas calling is available on request. To avail this feature call customer service by dialling *611"
        When i call *611 i am getting the response "call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number you have dialed".

        Before leaving india i had done the international roaming recharge and had also called customer and they confirmed international roaming is activated in my number.

        Could you please clarify why i am still not able to make any calls?
        This roaming facility is active for 10days only and i have already lost two days!!

        Please look into this issue and kindly provide me a resolution at the earliest. Please call me if you have any queries.

          Just moved today from tata docomo to airtel (499 offered at 349). Have been following up with 121. Their network is so bad (4g, 3g and any other with mobile data and without) that their customer care is not able to hear me. The airtel associate who provided the sim and did the registration is not available - his phones switched off. Had asked for a 50 rupees isd rate cutter pack. With difficulty if am able to reach 121 they claim am on unrelated pack 399. Now am not sure where am landed. (Currently am located at ambattur when have changed the sim today)

          On the contrary a jio connection seems to be entirely reliable. It is just that they do not have the isd pack as yet.

            Your people had convinced the whole market to join airtel saying that after we do so they would add a network booster in the area. It has been a year or two and till today they have done nothing. They dont even now listen to our complaints. And the network has now gone even worse. The market is saying to file a complaint in the consumer court so please respond as to what should we do. You say that airtel is the best company in network so is expected the same from you.

              I have recd a message for 84 days validity rs.399/- package. Accordingly yesterday i have initiated through net banking of axis bank. Rs.399/- deducted from my account but recharge message not recd.in my mobile. Pl check it and refund the amount to my axis bank account. Further also clarify my mobile is eligible for rs.399/- with 84 days validity package or not

                My airtel payment bank account no. [protected] has been blocked please unblock it or refer me how can i unblock it. Explaining in brief i recently opened airtel payment bank account by app and there after i completed kyc from bank point and added 100 rs to start my bank account but after that when i want want to recharge my no from balance olin wallet tgere came a notification that my account is blocked please contact costumer services but no customer service are available by airtel for this concern. I am also attaching photo of notification. I am ur regular costumer and i know that the problem will be solved as early as possible.

                  From last few days 4g data service has been stopped in area (Kunhadi kota rajastha -324008). It was working fine till 27 sept after that something happened and nobody in area is able to access 4g data though airtel has already charged 399 for 70 days plan (1gb data per day). Please get this fixed as soon as possible because it disturbing my work. No good response from customer care calls because they always say that they will send this further forward but don’t tell about what has been done in last 4-5 days? What problem found and what are they going to fix? If they can not answer these questions that means nothing they are doing about it

                    Cheater airtel, i am paying for 4g network and i have contacted many times you people are saying that in my area 4g is moderate. Then why we are not getting 4g speed and 4g network signals.
                    You are the big money looter network company in the world by simply providing less than 2g speed and making money with 4g network.

                    I am using latest smartphone to support this network.

                    I have requested to move my number from postpaid to prepaid connection 16th sept 2017 by directly visiting airtel customer care/showroom center in btm layout 1st stage, bangalore.

                    They have generated complete outstanding amount (Billed and unbilled) as rs.560 till on 16th september 2017 and i paid the amount instantly. But after 3 days airtel called me and said that i should pay rs.300 more in order to change the connection. I already paid rs.194 as an excess amount in the last month bill.

                    I even raised a case with airtel customer care, and they are saying i need wait till next month bill generation so that they can understand that how much i have to pay and how much they can loot the money.

                    And i requested the port as well to change the network as well, but nobody called me till now to know the reason.
                    They are cheating all customers. Kindly I request everyone to opt out from Airtel services. Our silence is their advantage. We should question and complaint then only we can create awareness.

                      My number [protected] has been ported to airtel on 20 september 2017 11:30:00 pm and i have receive this confirmation from airtel via sms.
                      But after that there is no signal on airtel sim.

                      I have sent email to airtel and also coordinated with airtel store but still problem is not resolved.

                      I am facing huge losses everyday in my business and even unable to make any transaction because will not receive otp. I m unable to make any payments etc.

                      All the mail communication and message screenshot has been attached as snapshot.
                      Please resolve this issue its already been 14 days.

                        Worst service provider should go to airtel. And why do this company give advertisement that it is the fastest 4 g service provider! Really? 4g network with 0 net stability. And i wont even blame my phone cause its i phone 7. I could nt even use my 1 gb per day properly. And sometimes the whole 1 gb remains unused. And once i called customer care for complaint. And trust me it was such a worst care. Rather than hearing the voice of the person with whom i wanted to share my complanit i could hear noises behnd more than that person voice. This company has ruined my whole gaming experience. Reliace 3g works better and has more stability than airtel. Anyways i dont need my problem solved cause complained and not a single effective response for solution. Its ok i wont even expect such good service from airtel anymore. Maybe i expected too much from it. Now i will never use this airtel and wont even let my dear ones and my friends use it. Casue i dont want them to suffer like i have suffered. I promise if airtel gives me 3 hours 4g net stablty i will cut my head off... Really the worst service provider. Thank you airtel. And u wont ever hear any complaints from me cause i am leaving this service. Better use jio or reliance.

                          Sir i recharged rs 404 recharged for unlimited call and daily 1gb data. But airtel not providing network in my area pin 322234. Whether airtel offered me this plan. Pls provide 3g or 4g network. Because airtel offered me to do recharge on this number [protected] but they are not given proper benifit. Sir i want that airtel should we provide proper 3g or 4g network to avail these offer. Airtel showing 4g coverage in area but there is no network it is false informations.

                            I made a recharge of 345 rupees pack on 24th september from the airtel app. I'm supposed to get unlimited calling and 1gb/day internet as per the plan details. The internet worked fine for few days but then since last 4 days i can't access internet on my phone and it shows zero mb data remaining when i checked my account. I've been facing a lot of issues since i was travelling for the last 4 days so kindly resolve this issue for me. I lost 4 days worth of data due to this error.

                              Not processed for above mention no. But in my account (Sbi) amount was
                              Deducted.

                              2. For the same number again we made recharge for rs. 200, but for this also have the same problem. It was taken by within the last 4 days. Please, rectify the problem as early as possible. Thank you

                              My Complaint is that Airtel has a short range in my village. The tower is situated at least 10 km from my Home. kindly take the actions fro my request

                              3G network can't be activated in my mobile
                              eventhough it is compatible with 3G/4G networks and also a 3G tower exist in my area.
                              I have already lost 1 GB without even using.
                              Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
                              I have inserted the Sim in first slot and set Airtel as default 3G/4G device and yet network is unavailable.
                              I have sent several port out sms requests to 1909, but Airtel does not generate the UPC at all. Have talked to customer service too, but they only take the complaint without any resolution.

                              Shouldn't airtel be penalised for this?

                              Internet speed is very slow. The problem continues. Before one week the speed is normal but for past two days it is very slow. Net surfing and downloading is very poor.

                                I had problem regarding payment bank and i talk with customer care agent. After communication my airtel balance was debited. So called to 121 care to solve the problem. But unfortunately customer service agent mr. Swetansh talk with me arrogantly and do not give proper information.
                                I used airtel since last 8 years but within last 4 days i face lots of problem regarding payment bank and customer care agent. That's why i am going to quit airtel.

                                  I had left for germany on 10th september 2017 and while leaving i had 22gb of free data accumulated in my account as per airtel policy.
                                  I have been using the data services for the entire month of september with the hope that my free data will be utilized in the international roaming.
                                  After receiving the bill for the month i am in utter shock. The data balance got reduced to 21.6gb and the bill amount is 50483 inr which is absolutely crazy!!!
                                  I have no idea how it happened and i can't afford to pay this huge amount!
                                  Is there any possibility to reduce this amount? After all the free data balance i have is worthless for me as i have shifted abroad due to personal reason.

                                    Why airtel is cheating the customers, when i call the customer care and nodal team, they are clearing telling that 399 plan for 84 days is applicable for only selected customers. Why airtel is doing such partiality to other customers.in that case airtel has stop advertising the ads about this offer.

                                    If nodal officer don't have access to check the offer, the why can't they check with marketing team.

                                      I converted my number from post paid to prepaid. I am not able to recharge my number using airtel app or any online mode of recharge. I have raised complain via call and sent email to 121.

                                      I havn’t received any updates till now. Its too bad that i am not able to do from airtel app as well.

                                      I am not sure what kind of service is this. If we change from prepaid to post paid airtel makes no mess and not when we do postpaid to prepaid all troubles are created.
