Airtel — how to request for refund?? | |||||
Hello, My name is rasool khan, i live in madambakkam, chennai-600126. On 27/11/2017 i requested for new connection and submitted my documents and then paid the activation/installation fee i. E ₹500 through the link given by airtel. The person from airtel came and told us that the feasibility isn't available at our area. So, i want to request for refund. How should i get my refund? Hi i made a recharge using my airtel app and it shows an offer as 10% cash back for first time users using Master card. I made a recharge for my another number first time using Master card. But still now i did not get cash back of 10%. Please check and let me know what is going on is this useless to be a airtel consumer.
I shifted from airtel postpaid to airtel prepaid because it was offering more than postpaid but after 399 recharge the inter net is not working at all I can't even browse any sites properly, I have used jio it's better than airtel...
Airtel do not remind about the plan expiry date, it deducts more from main balance airtel is cheating everyone...
